Drugs from Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>Only partial congratulations are in order to the fused federal, state, county and city policing agencies. Why?&nbsp; No mention regarding legal status or possible past violations. <\/p>\n<p>Full disclosure by the Obama administration is absent, as in the case of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Fast &amp; Furious\u00e2\u20ac\u009d gun walking. It is noteworthy that the two principals in the Fast &amp; Furious crime, i.e. BATF &amp; the Dept. of Homeland Security, were involved in \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcGreat Scott\u00e2\u20ac\u2122. <\/p>\n<p>No outrage from U.S. Attorney Conner Eldridge regarding porous border contiguous with Mexico and exacerbating illegal human invasions, drug and human trafficking, welfare, federal prisons filled with Hispanics; no demand by Eldridge for enforcement of Federal Law 8 USC, Section 1325, et al.&nbsp; Eldridge took a sworn obligation to uphold federal law and the U.S. Constitution. Why isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t he?&nbsp; Has Attorney Eldridge had any discussions with border patrol agents who are being mocked and put in harm\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s way by the policies of the Obama administration? <\/p>\n<p>Weeks ago University of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart invited 5 illegals from around the country to participate in a U of A sponsored public symposium regarding higher education\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s sentiments for amnesty\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6a direct violation of 8 USC, Section 1324a\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6hiring, harboring, transporting any illegal alien, a felony punishable by 10 years in jail, plus $2,000 fine per illegal. <\/p>\n<p>A letter was sent to Attorney Eldridge asking for an explanation of why Chancellor Gearhart was allowed to involve himself, the U of A\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6a taxpayer subsidized entity, in a felonious program\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6no response from Federal Prosecutor Eldridge.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Selective law enforcement by the federal government is the order of the day.&nbsp; Sworn obligations and the rule of law trampled. <\/p>\n<p>Eldridge\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s appointment\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6political or earned?<\/p>\n<p>Joe McCutchen<\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>August 30, 2012 Times Record headline: \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcGreat Scott\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 nets drug arrest Waldron, Mena.&nbsp; 17 people are accused of trafficking in drugs, money laundering, etc. 13 are Hispanic.
