The following will provide quotes from Gov. Beebe and my
\nresponse to the Governor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s obfuscations and lies.<\/p>\n

1.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Beebe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Arkansas lacks the resources to \u00e2\u20ac\u0153do the
\nfederal government\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s job\u00e2\u20ac\u009d in enforcing immigration laws.<\/p>\n

2.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Joe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Arkansas presently has over $1 billion in
\nsurplus funds. Beebe states it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the Feds job. See USC8 1324a & c. below\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  <\/span>see arkansasfreedom.net<\/a>
\nfor details<\/p>\n

3.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Beebe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153As the governor, I can tell you I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t
\nhave the resources (is it I or we, governor?), and I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m not going to raise your
\ntaxes to get the resources to do the job\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n

4.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Joe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Resources addressed above.  <\/span>Governor, am I to understand, and you are
\ncorrect, that the Feds refuse to implement Article 4, Section 4 of the
\nConstitution, and you are taking the erroneous position that as Governor you
\naren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t going to deter the illegal invasion; therefore we citizens are to sit
\nidly by and allow our sovereignty, heritage, culture, the rule of law,
\nlanguage, and standard of living be destroyed by illegal 3rd<\/sup> world
\nMexican hordes?<\/p>\n

5.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Beebe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Early this year, Beebe asked Ark. State
\nPolice Director Col. Winford Phillips to inquire about sending state trooper to
\nan ICE training course.<\/p>\n

6.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Joe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Trooper Phillips\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 claim to fame was his
\nlong-term bodyguard function of Ark. Razorback coach Houston Nutt, and has no expertise
\nin these areas. Phillips\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 enquiries are a further postponement of dealing with
\nthe crisis.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n

7.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Beebe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I have to tell you our law enforcement
\nagencies are pretty taxed\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I view as
\nan inordinate amount of violent crime that we keep seeing reported and talked
\nabout in the media\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n

8.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Joe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Arkansas State Police running up &
\ndown the major thoroughfares \u00e2\u20ac\u0153clicking & ticketing\u00e2\u20ac\u009d for failures to use
\nseat belts.  <\/span>Violent crime Governor?  <\/span>Who\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s committing these crimes?  <\/span>31% of inmates in our penitentiaries are
\nillegals.  <\/span>In Ft. Smith there is MS-13
\nand Los Zetas activity. Governor, what are your sworn constitutional duties?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n

9.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Beebe, responding to one caller who was critical
\nof the newly formed Friendship Coalition, an association of civic, business,
\nand church leaders, that opposes punitive state or municipal legislation
\ntargeting immigrants (don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t you mean illegal aliens?)  <\/span>Beebe, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153There\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s some really good people on
\nthat Coalition\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Beebe said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the
\ncoalition is correct in maintaining enforcement of immigration laws is
\nprimarily the federal government\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s responsibility.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n

10.  
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Joe,  <\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\nexamine briefly the Arkansas Friendship Coalition and its members.  <\/span>To name a few, Archie Schaffer (Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s)
\nrelative of Sen. Dale Bumpers who was instrumental in giving away the Panama
\nCanal.  <\/span>Warren Stephens (Stephens, Inc.),
\nRita Sklar (ACLU), Rabbi Gene Levy (Reform Jewish leader), Skip Rutherford
\n(Clinton School), Alan Leveritt (Ark. Times & El Latino newspapers), and
\nSteve Copely (N. Little Rock Methodist Minister & Coalition Chair), Randy
\nWilbourn (Alltel), and a host of preachers. 
\n<\/span>These individuals are actively promoting and are violating U. S. laws.  <\/span>Where is the Friendship in this
\ncoalition?  <\/span>These are all open-border,
\ncheap labor globalists who have no other concern than PROFIT & EXPLOITATION
\nOF 3RD<\/sup> WORLDERS AND MIDDLECLASS TAXPAYING CITIZENS BEARING THE
\nBURDEN.   <\/span>Chairman Copely states \u00e2\u20ac\u0153we are
\na nation of immigrants\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.prepare yourself with the facts preacher, we are a
\nnation WITH immigrants.  <\/span>He continues on
\nby speaking of immigrants, Copely there is a huge difference between immigrants
\nand illegal alien invaders.  <\/span>He further
\nstates \u00e2\u20ac\u0153all Arkansas residents deserve dignity and protection of their rights\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Copely, illegal aliens have no \u00e2\u20ac\u0153rights\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. This
\ngroup represents the most arrogant frontal assault on American citizens, which
\ncan only end in the destruction of our society if not terminated.  <\/span> <\/span>Religious orders are involved in this crime
\nscheme up to their collective noses, most particularly the Catholic
\nChurch.  <\/span>Methodists, Presbyterians, and Episcopal
\nare nothing more than cheer leaders. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Beebe says routinely that \u00e2\u20ac\u0153legal is legal, illegal is
\nillegal, and we must determine what is legal & illegal\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Translation\u00e2\u20ac\u201dI feel strongly both ways.  <\/span>Our Governor is a Democrat, meaning
\nopen-borders, cheap labor, amnesty, and votes. 
\n<\/span>He is bought and paid for by the Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Wal-Mart, Alltel, Stephens,
\netc. He has endorsed Hillary Clinton for president and you know she is for
\ngiving driver\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s licenses to illegals.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

The state is routinely paying for illegal alien women\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\nprenatal care, prescription drugs, transportation, translations, social
\nservices, ad infinitum\u00e2\u20ac\u201dmost services not available to Ark. Citizens.  <\/span>We are now running, and the numbers are
\nescalating, and now are now averaging 6,000 monthly not counting the anchor
\nbabies they produce. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

I am suggesting Beebe call a special session and do away
\nwith Huckabee\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s and the 2005 legislature\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s attack on taxpayers by taking their
\nmoney by force for redistribution to illegal criminals prenatal care,
\nintensifying and enlarging the illegal magnet. 
\n<\/span>Particularly now since Oklahoma has passed a terrific immigration law,
\nTennessee has made cuts to illegals, and Missouri is crafting an illegal alien
\nlaw which makes Arkansas the sugar spot.  
\n<\/span>Cancelling this horrific law immediately would put tens of millions more
\nin the coffers for enforcement. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Beebe has been faxed the laws governing illegal
\nimmigration on multiple occasions and it has been suggested that he work with
\nGov. Blunt (MO) in this regard\u00e2\u20ac\u201dno response.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Beebe has sold his soul to Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 corporate giants and
\nunless our citizens rally soon the Founder\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s great dream is setting in the
\nsunset. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

What the churches, the Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Alltel, Stephens, ACLU,
\netc. are advocating is Sedition.  <\/span>Where
\nare the federal prosecutors?<\/p>\n

Just a reminder:  These laws have been sent to officials all over our state and elsewhere…they pretend these don’t exist & refuse to enforce–why?  We know, don’t we?

8 USC Sec 1325 – Illegal Entry<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Any
\nalien who enters U.S. other than at  <\/span>A
\nport of entry by false or misleading representation shall be subject to civil
\nand criminal penalties can be fined and imprisoned<\/span><\/p>\n

Section 1324a Hiring
\n– Harboring – Transporting any illegal alien<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Any
\nperson who knowingly hires\/harbors\/ transports any illegal alien is guilty of a
\nfelony <\/span>punishable by 10
\nyears jail + $2,000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of vehicle or property
\nused to <\/span>commit the
\ncrime.<\/span><\/p>\n

Section
\n1324c Law officers have authority to make arrests…<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All
\nofficers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make
\narrests for <\/span>violation of
\nany provision of this section (affirmed US vs. Perez-Gonzalez 2002 Fed App
