Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 own Trail of Tears\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, i.e. the crimes of the
\nOligarchs and their enablers.<\/font><\/p>\n

Where to begin? The Arkansas Friendship Coalition.  <\/span>No friends in this coalition, all money
\nlaunderers.  <\/span>Listed below are some of the
\nprincipals: their traitorous conduct will be detailed later. <\/font><\/p>\n

The Rev. Steve Copley, Archie Schaffer, Randy Wilbourn, Rita
\nSklar, Neal Sealy, Tommy Fish, Graham Catlett, Mark Stodola, Stacy Sells, Skip
\nRutherford, Alan Leveritt, Wendell Griffin, Jim Miranda, John DiPippa, Warren
\nStephens. <\/font><\/p>\n

The AFC is an open-borders, cheap labor, and amnesty organization
\ndedicated to the genocide of middleclass Americans and in this case middleclass
\nArkansans.  <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

The enablers of the AFC begin and end with a rogue Arkansas
\nstate government.  <\/span>Illegal immigration is
\ntheir  <\/span>prize in the battle between the
\ncitizens and the Oligarchs\/politicians\/bureaucrats\/political parties\/religion.<\/font><\/p>\n

Note the big players, i.e. Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s , Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Stephen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s,
\nthe Catholic Church, never offer up their ill-gotten lucre to pay for the
\ncarnage heaped upon our society by the illegal Mexican and OTM invaders. The
\ncorporate elite puppeteers simply pull the strings of their political
\nsubordinates when need arises. Governor Mike Beebe and Attorney General  <\/span>Dustin McDaniel and insider Moril Harriman
\npull  <\/span>the unconstitutional strings.  <\/span>A feckless Ark. State Legislature, ensconced in
\nthe protection racket, never question the Oligarchs authority\u00e2\u20ac\u201dsome out of fear,
\nsome devoid of ethics\/morality, and some (I fear the majority)  <\/span>seeking acceptance from the Oligarchs\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 trough
\nand climbing the murky political\/economic rope.<\/font><\/p>\n

The principals:  <\/span>Gov.
\nMike Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6an attorney, 20+ yrs in the legislature, 4 yrs as Attorney General,
\n2 yrs as Governor.  <\/span>Never has he taken a
\npublic Constitutional position on a substantive issue, e.g. the illegal Mexican
\ninvasion.  <\/span> <\/span>The Governor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s non-positions are designed to
\nconvey the idea that he cannot act. Unfortunately many Arkansans fall for this
\nbromide.  <\/span>Beebe says  <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153It is a federal responsibility\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, his position
\nis partially true, Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution.  <\/span>I must remind the Governor that we  <\/span>are the United States of America and not the
\nUnited State of Amerika\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6and he therefore has the obligation to secure our
\nsovereignty by enforcing U.S. Federal law 8USC. 
\n<\/span>Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s stated position in no way absolves him from enforcing
\nimmediately the aforementioned laws. Beebe would have us believe that he does
\nnot have the legal authority to enforce USC 8. Are we to understand by refusing
\nto secure Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 sovereign border, he has no problem continuing to allow illegals
\nto overrun our citizenry? In this regard, Beebe was quoted in the same piece \u00e2\u20ac\u0153we
\nneed stronger enforcement of the Federal laws that our taxpayers pay the
\nfederal government to uphold\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. Gov. Beebe, since you are the elected leader of
\nArkansas why don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t you lead in enforcing federal laws?  <\/span>The United States Code Title 8\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6gives the
\nauthority to arrest illegal aliens to \u00e2\u20ac\u009dall other law enforcement whose duty it

Arkansas has also authorized 
\n<\/span>enforcement of Federal Immigration Laws.

All this information and more means there is NO BAR TO
\nENFORCEMENT OF IMMIGRATION LAW BY STATE & LOCAL AUTHORITIES.   <\/span>The Dept of Justice believes state &
\nlocal police are entitled to act when they believe Federal immigration laws are
\nbeing violated.<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/span>Some of Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s more
\nprofoundly absurd utterances\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u009dlegal is legal, illegal is illegal, and we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re
\ngoing to have to find out what is legal\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. 
\n<\/span>He goes on to say \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the State has all kinds of laws dealing with
\nimmigration\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6name them Governor, and why aren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t you enforcing them?  <\/span>He also said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I took an oath the U.S. &
\nArk. Constitution\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6when will you begin?  <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m
\nnot going to increase taxes to do the Fed\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s job\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Arkansas has a billion dollar surplus.  <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I did not know about Act 907\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.Act 907 bars
\ncontractors from doing business with the state who hire illegals. Beebe was
\nA.G. at the time and he says he did not know about 907.  <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153police depts. & sheriffs & INS\/ICE
\nshould be arresting those hiring illegals\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.Governor, why don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t you command
\nthem to do so?<\/font><\/p>\n

4\/8\/8 Beebe was asked if Ark. Should pass a law such as Okla.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\nstrict immigration law?  <\/span>Beebe stated,<\/font><\/p>\n

\u00e2\u20ac\u0153there are  <\/span>current
\ncriminal violation in state law that address that issue\u00e2\u20ac\u009d . Gov. state them and
\nwhy are they not being enforced? He said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153there\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s already a state prohibition
\nagainst illegal aliens receiving certain benefits, such as Medicaid\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Illegals receive all state services on
\ndemand, no questions asked.<\/font><\/p>\n

Gov. Michael Beebe can only be described as an arrogant
\nhired-gun for corporatist elitists.<\/font><\/p>\n

Beebe quote \u00e2\u20ac\u0153While I oppose illegal immigration, I cannot support
\nthis initiative\u00e2\u20ac\u009d (Initiative proposes to eliminate state benefits to illegal
\naliens not mandated by the Fed).  <\/span>Beebe
\nsays \u00e2\u20ac\u0153all of these proposals, major provisions are already covered by Federal
\nor state laws, and the proposal will create bigger government and cost
\nArkansans money\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.   <\/span>Another nonsensical
\nstatement by the governor.<\/font><\/p>\n

If these provisions are already covered, how would it create
\na bigger government and cost Arkansans money? 
\n<\/span>When, where and how often have they been enforced and what has been the
\noutcome?<\/font><\/p>\n

In this same article the Democrat printed a study released
\nlast year by the Urban Institute,  <\/span>funded
\nby Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, reported that \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aliens and their
\nchildren have a small, but positive net fiscal impact on the state budget\u00e2\u20ac\u009d .   <\/span>The study found that the state spent $237
\nmillion in 2004 (that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 4 yrs ago), on education, health services and prison
\nservices for aliens, but took in $257 million in tax revenue from the same
\npopulation.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

There are literally hundreds of other services not counted
\nin the Rockefeller study.  <\/span>The
\nRockefeller Foundation in 2006 determined that more than \u00c2\u00bd Hispanics are here
\nillegally. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s manufacturing wage bill would have been as much as $95
\nmillion higher in 2004 if the same output were to be maintained without illegal
\nworkers\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/font><\/p>\n

According to a published report in Judicial Watch 5\/6\/08,
\nover 60% of HUD properties are occupied by illegals.  <\/span>La Raza (the Hispanic race organization) $1.3
\nmillion from HUD this year to conduct \u00e2\u20ac\u0153comprehensive housing counseling\u00e2\u20ac\u009d for
\nHispanics (whether they are in the country legally or not).<\/font><\/p>\n

In this same report, it is stated that the new law (FHA
\nHousing Stabilization & Homeownership Retention Act of 2008) includes $100
\nmillion for the National Council of La Raza, which has raked in millions of
\ntaxpayers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 dollars over the year. <\/font><\/p>\n

So much for the criminal burden placed on middleclass
\nAmericans by the corruption of government at all levels. <\/font><\/p>\n

It is more than apparent that Gov. Beebe has no intention of
\nstopping the bleeding that is caused by the illegal Mexican and OTM
\ninvasion.  <\/span>He along with  <\/span>the rest of state government have thrown
\ntheir considerable legislative, judicial, law enforcement  <\/span>powers into the abyss known as the
\nopen-border, cheap labor cartels at any cost. Beebe has continually posed his
\nposition as one of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153economics\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Even as
\nAttorney General he skated and dodged with outright lies, doublespeak, obfuscation,
\nwhen he knows and you know it is a rule of law issue.  <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Citizens don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t let this foil of the Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, the Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s,
\nthe Stephen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, et al make you believe he can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t stop this genocide. <\/font><\/p>\n

October 3, 2005, then Gov. Mike Huckabee accompanied by
\nRobert Trevino, past president of LULAC, flew in the state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s airplane to Mexico
\nCity for a meeting with then president Vicente Fox. The purpose of that trip
\nwas to inaugurate plans for the construction of a Mexican Consulate in Little
\nRock, Arkansas.  <\/span>Ultimately the Mexican
\nConsulate was formally opened in March, 2007. During the interim 2005-2007 a
\nnumber of illegal acts took place.<\/font><\/p>\n

Huckabee violated Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution,
\nwhich states in part no State shall, without the consent of Congress, enter
\ninto Any Agreement or Compact with another State or with a foreign power.  <\/span>The Arkansas state legislature was not aware
\nof Huckabee\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s activities as far as I know the first elected representative to
\nfind out about the Consulate plans was a state senator from Hot Springs who
\nmade known his feelings. <\/font><\/p>\n

A private investigator was hired shortly after the
\nrevelation and it was determined that Andres Chao and another Mexican lawyer
\nwere officing in a state owned building, using state employees for secretarial
\nwork. Huckabee or one of his minions charged the Mexican government $1.00 for
\nthe offices and secretaries.  <\/span>Further
\ninvestigations revealed that an Arkansas Consortium had agreed to pay the
\nexpenses incurred by the Consulate for 3 years, with an option for 3 more.<\/font><\/p>\n

I was told if I wanted written records I would have to
\njourney to Little Rock and pick up requested documents at Trevino\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\noffice.  <\/span>Trevino was appointed head of
\nArk. Rehab. Services. Qualifications? Trevino presented the FOI documents to me
\nand my  <\/span>attorney, but before that he
\nredacted the names of the Consortium.   <\/span>I
\nhave been unable to determine what the names were on the redaction.  <\/span>Ask yourselves what groups or entities would
\npay 3 years of expenses for a foreign national government and how they would
\nbenefit.<\/font><\/p>\n

The Mexican Consulate serves as a clearinghouse for illegal
\nMexicans to be distributed to the criminal workforce, i.e. Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s,
\nSimmons, Ark. General Contractors, etc. 
\n<\/span>The Consulate also serves as a distributors of false documentation, the
\nMatricular Consular card which banks, and other federal & state entities
\nregularly accept. A citizen, the rule of law occupies no position in this
\ncriminal quest for ill gained moneys\u00e2\u20ac\u201dsimply put, follow the money.  <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Former Little Rock Mayor Dailey, while in office, awarded
\n$50,000 taxpayers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 dollars to  <\/span>the
\nConsulate and as Huckabee was coming to the end of his term, he withdrew
\n$10,000 taxpayer dollars out of the emergency fund and gave it to the Mexican
\nConsulate. Needless to say, there are numerous highly questionable activities
\nthat went on and is ongoing.<\/font><\/p>\n

During the time that we were investigating the criminal acts
\nsurrounding the implementation of the Mexican Consulate, I had 3 conversations
\nabout the aforementioned with then Attorney General Mike Beebe.  <\/span>During the first conversation with Beebe I
\nsuggested to him that as the chief law enforcement agent for the state, he
\ninstitute legal action against Gov. Huckabee on a number of levels, but of
\ncourse Article 1, Section 10 was the focal issue.   <\/span>Beebe responded with hyperbole and
\nultimately stated that he only represented state agencies. <\/font><\/p>\n

My second conversation with Beebe, I asked for a meeting
\nwith he and the governor to discuss these apparent violations of the law\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6he
\nsaid he would speak to the governor.  <\/span>He
\nhimself, was running as hard as he could for governor at that time and in his
\ntypically cowardly persona he was not about to tick off the governor, the
\npoultry federation, and the Ark. General Contractors who were making millions
\noff illegals while middleclass Arkansans are subsidizing the whole of corporate
\ncriminality.<\/font><\/p>\n

My third and final conversation with Beebe:  <\/span>He said he would take it to the state
\npolice.  <\/span>What a great idea, Huckabee appointed
\nthe head of the state police.  <\/span>Did Beebe
\never carry out his suggestion?  <\/span>The
\nanswer is NO.<\/font><\/p>\n

Beebe was quoted in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Tuesday
\nMay 20, 2008\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u009dWhile I oppose illegal immigration\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.   <\/span>Governor, when, where, and how?  <\/span>It is patently obvious you have sold out
\nmiddleclass Arkansans to the Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Stephen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, and the rest of the
\nArkansas Friendship Coalition\u00e2\u20ac\u201dthe criminals hiring, transporting and abetting
\nillegal aliens.  <\/span>A clear genocidal act
\nagainst the middleclass by you and your administration.<\/font><\/p>\n

The two biggest violators in granting in-state benefits are
\nthe U of A Fayetteville and UCA at Conway. <\/font><\/p>\n

The governor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mandate is indeed curious. The 2005 legislature
\ndefeated HB 1525 which would have awarded scholarships to illegals and other
\nbenefits.  <\/span>USC President Lu Hardin came
\nforth with the brilliant statement \u00e2\u20ac\u0153however, the governor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mandate\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.is a
\nreasonable request and the Univ. of Central Arkansas is immediately changing
\nour application to reflect that.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  <\/span>Hardin
\ngoes on to say that \u00e2\u20ac\u0153they will not make the policy retroactive\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.   <\/span>Why not Mr. Hardin?  <\/span>Is the illegal funding so dear to you that
\nyou will continue to break the law? <\/font><\/p>\n

Enter U of A president B. Alan Sugg, who said in a statement
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u0153the University of Arkansas system have not knowingly violated state and
\nfederal law\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.   <\/span>He goes on to say \u00e2\u20ac\u0153this
\nis a complex issue that is not unique to Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>The issue is not complex; it is a matter of
\nadhering to Arkansas mandates and U.S. Law. 
\n<\/span>Both Sugg & Hardin are either ignorant of the most basic of laws or
\nliars.   <\/span>Both should be terminated from
\ntheir positions immediately.  <\/span>Gentlemen,
\nacquaint with yourselves with 8 USDC, spec ifically with Section 1325, 1324a,
\n& 1324c. <\/font><\/p>\n

The article states the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Dept. of Higher Education lacks
\ndirect governing authority over the state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s institutions of higher education\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Another vivid, sordid example of state
\ninstitutions with no accounting authority running amuck.   <\/span>I will name others in this piece.<\/font><\/p>\n

Next comes newly elected Attorney General Dustin
\nMcDaniel.  <\/span>A majority of voters elected
\nMcDaniel to this office and in short order McDaniel signed on to be Hillary
\nClinton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s co-chair in Arkansas.   <\/span>It
\nseems that this is more than a conflict and he is using taxpayer money to
\nproject his political profile to snag a job in D.C. should Hillary become
\npresident. \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6but maybe not.   <\/span>The
\ncampaigning using taxpayer money is not ethical, but since when has ethics
\nentered into the mix in Arkansas, particularly with the pathetic so-called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153ethics
\ncommittee\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.   <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Further investigation identifies McDaniel\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s office as being
\nin the Tower Building owned by 46 yr old Graham Catlett and his law partner
\nLittle Rock mayor Mark Stodola. To be fair, the past 2 Attorneys General  <\/span>Beebe and Pryor have occupied offices in
\nCatlett\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s building.  <\/span>A number of questions
\narise.  <\/span>Why is a Constitutional Arkansas office
\nholder housed in a private building?<\/font><\/p>\n

2. What monetary arrangements with reference to rent have
\nbeen made?  <\/span>And who makes the
\npayments?  <\/span>Why would Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 chief law
\nenforcement agent, i.e. McDaniel, occupy close quarters with the state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\nlargest attorney firm dealing with legal & illegal immigration and at the
\nsame time supporting amnesty, cheap labor, and open borders?<\/font><\/p>\n

Harkening back to the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, donors
\ndirectly associated include Graham Catlett\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s name.  <\/span>He is also a major donor to Dustin McDaniel\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\ncampaign.   <\/span>Graham Catlett=$4,000,
\nCatlett\/Stodola=$4,000, Catlett, inc=$4,000, Meredith Catlett=$6,000, and Catlett
\nTower Partnership=$4,000. Donors directly associated with the Arkansas
\nFriendship Coalition have contributed $36,300.Some of the most notorious open
\nborders advocates are Archie Schaffer (bagman for Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Foods), Don Tyson,

What is the attraction that Graham Catlett and friends have
\nwith D. McDaniel, put another way, is McDaniel being influenced, coerced, or in
\nany way acting unethically?<\/font><\/p>\n

Regarding Gov. Mike Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s ultimatum that university
\nofficials change their policies to ensure they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re asking prospective students
\nwhether they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re  <\/span>legal residents of the
\nU.S.  <\/span>University system president B. Alan
\nSugg said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the UA system wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t trying to flout the law previously when it
\nfailed to ask for evidence of legal residency to determine who\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s eligible to
\npay in-state tuition. Sugg is openly admitting he was aware of the law and
\nchose to violate the law with impunity. 
\n<\/span>Note there is absolutely no oversight over the Dept. of Education and
\nits ancillary departments.    <\/span>The Dept of
\nEducation can only be described as an out-of-control money laundering operation.
\n<\/font><\/p>\n

UCA president Lu Hardin stated  <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153there\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no plan to check the applications of
\ncurrent students\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.why not, Mr. Hardin? 
\n<\/span>That statement reeks with arrogance and reminds me of the woman who said
\nshe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s just a little bit pregnant.<\/font><\/p>\n

ASU president Les Wyatt stated his university had always
\ncomplied with the law.  <\/span>He also stated
\nthat he tried to pass legislation in 2005 that would have granted in-state
\ntuition benefits to illegal aliens. Note that all these benevolent individuals
\nwho support expansion of welfare programs to illegals are in the taxpayer
\ntrough.  <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Dan Hurley, Director of State Relations at the American
\nAssociation of State Colleges & Universities, said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the national debate on
\nthe issue has intensified over the past year\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. 
\n<\/span>He goes on to say \u00e2\u20ac\u0153 it makes economic sense these individuals, they are
\nnot going back to their home country. They\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re staying in Arkansas.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  <\/span>Hurley speaks like a true Marxist\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6how many
\nsponges like Hurley do you think there are in the Dept. of Education who are
\nliving off the producers, i.e. those of us who are keeping these Marxist
\nparasites in diapers?     <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
