The Delta Duchess, aka Senator Blanche Lincoln stated she
\nsupports scholarships for illegals \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I think it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s really important to make sure
\nthat we continue that investment (for illegal students) in a way that both
\nencourage their legality\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>How do you
\nencourage legality with illegality?<\/p>\n

The Duchess voted against funding our border fence contiguous
\nwith Mexico.  <\/span> <\/span>845 babies delivered in Benton County to
\nIllegals in 2006, 49% were unwed mothers. 
\n<\/span>Illegals\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 pregnancies produce \u00e2\u20ac\u0153anchor babies\u00e2\u20ac\u009d (welfare until 21), unwed
\nmothers, no visible support, produce again and again.   <\/span>Estimates are 2-3 million illegals entering yearly–
\ninsanity. Who pays?<\/p>\n

The religious communities\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 position on out-of-wedlock pregnancies?  <\/span>Deafening silence. Fearful of losing unconstitutional
\nfaith-based largesse?<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

The Duchess treats the illegal population as a static number.
\nShe should examine the increasing numbers of illegals on prenatal care, and
\nancillary costs translating to $10-15,000 per head, conservatively.  <\/span>October, 2007 there were 7,000 Arkansas
\nillegals enjoying free prenatal care compliments of corrupt governors and a
\nfeckless legislature. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Lincoln\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s other favorite pastime\u00e2\u20ac\u201d\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Ag Bidness\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>She spoke on the Senate floor 11\/14-15\/2007
\nopposing a $750,000 yr Ag. subsidy cap.  <\/span> <\/span>The Whitehouse desires a $250,000 yr cap per
\ncouple.  <\/span>Why is the Duchess an agricultural
\nzealot?  <\/span>Answer.  <\/span>Lambert- Lincoln and her family collected
\n$715,000 from 1995-2005, most recent data available. Congressman Marion (Plantation)
\nBerry\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s family, owners of 12,500 delta acres and purchasing more, collected
\n$2,357,094, same period. <\/p>\n
