Governor Mike Beebe and his administration\u00e2\u20ac\u201dmalfeasance, misfeasance, lies, & theft\u00e2\u20ac\u201dhis legacy?<\/span><\/strong>    <\/span><\/p>\n

Beebe the singer, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153now you say you do, then you say you don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t, what are you gonna do?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, pertaining to the illegal criminal Mexican invasion and state employees ingratiating themselves by aiding and abetting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Twice during the last gubernatorial campaign Beebe stated, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the state tracks how much it spends to provide services to people who are in the country illegally\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.   Beebe has since recanted, saying \u00e2\u20ac\u0153there\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no centralized tracking, no\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span><\/p>\n

On Oct. 13, 2010 Beebe, when questioned about monitoring state expenditure directed to illegal Mexican aliens, incorrectly said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the Dept. of Finance Administration kept track\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. <\/span><\/p>\n

Now comes the heavy-handedness of the state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s bureaucracies, top down, and their arrogance, abuse, and lies directed at middleclass Arkansans.  I use middleclass only since those on welfare continue to stick out their greasy palms for more and the elites benefit from the Governor and his administration\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s grand theft. <\/span><\/p>\n

An statement made by Dept. Director of Finance, Richard Weiss who said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153DFA does not collect information specifically on the use of public resources by illegal aliens\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  Why not?  Weiss later said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153about (about ?) three agencies, most of which related to both legal and illegal aliens\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  MALFEASANCE.<\/span><\/p>\n

Weiss goes on to say that education and imprisonment expenses for legal and illegal aliens totaled about $169 million in 2007, the last time he kept expenses. As the state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Director of Finance Administration, why doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t he know to the penny, and how much specifically goes to illegals and why does he not define the difference between legal and illegal expenditures?  Another example of malfeasance, misfeasance and grand theft of Arkansas taxpaying citizens.  And in this breath it is to be said there has been no tracking since 2007.  If this is really the case, then every politician and state employee should drummed out of office and position. <\/span><\/p>\n

It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s all lies, so which one prevails?  The only way the state gets reimbursed is to give specific counts and costs to the bankrupt federal government.  Now, if in fact they do not keep records it means that the state government is spending taxpayer money without any supervision or knowledge of how much money is being spent or on what.   The legislature is totally clueless as to the disbursement of taxpayer\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s money and history shows they don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t give a damn.  Understand here that Gov. Beebe and one of his enablers Morril Harriman sit in the back room and call the shots and any bill they don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t back does not get out of committee.  Of all the negatives in Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 30 year career at the taxpayers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 trough and his smoke and mirror games, you can be assured of one thing, he knows and approves everything politically that happens in state government. Beebe is a political coward of the first order.  Two of the larger tragedies affecting Arkansans presently are illegal immigration and Obamacare\u00e2\u20ac\u201dhis position?  He \u00e2\u20ac\u0153obeys the federal law\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  How pathetic.  Just let the unwanted invaders and national healthcare overrun us.  As you can see from above, citizens\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 well-being, economic, security, social standing, culture, heritage, language is of no concern to this governor.<\/span><\/p>\n

As long as the citizens of Arkansas choose to reelect self-serving political interests there will never be a bonafide challenge to the federal governments\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 unconstitutional and criminal edicts, as is the case in several other states.  For example, Dept. of Education spokesman Julie Johnson Thompson said they don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t keep track of how many of the states\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 465,000 students are in the country illegally.  This is another bald-faced lie, if you take this statement at face value either Arkansas citizens are paying the total bill across the board for the presence of illegal Mexicans and OTM\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, or the state is getting reimbursed for educational services provided by the state by the orders of the Federal Government.  So which is it Julie Johnson Thompson?<\/span><\/p>\n

Now we get into bigger lies, if possible.  This from Higher Education spokesman Brandi Hinkle.  The Dept. overseeing higher education does not keep track of the number of illegals attending Arkansas colleges and universities.  How can that be?  I have a copy of all Arkansas colleges and universities and the respective numbers of illegals enrolled.  I also have an admission from an FOI that some colleges in Arkansas are wantonly taking in illegals to bump up enrollments for more funding.  Records?  Hinkle further stated \u00e2\u20ac\u0153students do not have to verify their legal status to attend Arkansas colleges\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  Why not?<\/span><\/p>\n

When all the smelly smoke blows over it boils down to three issues.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1.      <\/span><\/span><\/strong>If the state government does not keep records regarding numbers and expenses incurred by treating illegal Mexican aliens like an endangered species, this simply means that Arkansas citizens are having their tax dollars literally stolen by Gov. Mike Beebe and the neutered feckless state legislature.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2.      <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Or it simply means the state government of Arkansas under the aegis of Mike Beebe is lying and the state government does keep records and submit said records for federal reimbursements.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

3.      <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Either way, how can a citizen have any confidence in the financial reports and actual financial condition of the state when the Governor crows we are within budget?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s time for Gov. Beebe and his sidekick Morril Harriman to come out of the smoky backroom, turn on the lights, let in some fresh air and in conjunction with the current legislature fashion an effective equation to deal with the grand theft being promoted by this administration regarding the illegal Mexican invasion, e.g. issuing Matricula Consular cards, Ark. State Drivers Licenses, advertising in Spanish outside the state and all the hundreds of millions of dollars stolen by force from we citizens.<\/span><\/p>\n

P.S.  An FOIA was submitted to the Dept. of Human Services January 18, 2011 requesting the numbers of illegal Mexican & OTM women who have availed themselves for free prenatal care and ancillary services provided by unknowing citizens, and the number of Anchor Babies produced.  In reality, we citizens are keeping up 2 sets of parasitic non-producers, illegals and government employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

By the way, Gov. Beebe, in what manner and to whom did you disburse the $90 million in so-called stimulus money printed out of thin air and to be awarded to teachers as a $700 Christmas bonus?(Bonus for what?)  The Dept. of Education attorneys say they don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know the details and won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know until there is an audit, and they don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know when that will be.  Surely you didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t use it as a vote buying scheme and a means to expand state government.<\/span><\/p>\n
