I am overwhelmed by your benevolence and compassion
\nbequeathing $1 million of hard-earned Arkansans tax money to create a truck
\ndriving school, and in your hometown no less, for the likes of ABF, HUNT, Maverick,
\nBean, USA, ad infinitum.<\/font><\/p>\n

Is this a means to teach illegal aliens how to drive trucks
\nat a much lesser price to satisfy a number of your handlers?  <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

As you should well know, this is not a proper nor legal
\nfunction of government. <\/font><\/p>\n
