Three of the four of you voted to increase SCHIPS spending
\nby $35 billion. <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

I have filed 4 FOI requests in recent days:<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

To determine numbers, costs to term, cost of ancillary
\nservices, and the numbers of anchor babies produced by illegal alien women by
\nway of unconstitutional law, namely prenatal healthcare for illegals. Partial
\nresults have been made available to me and they are devastating\u00e2\u20ac\u201da traitorous
\nattack on middleclass taxpaying Arkansans and funded in the main, by the SCHIPS
\nprogram.  <\/span>Picking up the deficits are
\nArkids 1st<\/sup> & Medicaid. 
\n<\/span>The numbers are escalating exponentially by the month.  <\/span>The proposed $35 billion increase is nothing
\nmore than a magnet drawing more illegals, which is making this once preeminent
\nRepublic nothing more than a 3rd<\/sup> World dumping ground. <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

An FOI request to the Ark. Children\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Hospital and
\ntheir conduct regarding a heart transplant for a young Mexican national (legal
\nor illegal?) and the political implications of former Mex. President\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Vicente
\nFox\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s motivations in this undertaking. 
\n<\/span>Fox, on Larry King Live on Oct. 9, 2007 stated Mexican illegals did not
\npartake of U.S. healthcare and claimed he and his wife had raised $200,000 for
\na procedure that would in all likelihood would run into millions, this
\nnotwithstanding the 2 months the child spent in a San Antonio hospital.  <\/span>These services not available to U.S. citizens\u00e2\u20ac\u201da
\ncrime by any standard. Results not available at this time. <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

FOI request to Sebastian County Sheriff Atkinson on
\nhis legal justification for using county resources (men and equipment) and the
\ncounty Ben Geren Park for a regional picnic for 3-5,000 illegal Mexicans &
\nOTM\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s who work for OK Foods, i.e. Collier Wenderoth Jr. & Sr., and Russ
\nBragg.   <\/span>Results not yet available. <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

FOI request to Ark. State Parks & Tourism
\nCommission regarding millions of dollars in advertising targeting Hispanics,
\nwomen, & Gulf Coast residents\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6and the language used in these
\ncommercials.  <\/span>If they are in fact in
\nSpanish, this is nothing more than a veiled invitation for illegals to come to
\nArkansas and work for the criminals, e.g. Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, George\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Simmons, Ok Foods,
\netc\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6but gentlemen, you know who they are and that they all have the blessings
\nof the Chambers of Commerce. <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\nSCHIPS insuring the destruction of middleclass Arkansans specifically, and
\nAmerican citizens generally. The 3 of you have a constitutional,rule of law
\ndecision to make:  <\/span>Are you going to
\ndefend the rights and property of U.S. citizen s or are you going to betray
\ncitizens supporting the open borders, cheap labor lobby, coupled with a
\nperceived traitorous  <\/span>pandering for votes
\n& economic one-upsmanship? <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Dr. Snyder, I have not had the pleasure of meeting
\nyou,  <\/span>but Marion & Mike I do know
\neach of you and cannot believe you are going to put party over the will and
