Those contending citizens should not be forced to subsidize
\ncosts of illegal aliens in public schools, Gooden retorts \u00e2\u20ac\u0153that ship has
\nalready sailed\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Gooden feels that
\nabsolves him of all responsibility.  <\/span>Dr.
\nGooden, the Titanic also sailed.  <\/span><\/p>\n

Are citizens expected to continue to be destroyed by the
\nillegal invasion?  <\/span>Gooden states
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u0153children who walk through the schoolhouse door\u00e2\u20ac\u201drich, poor, English-speaking or
\nnot\u00e2\u20ac\u201dthat\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s who are taught because it is the law, and because it is the right
\nthing to do.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  <\/span>What law, who says, who
\npays?<\/p>\n

Gooden stated more than 30 languages are spoken among Fort
\nSmith students,  <\/span>45% of Ft. Smith
\nstudents speak little or no English,  <\/span>60%
\nstudents live in poverty.<\/p>\n

 <\/span>2007 there are40 lead
\nstories in the Times Record and Democrat relating to hunger, e.g. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Medicaid
\nhospitals in red\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Arkansas loses 22,000 jobs in January\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153study shows hunger
\nrampant\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153State 45th<\/sup> in child well-being\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Study: nearly 300,000
\nArkansans hungry\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Homeless count up; many more on brink\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, etc.<\/p>\n

What\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s your solution Dr. Gooden?  <\/span>More funding for the bloated government
\nschools?  <\/span>Administrators are willing to
\nbreak taxpayers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 backs to continue to enlarge this failed, top-down,
\npolitically corrupted concubine.  <\/span>Besides
\nthe multi-cultural morass, curricula are diluted, revisionism is rampant,
\nnumbers are cooked, and outcomes skewed\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6all contributing to short-circuiting
\nour children\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s minds.  <\/span>Graduation rates
\ndropped 17% since 1992. Rates slipped 10% last year.<\/p>\n

With the prevailing environment it is impossible for
\nchildren of citizens to achieve any semblance of a real education, younger
\nteachers are victims of the same system.<\/p>\n

Government functionaries are complicit in dumbing-down and
\npropagandizing children\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 minds. <\/p>\n

Multi-culturalism\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s goal is to teach that non-Western
\ncultures are as good as, if not better than Western culture.  <\/span>Multi-culturalism is no boon to education, but
\nan agent of anti-Western ideology. Government lies.<\/p>\n
