You have very recently violated the Constitution, U.S.
\nlaw and have embarked upon an illegal activity in installing prenatal care for
\nillegal Mexican women and OTM\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s.  <\/span>You are
\nstealing from the productive citizens of Oklahoma and redistributing this theft
\nto illegal, criminal women.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

There is no authority, legal, ethical, or rule of law
\nthat states our citizenry should be responsible for other\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s irresponsible behavior,
\ni.e. midnight frolicking.  <\/span>Additionally
\nthe 6 person committee that ruled that Oklahoma should offer prenatal care to
\nillegals has no legal authority.  <\/span>You and
\nthis committee have taken gross advantage of the taxpaying citizens who have
\nput their trust in you to protect their freedoms, fortunes, and the rule of
\nlaw. <\/p>\n

Recently Oklahoma passed a much needed law to prosecute
\nbusinesses that engage in the hiring of illegals and deny benefits to
\nnon-citizens.   <\/span>Then comes the oxymoron,
\nfree prenatal care to illegals. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

You use the worn out canard, either you are ignorant or
\nlying, that it is cheaper to let the dysfunctional government pay for these
\ndeliveries.  <\/span>Nothing is said regarding
\nthe dozens of ancillary services required and the anchor babies produced.   <\/span>Had you been sincerely interested in cost,
\nyou could have checked with DHS in Arkansas. 
\n<\/span>Former Gov. Huckabee echoed the same crap you are putting out that it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\ncheaper, as if we have any moral or constitutional authority to provide these criminal
\nservices.  <\/span>Huckabee stated in a run up to
\nArk. Prenatal care that it would cost $3,500 per head.  <\/span>Through my numerous FOI\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s it has been
\ndetermined that it is slightly over $15,000 per head, and no consideration for
\nthe ongoing costs of the anchor babies produced. The monthly numbers and costs
\nare escalating monthly.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Such grandiose, unearned, criminal largesse only acts as
\na giant magnet for more illegals.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Governor, rethink your position.  <\/span>Your proposed actions are nothing but grand
\ntheft and a vote buying scheme. <\/p>\n
