\nlanguage, as well as all statements, invoices, bills, and proof of payment for
\nsuch <\/span>advertisements,
\ncommercials, or other method of disseminating information in Spanish. <\/span>This request includes all documents
\nauthorizing such advertisements, commercials, or the <\/span>like as well as all invoices,
\nstatements, bill and copies of checks or other documents for payment for such
\nadvertisements, commercials, or other methods of disseminating <\/span>information in Spanish.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(b)                                
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>All e-mails, internal memoranda, or other documents discussing,
\nrecommending, or <\/span>referencing
\nany advertisements, commercials, or other methods of dissemination <\/span>information from the Arkansas
\nDepartment of Parks and Tourism in the Spanish <\/span>language.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(c)                                 
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>All contracts or agreements with any member of the media or advertising
\nagency or <\/span>service
\nfor the placement of advertisements or commercials from the Arkansas <\/span>Department of Parks and Tourism
\nin any language other than English.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\nthat I am specifically excluding from this request any documents that are <\/span>protected from disclosure by the
\nFamily Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974,20 USC <\/span>\u00c2\u00a7 1232g.<\/span><\/p>\n
