I would ask the Duchess if she is<br \/>\nwilling to give up her taxpayer sponsored blue-chip unlimited healthcare for<br \/>\nshe and her family in exchange for the &ldquo;reform&rdquo; movement she is advocating,<br \/>\nadministrated by parasitic bureaucrats. <\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong>This Bill, when signed into law,<br \/>\nwill severely restrict the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Amendment, i.e. the purpose of said<br \/>\nBill, and will serve as a springboard for the continuing suffocation of Freedom<br \/>\nof Speech and the ultimate goal of government is the absolute control of<br \/>\nspeech.<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong>Jewish interests have tried for<br \/>\nyears to push this Anti-American freedom of speech Bill and now are supremely triumphant<br \/>\nin their multiple efforts.<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong>This Bill also gives the Justice<br \/>\nDepartment more authority to investigate and prosecute so-called Hate Crimes at<br \/>\nthe request of states, and it would offer grants for state and local<br \/>\ngovernments to prevent such crimes.<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong>Amendment 10&mdash;Governor Mike Beebe,<br \/>\nRep. Steve Harrelson, and U.S. Congressman Mike Ross.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>As previously noted, the Hate\/Thought Crimes<br \/>\nBill invokes many opportunities for the federal government to influence the<br \/>\ntenor of business in state government.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>This of course, is in diametrical opposition to the stated goals of the<br \/>\nU.S. 10<sup>th<\/sup> Amendment.<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong>A Resolution was introduced in the<br \/>\n2009 session of the Arkansas Legislature which bolstered the state&rsquo;s position<br \/>\nwith reference to the 10<sup>th<\/sup> Amendment.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>The aforementioned Resolution asked for only<br \/>\n2 items.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>To declare our state a<br \/>\nsovereign entity, secondly would allow the state of Arkansas to reassert its<br \/>\nstanding on the 10<sup>th<\/sup> Amendment by stating its right to inform the<br \/>\nfederal government to cease &amp; desist when the Governor and Legislature<br \/>\ndeemed such a practice was indicated.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>The<br \/>\nResolution was defeated handily by the Democrats.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Evidence indicates that Beebe, Ross, &amp;<br \/>\nHarrelson were responsible for the Resolution&rsquo;s demise. <span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>Why would they not want sovereignty and power to<br \/>\ndivorce from the federal government when needed?<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong>There are literally thousands of<br \/>\nlaws already on the books that deal with every crime known to man.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>This Bill is about silencing middleclass<br \/>\nAmerica, squashing speech, punishing dissidents, and ultimately will be<br \/>\ndirected at the White middleclass, the guts of this society.<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 37.5pt; text-indent: -0.5in;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><font size=\"2\"><strong><span style=\"\"><span style=\"\">VIII.<span style='font-family: \"Times New Roman\"; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; -x-system-font: none;'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>CONGRESS&rsquo; TRAVEL BILL EXPANDED 10 FOLD<span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/strong><\/font><!--[endif]--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in;\"><font size=\"2\"><strong>Spending by law makers on taxpayer<br \/>\nfinanced trips abroad has shown a meteoric increase. <\/span>Understand that Speaker Wills<br \/>\nmade his complaint while travelling in Taiwan this week (July 17, 2009).<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Oh please tell us Robbie who is paying for<br \/>\nthis very expensive trip, how much it cost, and what is the purpose?<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Wills goes on to say &ldquo;I&rsquo;m concerned that the<br \/>\nhigh salaries are eroding public confidence in the lottery&rdquo;.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>You are absolutely right Wills, and it is not<br \/>\nlimited to the lottery.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;
