\nlittle acculturation. We are trading what was once a relatively stable
\nhomogeneous society for a multi-cultural welfare state serving the grand
\nmasters of cheap labor and open borders, i.e. the Walton\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Tyson\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, the
\nChambers of Commerce, UPS, FedEx, etc. etc, all by design. Middleclass
\nAmericans are the vanishing victims.

\nCommission Act which removes the Writ of Habeas Corpus, the Martial Law Codicil
\nwhich removes Posse Comitatus, while dissolving the Insurrection Act. <\/span>The Martial Law Codicil allows the president
\nto commandeer the National Guard of the states and their policing
\nagencies. <\/span>The three acts Bush has
\nsplintered have abolished the foundation of American jurisprudence. <\/span> <\/span>Bush
\nhas assumed the throne of a dictator and may implement martial law at the
\nslightest whim, real or imagined. Not a peep from Congress except for
\nCongressman Ron Paul.
\npresident acting in the absence of Posse Comitatus were Hurricane Katrina and
\nthe recent tornado in Dumas, Arkansas. American military are being used as
\ndomestic police, accompanied by the seizure of Citizens\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 firearms. An email to

\nthe thousands of FEMA trailers located at the Hope, AR. Airport to the homeless
\nresidents of Dumas and environs elicited a terse reply that the Dumas tornado
\nwas a FEDERAL matter, at which time my wife asked if the Governor was
\nacquainted with the 10th<\/sup> Amendment. Expectedly, no reply.
\nneoconservatives struck Iraq, an attack built on lies and subterfuge that has
\nkilled hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis, not to mention American casualties
\nin excess of 30,000, and has created instability worldwide. Iraq & the U.S.
\nwere far better off with Hussein than with Bush.
\nIran; count it, which could destroy civilization as we know it. His seminal
\nfixation to establish American global hegemony, directed by neoconservatives
\n(Zionist Israel-firsters) will reduce our society to skeletal powder. With Bush
\npoised to strike Iran at a moments notice, when can we expect the Draft to be
\nreinstituted?

\nis the progenitor of 21st<\/sup> century terrorism. The nexus between
\ncorporate America and the federal government is Fascism, both enjoying a

\nillegal Mexicans and OTM\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s invading our country yearly along with the 1.5
\nmillion legals. No society can long withstand such a traumatic onslaught. <\/span>Bluntly put, our governments are engaged in a
\nmassive \u00e2\u20ac\u0153trading down\u00e2\u20ac\u009d scheme, again, all by design to wipe out the very fabric,
\nheart and soul of this society, middleclass America.

\nsupersonic speed. Other huge issues are job exportation (3 million jobs lost in
\nthe last 5 yrs), industrial layoffs, and this administration subsidizing half
\nthe planet with military and commodities, nearly a $ trillion trade deficit
\nthis year and a $14 trillion national debt.
\nthe members of Congress have become adept at frolicking over the global
\ntapestry at taxpayers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 expense and meddling in foreign affairs. You have seen the
\ncriminal carnage in Iraq of which you are partially responsible\u00e2\u20ac\u201dhow do you continue
\nto live with the Bush lies conceived by Neo-cons, implemented for Israel
\nprimarily and oil secondarily, as we are being overrun by hostile illegal
\nMexican aliens.
\nquestion, why have you not communicated these egregious criminal acts designed
\nto shackle your constituency and our republic? <\/span>Or do you not consider them criminal? <\/span>Your choices indicate where your priorities
\nlie and they are not with American citizens. I hope you come to your senses
\nbefore Bush and the neo-cons destroy America. This does not give a pass to the
\nsenate and congress, you and they are complicit.
