Regarding the results of my recent FOIA:<\/font><\/p>\n

Director Michael Langley & the ABC Board,
\n<\/span>March
\n13, 2010<\/font><\/p>\n

Briefly, I am sorely disappointed in your various
\nconclusions regarding the issuance of a liquor license to Maria L. Diaz-Leon.<\/font><\/p>\n

This woman allegedly became a naturalized citizen in 1999
\nand in 2005 & 2006 she was arrested by the INS station at Hebbronville,
\nTexas for smuggling aliens or harboring aliens.
\n<\/span>That is a fact. <\/span>A fact
\nthat should have negated her citizenship.<\/span> <\/span>The
\nfact that she is not in jail is simply
\ndue to the non-performance of at that time the INS, now ICE. <\/span>By the way, if she is a naturalized citizen,
\nwhy does she need an interpreter? When was the requirement of learning our
\nEnglish language dropped from the process of becoming a naturalized citizen?<\/font><\/p>\n

As you know, she has had other legal problems. Each of you,
\nwith the exception of Director Langley, demonstrated that you were hell-bent on
\ngiving this woman a liquor license. <\/span>Why?
\nPolitical Correctness,<\/span> or some other reason? <\/span>Cui bono?<\/span> <\/font><\/p>\n

Long time Detective J.C. Ryder made a statement \u00e2\u20ac\u0153as far as
\nMr. Ryder knows there is nothing about Ms. Deleon that would disqualify her
\nfrom holding an ABC permit\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. This flies in the face of testimony by Fort Smith
\nPolice Chief Kevin Lindsay. <\/span>J.C., may I
\nintroduce you to 8 USC, Section 1325, most particularly 1324a\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6hiring, harboring,
\ntransporting any illegal alien\u00e2\u20ac\u201da felony punishable by 10 yrs jail and $2,000
\nfine for each illegal. <\/span>J.C., I believe
\nif you had conveyed the above to the Board we would not have another
\nout-of-control illegal Mexican operation on Midland Blvd. <\/span>In all actuality it should never have gotten
\nto the point where you became involved.<\/font><\/p>\n

I hope your future performances display a more professional
\nand Constitutional conduct. <\/span>The awarding
\nof this license is a travesty, another example of selective law enforcement.<\/font><\/p>\n

Open letter to the Arkansas Beverage Control Board<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Are the Constitution, federal and state laws being corrupted
\nby politicians, bureaucrats and other appointed and\/or hired \u00e2\u20ac\u0153officials\u00e2\u20ac\u009d
\nthrough stupidity, ignorance, criminal activity or buy-outs?<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Witness the story appearing in the Fort Smith Times Record
\n1\/21\/10
\ntitled \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Alcohol permits awarded.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/span>The
\nprincipal in this piece was one Maria L. Diaz De Leon who was awarded an
\nArkansas state liquor license by the Arkansas Beverage Control Board (ABC).<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Examine the facts as the Times Record presents them: Fort Smith
\ndetective Cody Elliott uncovered a dearth of evidence suggesting that Maria De
\nLeon was not legally worthy to receive a liquor license.
\n<\/span>The ABC had the negative information in hand
\nregarding De Leon. <\/span>ABC Director Langley
\nvoted to deny De Leon a liquor permit, but he was overridden by Board member
\nRon Fuller\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s comments and vote and the rest of the board was swayed by his
\npolitically correct rhetoric. <\/span>Fuller\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\ncomments: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the language barrier may have caused some confusion during the
\ninterview,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I think we should give people new to our country perhaps an
\nopportunity to show they can be very successful and to show that they are
\ngenuine part of American society.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The Fort Smith Detective\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s investigation revealed the
\nfollowing: <\/span>De Leon had been cited for
\ntraffic violations and was reportedly once arrested in Texas on suspicion of
\nsmuggling and harboring illegal immigrants (a felony under federal law 8 USC,
\nbut law enforcement rarely ever pursues charges against illegals<\/span>). <\/span>Furthermore she
\nlied through a translator
\nsaying she\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d never been cited or arrested.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

It certainly appears obvious to me this woman is an illegal
\nalien, unable to speak English (a requirement for naturalized citizens), a
\nsuspected illegal smuggler, an unsafe driver, and a liar.
\n<\/span>To top it off she has the audacity to name
\nher club \u00e2\u20ac\u0153El Coyote.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/span>Coyote is the
\ncommon name used to describe Mexican human traffickers.
\n<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In my opinion, a majority of the ABC Board, and in
\nparticular Ron Fuller, can only be described as criminally contemptible and
\ngrossly incompetent. Fuller\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s statement saying that De Leon is a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153genuine part
\nof American society\u00e2\u20ac\u009d is blasphemous to the rule of law and legitimate
\ncitizenship. <\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As a citizen of the U.S. and Arkansas, I demand this license
\nbe cancelled immediately and if not so, action be taken against the ABC to
\nprevent it from issuing licenses to persons who are not lawfully present in
\nArkansas. <\/span>What\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s more the woman should
\nbe arrested, punished and deported if, in fact, she is not here legally.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This woman appears to be potentially guilty of at least two
\ncriminal acts\u00e2\u20ac\u201dinvading our country illegally and trafficking in human beings,
\nwhile lying about receiving numerous traffic citations, which poses the
\nquestion \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/span> did she have any insurance? <\/span>Meanwhile the Sebastian County Sheriff, ICE,
\nand the FBI refuse to enforce 8 USC Sections 1324(a), 1324(c), & 1644.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The Club El Coyote will no doubt be a conduit for more
\nillegals<\/span>. <\/span>It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a
\nshame that the American citizen who applied for a license at the Season\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Inn
\nwas rejected for minor citations 20 years ago\u00e2\u20ac\u201dAmerican justice?<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
