The United States has morphed from a Constitutional Republic to a Communistic Police State, forced redistribution, the mechanism.<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n

<\/font>Legislators arrogantly refuse to ask taxpayers\/citizens if they approve of various governmental programs. <\/p>\n

There is no Constitutional basis for enacting programs, taking from producers and redistributing to non-producers. Theft of private property is a crime. <\/p>\n

Arkids 1st, a welfare program formulated by Gov. Huckabee, advertised as subsidizing healthcare for gainfully employed Arkansas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Citizens. In fact, is a thinly veiled program conceived to give healthcare to illegal Mexicans. The theft occurred concomitantly with another Huckabee criminal act, (Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution) installing a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock, a clearinghouse for illegals. Enter Gov. Beebe: Calling for reauthorization of the SCHIP (prenatal care for illegals), Arkids 1st, and the ARHealthnet programs. <\/p>\n

Beebe states \u00e2\u20ac\u0153failure to reauthorize would impact our state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s ability to provide for those who are most in need\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. Not a proper function of government. For SCHIP alone Beebe says we need $116 million per year. <\/p>\n

Beebe states ARHealthnet (adult medical insurance) is a true partnership between Federal and State government, businesses and families. Partnership?: Federal tax dollars stolen from the small business man, state taxes from the small businessman, employees insurance paid by small businessman\u00e2\u20ac\u201donly a politician could concoct such deviousness. Citizens are inoculated with Communist ideology and don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t comprehend the criminal acts perpetrated by politicians against them. <\/p>\n

Beebe stated June 23rd, re: Immigration: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153it was his responsibility to restore the faith of people in government\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, forget Faith, how about the facts. <\/p>\n

He further stated \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Legal means legal, illegal means illegal\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. Further, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153we need a policy that this is allowed, this is not allowed, and then try to enforce it\u00e2\u20ac\u009d: Weak, and a lie. <\/p>\n
