\nlaw.  <\/span>The Military Commissions act
\nabolished Habeas Corpus, laying the foundation for military tribunals for U.S.
\nCitizens. The second Republic killer called the Martial Law Codicil permits the
\nPresident to seize control of state National Guards for any activity he decides\u00e2\u20ac\u201da
\ndictator.  <\/span>The Martial Law Codicil neutralizes
\nthe Insurrection and Posse Comitatus Acts. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

 <\/span>Habeas Corpus and
\nPosse Comitatus Acts are literally the foundation of the American concept of
\ndue process which prevented the centralization and militarization of law
\nenforcement.  <\/span>Results of the neutering
\ngave rise to the Safe Neighborhood Act, giving the false  <\/span>impression that law enforcement  <\/span>would protect citizen neighborhoods.  <\/span>The Act allegedly seeks out and punishes gang
\nactivity.  <\/span>Who are the troops patrolling
\nour neighborhoods? Some are already here\u00e2\u20ac\u201dlocal police are appendages of Homeland
\nSecurity and have received combat weaponry, armed personnel carriers, other
\nassets incompatible with law enforcement but suitable for martial law. <\/p>\n

Who will disarm the population? See above. <\/p>\n

Why was Hollis Wayne Fincher arrested by eight enforcement
\nagencies, headed by BATFE,  <\/span>a sycophant
\nFederal Prosecutor dancing to  <\/span>Bush\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
\nmusic, i.e.  <\/span>the Act designed to uncover
\ngang activity? Police are instructed by Homeland Security to view critics of
\nthe phony \u00e2\u20ac\u0153war on terrorism\u00e2\u20ac\u009d as potential terrorists.<\/p>\n

The Feds command and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153local\u00e2\u20ac\u009d police obey.  <\/span>All governments are disarming American
\ncitizens in the name of Political Correctness.

Hollis Wayne Fincher was alerting American citizens to
\nthe dangers posed by governments who are warmongers, torturers, who refuse to
\nsecure national borders.<\/p>\n
