\nGOVERNOR MIKE BEEBE\u00e2\u20ac\u201dWE AIN\u00e2\u20ac\u2122T GOT NO MONEY AND THE CONTINUING EFFORTS TO DISMANTLE THE U.S. CONSTITUTION BY THE ARKANSAS LEGISLATURE    February 24, 2012<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/span>A $4.7 Billion Budget & No Fat???  Of course, Gov. Beebe and his backroom boys built this unconstitutional monstrosity which is loaded with FAT.<\/p>\n

Beebe claims any cuts in this attack on taxpayers would mean some state employees would have to be laid off\u00e2\u20ac\u201dwhat a shame.  During the governor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s tenure he has added in the neighborhood of 4,000 new state jobs (make that \u00e2\u20ac\u0153positions\u00e2\u20ac\u009d).  Very little challenge from the alleged conservative Republican wing of state government. That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153playing it safe\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153protection racket\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n

What\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s glaring and should be an affront to every Arkansas taxpaying citizen is the $100 million + increase in the vulgar Medicaid program. Medicaid is grand theft in broad daylight.  Why is this?  Unemployment has increased about 3\/10 of one percent statewide in the last 2 years.<\/p>\n

What has precipitated the massive increase in Medicaid welfare?  How about the tens of thousands of criminal illegal Mexicans & OTM\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s invading our state yearly, coupled with other Hispanics. Beebe states illegal immigration is a federal responsibility, which means he and most other governors don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have the guts to defend the sovereignty & security of their states. Beebe is quite willing to stand by and allow corporations to hire the illegal aliens with no legal blowback, e.g. Tyson. Beebe and the legislature welcome illegals with open arms on the one hand and demand Arkansas taxpaying citizens  pay for their illegal sanctuary, while making available every form of welfare largesse (much not available to American citizens)… Is this not a textbook example of an oxymoron?  <\/p>\n

Rubbing more salt deeper into citizens\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 economic wounds is the fact that Beebe and various state agencies are engaged in primetime advertising (all media) encouraging residents (legal & illegal) to put themselves and family on welfare; therefore any fool can see that unless citizens put an end to welfare corruption the theft will continue to balloon and certainly no end in sight, at this juncture we are on the precipice of economic & cultural collapse, in this particular case compliments of  Governor Beebe and our legislative whiz kids.<\/p>\n

Rarely a day goes by that some politician, bureaucrat or opportunist doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t offer up an expensive\/freedom-killing \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Vision\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, e.g. from afar the alleged conservative Republican members of the state house & senate on a string from Washington are pushing for a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Constitutional Convention\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u201dabject stupidity, or complicity in destruction, or to insert heavy religious overtones.<\/p>\n

There have been many attacks on our Constitution by both parties, but this one in my view would absolutely destroy the Constitution, produce civil unrest, and other catastrophic by-products if allowed to come to fruition.  <\/p>\n

Recent history & flip-flopping: back in 2007 some of these same good ole boys & girls were vehemently opposed to a Constitutional Convention; therefore who were they & what would make them change their position regarding a Constitutional Convention?<\/p>\n

Listed are some of those legislators who co-sponsored HCR 1022 in 2007 and have reversed their positions.  Why?  Reps. Hobbs, Burris, Clemmer, Dale, Dismang, English, Garner, King, S. Malone, M. Martin, Pyle, Rice, Slinkard, G. Smith, and oh yes, the then Senator Denny Altes. <\/p>\n

 SEN. ALTES & REP. DEBRA HOBBES WERE THE SPONSORS.<\/p>\n

Does this not tell us a lot about character, honesty, & principle??<\/p>\n
