Are there parallels between the Duke Lacrosse Players
\npersecution, the Border Patrol agents imprisoned for doing their jobs, the
\nmassive federal, state, county, and local enforcements agencies\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 raids on some
\ncockfighters recently, and Hollis Wayne Fincher November 12, 2006?<\/p>\n

 <\/span>In all cases there
\nwere overt efforts to demonize, dehumanize, and instill fear.  <\/span>Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know much about the cockfighters\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 case,
\nother than it smacks of overkill.<\/p>\n

The Duke and the Border Patrol cases demonstrate a
\nwillingness to distort and withhold evidence\u00e2\u20ac\u201danything to win.  <\/span>The Fincher case was gross overkill against a
\nwell-repected Constitutional patriot\u00e2\u20ac\u201dopenly honest with the public and
\nofficials,  <\/span>but descended upon with
\nmilitary-type furor by eight agencies on a lone 60 year old man in poor
\nhealth.  <\/span>Why?<\/p>\n

Some possibilities include his legitimate, well-organized
\nWashington County Militia, his brilliant treatise and defense of 2nd<\/sup>
\nAmendment rights, his prime property perhaps in the way of development and his
\nopposition to the passing of a county eminent domain type bill, his possession
\nof \u00e2\u20ac\u0153federally unauthorized\u00e2\u20ac\u009d weapons  <\/span>(well
\nknown by local and county law enforcement) was the official reason for eight
\ngovernment agencies to pounce, arrest, and incarcerate. Now after SEVEN months
\nin jail, Fincher is finally facing sentencing this Friday, 6\/22\/07. <\/p>\n

The question is: How do all these agencies with their
\npersonnel, equipment, time, tax money and power justify their pursuit of these
\ncases when our country is being invaded and occupied by criminal gangs, drug
\nand human smugglers, illegal aliens stealing identities and sucking up social
\nservices of all types, and the employers of illegals are felons according to
\nour present laws, subject to fines and imprisonment?<\/p>\n

Are we to believe that the Border Patrol agents, the
\ncockfighters and Fincher are of greater danger to citizens than all of the above?  <\/span>We get the picture and await the verdict.<\/p>\n
