The Arkansas Friendship Coalition.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>No friends in this coalition, all money<br \/>\nlaunderers. <span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>Listed below are some of the<br \/>\nprincipals: their traitorous conduct will be detailed later. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">The Rev. Steve Copley, Archie Schaffer, Randy Wilbourn, Rita<br \/>\nSklar, Neal Sealy, Tommy Fish, Graham Catlett, Mark Stodola, Stacy Sells, Skip<br \/>\nRutherford, Alan Leveritt, Wendell Griffin, Jim Miranda, John DiPippa, Warren<br \/>\nStephens. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">The AFC is an open-borders, cheap labor, and amnesty organization<br \/>\ndedicated to the genocide of middleclass Americans and in this case middleclass<br \/>\nArkansans.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">The enablers of the AFC begin and end with a rogue Arkansas<br \/>\nstate government.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Illegal immigration is<br \/>\ntheir <span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>prize in the battle between the<br \/>\ncitizens and the Oligarchs\/politicians\/bureaucrats\/political parties\/religion.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Note the big players, i.e. Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s , Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Stephen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s,<br \/>\nthe Catholic Church, never offer up their ill-gotten lucre to pay for the<br \/>\ncarnage heaped upon our society by the illegal Mexican and OTM invaders. The<br \/>\ncorporate elite puppeteers simply pull the strings of their political<br \/>\nsubordinates when need arises. Governor Mike Beebe and Attorney General <span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>Dustin McDaniel and insider Moril Harriman<br \/>\npull<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>the unconstitutional strings. <span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>A feckless Ark. State Legislature, ensconced in<br \/>\nthe protection racket, never question the Oligarchs authority\u00e2\u20ac\u201dsome out of fear,<br \/>\nsome devoid of ethics\/morality, and some (I fear the majority)<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>seeking acceptance from the Oligarchs\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 trough<br \/>\nand climbing the murky political\/economic rope.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">The principals:<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Gov.<br \/>\nMike Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6an attorney, 20+ yrs in the legislature, 4 yrs as Attorney General,<br \/>\n2 yrs as Governor.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Never has he taken a<br \/>\npublic Constitutional position on a substantive issue, e.g. the illegal Mexican<br \/>\ninvasion.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>The Governor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s non-positions are designed to<br \/>\nconvey the idea that he cannot act. Unfortunately many Arkansans fall for this<br \/>\nbromide.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Beebe says <span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153It is a federal responsibility\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, his position<br \/>\nis partially true, Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>I must remind the Governor that we<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>are the United States of America and not the<br \/>\nUnited State of Amerika\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6and he therefore has the obligation to secure our<br \/>\nsovereignty by enforcing U.S. Federal law 8USC.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s stated position in no way absolves him from enforcing<br \/>\nimmediately the aforementioned laws. Beebe would have us believe that he does<br \/>\nnot have the legal authority to enforce USC 8. Are we to understand by refusing<br \/>\nto secure Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 sovereign border, he has no problem continuing to allow illegals<br \/>\nto overrun our citizenry? In this regard, Beebe was quoted in the same piece \u00e2\u20ac\u0153we<br \/>\nneed stronger enforcement of the Federal laws that our taxpayers pay the<br \/>\nfederal government to uphold\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. Gov. Beebe, since you are the elected leader of<br \/>\nArkansas why don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t you lead in enforcing federal laws?<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>The United States Code Title 8\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6gives the<br \/>\nauthority to arrest illegal aliens to \u00e2\u20ac\u009dall other law enforcement whose duty it<br \/>\nis to enforce criminal law\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. <a href=\"http:\/\/caselaw.lp.findlaw.com\/scripts\/ts\">Http:\/\/caselaw.lp.findlaw.com\/scripts\/ts<\/a><span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Arkansas has also authorized<span style=\"\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>enforcement of Federal Immigration Laws.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.arkansasleg.state.ar.us.\/acts\/2005\/public\/act907.pdf\">http:\/\/www.arkansasleg.state.ar.us.\/acts\/2005\/public\/act907.pdf<\/a><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">All this information and more means there is NO BAR TO<br \/>\nENFORCEMENT OF IMMIGRATION LAW BY STATE &amp; LOCAL AUTHORITIES.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>The Dept of Justice believes state &amp;<br \/>\nlocal police are entitled to act when they believe Federal immigration laws are<br \/>\nbeing violated.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\"><span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>Some of Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s more<br \/>\nprofoundly absurd utterances\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u009dlegal is legal, illegal is illegal, and we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re<br \/>\ngoing to have to find out what is legal\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>He goes on to say \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the State has all kinds of laws dealing with<br \/>\nimmigration\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6name them Governor, and why aren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t you enforcing them?<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>He also said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I took an oath the U.S. &amp;<br \/>\nArk. Constitution\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6when will you begin?<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m<br \/>\nnot going to increase taxes to do the Fed\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s job\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Arkansas has a billion dollar surplus.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I did not know about Act 907\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.Act 907 bars<br \/>\ncontractors from doing business with the state who hire illegals. Beebe was<br \/>\nA.G. at the time and he says he did not know about 907.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153police depts. &amp; sheriffs &amp; INS\/ICE<br \/>\nshould be arresting those hiring illegals\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.Governor, why don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t you command<br \/>\nthem to do so?<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">4\/8\/8 Beebe was asked if Ark. Should pass a law such as Okla.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s<br \/>\nstrict immigration law?<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Beebe stated,<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">\u00e2\u20ac\u0153there are<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>current<br \/>\ncriminal violation in state law that address that issue\u00e2\u20ac\u009d . Gov. state them and<br \/>\nwhy are they not being enforced? He said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153there\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s already a state prohibition<br \/>\nagainst illegal aliens receiving certain benefits, such as Medicaid\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Illegals receive all state services on<br \/>\ndemand, no questions asked.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Gov. Michael Beebe can only be described as an arrogant<br \/>\nhired-gun for corporatist elitists.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Headline: Arkansas Democrat-Gazette <span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>5\/20\/08<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Beebe quote \u00e2\u20ac\u0153While I oppose illegal immigration, I cannot support<br \/>\nthis initiative\u00e2\u20ac\u009d (Initiative proposes to eliminate state benefits to illegal<br \/>\naliens not mandated by the Fed).<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Beebe<br \/>\nsays \u00e2\u20ac\u0153all of these proposals, major provisions are already covered by Federal<br \/>\nor state laws, and the proposal will create bigger government and cost<br \/>\nArkansans money\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>Another nonsensical<br \/>\nstatement by the governor.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">If these provisions are already covered, how would it create<br \/>\na bigger government and cost Arkansans money?<span style=\"\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>When, where and how often have they been enforced and what has been the<br \/>\noutcome?<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">In this same article the Democrat printed a study released<br \/>\nlast year by the Urban Institute,<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>funded<br \/>\nby Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, reported that \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aliens and their<br \/>\nchildren have a small, but positive net fiscal impact on the state budget\u00e2\u20ac\u009d .<span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>The study found that the state spent $237<br \/>\nmillion in 2004 (that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 4 yrs ago), on education, health services and prison<br \/>\nservices for aliens, but took in $257 million in tax revenue from the same<br \/>\npopulation.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">There are literally hundreds of other services not counted<br \/>\nin the Rockefeller study.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>The<br \/>\nRockefeller Foundation in 2006 determined that more than \u00c2\u00bd Hispanics are here<br \/>\nillegally. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s manufacturing wage bill would have been as much as $95<br \/>\nmillion higher in 2004 if the same output were to be maintained without illegal<br \/>\nworkers\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">According to a published report in Judicial Watch 5\/6\/08,<br \/>\nover 60% of HUD properties are occupied by illegals.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>La Raza (the Hispanic race organization) $1.3<br \/>\nmillion from HUD this year to conduct \u00e2\u20ac\u0153comprehensive housing counseling\u00e2\u20ac\u009d for<br \/>\nHispanics (whether they are in the country legally or not).<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">In this same report, it is stated that the new law (FHA<br \/>\nHousing Stabilization &amp; Homeownership Retention Act of 2008) includes $100<br \/>\nmillion for the National Council of La Raza, which has raked in millions of<br \/>\ntaxpayers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 dollars over the year. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">So much for the criminal burden placed on middleclass<br \/>\nAmericans by the corruption of government at all levels. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">It is more than apparent that Gov. Beebe has no intention of<br \/>\nstopping the bleeding that is caused by the illegal Mexican and OTM<br \/>\ninvasion.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>He along with<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>the rest of state government have thrown<br \/>\ntheir considerable legislative, judicial, law enforcement<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>powers into the abyss known as the<br \/>\nopen-border, cheap labor cartels at any cost. Beebe has continually posed his<br \/>\nposition as one of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153economics\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Even as<br \/>\nAttorney General he skated and dodged with outright lies, doublespeak, obfuscation,<br \/>\nwhen he knows and you know it is a rule of law issue.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Citizens don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t let this foil of the Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, the Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s,<br \/>\nthe Stephen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, et al make you believe he can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t stop this genocide. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">October 3, 2005, then Gov. Mike Huckabee accompanied by<br \/>\nRobert Trevino, past president of LULAC, flew in the state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s airplane to Mexico<br \/>\nCity for a meeting with then president Vicente Fox. The purpose of that trip<br \/>\nwas to inaugurate plans for the construction of a Mexican Consulate in Little<br \/>\nRock, Arkansas.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Ultimately the Mexican<br \/>\nConsulate was formally opened in March, 2007. During the interim 2005-2007 a<br \/>\nnumber of illegal acts took place.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Huckabee violated Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution,<br \/>\nwhich states in part no State shall, without the consent of Congress, enter<br \/>\ninto Any Agreement or Compact with another State or with a foreign power. <span style=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span>The Arkansas state legislature was not aware<br \/>\nof Huckabee\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s activities as far as I know the first elected representative to<br \/>\nfind out about the Consulate plans was a state senator from Hot Springs who<br \/>\nmade known his feelings. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">A private investigator was hired shortly after the<br \/>\nrevelation and it was determined that Andres Chao and another Mexican lawyer<br \/>\nwere officing in a state owned building, using state employees for secretarial<br \/>\nwork. Huckabee or one of his minions charged the Mexican government $1.00 for<br \/>\nthe offices and secretaries.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Further<br \/>\ninvestigations revealed that an Arkansas Consortium had agreed to pay the<br \/>\nexpenses incurred by the Consulate for 3 years, with an option for 3 more.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">I was told if I wanted written records I would have to<br \/>\njourney to Little Rock and pick up requested documents at Trevino\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s<br \/>\noffice.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Trevino was appointed head of<br \/>\nArk. Rehab. Services. Qualifications? Trevino presented the FOI documents to me<br \/>\nand my<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>attorney, but before that he<br \/>\nredacted the names of the Consortium.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>I<br \/>\nhave been unable to determine what the names were on the redaction.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>Ask yourselves what groups or entities would<br \/>\npay 3 years of expenses for a foreign national government and how they would<br \/>\nbenefit.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">The Mexican Consulate serves as a clearinghouse for illegal<br \/>\nMexicans to be distributed to the criminal workforce, i.e. Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s,<br \/>\nSimmons, Ark. General Contractors, etc.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>The Consulate also serves as a distributors of false documentation, the<br \/>\nMatricular Consular card which banks, and other federal &amp; state entities<br \/>\nregularly accept. A citizen, the rule of law occupies no position in this<br \/>\ncriminal quest for ill gained moneys\u00e2\u20ac\u201dsimply put, follow the money.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">Former Little Rock Mayor Dailey, while in office, awarded<br \/>\n$50,000 taxpayers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 dollars to<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>the<br \/>\nConsulate and as Huckabee was coming to the end of his term, he withdrew<br \/>\n$10,000 taxpayer dollars out of the emergency fund and gave it to the Mexican<br \/>\nConsulate. Needless to say, there are numerous highly questionable activities<br \/>\nthat went on and is ongoing.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">During the time that we were investigating the criminal acts<br \/>\nsurrounding the implementation of the Mexican Consulate, I had 3 conversations<br \/>\nabout the aforementioned with then Attorney General Mike Beebe.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>During the first conversation with Beebe I<br \/>\nsuggested to him that as the chief law enforcement agent for the state, he<br \/>\ninstitute legal action against Gov. Huckabee on a number of levels, but of<br \/>\ncourse Article 1, Section 10 was the focal issue.<span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>Beebe responded with hyperbole and<br \/>\nultimately stated that he only represented state agencies. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\">My second conversation with Beebe, I asked for a meeting<br \/>\nwith he and the governor to discuss these apparent violations of the law\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6he<br \/>\nsaid he would speak to the governor.<span style=\"\">&nbsp; <\/span>He<br \/>\nhimself, was running as hard as he could for governor at that time and in his<br \/>\ntypically cowardly persona he was not about to tick off the governor, the<br \/>\npoultry federation, and the Ark.
