A day and evening with a real American Mayor.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

May 31st<\/sup> Barbara & I departed Fort Smith, destination
\nof Hazelton, PA, a city that parallels Fort Smith in many ways but where they
\ndiverge is a Grand Canyon.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

You see, Mayor Lou Barletta places American citizens and
\nmore specifically the citizens of Hazelton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s safety above political concerns
\nand adheres to the rule of law.\u00e2\u20ac\u201dthe epicenter of his administration.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

A rally in support of Mayor Barletta and the City Directors
\nwas held Sunday, June 3, 2007 in front of City Hall with 6 speakers, including
\nthe eloquent patriot Philadelphian Joey Vento owner of Geno\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Philly
\nCheesesteak fame who refused to remove a sign from his business asking
\ncustomers to please<\/u><\/b> speak English when ordering, culminating with
\nMayor Barletta\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no-nonsense approach to the rule of law and the safety of the
\ncitizens he represents, particularly the middleclass. There was an estimated
\n2,000 in attendance wearing supportive T-shirts, carrying banners, signs &
\nAmerican flags.  <\/span>There was only one
\ndisruption by an illegal that was quickly, quietly cuffed and led away.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Mayor Barletta apprised the gathering that the ACLU with
\ntheir 27 lawyers were taking an anti-American stand, as they normally do, i.e.
\nthe destruction of Western Civilization and America\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s history and culture. Not
\nonly wanting to destroy the ordinance that the Mayor and his board passed regarding
\nEnglish only documents, a $10,000 fine initially for employers of illegals plus
\n$,1000 per day for continued non-compliance, plus a lesser fine for those
\nrenting to illegal aliens.  <\/span>Additionally,
\nthe ACLU is suing the city of Hazelton for legal expenses incurred by their
\ntraitorous lawsuit. It is the Mayor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s opinion that the judge will rule in favor
\nof the ACLU and the city of Hazelton will appeal to the U.S. Supreme
\nCourt.  <\/span>In my opinion, if this judge
\nrules for the ACLU, then he is nothing more than a judicial prostitute.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

I remind each of you that Article 4, Section 4 of the
\nU.S. Constitution commands that one of the 5 duties dedicated to the President
\nof the United States is to secure our borders against all invaders.  <\/span>President Bush is committing treason for
\nfailure to secure our borders and ultimately our sovereignty. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

I would ask each of you to log on to our website arkansasfreedom.net<\/a> for a list of
\nlaws that covers every aspect of the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion,
\nparticularly dealing with enforcement and a code of conduct by our elected and
\nappointed officials, none of which is enforced, creating what can be called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153selective
\njustice\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Of the many Codes I will mention one which is most
\nprophetic, (see others on the website) 
\n<\/span>Section 1324c \u00e2\u20ac\u0153All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws
\nshall have authority to make arrests for violation of any provision of this
\nsection\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

That evening we were privileged to have dinner with the
\nMayor, his wife, and a half dozen other functionaries, discussing the
\nlegalities and courses the city of Hazelton is prepared to take.  <\/span>We have seen no elected official more
\ndedicated to defending his city and the law of the land than the Mayor Lou
\nBarletta.a<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Contrast this with the city of Fort Smith, Arkansas, a
\nmicrocosm of cities across our vast land, and envision the grand gulf between
\nthese cities and Hazelton, PA.  <\/span>Fort
\nSmith has a mayor and Board of Directors who have never spoken publicly on this
\ncity\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s illegal invasion and the destruction and disruption that is being placed
\non middleclass citizens in areas so important to our well being and stability\u00e2\u20ac\u201dthe
\nArts & Sciences, societal concerns, most particularly education,
\nhealthcare, penal, welfare, and the unholy growth of government at all
\nlevels.  <\/span>Factor in Corporate America, the
\nChambers of Commerce, Catholic Charities, and corrupt politicians and
\nbureaucrats, and it is readily understandable why our Republic is on the precipice,
\nevolving into 3rd<\/sup> World status. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

There is no communication between the various law enforcement
\nagencies which translates into a sanctuary for illegals.  <\/span>They function like eunuchs in the area of
\nillegal immigration\u00e2\u20ac\u201dwhy and who benefits?<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

The defeat of George Bush\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s criminal legislation, Comprehensive
\nImmigration Reform, was a great victory for the people, but this corrupt
\nadministration will come back again and again and again.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

All incumbents, regardless of Party and regardless who is
\nrunning, must be defeated in order to destroy the
\npolitical\/bureaucratic\/corporate protection racket, born on the backs of
\nmiddleclass America.<\/p>\n
