Governor expands government & doles out raises

Governor Mike Beebe

State Capitol Little Rock

Governor Beebe,                                                                                         January 9, 2011

Your quotes in today’s edition of the Dem-Gaz go far beyond arrogance.  They demonstrate an utter disregard for the producers, i.e. the taxpaying citizens who generate the funds to keep the Behemoth known as the Arkansas State Government afloat.  I, of course, refer to your announcement that you were awarding state government employees a cost-of-living raise of 1.86% across the board. How long has it been since you have seen Arkansas citizen workers and Social Security recipients get a raise?

Our republic is in an economic free-fall to the abyss and the folks supporting it are struggling mightily economically.  During your tenure you have increased the number of Arkansas state employees by a number somewhere between 3,000 & 4,000.  The only way you can accomplish that is by FORCED REDISTRIBUTION.

If you and those thousands of underworked, overpaid bloated government employees cannot make it on the salaries and perks they receive, then all should hit the road for greener pastures.

Then there is the matter of you giving $55.1 million to the slush fund of the failed government education system.  Money does not educate, as we have witnessed over and over and over again.

Citizens, please call your elected senators and representatives and urge them not to vote for the Governor’s vote-buying expansionistic scheme.

Dishonest, misleading defense of illegal aliens

Today’s Democrat-Gazette editorial “Among the shadows” (a bald-faced lie)                  December 11, 2010

Two of Arkansas’ foremost practicing dissemblers, one elected—A.G. Dustin McDaniel, followed by the bought & paid for editor of the D-G, Paul Greenberg.  Let me make my point by excerpting a few of the statements attributed to McDaniel & Greenberg.

A Mexican national by the name of Miguel Lazarte has been selling phony international driver’s licenses for $100 and personal I.D. cards for $40.  Lazarte has been selling his wares to illegals in Arkansas since 2009 and through the wizardry of our policing agencies; they have now brought charges against Lazarte after initially begging him not to come back to our state.

This whole editorial can only be described as bizarre.

Attorney General McDaniel claimed that Lazarte and his company are targeting “Arkansas consumers who are unfamiliar with official identification cards”.  Here we have the chief law enforcer of the state, Dusty McDaniel describing illegal aliens as “Arkansas consumers” and trying to make the case these criminal nesters do not know what they are purchasing.  Who does he think he is kidding?

Enter Editor Paul Greenberg, the state’s biggest advocate for open borders and protection for the 25-35 million illegals sapping our nation’s reserves.   Paul says “there are many reasons this nation should work out a solution to its immigration problems.”  Paulie, you and Dusty have the solution at your fingertips, acquaint yourselves with 8 USC and enforce it. Aiding or abetting any illegal alien is already a felony. Then understand how deportation works.  The simple solution for deportation Paulie is put the cuffs on Don & John Tyson, to name just two, and as I have suggested before, you will see a cloud of brown dust on a course heading of about 220 degrees at no cost to the beleaguered taxpayers.

Now this one is hard to top.  Greenberg says “we have to find a better way to manage immigration (notice he does not say ILLEGAL immigration) because those who are here illegally are subject to scams”.  I can just see Paulie and his crocodile tears.   It’s Paulie’s cousins who have been and are fanning the flames of mass immigration and open borders since the 1920’s.

This is the topper, “needed: a rational system that would let our illegal GUESTS report, pay a fine, and maybe back taxes, learn the language of Amer-uh-cun or Suthun…….”  Cute Paulie, cute.  You call these criminals GUESTS?  Guests are invited.  Who pays for the costs of illegals who are stealing citizens’ jobs?….Amer-uh-cuns that’s who.

And finally, “every time we hear of the vulnerable being used this way, we think: how’d the problem get so bad?  How did we get to this point?”  Paulie, its political thugs like you and McDaniel and Beebe who refuse to uphold U.S. law, e.g. 8 USC.  You three are the real criminals.

Unfortunately, the three of you are just a microcosm of the riff-raff who run the state.  But there are signs that the ignorant masses are beginning to open their eyes.

Oh yes Paulie, you forgot to use your favorite word “Mexcuns”.  Don’t let that happen again.

This from a Pulitzer Prize winner?

Illegal aliens in higher education

Dr. Jim Purcell

Director Arkansas Dept. of Higher Education

114 E. Capital Ave.

Little Rock, 72201

Dr. Purcell,                                                                                                    December 1, 2010

Thank you for your timely response and the data per my email dealing with the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion.

Brandi Hinkle’s statement, an employee of ADHE, regarding a pre-filed Bill for the 2011 legislative session by Reps. Harris & Woods is in line with Arkansas’ interpretation of federal law which addresses eligibility for Higher Education benefits based on citizenship and residency.   Regarding Arkansas’ interpretation of federal law, please explain what federal law is being interpreted and how it supersedes 8 USC, Sections 1325, 1324a, 1324c, 1644, Title 19, USC 1459. 8 USC is very specific in dealing with illegal aliens and certainly benefits of any kind are not provided and they are against the law.  Dr. Purcell I would suggest that you acquaint yourself with these 5 subsections.

Of utmost concern is the fact your data shows there are 1,768 students enrolled in various Arkansas colleges and universities who have phony social security numbers.  Obviously, these 1,768 students are illegals who are enjoying personal and academic protection meted out by Arkansas’ colleges and universities under the aegis of you and other heads.   These 1.768 students can only be described as law-breakers and their crimes are compounded by falsifying social security numbers.

I am also curious about who is funding the aforementioned illegal students.

Of course the 1.768 illegal students represent only a microcosm of our state’s population. Governor Mike Beebe, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel, and the Arkansas state legislature can only be described as complicit in allowing our state to be overrun by Third World foreign nationals who dilute every phase of our society, i.e. Western Civilization.  Certainly, Dr. Purcell, as an educator you are most certainly aware of this.

It must be said here that the 1,768 illegal alien students are stripping Arkansas kids of their rightful opportunities.

I have filed FOIA’s with a number of Arkansas agencies, i.e. the state police, U of A Medical Ctr., Children’s Hospital, Dept. of Human Services, Parks & Tourism… have come back with their talking points; we “cannot ask a person if they are legal” & “they don’t keep records”…all of which are bald-faced lies, e.g. self-serving politicians and bureaucrats protecting each other.  But what the FOIA’s did reveal was the fact these agencies are spending millions of Arkansas tax dollars protecting illegals and inviting them into our state, facilitating the exploitation of cheap labor for businesses such as Tyson’s, et al and to expand government agencies.

This Theater of the Absurd must cease, and it would be more than appropriate if Chancellor Gearhart would cease his lobbying efforts for illegal aliens.

Dr. Purcell, I hope you will proceed to rectify these moral and legal wrongs.  What lesson is being taught to both the illegals and citizens when the laws are not only flouted but willingly broken by our leaders?

Question:  What are you and the legislative community prepared to do to remedy the rampant invasion of Arkansas’ colleges and universities by illegal aliens who have compounded their crime by falsifying Social Security numbers and possibly other forms of documentation, and who or what is subsidizing their tuition and other expenses related to their presence in the higher education system?

Subject: in-state tuition benefits eligibility

Sara, here is some more information for you regarding in-state tuition for those without U.S. citizenship. I’ve also attached the federal statute for you.

Brandi

“House Bill 1008 pre-filed for the 2011 legislative session by Reps. Harris and Woods is in line with Arkansas’s interpretation of federal law which addresses eligibility for higher education benefits based on citizenship and residency,” said Arkansas Department of Higher Education director Jim Purcell, Ed.D. “ADHE monitors compliance with this federal law.”

“Of the 168,595 students enrolled in Arkansas public and private institutions of higher learning this fall, 98 percent had a valid social security number,” Purcell said. “Some students prefer to not provide their SSN as their unique identifier; however, they must prove U.S. citizenship and Arkansas residency to receive in-state tuition. ADHE has required the institutions to verify and ensure the 1,768 students with invalid SSNs are not receiving benefits for which they do not qualify. “

Letter to city re taxes & illegal immigration

Gentlemen,

Another decision being reached by non-elected boards, commissions, fact-finders, task forces, etc. etc.  (One cent tax for the CC.)

Taxes are just one of the major issues in government that you gentlemen were elected to deal with, not by a group of city insiders.

>Should I conclude that passing off controversial issues to unelected individuals is the preferred means of insulating yourselves from the very distasteful matter of taxes?

We have a plethora of very suitable venues to take the place of the $33 million boondoggle known as the Civic Auditorium, which shuttered or leased will allow free enterprise to fill any real voids.  Meanwhile dissolve this unelected panel and perform your elected duties.

Secondly, I requested an answer to the question why has the city been turned down on 3 or more occasions in its request to participate in 287 (g)?

Nothing but a dose of silence.

Gentlemen, where is the transparency?

Director Hutchings & Goodman, you two allegedly represent me and I am asking that the two of you get engaged on the subject of the illegal Mexican invasion.   It’s not the illegals who are cowering in the shadows it is you who were elected to protect citizens.  Tell me why the city has been rejected on 287 (g).

Exactly what has been done since the Mayor declared war on the illegal alien invasion?

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Dereliction regarding illegals, rule of law and taxes

To the Fort Smith City Administration & Sebastian County
Sheriff and Judge:          May 21, 2009

A restaurant tax—what a novel concept!  No, no, no.
No to “package deals” and so-called “public-private partnerships”….the
very concept conjures up Socialism, i.e. more tyrannical government.

Professional politicians and bureaucrats thrive on other
folks’ productivity and have no understanding of the concept of entrepreneurialship
and innovation.  Oh yes, the city and the
college are now engaged in training future business men and women. How ironic….and
who pays?

With your keen business knowledge you are going to tax into
bankruptcy the very folks you claim to be able to train.

Haven’t any of you noticed the “come on” ads for cheap eats
and the lack of customers?  People who
work for a living know we’re in a depression that is not likely to get better…been
by Whirlpool lately?

This city government has subsidized every “non-profit” that
has come down the pike, none of which is a proper function of government.  Do what an entrepreneur (or any
non-governmental enterprise) would do, i.e. CUT, CUT, CUT  501 c3’s & 4’s, number of city employees,
non-essential programs, the burgeoning and growing transit system (how about
ceasing to compete with those entrepreneurial taxis), ad infinitum.

No to the Civic Auditorium (there are multiple duplicating
venues) and Ben Geren Park.  If you
elected and appointed county and city officials can’t operate on existing
revenues, then perhaps each of you should resign.

The second issue:

Pres. Barak Obama has issued an ultimatum that all
individuals arrested by city, county and other agencies must prove their
citizenship.  If they are illegal, in the
case of Mexicans & OTM’s, they are to be jailed and deported.  Also as a resident of the city of Ft. Smith
& Sebastian County, I insist that these Mexicans & OTM’s who cannot
prove their authentic citizenship, that their names be submitted forthwith to
the Times Record for publication as a means of educating citizens regarding the
magnitude of the illegal alien invasion.

Illegals, for much too long, have enjoyed cover by means of
selective law enforcement.  No excuses of
political correctness, lack of personnel, corporate demands, or lack of jail
space.  Gentlemen, innovation is the name
of the game and genuine concern for the productive citizens.

Sheriff Atkinson, you are the chief law enforcement agent of
Sebastian County—act like it.  If you
have no comprehension of your duties, log on to Sheriff Arpaio’s website or
view the video emailed to you all recently.
Then there is the serious matter of enforcing federal laws under 8 USC.

Kindest regards,

Joe & Barb McCutchen

Praise for dictatorship

Carmie Henry

V.P. of Governmental Affairs

Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas                                             www.ecark.org

Re: Your piece “Legislative session ends and Beebe is
still in charge” in May, 2009, Rural Arkansas publication.

Carmie:                                                                                                                May
6, 2009

This is the most “suck up” blather I have read in recent
times. No one could be this ignorant re: Beebe and his enablers and their
activities; therefore I must conclude you and your organization are big time beneficiaries
of Arkansas state government.

This administration is the most powerful, politically
corrupt organization in the history of our state, i.e. examine the players and
the control they exercise on Arkansas government—Walton’s, Tyson’s, Stephen’s,
Ark. Contractors, all forms of government schools, i.e. the Arkansas Friendship
Coalition.

I won’t provide extensive evidence, simply because I
believe it would be to no avail.

Your statement regarding a legislator’s utterance “His
suggestion that Gov. Mike Beebe could just send his agenda to legislators’
homes and they could vote via the Internet” was followed by your remark “I took
that comment to be a salute to Gov. Beebe”.

Carmie, that was no salute to Beebe, that was his perfect
description of a dictator, and mine. You have a unique sense
interpolation.  I also loved your comedic
statement describing the “legislature as having 135 fertile minds working
overtime”.  I can tell you firsthand
there are a number of buffoons in that august body.

Beebe refuses to address the illegal Mexican and OTM
invasion which is destroying middleclass Arkansans standard of living, job
opportunities, and the billions being spent on social services for the invaders.  Additionally, they are further diluting our
culture and heritage, and the public school system where numerous illegals
attend has been irreversibly, negatively altered. Note Carmie, before you
parrot Beebe’s cowardly stance, i.e. “it’s the Feds job” to secure our borders
and deal with illegal immigration, look up 8 USC and what it demands.  Beebe’s famous or maybe infamous statement
regarding the illegal invasion “Legal is legal, illegal is illegal, and we’ve got
to find out what’s legal”. Shades of his old buddy Nick Wilson.

Beebe refuses to allow the agents of the Ark. Contractor’s
Licensing Board to identify (only identify) those companies hiring large
numbers of Hispanics and contact appropriate authorities in order to determine
in fact if they are illegal.

Beebe and his administration are issuing drivers licenses
to illegals and spending huge sums by the Ark. State Police, Parks &
Tourism, Game & Fish, etc. advertising in Spanish to attract more Hispanics
(meaning more & bigger government in addition to cheap slave labor for
Tyson’s, Walton’s, etc.).

You note Beebe and Harriman are “masters”, you are so
right.  Their backroom wheeling and
dealing is breathtaking and the fear/intimidation they hold over the
legislators is indeed corruption at its height. Harriman, former lobbyist for
the Poultry Federation, and Beebe are nothing more than servants for Corporate
Arkansas.  What are the sources and total
remuneration for Lawyer Harriman?

Are you aware that the new tobacco money Beebe rammed
through goes directly to the Black Hole of General Revenue? He further, as a
payoff, gave each state senator $857,000 to spend as they wish and $25,000 to
each state rep.  Carmie, that’s what’s
known as “buying votes”.  $30 million
hard-earned taxpayer dollars to each house equals $60 million in real math. Why
will most legislators not reveal how they spent “their share” of the $60
million?  What do they fear? Some got
millions—how did that occur?

As middleclass Arkansans struggle mightily economically, being
laid off, businesses closing, more illegal laborers coming to our state, Beebe
and his shills authorized between Dec. 12, 2008 and Jan. 22, 2009 the creation
of 2,044 new Arkansas state jobs.  Is
that growing votes on the backs of the producers?  Another example of criminal corruption and
protection rackets in government.

Carmie, are you aware that Arkansas is now the number 1
recipient of illegal aliens? The illegal invasion, in government circles, is
always talked about in terms of economics (cheap labor)—it is a rule of law
issue.

The House appropriated $1,033,258,630 all to be spent on
Arkansas government entities, all to be borne on the backs of private
enterprise and producers, of which I am one, and not one penny for legal gainfully
employed Arkansans.

I will not bore you with any more of Beebe’s corruption
and his minions in the state legislature, only to say your article was a slap
in the face of every non-governmental taxpaying citizen in Arkansas. For
documentation go to arkansasfreedom.net

Kindest regards,

The Ark. House “conservatives” who voted against citizens on Tobacco Tax

Separating the Sheep for the Goats:                                                                       February
9, 2009

As promised, we said we would publicize the names of those House
Republicans who voted for Governor Beebe’s onerous, unconstitutional tobacco
tax bill HB 1204, thereby sticking the taxpayers with a Trauma Center of
dubious need and about 20 other programs which will benefit illegal aliens.

We said this vote would separate the sheep from the goats

Great Protection Racket where no one squeals on anyone else, regardless of
political party, religious affiliation, government position, or corporate
standing…see our website for details and documentation   arkansasfreedom.net
) who are playing the Protection game for whatever their personal reason.  If only one of these politicians had voted
against the Bill it would not have passed.
Needless to say, taxpaying citizens feel betrayed & cheated, and
will hopefully remember these unconscionable votes which favor not only the
illegals, but their employers, government programs, vote mongers, church tax-funding
for “charities”, and anti-American ethnic interest organizations….all of which
are felons according to Federal Law 8 USC and is kept secret by a complicit

Accountability…an extinct concept, except for taxpayers.

Have you noticed how seldom anyone is held accountable for
crooked, unconstitutional, or unethical actions anymore? Especially those in
government, corporations, and churches.  Witness
Arkansas government’s triumph in raising recent taxes.

They say a fish rots from the head down and that is what we
are witnessing.  The leaders of our government
institutions…school indoctrinators; military, justice, legislatures, executive,
law enforcement, welfare, etc. have twisted, tortured, and metastasized their
cancers into all walks of life. Their compulsion for attention, growth and
power, within a demented politically correct environment, is not only out of
control, but out of reason’s realm.

It’s like trying to make sense of a runaway insane
mind.  Unless our elected, appointed, and
hired “officials”, as well as our media, corporate & church elites are held
responsible for their unethical, unconstitutional acts, what chance do taxpaying
citizens have who try to eke out a living in the face of overwhelming
corruption, lies, and deceit?  Those despicable
types used to be “tarred & feathered” or “run out of town on a rail”, now
they are given raises, appointments, and reelections. They make Medusa look
like Mona Lisa.

Where does the responsibility lie?  With us all, but especially with the academia/media/military/industrial/governmental
complex, as well as complicit churches.
Most people just want to be left alone to raise their families, make a
living…you know…life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness.  But the fanatics and leaders simply can’t
leave those individual concepts alone. They need cannon fodder for their
aggressive bloody wars and forced redistribution to finance their so-called
programs, unearned largesse, and insane empire building.

Without accountability we have nothing but an unjust,
criminal society…mercy for the guilty and punishment for the good, because
being good is no longer “allowed”. If that is not insanity, I know not what it
is.

Accountability–what’s that antiquated notion?

Have you noticed how seldom anyone is held accountable for
crooked, unconstitutional, or unethical actions anymore? Especially by those in
government, corporations, and churches.  A
disgraceful, stinky, rotten development in our country and culture.

They say a fish rots from the head down and that is what we
have and are witnessing.  The leaders of
our government institutions…school indoctrination, military, justice,
legislatures, executive, law enforcement, welfare, et al have twisted,
tortured, and metastasized their cancers into all walks of our lives. Their
compulsion for attention, growth and power, in a demented politically correct
environment, is not only out of control but out of the realm of reason.

It’s a lot like trying to make sense of a runaway insane
mind.  Unless our elected, appointed, and
hired “officials”, as well as our media, corporate & church elites are held
responsible for their unlawful, unethical, unconstitutional acts, what chance
do taxpaying citizens have who are trying to eke out a living in the face of
overwhelming corruption, lies, and deceit?
