The Bailout is a political<br \/>\npayoff to financial conglomerates, corporations, minorities and the political<br \/>\nspectrum, all designed to increase dependency on government. The Bailout is so<br \/>\nmassive that in Obama\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s first 100 days he has turned our nation into a<br \/>\ncertifiable welfare state. A debt so massive and climbing that it has no chance<br \/>\nof being paid back to the citizens.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span><strong style=\"\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ALL BY DESIGN. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\"><span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>Conjecture: The Feds<br \/>\nand their underwriters have no intention for these Bailouts to be paid back.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>There is the matter of the $Billions given<br \/>\nto various government entities, with little or no oversight.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Ignorant politicians like to say, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Free money,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<br \/>\nthat doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have to be paid back. <span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>I<br \/>\nbelieve the Feds will cancel the fiat trillions printed out of thin air, cancel<br \/>\nall national, state, &amp; metropolitan debts, installing a new \u00e2\u20ac\u0153regional\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<br \/>\ncurrency (initially including Canada &amp; Mexico; Latin &amp; South America<br \/>\nsoon to follow). The result will leave middleclass America holding a big bag of<br \/>\nvalueless I.O.U.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, assuring destruction of their standard of living.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MISSON ACCOMPLISHED!<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Government terrorists will have neutered the American<br \/>\nmiddleclass to the point they will no longer be a factor in political decisions<br \/>\ndue to financial destruction, concomitantly becoming a minority in their own<br \/>\ncountry which achieves our government\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s goal. The middleclass has always been<br \/>\nthe heart, soul, and fabric of our society, holding government powers in check,<br \/>\nwhich is why they are in the crosshairs now.<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Failure by the Fed and the sovereign states to enforce<br \/>\nArticle 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution and 8 USC, has placed our revered<br \/>\nnation on the threshold of becoming a bonafide 3<sup>rd<\/sup> World dumping<br \/>\nground. Entrepreneuralship is an inherited characteristic and blossoms early<br \/>\nin life (pre-puberty), DNA makes the determination. Beebe rewarded <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EACH<\/span> of the 35 Arkansas<br \/>\nstate senators $857,000 to spend as he or she deemed.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>The $30 million came from something called<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u0153surplus over budget receipts\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6?<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>The<br \/>\nBeebe payoff is a reward to the senators for not interfering in the governor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s<br \/>\nunconstitutional and thievery exploits.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>This<br \/>\none act alone shows that Beebe has no regard for citizens or the taxpayer<br \/>\nlooted surplus.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Before doling out the<br \/>\npayoff, Beebe engineered a 55 cent per pack increase on cigarettes and a tax on<br \/>\nthe Fayetteville Shale Play, and tried to raise the tax on milk. Citizens have no idea that the 35 state senators received<br \/>\nsuch large sums of money and no oversight demanding the exact identity, proof of<br \/>\nrecipients and specifically how to be spent. Not from my vantage point.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Translation\u00e2\u20ac\u201dit can only be described as a<br \/>\npolitical\/economic pay-off for past favors and future considerations, as well<br \/>\nas the ongoing expansion of the welfare\/police state.<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Civil disturbances, chaos and the total abandonment of the<br \/>\nConstitution, the Bill of Rights, and the rule of law surely will come as<br \/>\nbalkanization continues to divide, leaving only one legal recourse.
