\nAct of 2007\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.  <\/span>Another sellout and
\nobviously a part of Bush\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s \u00e2\u20ac\u0153comprehensive immigration reform\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, i.e. amnesty. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Congressman, this Bill is like being a\u00e2\u20ac\u009d little bit
\npregnant\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, or \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I feel strongly both ways\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

1.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Giving citizenship to a
\nchild with one illegal parent is still illegal. This will encourage illegals to
\ncreate a temporary relationship just as Asians have done for decades.  <\/span>Foreign nationals will come, buy a
\nrelationship, bring in their clan, and its business as usual.  <\/span>Congressman, you are not the brightest bulb
\nin the room but you are not stupid either. 
\n<\/span>The following disclaimer regarding the Bill \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the practice of illegally
\nentering into the U.S., birthing a baby inside our borders and reaping the
\nrewards, needs to be ended\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. <\/p>\n

a.       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Allowing one illegal\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u201danother devious piece of legislation
\ngiving the impression that this sinister proposed Bill will help solve the
\nillegal alien invasion. <\/p>\n

b.      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Why not take out the first sentence of Amendment 14?<\/p>\n

c.       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>How are you going to identify the one illegal?<\/p>\n

2.      
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153An alien lawfully admitted
\nto the United States or a foreigner serving in the military\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n

a.       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>The United States government has tens of thousands of
\nmercenaries under military rule and like numbers of illegals who have
\ninfiltrated the U.S. military at the behest of this criminal government. <\/p>\n

b.      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Representative Boozman, do you not comprehend that these thugs
\nare not going to amalgamate into U.S. society and stand ready to kill U.S.
\ncitizens when the despotic Geo. W. Bush decides to implement the Military
\nCommissions Act and the Martial Law Codicil?<\/p>\n

\nWashington, May 16 – <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

U.S. Representative John Boozman
\n(R-AR) today reaffirmed his commitment to reforming the nation\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s immigration
\npractices by announcing he will cosponsor legislation which will clarify
\nbirthright citizenship.<\/p>\n

H.R. 1940, the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Birthright Citizenship Act of 2007,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d amends the Immigration and
\nNationality Act to grant birthright citizenship to children born in the United
\nStates with at least one parent who is either an American citizen; an alien
\nlawfully admitted to the United States; or a foreigner serving in the American
\nmilitary.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Any plan for true reform of our immigration laws needs to include clarifying
\nwho gets citizenship by birth,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Boozman said. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The practice of illegally
\nentering into the United States, birthing a baby inside our borders, and
\nreaping the rewards needs to be ended. <\/p>\n

\u00e2\u20ac\u0153America is a welcoming country, but I do not think it is too much to ask those
\nwho wish to become a part of our country follow our laws and procedures. This
\nbill will remove yet another enticement to those who would violate our
\nimmigration laws, and I believe it should be brought to the House floor and
\npassed,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Boozman continued.
