The Undocumented Sanctuary City & Budgetary Concerns…I think, or maybe comedy.

In the matter of non-profits, better known as 501 c3’s comes remarks from Tracy Winchell, Economic coordinator for Fort Smith, who stated “doing away entirely with the city’s financial contributions to the non-profits would be catastrophic.”  Please Tracy, no broad brushes. In your tear-jerking pleas, tell us how withholding taxpayer money from non-profits could be “catastrophic”.  The fact is, if non-profits can’t make it on their own they should die, and subsidizing non-profits is not a proper function of government.

It is noteworthy that Mayor Baker and Director Hutchings want to protect non-profits, why?  Could it be that both have a long history of receiving their economic largesse from the producers, just as is the case with non-profits?

Director Maddox recommended the Board eliminate the $400 per month car allowance the 7 Directors receive.  $400 per month translates into 150 gal. of gas and conservatively 3000 miles per month, and throw in an oil change and some car washes. Sure is a whole lot of travellin’ going on.

Continuing on with Director Maddox’s question, he asked Deputy Administrator Ray Gosack for examples of city services that could be cut. Now comes the laugher.  Gosack said the city could use grass seed instead of grass sod to replace vegetation.  Also stop picking up euthanized animals.  Now citizens, that’s what I call aggressive dealing with an economic crisis.  As usual Director Maddox is the city director who tries to deal with reality.

It’s been said that the Mayor receives a $250,000 per yr stipend to run the Mayor’s office.  Folks, that’s $20,000 a month and if the 250K is correct, euphemistically I would say this is a tragic case of redistribution.  Bloat-tation, you say?

The question has never been answered, how much do the Mexican illegals cost the undocumented sanctuary city of Fort Smith yearly…or do you even know or care?

Fort Smith and the Big Smell.                                                     July 26, 2010

The economic toxic smell emanating from the Fort City Government is intensifying. Government expansion, expansion, expansion, no matter the conditions.

Deputy Administrator Ray Gosack is the guy who stated he was “too busy to determine if the businesses hired by the city were hiring illegals”—while a state law dealing with the hiring of illegals goes unattended, and he already has the “prepared food tax” spent should citizens be simple-minded enough to pass said tax.

The Marshall’s Museum was sold as a private donation endeavor, however: Sebastian County has already provided $115, 071 in taxpayer monies to the embryonic civil rights museum.   The museum Director has made a request for $100,000 in cash (?) from the city of Fort Smith and an ongoing $250,000 per year provided the “prepared food” tax passes (a slush fund).   It appears that this nearly $500,000 taxpayer “contribution” to the museum is to subsidize the so-called “private” endeavor’s SIX fundraisers/employees.

So much for honesty.

Enter Richard Griffin and his “Sustained Development” government program operating under the aegis of the Ft. Smith Housing Authority/New Market Tax Credits, which is one of numerous federal government endeavors to “stack ‘em & pack ‘em” and curtailing citizens’ freedoms while Griffin and his minions benefit economically from government exploitation. What percentage of the population benefits from these grandiose edifices, and how many would willingly donate their money for such endeavors?

Not to be left out is the “economic dog” called the Ft. Smith Convention Center, a loser by any standard. Privately owned venues are aplenty throughout the city.  As citizens understand and letters to the editor attest, if there is to be a Marshall’s Museum let it occupy the Civic Center and pay rent. The question then becomes, are there insider deals that would prevent the above from becoming a reality?

You boys just don’t seem to be able to get it through your self-serving skulls, we are in a depression and in the midst of the above you have allowed our city to become an undocumented sanctuary city for illegal aliens. Would you boys like to tell us the cost of their presence in the matter of healthcare, food, incarceration, translators, education, Anchor Babies?…you get my drift. 

Fix the streets and sewers, get off the taxpaying producers’ backs and leave the street tax alone!

North Little Rock, Arkansas Mayor Patrick Henry Hayes & another American sellout

Shown below is another expose’ of criminal and unconstitutional activity being carried out by bureaucrats, politicians, and willing opportunists.

Daily, the aforementioned deny having any information regarding the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI).  Note: INTERNATIONAL.  There are numbers of these freedom stealing organizations inextricably attached to ICLEI, e.g. Agenda 21, Quality of Place, Metro 1313, Sustainable Development, Public/Private Partnerships, New Markets Tax Credit Program, and HUD, who champions their so-called “compassionate” work with stolen taxpayer dollars,  while invading city after city with their stealth, arrogance and cunning.  Who benefits while middleclass citizens are being sucked into Communism/Fascism.?

The real kicker here is North Little Rock Arkansas Mayor Patrick Henry Hayes, who is in charge of all ICLEI activities in the United States.

Ms. Carpenter has framed this extremely well and whether knowingly or unknowingly the Fort Smith, Arkansas city government is deeply involved.  Continually pleading ignorance will no longer suffice.

Ms. Carpenter alludes to 2 cities formally involved in ICLEI.  Who are those 2 cities?

Freedom under fire
    Tea-party people and patriots need to know that the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives-Local Governments for Sustainability will take over communities if we let it. It already is in over 500 U.S. cities, including 12 in Texas, the largest in Louisiana and two in Arkansas.
    What does ICLEI do? According to the American Policy Center, it restricts energy and land use, private property rights, water use, even building materials. It also includes cap and-trade, global warming, population and gun control, open borders and illegal immigration, higher gas and other taxes, no oil drilling, education restructuring, international IDs, health, food and farm control, and wealth redistribution.
    ICLEI helped write the 1992 Earth Summit’s Agenda 21, the blueprint to transform society from local to top down control by non-elected boards and councils. It is not Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative, but is the official policy of the federal and state governments. It’s called Smart Growth in cities, the Wilderness Project in rural areas. Its so-called free trade depends on NAFTA and the Trans Texas Corridor to control all businesses.
    It’s up to patriots at the local level to save American enterprise and freedom.

A MEXICAN STAND-OFF  RE:  SELECTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT                                       July 12, 2010

A Mexican Stand-off, for now—Arizona has passed an allegedly unconstitutional law dealing with illegal immigration and at the same time the federal government refuses to act constitutionally by defending our borders against the illegal Mexican and OTM invasions.

The American federal government is now talking Constitutionality, a first in many years. The federal government has not engaged in one constitutional act during the last 4 administrations, Bush 1, Clinton, Bush II, & now Obama.

For example, the unprovoked wars commonly known as preemptive wars (without cause and undeclared) have resulted, by some accounts, in a million + deaths of innocent Iraqis, Afghans, Pakis, and a multitude of other ethnic groups, comically billed as wars against terrorism, resulting in thousands of useless brave American deaths and maiming, while our armed forces are engaged in securing the aforementioned borders and others around the globe, and at the same time permitting U.S. borders to continue to be porous and unprotected. Is this not criminal irony?  Americans should ask the rational question—who are the real terrorists in these phony “Wars on Terror”?

Bush I, along with his family, personally and deeply involved in Mideastern politics and economics involved us in Gulf War I….followed by Clinton in another unprovoked, undeclared war against the Albanians and Serbs.  The most egregious of the preemptive strikes occurred under the Bush II administration…Another undeclared war built on cold-blooded lies and along the way, implemented unconstitutional and criminal acts compliments of the U.S. Congress & Senate, e.g. Patriot Acts I & II, the Military Commissions Act, the dissolution of Posse Comitatus, the “homegrown terrorist” Act, and the most criminally egregious of all, torture, to name a few.  U.S.  Global hegemony is the goal.

The past 3 presidents, as well as the present one, have refused to secure our national borders, stopping the illegal alien daily invasions, principally by Mexicans, by securing all our borders and deporting the estimated 25-35 million illegal Mexican nesters.  This absolutely qualifies as an invasion.

In the case of Obama, he and the democrat controlled congress, most of the news media, academia, some religious orders, accompanied by the un-American ACLU, Arkansas Friendship Coalition (Tysons, Wal-Mart, Stephens, Inc. Chambers of Commerce, etc.), racist organizations such as Maldef, LULAC, La Raza, SEIU unions, ACORN, etc. etc. now have the audacity to demand the enforcement of the U.S. Constitution on this singular issue. Now that is unmitigated Gall.

The stand-off is simply the state of Arizona wanting to protect their citizens and treasure having passed a law (albeit a watered down version) that mirrors federal law 8 USC.; however the Arizona law is allegedly unconstitutional. Federal law 8 USC addresses every aspect of the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion, yet it remains unenforced and rarely mentioned. No to so-called “Comprehensive Immigration Reform”….code words for Amnesty. Simply enforce 8 USC.  Problem solved.

The other half of the Mexican Stand-off is provided by the Federal government in its refusal to uphold one of its 17 stated functions, i.e. protect citizens from invasion, which it has refused to do, leading to Arizona’s passage of the law similar to 8 USC.

Both political parties have refused to secure our borders for self-serving reasons. The Republican Party for cheap labor, the Democrat Party for votes.

For the Democrats to file suit against Gov. Jan Brewer and the state of Arizona is absurd, egregious and is a slap in every middleclass American’s face.  I challenge Americans to recall one constitutional endeavor in which the U.S. government has been engaged in the last 20 yrs.

Citizens, continue to sit on your collective duffs while the Marxist/Communist Obama dismantles our Republic, our heritage and culture will only be a fond memory.

As happened in the Roman Empire, the masses (that’s us) are being kept passive with “Bread & Circuses”, e.g. Labron James, Tiger Woods, Nascar, World Cup, so-called “concerts”, insipid TV shows, while the Founders’ admonitions are trashed.

Take a gander at what Arkansans have been electing and then reelecting, instead of prosecuting.  There is not one of our national office holders who deserve to be elected or reelected, including Gov. Mike Beebe.

I can hear the echo now…..but Cong. Boozman is a Conservative…and that mentality is precisely the reason we are unlikely to survive the multitude of crises engulfing our once preeminent republic. 

The silence is deafening from the Ark. Delegation on the matter of illegal immigration.

Bentonville Attorney Susie Hoeller, author of the book “Impasse: Border Walls or Welcome the Stranger” opines: “people don’t want to sit down and solve problems…they just want to scream and yell”.  Tell us Susie, who is doing the screaming and yelling?  Is Bentonville and environs not the recognized capital of illegal immigration, Mexican drug distribution centers serving the Mid-west, mixed with gang activity MS 13, Los Zetas?  Susie, also tell us who benefits from the exploitation of said illegals?

Referencing “Authority not locked into projects” Times Record July 9, 2010

Morphing from “Quality of Place” to “Community Development Entity” (CDE) another piece is revealed in the Federal government takeover tapestry, and situated in between are Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Metro 1313, IECLE, etc. etc.  Only the names change.

The 6 proposed projects (and more in the hopper) listed by HUD shills Griffin and Pyle are an affront to the citizens of Fort Smith. The bloviating Pyle reveals just how much the federal takeover encompasses, i.e. the” U.S. Bank claims the entire continental United States as the area which it may deploy the New Market Financing and/or Credits” (government control).   It’s noteworthy that Pyle claims these “credits” will be sold to investors.  Certainly, you just know there will be a line waiting to snap up these credits, and if they are not sold?

The Fort Smith Housing Authority, under the reign of Richard Griffin, will be starting a new division under the auspices of CDE to further spread government control while soaking the taxpaying citizens. Every project Pyle and Griffin are involved in or proposing is or will be paid by taxpayers in part or wholly, e.g. the New Theater, which Griffin owns.

This grandiose scheme is simply another means for redistribution of wealth and for any of you comatose citizens who believe Griffin and Pyle are in this “to give back” or “make a difference”, you are either comatose or complicit. 

As an example of the above, Obama’s textbook Marxism and forced social engineering is taking place, and in this case in Puget Sound, where King County HUD executive Ron Sims has ordered areas of “Whiteness” must be integrated in their centers by building homes for Blacks and Latinos only, subsidized by White taxpayers.  So much for constitutional/property rights.

The CDE is just one of multitudes of programs designed to control citizens’ every movement.

Who’s driving the team called the Fort Smith city government?  Is it Richard Griffin with Ken Pyle riding shotgun?  Or is it the Mayor, the City Board, Administrator, etc?

Boys, wake up and get a handle on these bureaucratic and insider schemes, but alas you are the ones pushing for a food tax, preparing to raise water and sewer fees and supporting “Quality of Place”, ad infinitum, so where are your allegiances?  Who do the citizens turn to for protection?

The CDE has nothing to do with the “common good” and all to do with Marxism, forced social engineering, and lining the pockets of consummate insiders.

President Barack Obama lies again to the American citizenry, e.g. The Statue of Liberty

In a speech, July 1, 2010 re illegal immigration designed by Obama to initiate a campaign, fraught with inaccuracies, to ultimately confer amnesty to 20-25 million illegal Mexicans and 40 million of their kin, thereby producing millions of votes for the Democrats.

 Paraphrasing some of the more glaring misnomers regarding the history of the Statue of Liberty, facts are related here.  THE STATUE OF LIBERTY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IMMIGRATION—NOTHING.

  1. The Statue was a gift from France to honor the Centennial of American Independence.
  2. E Pluribus Unum explicitly commemorates the union of the 13 British colonies into one independent nation.
  3. Emma Lazarus “Give me your tired…..” was a later add-on which was a statement against Russian Pogroms, i.e. the genocide of an ethnic group.  This Cri-de-Coeur (poem) is on a small granite pedestal inside Ms. Liberty. (Absolutely nothing to do with immigration)

Self-serving, parasitic politicians bent on emasculating our Republic, our heritage and our culture have long drummed into the American psyche that we are “a nation of immigrants.  We are not a nation of immigrants, we are a nation with immigrants.

Absent a founding group or majority, it would be no nation at all, but a random gathering of people of assorted races, religions, and nationalities, united only by their presence in the same land.

American history is a story of a varied nation with a distinct founding culture.

Sanctuary city continues to self-destruct

Pilots agree that the earth is round, but can land masses change locations?  According to Mexican Aztlan, Arkansas is a border state, to be taken over by Mexicans.

 U.S. law enforcement, by design, is engaged in selective law enforcement as are all law enforcement agencies.  Fort Smith city police have been turned down by Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) on three occasions re implementation of federal law 287 (g) which allows local policing agencies to arrest illegals. Some say ICE, who is responsible for training, oversight, and immigration law, is incompetent.

Federal and state governments, supported by media, claim 287 (g) promotes “racial profiling and creates a deep mistrust of police departments in the Mexican barrios”. The aforementioned have robbed law enforcement of their best tool to roundup illegals–PROFILING. Media parrots that racial profiling violates civil rights.  Just what are the civil rights of illegal aliens? Obviously cheap labor advocates are winning re the racial profiling contrivance.

The federal government can only be described as constitutionally and criminally corrupt for not enforcing federal law 8 USC which addresses and solves every aspect of the illegal Mexican invasion. Some sources say could be 25-35 million. One of the 17 provisions the constitution demands is securing of our national borders.

The Fed traipses around the globe, engaging in criminal preemptive wars and securing foreign borders while our borders remain porous and increasingly violent.

Unemployment 17%, mass deportation of 25-35 million illegals solves our unemployment crisis, substantially lowers the number of welfare recipients, and generates legitimate revenue alleviating some of our national debt.

8 USC demands arrest and detention of those individuals and companies hiring illegals.   Commence with poultry barons, construction, and fraudulent government agencies hiring illegals, directly or indirectly, e.g. Sanctuary City Fort Smith. Enforce laws, crisis solved.

There are many shades of lipstick being applied to the Pig called Globalism.  Some are named “Sustainable Development”; “Quality of Place”; ICLEI  (International Council for Local Environmental Issues)…”Local Governments for Sustainability”; “Public/Private Partnerships”; “Metro 1313”; Agenda 21, and what appears to be the hot new shade “New Markets Tax Credit Program”.

These shades are designed to flummox taxpayers, exploit tax revenues, and to “stack em & pack em”, i.e. force citizens and others to live in more easily controlled environments.  Most high-falutin lipstick shades are designed by faceless, unelected bureaucrats, boards, task forces, study groups, etc.  All influenced by some form of Collectivism.

 Who benefits?  Expansion of government programs like HUD (Dept. of Housing & Urban Development), the developers, contractors, real estate, banks, consultants, and financial professionals.  Other beneficiaries include the deadbeats who take advantage of forced redistribution, enjoying fanfare and impunity.

Who loses?  The hard-working, taxpaying citizens who ask for nothing “free” and make no demands on their neighbors to feed, clothe, or house them, yet are expected to provide those things for mostly irresponsible people, while struggling to provide for their own families in an honorable way.

The exploiters are sly and cunning.  They always camouflage their activities in emotional, politically correct terms…such as “it’s for the children, or the downtrodden, or the homeless, the common good, giving back, making a difference” and all the other contrived bromides being mindlessly spouted on a daily basis.

The exploiters of taxpayers are often also exploiting the labor of illegal aliens whose healthcare, housing, food, education, penal is added to the financial, cultural, and safety burdens of honest citizens.

While the manipulators, public and private, are smirking their way to the bank, citizens’ anger and frustration rapidly grows.  Career politicians are being thrown out and so must career bureaucrats and exploiters.

Was Governor Mike Beebe and his Hispanic Heritage Month Proclamation at the behest of the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, i.e. Stephens, Tyson’s, Catholic Church, ACLU, La Raza, et al?

By the way, the ACLU and certain churches in Bentonville, Rogers, & Bella Vista have been particularly bellicose to members of Secure Arkansas who are trying to exercise their 1st Amendment rights.  These folks are well-schooled in civil disobedience. The city police of those 3 communities also flexed their muscles, displaying a lack of knowledge of U.S. Constitutional/lawful requirements.

Back to Beebe’s Executive Order proclaiming Hispanic Heritage Month, so much for acculturation into Western civilization by legal immigrants and illegal invaders who bring their failed philosophies and cultures to America and keep them alive; Balkanizing our once preeminent society.  Why would the governor want to continue to increase the size of the welfare state?  Note today’s Dem-Gaz, “Arkansas leads nation in Child Hunger”.  Perhaps he should reexamine his priorities.

Therefore:  if the Governor believes in what his executive order proclaims, then let him offer proof.

He did not differentiate between Hispanic Americans and illegal Mexicans and OTMs which far outnumber the legals.

The following statements appear in Gov. Beebe’s executive order and needs proof, since they in effect are outlandish and egregious.

  1. “Hispanic Americans have played an integral role in our country’s exceptional story of success” (Where, when, how?)
  2. “In the Arts, the sciences, the business world, academia, and government, Hispanic Americans have lent their talents to the American way of life and have enriched our country’s heritage”. (Where, when, how?)
  4. What is the Governor’s justification for proclaiming a whole month of celebration by Hispanics, most of whom are illegal?
  5. What expenses will the state (taxpayers) incur?

Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe is putting more emphasis on foreign nationals, their cultures and behaviors than on beleaguered American citizens, and as he has said on many occasions he has no hesitancy about violating 8 USC, as illustrated by his failure to secure our state borders, to enforce 287g, and certainly has shown a disdain for the grassroots’ patriots of Secure Arkansas who seek to relieve some of the illegal alien tax burdens on citizen Arkansans. Beebe’s excuse is always “it’s a federal matter” thereby supplying the desires of his handlers, while citizens are overrun by invaders.

Gov. Beebe and his assistant Morril Harriman are wards of the exploiters of illegal invaders.
