The reign of terror brought forth by the corrupt United States
\nDepartment of Justice is exacerbating.<\/p>\n

Recent data sheds insight as to why this once honorable
\ninstitution is running headlong into a full blown Gestapo operation.  <\/span>Example, the ousted former Attorney General
\nAlberto Gonzales, dual Mexican citizen, co-architect of the scheme to torture
\nforeign nationals, but not limited to, and identified as one of two
\nconstructors of legalese which allowed extirpation of the Geneva Accords.  <\/span>Gonzales\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 acts,  <\/span>in concert with Homeland Security Chief
\nMichael Chertoff, at the behest of Bush and the neo-cons, has turned our once
\nproud Republic into a rogue nation. 
\n<\/span>Michael Chertoff is a dual citizen Israeli, the new Attorney General
\nMichael Mukasey is an Isreal-firster and is alleged to be the individual who
\nshut down the 9-11 investigation.   <\/span>Of
\nnote, Mukasey\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s son Marc is a senior attorney in the firm of Bracewell &
\nGiuliani, who in conjunction with the Spanish company Cintra, own the rights to
\nthe Trans-Texas Corridor and currently own all toll roads in Indiana and
\nChicago.  <\/span>Incest you say?<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

I was informed by a federal prosecutor a number of years
\nago, this during Bush\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s regime, Federal Prosecutors were banned from taking any
\nprosecutorial action unless it came straight from Washington.   <\/span>The aforementioned statement is easily
\nverified and I will cite 3 recent examples; and by no means represent the sum. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

First I will briefly describe Western Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 own
\nprosecutor Robert Balfe III, appointed by Congressman John Boozman, a shill for
\nGeorge Bush.   <\/span>It must be noted here that
\nBoozman voted for both Patriot Acts, the Military Commissions Act, the Martial
\nLaw Codicil, and  <\/span>the Violent
\nRadicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act (thought crimes
\nlegislation)\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6all blatant attacks that have destroyed the Constitution and the
\nBill of Rights. Back to Balfe, III. 
\n<\/span>Balfe and 8 law enforcement agencies went after long time American
\npatriot Wayne Fincher, who headed the Washington County Militia in
\nFayetteville, Arkansas. Fincher, a Constitutional scholar, expert in Arkansas
\nlaw, and author of the Silver Bullet, routinely called attention to his and the
\nmilitia\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s activities, formally and informally.   <\/span>Balfe III and his jackboots, after 8 months
\nof investigation, stormed the Arkansas Militia headquarters and Fincher\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s home
\nbreaking down doors using Gestapo tactics.  
\n<\/span>Fincher\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s alleged crime was cobbling out one or more 1917 vintage
\nmachine guns, parts bought from ebay and other dangerous sources.  <\/span>Apparently building machine guns is a violation
\nof federal statutes, but not the 2nd<\/sup> amendment of the Bill of Rights
\nwhich was not allowed as testimony by the infamous Judge Jimm Hendren who gave
\nMr. Fincher a 6 \u00c2\u00bd yr prison sentence.  
\n<\/span>All charges brought against Fincher were contained in an interview he
\ngave to a NW Arkansas newspaper a year before Balfe III and his boys commenced
\ntheir investigation and concluded with a vulgar show of force. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Balfe III is also famous for an 8 month investigation of
\ncock fighting in Van Buren, Arkansas, trying to determine who owned the
\noperation and where the money was going. 
\n<\/span>Anybody sitting at a cock fighting ring can tell you in 5 minutes who
\nthe owner is and where the money goes.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

The Fincher operation was designed to instill fear in the
\nminds of citizens who believe in the 1st<\/sup> Amendment, i.e the
\nConstitutional right to belong to a citizen militia.   <\/span>It is unconscionable that the U.S. government
\nhas promoted the idea that federal statutes supersede the U.S. Constitution. More
\negregious is that citizens have fallen for the canard. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Now enter Johnny Sutton, notorious prosecutor from South
\nTexas, responsible for incarcerating Border Patrol agents Ramos and Campean,
\nserving 11 & 12 years respectively. 
\n<\/span>Another set-up orchestrated by the Bush regime to destroy the job
\ndescription and morale of the U.S. Border Patrol.   <\/span>Ramos & Campean were thrown to the
\nwolves by the Justice Dept and Sutton using a drug running illegal\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s testimony
\nto gain a conviction.  <\/span>Never was the jury
\nmade aware that the illegal Mexican Osvaldo Aldrete Davila was a drug runner
\nsmuggling approximately $1 million of marijuana into the U.S. before the trial.
\n <\/span>Sutton granted immunity to the
\ninternational criminal and since the sentences were handed down on Campean
\n& Ramos, Davila has been caught in other drug smuggling activity. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

It is said that Ramos & Campean allegedly shot Davila
\nin the butt.  <\/span>Too bad they were such poor
\nmarksmen. George Bush, Johnny Sutton, and the rest of the federal shills are the
\nscum of society with no regard for truth, honor, or the rule of law. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Now comes the latest in what I perceive to be another
\nfederal criminal activity.  <\/span>The FBI
\nconducted raids at Cour d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122Alene, ID and Evansville, IN seizing gold, silver,
\nplatinum, and nearly 2 tons of recently delivered Ron Paul Dollars.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

The National Organization for the Repeal of the Federal
\nReserve Act and Internal Revenue code known as NORFED was founded in the 1990\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\nby Bernard Von Nothaus.  <\/span>Von Nothaus
\ndeveloped the Liberty Dollar in 1998 as an \u00e2\u20ac\u0153inflation-proof\u00e2\u20ac\u009d alternative
\ncurrency to the U.S. dollar.  <\/span>All monies
\nprinted and minted by NORFED are said to be backed by gold, silver, and
\nplatinum. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

As was the case with Wayne Fincher, Commander of the
\nWashington County Arkansas Militia, NORFED was certainly no secret and
\nadvertises in newspapers nationally regarding the purchase of one, five, and 10
\ndollar bills backed by silver coins stored in Coeur d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ALene.  <\/span>Minted recently were almost 2 tons of Ron
\nPaul dollars that were delivered Friday, October 16, 2007 and later confiscated
\nby the FBI. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

The question becomes, after some 15 years, why did the
\nfeds suddenly decide to raid the 2 NORFED offices and take everything in both
\nfacilities except desks and chairs, according to Von Nothaus? Are these the
\nactions of a free society?  <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Two thoughts come to mind.  <\/span>The U.S. dollar is in a free fall to the abyss
\nand as noted above NORFED\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s money is all backed with precious metals.  <\/span>We know U.S. currency is printed out of thin
\nair and numbers of nations around the globe are shucking the US dollar as their
\nreserve currency for the Euro, the Yen, but not limited to.  <\/span>Do the Feds believe there will be a grand
\nawakening by US citizens to bring about an avalanche of demands for foreign
\ncurrency?  <\/span>Or do the Feds fear
\npresidential candidate Ron Paul and use this as a libelous ploy to try to
\nidentify the minted Liberty Dollar with the Ron Paul campaign where there is no
\nrelationship and the ultimate result hoped for by the Fed is the political
\ndestruction of Ron Paul?<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Oh yes, I forgot to name Gretchen Shappert as the Federal
\nProsecutor who is orchestrating this incestuous operation. Shappert is another
\none of Bush\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s blinded automatons.   <\/span>Ms.
\nShappert apparently failed to absorb the beauties and the significance of her
\nstays at Duke and Washington & Lee Universities, most particularly W &
\nL.  <\/span>George and R.E. would certainly be
\ndisgusted with her activities. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

What I have written here is only a microcosm in the virulent
\nattack on American heritage, culture, sovereignty and the rule of law.  <\/span>As Americans sleep the institutionalized
\nfederal bureaucracies have invoked a deadly frontal assault on our
\ncitizens.   <\/span>Liberty and institutions are
\nnot compatible, and the institutions (government bureaucracies) are invoking
\ncoercive rule, attacks, militarized agencies at every level, longer prison
\nsentences, and expansion of simplistic deeds that are now considered crimes,
\nand the list goes on. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

If we are to retain any semblance of freedom &
\nindividual rights, what must we do? In my view, we have 2 tools at our disposal
\nand only 2.  <\/span>One, implement turnstile
\ngovernment, meaning vote out all incumbents\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.there are no differences in the 2
\nmajor parties, they are corrupt to the core. 
\n<\/span>Two, the other part of the equation is to commit to Ron Paul for
\npresident, regardless of your thoughts on whether he can win or not.  <\/span>The Fascist ring must be broken up and
\ndestroyed.   <\/span>Simple definition for
\nFascism is a nexus between corporations and government resulting in a symbiotic
