L.<br \/>\nDiaz De Leon who was awarded an Arkansas state liquor license by the Arkansas<br \/>\nBeverage Control Board (ABC).<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Examine the facts as the<br \/>\nTimes Record presents them: Fort Smith detective Cody Elliott uncovered a<br \/>\ndearth of evidence suggesting that Maria De Leon was not legally worthy to<br \/>\nreceive a liquor license.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>The ABC had<br \/>\nthe negative information in hand regarding De Leon.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>ABC Director Langley voted to deny De Leon a<br \/>\nliquor permit, but he was overridden by Board member Ron Fuller\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s comments and<br \/>\nvote and the rest of the board was swayed by his politically correct rhetoric.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Fuller\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s comments: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the language barrier may<br \/>\nhave caused some confusion during the interview,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I think we should give<br \/>\npeople new to our country perhaps an opportunity to show they can be very<br \/>\nsuccessful and to show that they are genuine part of American society.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The Fort Smith Detective\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s<br \/>\ninvestigation revealed the following:<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>De<br \/>\nLeon had been cited for traffic violations and was reportedly once arrested in<br \/>\nTexas on suspicion of smuggling and harboring illegal immigrants (a felony<br \/>\nunder federal law 8 USC, but law enforcement rarely ever pursues charges against<br \/>\nillegals).<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Furthermore she lied through<br \/>\na translator saying she\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d never been cited or arrested.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">It certainly appears obvious<br \/>\nto me this woman is an illegal alien, unable to speak English (a requirement<br \/>\nfor naturalized citizens), a suspected illegal smuggler, an unsafe driver, and<br \/>\na liar.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>To top it off she has the<br \/>\naudacity to name her club \u00e2\u20ac\u0153El Coyote.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<span style=\"\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>Coyote is the common name used to describe Mexican human<br \/>\ntraffickers.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">In my opinion, a majority<br \/>\nof the ABC Board, and in particular Ron Fuller, can only be described as<br \/>\ncriminally contemptible and grossly incompetent. Fuller\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s statement saying that<br \/>\nDe Leon is a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153genuine part of American society\u00e2\u20ac\u009d is blasphemous to the rule of<br \/>\nlaw and legitimate citizenship. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">As a citizen of the U.S.<br \/>\nand Arkansas, I demand this license be cancelled immediately and if not so,<br \/>\naction be taken against the ABC to prevent it from issuing licenses to persons<br \/>\nwho are not lawfully present in Arkansas.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>What\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s more the woman should be arrested, punished and deported if, in<br \/>\nfact, she is not here legally.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">This woman appears to be potentially<br \/>\nguilty of at least two criminal acts\u00e2\u20ac\u201dinvading our country illegally and<br \/>\ntrafficking in human beings, while lying about receiving numerous traffic<br \/>\ncitations, which poses the question \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 did she have any insurance?<span style=\"\">&nbsp;
