You were conspicuous by your absence at the State Capitol
\ntoday, or perhaps you were there incognito.<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

In case you had no reporters present today, the question
\nbecomes why not?  <\/span>Yesterday, you and
\nothers were locked out of the two clandestine meetings and there were those
\nthere who were escorted out of the Capitol by the Custodian and Capitol Police\u00e2\u20ac\u201dupon
\nwhat grounds, all orchestrated by the Secretary of State\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s office?<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

Are you devoid of journalistic inquisitiveness or is the 4th<\/sup>
\nEstate a handmaiden for the criminal Bush administration, along with the
\ncongress & judicial\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6U.S. and Arkansas?<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

Today, the meeting room doors were locked and the windows
\ncovered and citizens were verbally abused and a physical confrontation was
\navoided by a nearby citizen.  <\/span>This
\nmeeting on the first floor of the Capitol was for Hispanics, none of whom could
\nspeak English; therefore, obviously illegals. Same thing yesterday, initiated
\nby Andres Chao, Chairman of the Mexican Consulate, who after some degree of hostility,
\ncontrolled himself. FOIA\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s will be forthcoming from me unless you want to
\nassume the responsibility of premier news organization representing Arkansas
\ncitizens who will be expected to pay for the education of non-citizens and a
\nmultitude other services.<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

Of course you are aware that the state capitol is the people\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\nbuilding, not foreign nationals and furthermore it is for public discourse and
\ncertainly citizens are not going to continue to be abused by illegal aliens and
\nelected\/appointed officials sworn to uphold the Arkansas and U.S.
\nConstitutions.<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

Do you not find it curious that the aforementioned servants
\nare dead-bent on defying U.S. & State Laws? 
\n<\/span>Who are their and your masters?<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

All of this has been recorded and indemnifies the
\ncriminality lodged against middleclass Arkansans and Americans.  <\/span>Paul, you should be able to equate to this more
\nthan anyone\u00e2\u20ac\u201dit is as you well know, genocide. <\/font><\/p>\n

Do any of you have second thoughts regarding the secret bellicose
\nmeetings and what they really are all about?<\/font><\/p>\n
