Thanks for responding to my inquiry, which in fact was a
\nno response. I will not bother you with further missives expressing demands
\nthat you elected officials honor your sworn Constitutional duties. You state
\nyour office has no authority or jurisdiction over the investigation or
\nenforcement of immigration laws or the status of illegal immigration. And finally
\nthe worn out canard \u00e2\u20ac\u0153immigration is primarily under the jurisdiction of the
\nFederal government\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. You are obviously parroting Gov. Beebe who states that the
\nillegal Mexican and OTM crisis is a federal responsibility.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

So again, let me state the law which you have in your
\npossession. USC 8, Section 1324c:  <\/span>All
\nofficers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make
\narrests for violation of any provision of this section. That means ALL city,
\ncounty, state, & federal officers.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Why would I want to contact the three congress people,
\nmost particularly the Delta Duchess, asking them to enforce federal law when
\nthey can only be described as Constitutional and judicial criminals?<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

The state police are yet another example of refusing to
\nenforce existing laws. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Finally Dustin, your jitterbugging demands that I ask
\nyou, in ten sentences or less, what are the functions, i.e. job description for
\nthe office of Attorney General and how many attorneys are under your
\njurisdiction?  <\/span><\/p>\n
