A case has been<br \/>fi led against the Arkansas State Police seeking to enjoin that agency from using taxpayer<br \/>funds to publish Driver\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s License Manuals and Driver\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s License Examination in<br \/>Spanish. The Plaintiff contends that printing these materials in Spanish violates the<br \/>English as the offi cial language statute, Ark. Code Ann. Section 1-14-117. The plaintiff<br \/>also alleges that printing the materials in Spanish violates Ark. Code Ann.
