The Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department in bed with Gov. Mike Beebe and a number of state legislators are pushing for what they claim is under the aegis of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Move Arkansas Forward\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, which is a $1 billion bond deal and nothing more than Sustainable Development under the malleable name of MOVE ARKANSAS FORWARD. <\/span><\/p>\n

Does the bond deal that the governor, substantial members of the legislature & the AHTD want really Move Arkansas Forward?   Absolutely not!  Most of the bond money would go for Agenda 21 projects, which in the final analysis is the grand theft of citizens\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 property. <\/p>\n

For the citizens who voted for a number of Republicans who were elected, thinking they were voting for constitutional conservatives\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6think again!<\/p>\n

Constitutional conservatives know what to expect from Democrats\u00e2\u20ac\u201dmore & bigger government, but now we have any number of Republicans who have colluded with Beebe & the Democrats to mask the real intent of the $575 million in new debt and could rise to $1 Billion.
\nIn a burst of thunder Chairman of the Arkansas Republican party Doyle Webb, long immersed in Ark. Politics, is leading the Arkansas Republican delegation in the backdoor bond deal, which translates into a political protection racket.  <\/p>\n

Beebe & Webb, in their bravado, are leaning heavily on the fact that Arkansans are unaware of Agenda 21 and its bevy of bastard babies, Move Arkansas Forward being one.<\/p>\n

Citizens of Arkansas prone to take the bait will vote for this new $575 million to $1 billion of new debt thinking it will be used for highway maintenance.  Wrong!<\/p>\n

When citizens hear the word Bond they in the main are not aware of the horrific tax burden placed on their backs.
\nEveryone likes good highways, right?  But is this gigantic bond proposal going for maintenance? Beebe & Webb and their enablers are not about to tell citizens the real intent of the proposed grand theft.
\nAre you aware that the state of Arkansas is the nation\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 12th in highway miles due to MASS PAVING IN NON-CONGESTED AREAS?  AHTD is taking money from gasoline taxes and giving it to private banks and state entities that already have their own taxpayer-funded budget for non-highway uses.  <\/p>\n

Why is the State Highway Dept., funded by fuel taxes, diverting highway funds to recreational trails? The answer is Agenda 21 & its bastard babies.<\/p>\n

The new money Beebe, Webb, & their acolytes receive will go in large part to fund mass transit\/light rail\/more trails with the ultimate goal of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Stacking & Packing\u00e2\u20ac\u009d citizens into high density conclaves. Therefore; easily controlled, no need for individual motorized vehicles, most commodities available in walking or biking distance.
\nThis is just the tip of the iceberg and we must not enable these Agenda 21 type programs to proceed. <\/p>\n

Gov. Beebe, Doyle Webb, and their enablers are truly evil men.  The transparency in their government is non-existent and to create an environment that the state government functions in is the direct result of allowing these stiffs to hold public office for decades, which creates mischief & criminality.<\/p>\n

Now let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s see\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6who do we blame for our pathetic place in history?
\nQuestion:  Why would a citizen vote to give the AHTD the above stated amount of money in one draw? That would be absolutely idiotic. One year at a time, and before the money is disbursed, state what projects, where, and the cost must be revealed publicly.   A master plan should also be submitted & published in all the state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s newspapers before any voter consideration.<\/p>\n
