The editor of the Times Record is thanking Police Chief Kevin Lindsey for doing his job.  So exactly what all is he doing?  Apparently, the editor seems to believe that neighborhood associations are the solution to the crisis.  Again, I repeat, these gangs have infested our city for at least 30 years and not a peep from the newspaper, the Fort Smith city police, the county sheriff, ICE or the FBI\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6which all have substantial presence in our community.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today a big news release\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6Tyson signs on to the IMAGE program with ICE, proclaiming they do not hire illegals.  What a crock.  Let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s conjecture.  During the Huckabee administration (it is said he is the leading GOP candidate for president\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6shows what some of the Tea Parties know) the right reverend Huckabee signed an accord with former Mexican president Vicente Fox to create a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock (Arkansas taxpayers subsidized)  which was and is an unconstitutional act (Article 4, Section 10, U.S. Constitution).  At the time Mike Beebe was Attorney General for the state and never questioned Huckabee\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s actions. The Mexican Consulate issues what is known as Matricula Consular cards which law enforcement agencies and corporations accept as legitimate (Mexico does not) identification\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6also a corrupt practice.  The L.R. Mexican Consulate serves as an I.D. and distribution center for illegals serving a 4 state area\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, & Missouri.  Will Matricula Consular cards be Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, the state and the Feds cover regarding the IMAGE Program? Look for a big amnesty push.  Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe, a grand supporter of industry\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s hiring tens of thousands of illegals, remains deep \u00e2\u20ac\u0153in the shadows\u00e2\u20ac\u009d of a corrupt state government on this issue.  <\/span><\/p>\n

Another one of Huckabee\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s numerous crimes, with the Arkansas legislature\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s help, passed a law allowing illegal Mexican and OTM women to have \u00e2\u20ac\u0153free\u00e2\u20ac\u009d prenatal care accompanied by all ancillary services, resulting in producing thousands upon thousands of Anchor Babies in Arkansas.  At least 3 FOI\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s have been filed at the Dept. of Human Services for the exact number of illegal women who have availed themselves of these unconstitutional \u00e2\u20ac\u0153free\u00e2\u20ac\u009d services and the resulting costs to Arkansans.  The responses from Human Services go something like this\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u009dwe don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t keep records\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153we are not allowed to ask who is illegal\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153you must be more specific\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  There is another FOI pending, asking the identical questions.  Understand that the anchor babies produced by this legislative travesty allow said babies to draw welfare until 21 and they may bring in their immediate kin from their mother country.   Are you getting the picture\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6that the American government top down is corrupt to the core?<\/span><\/p>\n

Now the word Fusion: fusion entered the political scene some time ago which allows the various policing agencies to share their information.  More police muscle, not always directed at the law breakers.  Within days, various policing agencies have come out into the noonday sun and are speaking gingerly about the Mexican and OTM invasions.  It does appear to be fusion emanating from the big boy in DC.  Wonder what precipitated this phenomenon.  Are citizens rising up and putting some heat the elected vultures?  More damage control?<\/span><\/p>\n

The thought comes to mind, with the aforementioned policing agencies in Fort Smith, all within a stone\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s throw from the largest employers of illegals\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6that would be OK Foods, Simmons, Tyson, etc., why now?<\/span><\/p>\n

It will be interesting to see if there is a huge cloud of brown dust on a heading of 230 degrees shortly, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s doubtful.<\/span><\/p>\n

Is it all window dressing and\/or damage control?<\/span><\/p>\n
