Re:  Your remarks at the Holiday Inn downtown Fort
\nSmith 6\/22\/07 pertaining to illegal immigration.  You stated \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m not
\nsmart enough to figure out what that policy (illegal immigration) ought to
\nbe\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  Furthermore, you stated \u00e2\u20ac\u0153illegal is illegal\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153hand on the
\nBible\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, so let us explore your record.<\/p>\n

Governor, you are a very bright attorney and your
\nposition on illegal immigration has been topical at best, or shall I say,
\npolitical at best? <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

U.S. Laws are very specific and delegates authority to
\nall law enforcement agencies across our Republic.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Barbara has faxed copies of the laws on two separate
\noccasions to your office.  First regarding the illegal Mexican Consulate
\nand then again recently.  Whether your office staff presented you with
\nthese laws remains to be seen.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

We again are faxing you the laws which deal specifically
\nwith illegal immigration. Perhaps you are waiting to see if the Democrat
\nleadership, along with the President, give amnesty to 20-30 million illegal
\nMexicans and OTM\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, which will certainly give you cover as well as the felons
\nhiring illegals.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

You were the Attorney General and I would expect you to
\nbe intimately knowledgeable in such laws.  You let former Gov. Huckabee
\nskate on the illegal consulate, which is nothing more than a warehouse for
\nillegals and a means for transitioning them into the workforce, and I am
\nreminded of our discussions regarding said issue and nothing was done, not even
\na tacit inquiry. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Governor, you have all the credentials of being a great
\nleader but some of the folks you have surrounded yourself with are questionable
\nat best and our citizens are now more knowledgeable on the illegal invasion and
\ngoing to demand you treat this criminal enterprise with more than snow.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

In the very near future I may be able to supply you with
\na number of Temp. services that are busing in illegals from Mexico, finding
\nthem housing, locating and transporting them to job sites, as well as the names
\nof those hiring. <\/p>\n

\ninvading our borders to benefit your corporate sponsors and the Mexican
\ngovernment with $billions being sent back HOME, and to protect your self-serving,
\nsorry behinds.<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The destruction of our
\nConstitution, rule of law, and sovereignty obviously mean nothing to you.<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\nrepresentation shall be subject to civil and criminal penalties can be fined

Section 1324a  Hiring –
\nHarboring – Transporting any illegal alien <\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/b>Any
\nperson who knowingly hires\/harbors\/ transports any illegal alien is guilty of a
\nfelony punishable by 10 years jail + $2,000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture
\nof vehicle or property used to commit the crime.

\n1324c Law officers have authority to make arrests…<\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/b>All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority
\nto make arrests for violation of any provision of this section <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Section 1644 <\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/b>No local
\nordinance, rule, or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from
\nenforcement of this section<\/span>\u00c2\u009d<\/span> (affirmed Southern District Court of NY,
\nUS vs. Rudy Giuliani, 1996.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Title 19, USC \u00c2\u00a7 1459<\/b> Section (f) and (g). Reporting
\nrequirements for individuals  
\n   (f) Civil penalty. Any individual who violates any provision of
\nsubsection (e) of this section is liable for a civil penalty of $5,000 for the
\nfirst violation, and $10,000 for each subsequent violation.  
\n (g) Criminal penalty. In addition to being liable for a civil penalty
\nunder subsection (f) of this section, any individual who intentionally violates
\nany provision of subsection (e) of this section is, upon conviction, liable for
\na fine of not more than $5,000, or imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or
