Governor Mike Beebe, a Constitutional traitor and titular
\nhead of the rogue Arkansas state government.<\/font><\/p>\n

I say titular because Beebe is owned by the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Arkansas
\nFriendship Coalition\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. Some of the principals in the coalition are the Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s;
\nthe Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s; Arvest Banks (Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s); the Stephen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s (Media, natural gas, Bonds,
\nreal estate, etc); LULAC; Alltel; ACLU; state Chambers of Commerce; Clinton
\nSchool of Public Service, etc. This coalition defends and promotes illegal
\nalien immigration.<\/font><\/p>\n

As Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Attorney General and now entering his second
\nyear as Governor, Beebe stated on numerous occasions the illegal, burgeoning
\nMexican and OTM invasion is the responsibility of the Federal Government.  <\/span>This position demonstrates the governor has
\nno regard for middleclass Arkansans and has no intention of crafting state laws
\nthat would impede the illegal invasion and severely punish the criminals who
\nare hiring said illegals. It further underscores his political safety and his
\nallegiance to the crooked corporations hiring illegals, he further demonstrates
\nhis political ambitions are more important than the safety of the citizens and
\nthe sanctity of the Constitution. 
\n<\/span>Examples of the rogue Arkansas government in action can be directed to
\nDon & John Tyson who hire tens of thousands of illegals and can only be
\ndescribed as the number one crime family in Arkansas. <\/font><\/p>\n

Governor Mike Beebe is 62 years old and has been a recipient
\nof welfare (taxpayer checks) most, if not ALL h<\/u>is life. Beebe has had
\nhis nose in state government, literally and figuratively, i.e. the taxpayer
\ntrough for nearly four decades and has honed his political skating skills to
\nthe height of precision.  <\/span>My research
\nindicates he has never taken a meaningful, supportive constitutional position,
\nparticularly in an open forum. <\/font><\/p>\n

Some of the crises our state faces directly due to the
\nillegal alien invasion are:<\/font><\/p>\n

Government schools are an abject failure. In the last two
\nlegislative sessions there have been somewhere in the neighborhood of a $
\nBillion spent or being spent on school facilities\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6all the while academics have
\nundergone revisionism, omissions not only in the subject matter in textbooks,
\nbut whole course work has been omitted, due to federal government mandates of No
\nChild Left Behind, resulting in an outright Communist egalitarian system. Beebe
\nis co-orchestrator with Stephanie Rubin in their hustle for The Arkansas Chance
\nProgram, which is a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153free\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Pre-K (free you say?) for all so-called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153at risk\u00e2\u20ac\u009d 3
\n& 4 yr olds. The governor believes strongly in cradle to grave
\neducation\/care forcibly paid for by taxpaying citizens.  <\/span>In 2007 Beebe proposed adding another $40
\nmillion to this program, which currently \u00e2\u20ac\u0153serves\u00e2\u20ac\u009d 24,500 children according to
\nthe DHS.  <\/span>What are the demographics?<\/font><\/p>\n

In 2007 there were 24 news stories and editorials in the
\nArk. Democrat-Gazette and Fort Smith Times Record lamenting the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153hunger crises\u00e2\u20ac\u009d
\nin Arkansas and the nation. Cause?<\/font><\/p>\n

Illegal aliens occupy 31% of the beds in Arkansas
\npenitentiaries. <\/font><\/p>\n

Beebe states that a health-care fix is vital.  <\/span>Beebe also stated \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Arkansas can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t wait for a
\nnational solution to improve the accessibility and affordability\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Gov. Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s proposal for a citizen paid
\nhealthcare is taken out of the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Communist Manifesto\u00e2\u20ac\u009d which states it is a
\nfunction of government to create and administer healthcare to citizens.  <\/span>Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s position on government controlled
\nhealthcare is part of Hillary Clinton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s play book.  <\/span>It is noteworthy that Beebe supports Clinton.
\n <\/span>To Gov. Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6it is not a proper
\nfunction of government to create and administer healthcare for citizens.  <\/span>There are 520,000 Arkansans between 18-64 with
\nno health insurance. Why? Are there no jobs available for this group? If so,
\nwhy not. This age group should represent the gainfully employed.  <\/span>Only 4% of the citizens of Arkansas are
\nphysically or mentally deficient and certainly should be taken care of, no
\nquestions asked.  <\/span>Is this not a proper
\nfunction for the churches and families?  <\/span>Productive citizens are under no moral or
\nconstitutional duties to have their assets stolen by government for redistribution
\nto the lazy, ill-prepared, uneducated, and non-thinking citizens.  <\/span>32% of legal citizen Arkansans are on some
\nform of welfare, at the same time illegals are bestowed with all forms of welfare,
\nno questions asked.  <\/span>Example, presently
\nthere are over 7,000 illegal Mexican women and OTM\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s receiving free prenatal
\ncare and accompanying ancillary services. Their Anchor Babies are qualified for
\nwelfare for  <\/span>21 years, plus allowed to
\nbring in family members.<\/font><\/p>\n

At the same time the Arkansas State Police is handing out
\napplications printed in Spanish for Driver\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Licenses and Voting registration.  <\/span>In this same vein, ASP along with a myriad of
\nother state agencies are spending millions on print media, radio and TV spots
\nproduced in Spanish, hiring skilled writers, actors and selected high-priced Public
\nRelations companies, claiming this media bombardment is for \u00e2\u20ac\u0153tourism\u00e2\u20ac\u2122. <\/font><\/p>\n

So the question must be asked, what do all these stats have
\nto do with Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 kept Governor and how does it affect middleclass
\nArkansans?<\/font><\/p>\n

In order to position the Governor on issues of absolute importance
\nto the citizens, I will quote near the end of this piece some of his utterances
\nregarding the attacks on our society, compliments of illegal foreign nationals
\nand specifically Mexicans. <\/font><\/p>\n

Recently there have been large concentrations of natural gas
\ndeposits (Shale play) in North Central Arkansas.  <\/span>Beebe wants to more than double the severance
\ntax to bring it in line with Oklahoma and Texas. Some of his excuses for
\nraising the severance tax are monetary and would go to fund a road program in
\nArkansas.  <\/span>As late as in the last half
\ndozen years, Arkansas spent over a $billion on road programs.  <\/span>What the Governor fails to say in his
\ncomparison to other states, i.e. Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee,
\nMississippi and Alabama is that a number of these states do not have property
\ntaxes, sales taxes, state income taxes, and some of them do not charge
\nseverance taxes.  <\/span>Arkansas has all of the
\nabove.  <\/span>Apparently Beebe sensed that the
\nState Legislature would not go for his backroom deal, and in light of that
\nposition he plans to propose an initiated Act to raise the State\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s severance
\ntax.<\/font><\/p>\n

Rich Huddleston, Executive Director of Arkansas Advocates of
\nChildren & Families, another taxpayer subisidized Communist operation, has
\nlong called for increasing the severance tax. 
\n<\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Most of these companies have already done their risk assessment, and
\nthey would not be drilling in the Shale play unless they thought the revenue
\npotential was huge\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, Huddleston said. 
\n<\/span>Another Communist  <\/span>attack on
\nindividual property rights and promoting the concept that everything belongs to
\nthe collective rather than the producer. <\/font><\/p>\n

Now to the crux of the matter.  <\/span>The statistics mentioned dealing with
\neducation, highways, penal, welfare, hunger, healthcare, ad infinitum will
\ndemand huge tax increases and middleclass Arkansans will bear the brunt, while
\nthe illegal Mexican and OTM population receive a free ride. The Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, the
\nWalton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, George\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Simmons, et al become filthier rich while destroying middle
\nAmerica\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s culture, heritage and quality of life.  <\/span>This brutal attack on our republic and its
\ncitizens is by design.  <\/span>Our elected
\nofficials and appointees (so-called public servants) are corrupt to the core.<\/font><\/p>\n

Reciting some of Beebe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s famous and not so famous uttering\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\ndemonstrating his philosophy\/policies are bonafide Communist\/Fascist. A simple
\ndefinition of Fascism is a nexus between corporations and governments producing
\na symbiotic relationship, and you know in Communism, the government owns the
\nmeans of production.  <\/span>Some of the
\nGovernor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s  <\/span>quotes that reveal his
\npolitical philosophy:<\/font><\/p>\n

1.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Beebe wants to emulate taxes in Oklahoma\/Texas
\nin setting up a new structure for Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 severance tax, which is among the
\nlowest in the nation.  <\/span>He called it
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u0153notoriously\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6ridiculously low\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>You see folks;
\nBeebe believes it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s his obligation in the spirit of corrupt government to raise
\ntaxes on this industry, which would in turn raise citizens\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 price on natural
\ngas for home use.  <\/span>I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve already addressed
\nthe fact that some states do not have a severance tax and other states have
\naltogether different formulae with no relation to a severance tax. The
\nprinciple involved is the eternal quest to raise new taxes and expand
\ngovernment.<\/font><\/p>\n

2.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Beebe admitted that the gas industry employs a
\nlot of people and creates a lot of jobs. 
\n<\/span>He goes on to say \u00e2\u20ac\u0153having said that, however, the people of Arkansas are
\nentitled to a fair reimbursement for a finite resource that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s being
\ntaken\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Another example of statist
\nclaims of ownership and forced redistribution, i.e. Fascist\/Communist.  <\/span>Beebe articulated that the new revenue stream
\nstill won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t come close to meeting road construction, maintenance, and repair,
\nthat is $19 billion over the next decade.  <\/span>So, why don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t we secure our borders, deport
\nillegals who are contributing mightily to our demise\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6infrastructure, just one
\narea. <\/font><\/p>\n

3.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Still referencing Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 severance tax, he
\nsaid \u00e2\u20ac\u0153it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s so low, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s unfair\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and that \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the production companies should pay
\nmore\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Regarding these quotes\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.who says
\nso and who determines? More of Marxist Manifesto, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153from each according to his
\nability, to each according to his need\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. <\/font><\/p>\n

4.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>And then comes the Governor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s statement for the
\nages regarding the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion for\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.\u00e2\u20ac\u009dLegal is legal,
\nillegal is illegal, and we are just going to have to find out what is
\nlegal\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Barbara has tried to help the
\nGovernor in this matter by sending multiple faxes spelling out the existing
\nimmigration laws which make it quite clear what is legal and what is illegal. <\/font><\/p>\n

5.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>A bold admission by Gov. Beebe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153If Arkansas
\nauthorities tried to arrest all the illegal immigrants in the state, there
\nwould be no place to hold them\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.   <\/span>An
\noutright admission that we have at least 200,000 illegal alien criminals, and
\nthe governor refuses to act in accordance with existing federal laws.<\/font><\/p>\n

6.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Beebe stated, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153So if our cities, and our
\ncounties and our state are bulging right now with regard to jails and prisons
\ntrying to keep the violent criminals locked up, where in the world would you
\nput thousands of illegal aliens?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  <\/span>All
\nthese statements are admissions we have an illegal alien crisis in Arkansas and
\nthe nation.  <\/span>Yet this Governor, sworn to
\nprotect citizen Arkansans, will only say \u00e2\u20ac\u0153it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a federal problem\u00e2\u20ac\u2122.  <\/span>Governor, I will say to you, you are a
\ntraitor and a political coward for allowing, most particularly the producers,
\ni.e. middleclass citizens to be destroyed due to your allegiances with the
\nArkansas Friendship Coalition.  <\/span>We have
\nagreed that our infrastructure is crumbling, our public schools are a cruel
\nhoax, our healthcare systems are floundering and the Judicial is selective in
\nits prosecutorial authorities, Law enforcement is likewise selective,  <\/span>and prison systems are bulging with illegals,
\nand you are not willing to lift a finger to support taxpaying Arkansas citizens,  <\/span>favoring the Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, et al.  <\/span>You know as well as I, that the solution to
\nthese multiple crises is quite simple. 
\n<\/span>Detail ASP Col. Winford Phillips and \u00c2\u00bd dozen state troopers to journey
\nto Springdale Arkansas and cuff John & Don Tyson for  <\/span>hiring and harboring thousands of illegals, (8
\nUSC, Section 1325) and numbers of the lesser lights on the same charge and
\nvoila, the illegals will self deport and unemployed citizens will have jobs
\nagain.<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/span>For a number of years
\nthe Feds have put out the big lie that there are ONLY 8-12 million illegals in
\nour country.  <\/span>March 8, 2008 the United
\nNations released a scathing expose claiming the U.S. does not \u00e2\u20ac\u0153protect illegal
\nmigrants\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>This statement alone demonstrates
\nvividly how much of our sovereignty has been erased.  <\/span>By what authority does the U.N. have in
\ndenouncing our policies?  <\/span>The statement
\nthat we are not treating the illegals welfare with dignity is an outright lie.  <\/span>Even more chilling in this release emanating
\nfrom the L.A. Times is the following statement attributed to the U.N. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153In the
\ninternational body\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s first scrutiny of U.S. treatment of its, (now get this)
\n37.5 million non-citizen migrants, U.N. investigator Jorge Bustamante took
\nparticular aim at what he criticized as the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153overuse\u00e2\u20ac\u009d of detention for aliens\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.
\n <\/span>Ensconce in your minds the number of
\nillegal aliens in our republic\u00e2\u20ac\u00a637.5 million and of some importance Jorge
\nBustamante is a Mexican. <\/font><\/p>\n

As a young lad growing up my father admonished that it was
\nnever productive to trade down.  <\/span>Why has this
\nexcellent piece of advice not being used by this Republic?  <\/span>Meaning, why are we trading down by allowing
\n3-5 million 3rd<\/sup> World legals and illegals annually to permanently
\nenter our country, most uneducated, poverty-ridden, disease carriers and
\ncertainly no comprehension of the requirements of a Constitutional republic. Additionally,
\nthese foreign nationals, in the main, have no record of accomplishment in the
\narts, sciences, and societal concerns. The immigration policy through the 1920\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\nwas based on the needs of our republic and all immigrants were screened
\ncarefully and had to be self-sufficient.  <\/span>The fact that we have been engaged in this self-destructive
\nprocess for 4 decades will ensure that Balkanization is in the process, along
\nwith civil unrest, and the descending into a 3rd<\/sup> world existence.<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Poor Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6state,
\ncities, & counties have composite investments of $26-28 billion\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. State
\ncash earnings in the same year\u00e2\u20ac\u201d1996 was $1.9 billion. In 1998 our U.S. and
\nstate\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s governments held $60 trillion + of profitable investments, earning
\nmultiple billions of dollars\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6for all intents and purposes, hidden from the public.<\/font><\/p>\n

Governor Beebe is willing to call this year a special
\nsession to pass a tax increase, on the other hand he is adamant that he will
\nnot call a special session to enact state laws that protect our citizens and
\npunish those individuals, businesses, and corporations who hire illegals. <\/font><\/p>\n

Fools, why do we continue to elect the parasitic,
\nself-serving criminals?<\/font><\/p>\n
