Fort Smith city government’s Battle Cry—Keep Them New TaxesCommin’!

The City Administration, et al, has an absolutecomprehension that spending other people’s money is the easiest job in thewhole world–$16,000 for Pistachio Trees at the Landfill?

1.      West End ….the political/economic ownership of downtownFort Smith, the CBID, stated they had no money to put into this quaint littlevenue and the CBID, i.e. Richard Griffin, declared “disregard financialconcerns and look at West End as a recreational amenity”.   Griffin further went on to state that WestEnd “sparkles” and he continued by saying “where did we get the idea that parkshave to show a profit?”  West End is nota public park.

Griffin’s awfully tight with his money and very loose withtaxpayers’ money.  Griffin obviouslyunderstands that West End is a financial loser and I’m amused that Mike Alsuppulled figures out of the sky and reached the conclusion that $45,500 would bethe operating expense and revenues would be within $500 of break-even.  Spoken like a true bureaucrat.

The Times Record stated to its readership that “Phil Whiteoffers to lease the property cheaply to the city just to keep it open”.   If anybody should keep it open it should bethe owner.  By the way, how much is “cheaply”?

2.      Ben Geren Park…..before getting into Ben Gerenand the salivating city & county governments, I keep seeing the phrase “Qualityof Place” being bandied around. The first question that comes to mind is howmuch did it cost taxpayers for some low level bureaucrat to create this touchylittle phrase?  Fess up, where did youget this phrase and while you are at it, tell us what it really means?  Reminiscent of government school phraseswhich are designed to make the taxpayers look simple and parasitic bureaucrats& politicians look smart.

It appears the deal has been cut for the city to annex someof Ben Geren and join hands with the county to create a huge expansionistprogram.

City Administrator Kelly already has the restaurant salestax passed, the revenues calculated and spent.

I will say here that I’m madder than hell that anyindividual that is a ward of the taxpayers, advocating a tax increase in thesetough economic times, should be kicked out in the street forthwith—Kelly andothers fit this description.  He goes onto say “750,000 for 2 girls’ softball fields, $2 ½ million for an aquaticcenter, and oh yes, 10 or more soccer fields (no cost given purposely?) specificallyfor illegal Mexicans & OTM’s, and poses questions, do we have more illegalsin these environs than reported or is the city anticipating another groundswellof more illegal Mexican aliens…which is it? If the county Sheriff, the Fort Smith Chief of Police, the FBI and otheralleged law enforcement agencies were doing their jobs, soccer fields would neverbe in the mindset, re:  multitudinousfields.

I have a suggestion, let the open-borders crowd, theslave-labor employers, the destructors of our standard of living, and those enamoredwith the “quality of place” jargon, pay the price for ALL the horrific costsillegals create.  I’m speaking of courseof Tyson’s, Simmon’s, OK Foods, Butterball, etc. and a host of constructioncompanies in the area, as well as organizations like the Chambers of Commerce,LULAC, MALDEF, LaRaza, Catholic Charities, and the Arkansas FriendshipCoalition.

Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas                                             www.ecark.org

Re: Your piece “Legislative session ends and Beebe is
still in charge” in May, 2009, Rural Arkansas publication.

Carmie:                                                                                                                May
6, 2009

This is the most “suck up” blather I have read in recent
times. No one could be this ignorant re: Beebe and his enablers and their
activities; therefore I must conclude you and your organization are big time beneficiaries
of Arkansas state government.

This administration is the most powerful, politically
corrupt organization in the history of our state, i.e. examine the players and
the control they exercise on Arkansas government—Walton’s, Tyson’s, Stephen’s,
Ark. Contractors, all forms of government schools, i.e. the Arkansas Friendship
Coalition.

I won’t provide extensive evidence, simply because I
believe it would be to no avail.

Your statement regarding a legislator’s utterance “His
suggestion that Gov. Mike Beebe could just send his agenda to legislators’
homes and they could vote via the Internet” was followed by your remark “I took
that comment to be a salute to Gov. Beebe”.

Carmie, that was no salute to Beebe, that was his perfect
description of a dictator, and mine. You have a unique sense
interpolation.  I also loved your comedic
statement describing the “legislature as having 135 fertile minds working
overtime”.  I can tell you firsthand
there are a number of buffoons in that august body.

Beebe refuses to address the illegal Mexican and OTM
invasion which is destroying middleclass Arkansans standard of living, job
opportunities, and the billions being spent on social services for the invaders.  Additionally, they are further diluting our
culture and heritage, and the public school system where numerous illegals
attend has been irreversibly, negatively altered. Note Carmie, before you
parrot Beebe’s cowardly stance, i.e. “it’s the Feds job” to secure our borders
and deal with illegal immigration, look up 8 USC and what it demands.  Beebe’s famous or maybe infamous statement
regarding the illegal invasion “Legal is legal, illegal is illegal, and we’ve got
to find out what’s legal”. Shades of his old buddy Nick Wilson.

Beebe refuses to allow the agents of the Ark. Contractor’s
Licensing Board to identify (only identify) those companies hiring large
numbers of Hispanics and contact appropriate authorities in order to determine
in fact if they are illegal.

Beebe and his administration are issuing drivers licenses
to illegals and spending huge sums by the Ark. State Police, Parks &
Tourism, Game & Fish, etc. advertising in Spanish to attract more Hispanics
(meaning more & bigger government in addition to cheap slave labor for
Tyson’s, Walton’s, etc.).

You note Beebe and Harriman are “masters”, you are so
right.  Their backroom wheeling and
dealing is breathtaking and the fear/intimidation they hold over the
legislators is indeed corruption at its height. Harriman, former lobbyist for
the Poultry Federation, and Beebe are nothing more than servants for Corporate
Arkansas.  What are the sources and total
remuneration for Lawyer Harriman?

Are you aware that the new tobacco money Beebe rammed
through goes directly to the Black Hole of General Revenue? He further, as a
payoff, gave each state senator $857,000 to spend as they wish and $25,000 to
each state rep.  Carmie, that’s what’s
known as “buying votes”.  $30 million
hard-earned taxpayer dollars to each house equals $60 million in real math. Why
will most legislators not reveal how they spent “their share” of the $60
million?  What do they fear? Some got
millions—how did that occur?

As middleclass Arkansans struggle mightily economically, being
laid off, businesses closing, more illegal laborers coming to our state, Beebe
and his shills authorized between Dec. 12, 2008 and Jan. 22, 2009 the creation
of 2,044 new Arkansas state jobs.  Is
that growing votes on the backs of the producers?  Another example of criminal corruption and
protection rackets in government.

Carmie, are you aware that Arkansas is now the number 1
recipient of illegal aliens? The illegal invasion, in government circles, is
always talked about in terms of economics (cheap labor)—it is a rule of law
issue.

The House appropriated $1,033,258,630 all to be spent on
Arkansas government entities, all to be borne on the backs of private
enterprise and producers, of which I am one, and not one penny for legal gainfully
employed Arkansans.

I will not bore you with any more of Beebe’s corruption
and his minions in the state legislature, only to say your article was a slap
in the face of every non-governmental taxpaying citizen in Arkansas. For
documentation go to arkansasfreedom.net

The Ark. House “conservatives” who voted against citizens on Tobacco Tax

Separating the Sheep for the Goats:                                                                       February

As promised, we said we would publicize the names of those House
Republicans who voted for Governor Beebe’s onerous, unconstitutional tobacco
tax bill HB 1204, thereby sticking the taxpayers with a Trauma Center of
dubious need and about 20 other programs which will benefit illegal aliens.

We said this vote would separate the sheep from the goats
and reveal the Republicans (we already know 99% of Democrats participate in the

political party, religious affiliation, government position, or corporate
standing…see our website for details and documentation   arkansasfreedom.net

against the Bill it would not have passed.
Needless to say, taxpaying citizens feel betrayed & cheated, and
will hopefully remember these unconscionable votes which favor not only the
illegals, but their employers, government programs, vote mongers, church tax-funding
for “charities”, and anti-American ethnic interest organizations….all of which
are felons according to Federal Law 8 USC and is kept secret by a complicit

HB 1093 designed to halt benefits to illegals & employers

(Originally posted on 1/26/2009 5:00:00 PM)

Chairman Steve Harrelson

House Judiciary Committee

Arkansas State Legislature                                                                           January
26, 2009

Mr. Chairman,

Analyzing your position regarding HB 1093 designed to
reign in the illegal Mexican & OTM invasion and language to curb
non-mandated funding and/or services being dispensed to the unwelcome hordes,
you take issue with the following categories.

l. You say you have not decided what your position is.

2. It is a Federal Government responsibility.

3. Costs

With reference to your position, “I have not decided”.  I will be euphemistic Mr. Chairman; keen
prevarication is the hallmark of a politician. It is commonly known throughout
the Capital and the Arkansas Friendship Coalition that you are working
extremely hard to defeat HB 1093.

Federal responsibility: Border security, along with hiring,
harboring, aiding & abetting, and transporting illegals is indeed a
responsibility of the Federal government, but not in toto.  As an attorney you should be aware of 8 USC,
Sec. 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644—which plainly states, among other things that
ALL law enforcement is
directed to apprehend those individuals and/or corporations hiring, harboring,
aiding & abetting, and transporting illegals. Many lawmakers such as you
are continually regurgitating the bromide that it is the sole responsibility of
the federal government to secure borders and regulate alien population.  This is only partially true. Am I to understand
your position is for citizens living in the sovereign state of Arkansas sit
idly by and allow our state/citizens to be overrun by uneducated, disease
ridden, poverty stricken illegal foreign nationals because the Feds are constitutionally
corrupt and refuse to enforce Article IV, Section IV? Who pays? No Mr. Chairman,
we are not going to allow that to happen. You are embracing our waffling
Governor’s position, you know the one “Legal is legal, and illegal is illegal,
and we’ve got to find out what’s legal”. I would remind you that in this crisis
there is no room for partisan politics.

 Now comes
Judiciary member Jim Nickels’ profound observation regarding the transporting
of illegals, “If a couple fall in love and get married and she’s an illegal…….”   Rep. Nickels, it is against the law making
your hypothetical example moot. Hopefully, this is not the depth of thought and
discourse in the entire committee.

Mr. Chairman, you speak of costs to implement 1093 and I
am so glad you’ve brought up the subject of cost, i.e. my tax dollars. I will
point out some of the costs for
NOT
implementing the Bill.  Hundreds of
millions of Arkansas tax dollars are being spent yearly on illegals in this
state to satisfy the demands of the Arkansas Friendship Coalition and others,
while many of these expenditures/services are not available to citizens.  Have you actually made investigations into
the horrendous costs of illegals in public schools, health clinics, AHEC, HUD,
WIC, Medicaid, Arkids First, Hospitals, E.R.’s, traditional doctor’s offices, or
witnessed the use of debit cards by illegals? How about police stations, jails,
prisons, witness gang activity, graffiti, drug & human smuggling bands, ad
infinitum?  All these services are
devoted to illegals and you wonder what the cost would be for the state police
to enforce HB 1093? Give me a break!  Shut
of the funding spigot, Mr. Chairman. Whose side are you on and what’s your
reward?  Are you aware there are more
policing organizations in this state armed to the teeth, fully militarized,  than you can shake a stick at? Citizens are sick
of these illegal invaders being treated by equally illegal government acts as
an endangered species, subsidized by our tax dollars.

The most egregious act, i.e. grand taxpayer theft, was
the passage of the Bill which mandated free pre & postnatal care to illegal
Mexican and OTM women, compliments of Gov. Huckabee and the Arkansas
Legislature. At the conclusion of the pregnancy, already thousands upon
thousands of anchor babies have and are being produced…proclaimed American
citizens. Anchor babies have the right to remain on welfare until 25 years of
age and the immediate right to bring in from their native country, their
immediate family.  Only corrupt fools
could create such suicidal legislation, i.e. an unconstitutional, illegal
attack on culture, heritage and rule of law.
Are you aware of the cumulative cost and numbers of illegals who have
and are participating in these unconstitutional programs since the inception
beginning July 5, 2005?  Of course
not.  Do you care?  That remains to be seen. In view of all the
economic rape of citizens, Gov. Beebe comes forth with his vote-seeking
increase in Medicaid and applauding the increase in the national SCHIPPs
program, while the illegal invasion continues unabated.

Members of the Judiciary
Committee hold the key to the survival of middleclass Arkansans
. We demand
an open, full House debate on the crisis that is reducing this nation to political
and economic rubble, i.e. economic & political genocide of the middleclass,
and if not stopped the result will be a bellicose multicultural Gulag. The
OBGYN expense alone required to discharge the pre & postnatal expense would
more than pay for proper policing required by 1093.

I have FOIed DHS during the early years and the results
were staggering…and this is not counting DHS cover-ups.   Go to arkansasfreedom.net and scroll
down to FOI’s for documented details.

There is the matter of gross irregularities being
committed by the Arkansas State Police and their influence peddlers,
advertising in Spanish in tri-color print and radio (other agencies are also
doing TV ads in Spanish, paid for by taxpayers), issuing drivers’ licenses to
illegals, turning drunken and/or traffic wreck offenders loose, but have the
time and resources for their expensive “Click it or Ticket” campaigns directed
at citizens.  The matter of ASP issuing
driver’s licenses to illegals now resides in the Arkansas Supreme Court and is
being defended by that paragon of virtue A.G. Dustin McDaniel against citizen
wishes and Constitutional demands.

Chairman Harrelson, the cost of maintaining and dealing
with the illegal and OTM crisis is out of sight and is increasing exponentially,
while illegals are depressing wages and stealing jobs from citizens who are
struggling mightily in diverse areas as we enter the throes of a depression.  In the meantime your buddies in the Poultry Federation,
Chambers of Commerce, Farm Bureau Insurance led by the Delta planter (with all
his AG subsidies) who wants to be the president of the U. of A. system, various
contractors, and by all means the Catholic & other churches …all using
their millions to fight the enforcement of U.S. and State immigration laws,
while economically & politically gorging themselves at citizens’
expense.  Where is Morril Harriman in
this picture?  See “Arkansas’ own trail
of Tears” cartoon arkansasfreedom.net
.

Mr. Harrelson, the matter of illegals in our state and
Republic is first and foremost a Rule of Law issue.  The issue is larger than your judicial
committee, or any committee for that matter.
Simply stated, depending on polling, 70-90% of Arkansans demand the
illegal Mexican & OTM invasion be curtailed this session.  Do you agree that it would not be fair in all
its ramifications for your small committee to kill this Bill and of equal
importance there are those in your committee who may have vested economic and
political interests (you included) in keeping illegals in our state and
expanding the magnet?

If for no other reason than in the spirit of fair play—send
HB 1093 to the full House and let it be voted on by all elected
Representatives.

Can we count on objective leadership in the Judicial
Committee rather than the demands of unscrupulous powerbrokers, some previously
mentioned?

Finally, one disturbing outburst by a legislator last
week who stridently stated he “would not vote for any Republican Bill” and
besides that, he had friends “who want more cheap illegal labor”, followed by “I
don’t have to take this Bull Crap!”…all said to some of his
lady constituents who happened
to be Republicans.  I cannot describe in
words my feelings toward this Buffoon who is willing to bathe himself publicly
in corruption.  I will refrain, for the
present, from calling him out.

This is no time for self-serving political “partisanship”,
deal from an honest deck.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Oursurvival depends on you.

SenatorJoyce Elliot, why are you sponsoring legislation that allows illegal aliens toreceive scholarships to Arkansas’ colleges/universities? Don’t you remember theloud voice Arkansans spoke with when then Governor Huckabee tried this exactsame thing? Surely you know that Arkansas has received an F for collegeaffordability and a D+ in benefits.  Help OUR children to attend college.

Youwant aliens put ahead of your own constituents, whose educational needs shouldcome first.  Statistics show that 50% of Black High School students aredropouts. Senator, in view of this statistic why do you champion the causes ofillegals and their enablers instead of working to raise the graduation rate ofAfrican Americans?

TheGovernor and Legislature have sworn to protect Arkansas’ students and not 3rdWorld illegal aliens. Let’s help our own before we throw money at those who arehere illegally.

Sen.Elliot, Arkansans can only assume that you are looking out for illegals morethan your own constituents.  Favoring those who illegally hire illegals,or have radical immigration views like LULAC, La Raza, and MALDEF.  Why?What is your reason to support those who are here against our laws?

Youroffer of additional services to illegal’s only serves, as a magnet for moreillegal’s to come to Arkansas who in the end will bankrupt our educationalsystem.

(2)

CatholicBishop Anthony Taylor stated “55% of Arkansas Catholics are recent immigrantsfrom Mexico and Central America”…meaning primarily illegals.  He furtherstated “If those people weren’t here, quite a few of our parishes wouldn’t beviable”.  Taylor says “the future of the Catholic Church rests inimmigrants”…meaning overwhelmingly illegals. (1)

Taylormakes a mockery of our laws in an effort to save his churches dying parisheswhile saddling Arkansas taxpayers with the cost of education, healthcare, social services, translators, and job stealing for these illegals.

Tayloris now advocating scholarships for illegals, when a blockbuster study showedArkansas with an F in college affordability.

Gov.Beebe and U of A chancellor Gearhart are advocating for illegals. Gearhart is fundraising while Beebe equivocates. As the former Attorney Generalfor Arkansas, Beebe should know “the only way foreign nationals can attendcollege in the U.S. legally is through the ICE agencies, “Internal StudentExchange and Visitors Program”. (2) Illegals cannot qualify.

Whodictates political policy in Arkansas?  The Governor and legislature, corporations, or the Catholic Church? Or all of the above?  CatholicBishop Anthony B. Taylor has launched an attack against Arkansascitizens.  Taylor states “Catholics are called to welcome immigrants, regardless of how they came to this country”, he states “No government has theright to deprive anyone of their God-given rights”.  The Vatican does notpermit any immigration.

Bishop, what are the god-given rights which apply to criminals? Are you saying Mexicanscan invade our borders, steal our jobs, destroy healthcare & publiceducation, and break other laws and not be deported?   Your politicallycorrect compassion (follow the money) at taxpayer expense would be betterdemonstrated by the Vatican selling off its treasure troves and dispersing itto poverty-ridden Catholics.

TheCatholic Church should clean up its house and cease attacking our sovereigntyand rule of law. 88% of Mexico’s population is Catholic, move your crusadeto Mexico.

How America was brought down to its knees

 Letter to the editors

The 1930’s, one man in Mussolini’s prison and three men in
Frankfurt, Germany, declared Western Civilization couldn’t be taken by
force.  The four, disciples of Marxism,
i.e. reduce all individuals to a common denominator, except the elitists.   1930’s
gave birth to the Frankfurt School, Communism by stealth. They fled Germany, migrating
to New York City’s Columbia University. Their plot to destroy Americans individual
freedoms was simple, implement a “march through the institutions”: government,
corporations, entertainment, media, and big religion.   Accomplished in less than 50 years.

Political Correctness was their atomic bomb. The dismantling
of the once preeminent U.S. was quick and precise, Americans never knew what
hit them.. Political Correctness is relentless—removing words from our
language, et al.   Their latest attack on
language came when lawyers for the Hispanic Caucus in Arizona were successful
having the phrase “illegal alien” removed from the courtroom.

Law enforcement and the Judicial are castrated.  Both have been relegated to selective
decisions and enforcements.  Witness the
criminal conduct of the Catholic Church. Little Rock Bishop Anthony Taylor
spits on both the Constitution and the rule of law referencing illegal
immigration. Taylor says “No government has the right to deprive anyone of God-given
rights
”.  (?)  Taylor preaches the Catholic Church trumps the
Constitution, while Mexico accepts NO illegals.

Taylor says “what would Jesus do”?  Jesus would abide by the law and send the
illegals packing.

The Mexican government says that 88% of its population is
Catholic. Bishop, you’re benevolent when stealing from American taxpayers,
suggestion:  Catholics move your crusade
to Mexico!

 Taylor’s real goal is
increasing the numbers of poverty-ridden, uneducated illegals to further increase
the billions the Church receives from our Federal government for “Catholic
Charities” (sanctuaries for illegals), unconstitutional and no oversight.  Corporations and education have the same
goals…cheap labor and funding.

American taxpayers don’t seem to know who is killing them.

(Originally posted on 9/15/2008 7:03:00 PM)

Attention taxpayers, large and small, who don’t work for the
government or get welfare checks of any kind.

You’ve probably been too busy with kids, cars, making
payments to realize how exploited (used/cheated) you have been and are now.

Example: it was your dollars paying for OK Foods 3 day party
for thousands of illegal workers in your Ben Geren Park, guarded by Sebastian
County Sheriff Atkinson and troopers.

How about your payment for illegals’ education, healthcare
and forms /instructions printed in Spanish for driver’s licenses, voting,
healthcare, etc?

Been in the E.R. lately? How about Wal-Mart, et al with
illegals spending food stamps and WIC coupons?

English is required of a naturalized citizen, so a
non-English speaker is likely illegal.

Who are you working to support?  Your family or people who invade illegally?
How much do you get from them?  Are they
your responsibility?  Who worked for your
paycheck and why should any of it be taken from you by force for undeserving others?

Americans used to know that redistribution of money by force
was evil and branded Communism/Nazism. Americans used to know that their
earnings were their own, but no more.
Many don’t want to take responsibility for themselves, so they vote for
politicians who promise to take care of them…..destroying individualism, pride,
rule of rational law, i.e. our Constitution.

Being a parasite is much easier than being a worker/producer,
but those on the beginning rungs to upper middleclass are the first to suffer
the effects of illegals…your neighborhoods, gang activity, your tax payments,
schools, and most important, your children’s educations and futures.

Are you just going down with a whimper and let the
“officials” use/abuse you, or are you going to hold the politicians/bureaucrats
feet to the fire and preserve the individual rights of this country?

Area Globalists reintroduce slavery

(Originally posted on 9/1/2008 5:23:00 PM)

Area Globalists, out of the shadows to lead the illegal
alien invasion.

Two feature stories appearing in this newspaper 8/23, 25/08
give fanfare to the Little Rock Mexican Consulate.

 The 23rd
story, “Consulate boosts staff”, states the Consulate is processing 300
requests a day for those seeking Matricula Consular identity cards that are
specifically for illegals, and are counterfeit. That’s in excess of 100,000 per
year and are illegally blessed by U.S. federal, state, county and local
governments.    Mexico, the issuing authority, does not even
accept these cards as official I.D.

The story of 8/25 reveals Consul Andres Chao will speak at
UAFS at something called “Distinguished Global Speakers Series”.  Chaos’s subject , “The Immigration Phenomenon
and the Contribution of the Mexican Community to the United States of America”.  It is not an “immigration phenomenon” but an
illegal invasion of foreign nationals. Consul Chao, aside from cheap labor–the
contributions?

The two stories illustrate political corruption in state
government, e.g. Chancellor Paul Beran is teaching the illegal Mexican invasion
is legitimate and one of economic necessity in spite of the rule of law, which incidentally
pervades the totality of education.  Is
Beran oblivious to the real mission of the Mexican Consulate?  The illegal invasion is a Constitutional and
rule of law issue, law enforcement and the judicial refuse to address.

The creation of the Mexican Consulate is a clear violation
of the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 10. The Consulate serves as a
warehouse for transitioning illegals into Arkansas/Oklahoma/Tennessee workforce…to
supply the insatiable cheap labor appetites of corporations—OK Food, Tyson’s,
Simmons, etc. at the expense of middleclass citizens.

Do you believe these recently minted elitists (Politicians, bureaucrats,
corporations) are interested in representative government? Self-serving
politicians have made a mockery of the rule of law.

Welcome to Corruptionville, Arkansas.

FEAR RULES IN THE U.S.

(Originally posted on 6/27/2008 8:44:00 PM)

Fear rules.                                                                           June
27, 2008

Ever wonder why there is never a rebellion among rank and
file law enforcement, politicrats, teachers, over the destructive, even
unlawful politically correct policies enacted in their respective professions?

For instance, how can law enforcement witness the railroading
of an honorable patriot or fellow officer and just stand by silently?  How can a politician vote for unconstitutional,
even brutal law, and say nothing?  How
can a bureaucrat aid and abet illegals and deny the same “benefits’ to legal
citizens and never complain?  How can
teachers watch their American children sink deeper and deeper into the No Child
Left Behind Communism while taking extra time to help illegal aliens who don’t even
speak the language? How can police look the other way when vicious drug gangs
and human smugglers roam freely?

The explanation is not only that most have been steeped in
P.C. themselves, but a larger answer is FEAR. They fear social retribution. Loss
of standing, but most of all loss of employment….the paycheck, the
pension/retirement.  They know if they “cross”
the wrong Boss, they could be out on their ear or worse.  Consider the examples made of Border patrol agents
Ramos & Compean, railroaded by Prosecuting Johnny Sutton, as well as the
example set of Wayne Fincher by Bob Balfe, III for daring to openly operate a
civilian, Constitutional militia….all in for long prison sentences. If that is
not fear of intimidation to frighten citizens, what is? These men had extemporary
histories but the BP judge took no notice, as well as Judge Jimm Hendren in
Wayne’s case. Wonder how many illegal alien criminals these judges have let off
the hook?

What kind of country is steeped in fear, from law-abiding
citizens to “officials and leaders”? Most people know.  We’ve all seen the trained robots at check
points, in the airports, courthouses, etc.
They are eerie in their lack of courtesy, humanity, deadpan expression and
cold eyes. They wear their guns, tasers, radios, clubs, and cuffs, like a badge
of honor. Do they even know what they have become, or care?  They appear to have no reason or judgment,
only what they have been trained to do and say and entrap.

Their purpose is to instill fear and they succeed.  Don’t mess with the government, or else.

Whistleblowers put their jobs and lives in jeopardy.  Honesty, integrity, Constitutional
understanding and loyalty has been replaced with intimidation and FEAR.

What a pathetic, demeaning way to live…damned if you do,
damned if you don’t. The corrupt protection racket is now encircled and can
intimidate anyone who wishes to abide by Constitutional rule of law. The
crooked cowards circle their wagons, no matter what the Party or special
interest, targeting any dissenter in their strangling web of deceit…whether
designed to destroy or not, matters not…the effects are the same.  Corporations want slave labor, government
agencies and churches want funding in a symbiotic relationship.

All power mongers know the rules well…FEAR RULES

Notice especially what the so-called Arkansas Friendship
Coalition had to say about illegals and the North American Union…gee, not hard
at all to see they represent the slave labor corporations/governments &
churches looting FUNDING/and against the pro-rule of law
constitutionalists/taxpayers.

Aliens just the beginning, woman fears

Secure Arkansas chief sees danger in influx, aims to limit
noncitizens’ services

Sunday, May 18, 2008

JONESBORO
– Jeannie Burlsworth worries about a lot of things.

She
fears for her safety and her family since she became the leader of a drive to
ban illegal aliens from receiving certain state services.

“I’m
in a real struggle here,” she says. “This is evil. Thesepeople are a danger.”

She
also frets about America merging with Canada and Mexico, a superhighway “10
football fields wide” running from Mexico through Texas, and the United States
allowing part of Kansas City to become “sovereign Mexican territory.”

“There
will be a North American union,” she said. “We will lose our sovereignty. Our
constitution is in jeopardy.”

She
refuses to give out the names of her husband and other family members for fear
of what opponents in the illegal-alien debate may do. During an interview at a
Jonesboro coffee shop, she told her daughter-in-law to keep her name secret.

“I’ve
had death threats,” Burlsworth said. “Yes, sir.”

She
said a Hispanic person, someone she perceived as an illegal alien, told her “the
Chicanos are going to string me up and this kind of stuff.” She wouldn’t
describe the circumstances of the threat or even say where it happened, and she
said she didn’t file a police report.

“Yeah,
like they are prosecuting illegal aliens,” Burlsworth explained.

Burlsworth,
53, of Bryant is the chairman of the Secure Arkansas campaign, which is trying
to collect 61,974 Arkansas registered voters’ signatures on a petition by July
7 to qualify the proposed initiated act for the Nov. 4 ballot.

The
party primary elections, typically big days for collecting signatures for
ballot initiatives, will be Tuesday.

The
proposed law would make state agencies take affidavits in which people say they are citizens (
not citizens but LEGAL aliens) before
they would be eligible for government benefits. The Department of Health, which
doesn’t ask for residency documentation before providing service, would be
affected.

Some
benefits that federal law requires, such as public school education, would be
allowed to continue for illegal aliens. Also allowed would be Medicaid-funded
prenatal care, which isn’t federally required but which the state has chosen to
provide since 2004.

Burlsworth
says she doesn’t know details of why certain things are allowed in the
initiative and why others aren’t, saying attorneys she wouldn’t identify helped
put it together.

During a speech  (Press Conference) last week outside the
CraigheadCounty Courthouse, in a thick Midwestern accent, she lamented the
increase in the Hispanic population in Arkansas since 1990.

“We
can’t take any more,” she said, her voice rising. “We need our borders secure.
We need an immigration policy. The citizens should be outraged in the stateof
Arkansas. I’m outraged to see our politicians have done nothing. Our
legislators need to get busy. We are being forced to subsidize illegal aliens,
and enough isenough. Our cup runneth over. I’m concerned about Arkansas being a
sanctuary state. We’ve got to put something in place, and if that’s wrong then
that’s just too bad. We’ve got to do something fast. Arkansas, you’ve got to
wake up.”

Few
people in Arkansas politics are familiar with Burlsworth, but some don’t like
her message.

Stacy
Sells of Little Rock, a public relations executive and a member of the Arkansas
Friendship Coalition, which opposes efforts to place further restrictions on
illegal aliens, said Burlsworth’s assertions don’t make sense.

“This
sounds like your classic conspiracy theory generated byfringe talk radio and
the Internet,” Sells said. “It seems rather
far-fetched to think that America is building a superhighway to import illegal
immigrants from Mexico into America or that Mexicans are trying to overthrow
the American government.
(
Check the
Internet for yourself)
This is simply ludicrous. I have
serious concerns about any group or individual from this paranoid mindset
trying to establish state policy on a matter as important as this.”

State
Rep. Rick Green, R-Van Buren, who sponsored a law last year aimed at preventing
firms that contract with the state from hiring illegal aliens, said he knows
nothing about Burlsworth and has talked to her only once. But he likes that she
has gotten involved with the immigration issue.

Bryant
Police Chief Larry Coffman said Burlsworth is wrong to say that police won’t
arrest illegal aliens for criminal infractions of state law, such as making
threats.(
Don’t
even get us started on this. No car tags, no insurance, disturbing the
peace, driver’s license, etc.)

“They
are held accountable just like anybody else,” he said.

Burlsworth
was born in Mountain Home. As a child, she moved with her family to Kansas
City, Mo. Her father drove a cement mixer. Her mother ran an employment agency.

She
dropped out of high school to get married and later worked at her mother’s
business “and that’s how I came to love people,” she says, “just interviewing”
people wanting jobs.

She
and her husband, who is in the insurance business, lived in Ohio and West
Virginia before returning to Arkansas in 2000 after the death of Brandon Burlsworth,
a former Razorback football player and her husband’s younger brother.

“He
was a good kid,” she said, holding back tears. “My husband was really grieving,
and he needed to get back home.”

They
lived in Hot Springs for a while, then Rogers, before moving to Bryant about
2004.

A
homemaker, she has two sons and two granddaughters. But she stays active
outside the home in the anti-abortion movement and traveled back to Kansas City
two years ago to help fight a ballot measure to expand stem-cell use. Her side
lost.

Burlsworth
voted for President Bush in the 2000 and 2004 elections but regrets it.

“He’s
one of the worst presidents I think we’ve ever had,” she says. “It doesn’t make
any sense for the commander in chief of the United States to go to Iraq and
fight a war and leave our borders unprotected. He should be protecting the
sovereignty of the United States. He has his own agenda. I don’t like it.”

This
election, she attended gatherings for Republican presidential candidate Ron
Paul but says she wasn’t a supporter and was only trying to get more
information.
(She was invited to Ron Paul meetings to give information.)

She
says she has no problems with Hispanics, as long as they are in America
legally.

But
she says Hispanics who are illegal aliens don’t care about American values
andwould rather display the Mexican flag.

“We’ve
just about lost California,” she says.

Her
group raised $1,015 through April. It formed March 3 and didn’t get the
go-ahead from the attorney general’s office for a petition drive until May 8.

She
realizes she’s facing some tough odds, especially with alow turnout expected
for Tuesday’s election, meaning fewer people will be easily available for
canvassers.

Only
about a dozen people attended her rally
(
press
conference)
in Jonesboro on Wednesday followed by about five people in Rogers
on Thursday.

But
she says she has lots of volunteers, including about 25county coordinators.

“We
need to build momentum,” she says. “We haven’t had time to build momentum.
You’ve got to give it a try. We’re not going away.”

In
Jonesboro, she faced questions from potential supporters about why her proposal
allows state-funded prenatal care for illegal aliens.

Green,
the legislator from Van Buren, said he will likely support the Secure Arkansas
proposal but wishes it included more restrictions.

Burlsworth
acknowledged that the initiative “is not that strong” compared with what some
want.

She
said she hopes that if the Secure Arkansas initiative becomes law, the
Legislature will feel more confident to take additional action against illegal
aliens.

“People
can’t stand there like lambs to the slaughter,” she said.
