The Program \u201cArkansas Works\u201d and the insidious\n\u201cMedicaid budget\u201d and Benjamin Franklin\u2019s solution for the poor.<\/strong>                                                       April\n7, 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gov.\nHutchinson, Senator Pitsch and the Arkansas Legislature\u2019s proposed enormous expansion\nof welfare, formally known as Obamacare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minutes\nafter Gov. Hutchinson was inaugurated he initiated a pursuit to incubate the\nremaining germ of Obamacare translating into debt and a huge increase in\nwelfare numbers.  Who pays for the\nredistribution?  Middleclass Arkansan\u2019s of\ncourse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Act\nimmediately created 350,000 new welfare addicts, now claimed to be reduced to\n250,000. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\nproposed economic theft taking shape in the Marble Palace is in plain view of\nthe fact there is a robust national economic growth and a historical 4%\nunemployment, the lowest rate in the past 5 decades.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

50% of\nArkansans are on some type of welfare and Arkansas is in the top 5 highest\ntaxed state in the nation.  How many\nlegals & illegals with the numbers growing (open borders) do you suppose\nare grazing in the Arkansas welfare trough, compliments of Beebe, Hutchinson,\nand especially  Huckabee (e.g. Mexican\nConsulate, free pre-natal care & all ancillary services for  illegal Latino women), and et al. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is\nnoteworthy that fewer than 100 individuals out of the previously mentioned\n250,000-350,000 are employed under the program Arkansas Works as \u201crequired\u201d. A\nrecent study by Yale-MIT estimated 22 million illegals in our country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Senator\nMathew Pitsch, Hutchinson\u2019s enforcer, recently made these ridiculous\nremarks:  The Times Record headline of\nMarch 3. 2019 stated that Pitsch backs the state program (expanded Obamacare\u2014Arkansas\nWorks).  Maybe for some the eye-openers\nin Pitsch\u2019s revelations, particularly misguided Republicans, is astounding\u2014Hutchinson\nand his \u201cscrew\u201d Pitsch want to work their will and pass an unrealistic $8-9\nbillion Medicaid package to be included in the 2019 budget. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excerpts\nfrom Pitsch\u2019s remarks in the Times Record. Saturday, 3\/30\/19. \u201cPlenty of\ncaveats within Arkansas Works for PEOPLE\nWHO DO NOT HAVE TO WORK.<\/strong> Such exemptions include being MORE THAN 50 YEARS OLD.\u201d<\/strong>  The Governor, Pitsch and the General Assembly\npower pod are toxic narcissists.  50 year\nold folks are in the prime of life. \nAnother zinger, \u201cIF YOU ARE\nUNDER A CERTAIN AGE (50) AND HEALTHY, THEN WE\u2019D LIKE YOU TO GET A JOB<\/strong>\nto keep YOUR FREE<\/strong> healthcare.  Open borders, frontal assaults in the\nthousands by illegal aliens subsidized by you feckless fools\u2026who is \u201cwe\u201d,\ndefine \u201cfree\u201d and the cost to each middleclass Arkansan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Senator\nPitsch, are you still the CEO (chief hustler) for name-change to WAIA (Western\nArkansas Intermodal Authority)? You are the centerfold for government abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pitsch\ncontinued by saying he gets calls from other states asking \u201chow do you do\nthis\u201d? (Arkansas Works)  No art to\nstealing middleclass Arkansans money in broad daylight for redistribution to\nforeign nationals and politicians. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Americans,\nwe have crossed the Rubicon of Enlightenment and Reason. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now the note from my good friend\nBenjamin Franklin about the poor.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am for doing good to the poor, but I differ in opinion\nof the means. I think the best way of doing\ngood to the poor, is not making them easy <\/strong>in poverty,\nbut leading or driving them <\/strong>out of it<\/strong>.<\/strong> In my\nyouth I travelled much, and I observed in different countries, that the more\npublic provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for\nthemselves, and of course became poorer. And, on the contrary, the less was done for them, the more they did\nfor themselves, and became richer<\/strong>. There is no country in the\nworld where so many provisions are established for them; so many hospitals to\nreceive them when they are sick or lame, founded and maintained by voluntary\ncharities; so many alms-houses for the aged of both sexes, together with a\nsolemn general law made by the rich to subject their estates to a heavy tax for\nthe support of the poor. Under all these obligations, are our poor modest,\nhumble, and thankful; and do they use their best endeavours to maintain\nthemselves, and lighten our shoulders of this burthen? On the contrary, I\naffirm that there is no country in the world in which the poor are more idle,\ndissolute, drunken, and insolent. The day you passed that act, you took away\nfrom before their eyes the greatest of all inducements to industry, frugality,\nand sobriety, by giving them a dependence on somewhat else than a careful\naccumulation during youth and health, for support in age or sickness. In short,\nyou offered a premium for the encouragement of idleness, and you should not now\nwonder that it has had its effect in the increase of poverty.<\/em>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n
