What is the significance of April 23, 2012?<\/p>\n

Monday evening 7:30 PM at the Fayetteville Town Center University of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart will openly flout U.S. statute 8 USC, Section 1324a, which states\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6any person who knowingly hires, harbors or transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail plus $2,000 fine per illegal alien. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

There can be no more blatant public violation than what Chancellor Gearhart is perpetrating.
\nHe is in the process of bringing to the Town Center 5 illegal aliens, 2 grew up in Arkansas the other 3 in Mass., N.Y., & VA.  <\/p>\n

To commit such an in-your-face public crime it is obvious that Gov. Mike Beebe, the Arkansas State Police, ICE and others are sanctioning & enabling the crime. Why?
\nChancellor Gearhart is violating every portion of 1324a\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6hiring, harboring & transporting illegal aliens.  Are the taxpayers paying for the commission of this crime?<\/p>\n

Section 1324c\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6all officers whose duty is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for violation of any provision of this section.  <\/strong><\/span> It appears that the Arkansas State Police, ICE, and other state & federal agencies are complicit in this crime to be. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153No local ordinance, rule or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section. (Affirmed Southern District Court of NY, U.S. vs. Rudy Giuliani, 1996)\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Is it this kind of conduct that the Univ. of Ark. School of Law teaches?  A willful violation of the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, and the destruction of our sovereignty?
\nChancellor Gearhart\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s conduct and that of his enablers is not only unlawful but appalling in the extreme.<\/p>\n

Incidentally, Chancellor Gearhart has used taxpayer facilities & equipment in other nefarious pursuits on behalf of illegal aliens.<\/p>\n
