In the case of Dyer, ethics are scarce.Deputy Superintendent David Woolly, Assistant
Superintendent Ronnie Newman, and counselor Ollie Scroggins, retiring and
drawing their retirement benefits were rehired and will collect a full salary
plus their pensions compliments of the state legislature—“Double-Dippingâ€.
Dyer could have hired non-retired educators looking for
jobs.He chose to hire these three–why? Dyer makes another profound statement “We
always have more applicants than we can hireâ€. He then says “there were no other applicants for the three positionsâ€,
so which is it? Smelly. Alma has at
least three Deputy Superintendents—why? Government schools are long on
financing and short on academics.
Has Agent Browne forgotten his sworn obligations? Browne, in
league with Mexican Consul Andres Chao, spoke at a seminar dealing with
Hispanic crime.The seminar dealt
specifically with human trafficking by illegal Hispanics in the state.Browne stated that “education, awareness and trust,
in terms of people (illegal aliens) who are in these particular situations are
afraid to come to law enforcementâ€.They
might think “Okay, if I (illegal alien) go to law enforcement, I’m going to be
booted out of the countryâ€.Agent Browne,
isn’t that the law and what you are hired to do?Boot!
The Mexican Consulate was brought to Little Rock by former
Gov. Mike Huckabee in defiance of Article I, Section X of the U.S.
Constitution.The Mexican Consulate
serves as a magnet for illegals and Chao says “to protect their rightsâ€â€”what rights?
Browne, you’re flouting the law…8 USC and Article IV,
Section IV…making fools of taxpaying citizens. Is the FBI collaborating with the Mexican government regarding the
illegal Mexican invasion?Making excuses
is “aiding and abettingâ€.
The cowardly Senator Delta Duchess is on the lam, defined as
a fugitive fleeing from questions of outraged private citizens. She is a disgrace to the Constitution and all
American citizens.
U.S. Senator Lincoln rolled into NW Arkansas, not to expose
her cowardly self to her constituents’ questions regarding the Marxist Kenyan’s
Healthcare plan, but to meet with a pre-ordained group who espouse her
Socialist views.Understand those
Socialistic views only apply to citizens and not the Duchess. She has no
intention of trading her 5 star healthcare for Obamacare.
The group she is speaking to is a partisan group called the
“Heart & Spirit” organization. Discovering that citizens representing Townhall forums were going to

site at the last minute to a place called “Blowing Springs Park”, appropriately

The Six are demonstrating their true colors, self-serving
cowards.Home for a month for alleged
meetings with their constituents, and as the Duchess proclaimed “she’s so happy
to be home and August a working period’. Does she really have a residence in our state? Where? The Six are literally running from their
constituents, one may readily conclude that they’re screwing the people again.
This is the first time these slugs have been held
accountable by the voters and their reactions are arrogant, smug, cowardly and
treacherous.
So what are these self-serving slugs up to while at “home”?A tacit review of appearances to be made
during their “working” month of engagements is indeed revealing.The Six have a combined total of 24 speaking
engagements, if all participated in the speaking tours that factors out to be 1
each per week.
To herald the immediate crises, the people of Arkansas and
the rest of the Republic are witnessing the fact that none of the Six are
addressing Obama’s nation-destroying agendas. The most critical are national healthcare, the illegal Mexican & OTM
invasion, coupled with Cap & Trade, Bankster Bailouts, and Clunker Sales, exacerbating
the attacks on sovereign nations, e.g. Afghanistan & Pakistan and continued
preemptive military assaults.National
healthcare and amnesty are on the top burner of the nomadic Kenyan’s agenda. Both nation destroyers for sure if allowed to achieve
fruition.

I. Senator Blanche (the Delta Duchess)
Lincoln.To commence the month the
Duchess called citizens “Un-American” if they attended townhall meetings.As I recall this is the same Duchess that
flew into Little Rock with V.P Biden on an Air force 737 for fundraising.Now Duchess, that is not only criminal but
truly un-American.
The Senator, to be fair, is
speaking at 11 of the 24 functions.She’s
speaking to canned audiences, i.e. Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce/Associated
Industries of Arkansas—the open borders, cheap labor crowd. Other venues are Association of Arkansas
Counties, Pulaski County Democrat women, Reachout & Read, Benton County
Democrat Committee political rally, etc. All are carefully preselected audiences where there will be no discussion on imminent crises with
the General Public.
The Duchess is running for
reelection and her appearances are more to do with fundraising.I almost forgot, as one of the 11 scheduled
appearances, she is touring the Center for Healing Hearts & Spirits. (?)
II. Senator Mark (3rd generation on
taxpayer dole) Pryor.Senator Pryor’s
bold introduction to his statewide constituency is the Tele-Townhall
system.Another selective, canned operation.Pryor’s bunch will contact households in the
state and Arkansans may also call in to participate (really?) by dialing &
receiving an ID code.This shows Pryor’s
cowardice by insolating him from the hundreds of thousands who expected him
& Lincoln to hold townhall meetings across the state IN PERSON.
His other appearances are self-serving, consisting of the usual suspects.
III. Congressman Marion (Plantation) Berry—no appearances.None.“Plantation”
doesn’t need to hold any townhall meetings; he’s already greased the skids with
AG Subsidies for himself and his plantation buddies.
IV. Congressman Mike Ross.I personally applaud him for having already
appeared in one townhall meeting in person and has a 2nd one
scheduled.His meetings have eyeball to
eyeball public input, but having a townhall meeting in a Children’s Hospital,
from the public’s point of view, sheer stupidity.This was by design to limit
participation.The Congressman must
learn how to deal with the American electorate when they have legitimate questions
regarding treasonous activities launched by government.
V. Congressman John (“Travellin’ Man”)
Boozman.Cong. Boozman has a huge
appearance in Flippin, AR (population 1,357) regarding what?Wouldn’t hazard a guess and a second
appearance in his hometown Rogers, accompanied by Senator Pryor to discuss the
all important issue, i.e. an FAA contract tower program.
VI. Congressman Vic “Marxist/Socialist” Snyder.
He is the genesis of the Townhall meeting in the Arkansas Children’s
Hospital. Snyder will also host a
Townhall meeting Aug. 18 at the Clinton School of Public Service (gag) where he
will discuss his views on what the Democrats call “Healthcare Reform”, but
attendees must have reserved seats. Notice the purpose is to discuss HIS views
on socialized medicine and not those of his constituency.
What is the Constitutional basis for government to have anything to do
with healthcare, e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, WIC, H.U.D., Arkids 1st,
prenatal care for illegal women, free E.R. no questions asked, translators,
taxi services, ESL, on & on & on….and Obama talks about the cost of healthcare?
The fact that the above Six have even entertained the idea of a
Socialized Medicine program is unconstitutional and anti-American.The Kenyan continually states we don’t have
the funding to sustain the best healthcare system in the world.So long as we give billions in foreign aid
yearly, invade sovereign nations, bailout banks in the trillions, embrace
NAFTA, GATT, & other job killing programs, unbridled immigration legal
& illegal….does this suggest to you Obama why we are not now a solvent
nation?
Politicians state there are 48 million residents who are not
insured.They pull this figure out of
thin air for their own devious pursuits. OMB estimates there are 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s and
countless numbers of legals without insurance. The totality of the legal and illegal masses accounts for at least 75%
of the so-called uninsured in America.The fact is every illegal Mexican & OTM
residing in this Republic has better health coverage and more of it than
American citizens….all by design.
Citizens, the federal government is not “well-intentioned”.Obama’s treacherous healthcare proposal
attacks our sovereignty and individualism. As you may recall, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stated a number of
years ago that the era of individualism was over.Remember also the rules never apply to
members of government.At this juncture
in our Constitutional history, individualism is gone & Collectivism is in.
I have counted 117 direct assaults that are in the Kenyan’s health bill,
proposed attacks on my and your person, legal consequences, searches on both
home & business, selective and rationed healthcare, omission of whole
medical procedures and the list goes on. Throughout the Bill it discusses in
shadow terms genocide, infanticide, fratricide, suicide, and euthanasia. Obama’s
3 health Czars are Cass Sunstein, Ezekiel Emanuel (Rahm’s brother…both Israeli
dual-citizens and Israel Firsters) and a fellow named Halstrom.Read their chilling statement s regarding
healthcare. If we allow any part of the Democrat Socialized medicine program to
be enacted, citizens will be wholly at the mercy of government politicians
& bureaucrats….and the party will be over.
The above Six are part and parcel of why we are losing our heritage, our

long suffering wife and family—either financially or emotionally?

took and take numerous luxurious junkets around the world with your wife and

An Open Letter to Rep. Mike Ross

Congressman Ross, I once again send you this letter I mailed via electronic
communication and hard copy mail to Federal Judge Jimm Larry Hendren in Jan of
2007. It is still an appropriate judgment of the man’s character and disloyalty
to the nation and its laws.
The particulars of the case involve Wayne Hollis Fincher and the illegal
possession of a machine gun. My personal thoughts on the appropriateness of the
law under which he was charged and convicted are not the issue here. Nor is my
obvious contempt for Hendren.
I do not, as a practical matter, believe Fincher would have been acquitted, but
I know for damn sure a sitting judge has no business “fixing” a
trial. Which Jimm Larry Hendren did.
Please read the letter, pay attention to the factual actions of Hendren, and if
you must, ignore my sentiments regarding this traitor to the nation and the
law. Then please initiate impeachment proceedings against him.
Also, please avoid having the same staffer contact me as did last time. I do
not know whether she is dishonest or ignorant, but she did her best to convince
me there was no mechanism for such action. Which is, on its face, false.

United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas
Sir:
As an American citizen who is deeply concerned about the state of liberty and
the lack of rule of law in this land I have been following the Fincher case. This
nation was wrested away from a ruling elite that ruled by whim and the myth of
moral superiority of the highborn. Because of the reasons for our departure
from our mother country we established the rule of law, not whim. Those rules
reserved and guaranteed rights embodied in the Supreme Law of the Land , The
Constitution of the United States of America. Government was guaranteed no
rights in that document, but were granted certain powers in order that the
state be able to honor its duty to the citizen in protecting the reserved and
guaranteed rights bestowed by Nature and Nature’s God upon the citizen.
Therefore, when I read that you had stated in public, on the record, that the
Second Amendment guaranteed an individual right and not a collective right, I
was pleased beyond measure. I thought to myself, “Finally an honest
sitting judge, who will rule based on law.” That thought did not sustain
me long. For the very next day, after your meeting with representatives of the
prosecution, you reversed yourself. Which brings me to some questions for later
in this missive.
I know you did not attend and graduate law school without ever learning that
the Constitution of the United States of America was and is the Supreme Law of
the Land. Further, I contend that you could not have graduated law school
without ever learning that the jury is charged with judging not only the facts
of a case, but also the law under which charges are brought. Were you to try to
deny having ever learned that, your already suspect integrity would be revealed
by its absence.
I can believe that you graduated law school and never learned that the
courtroom belongs to the jury, not the judge, not the state, not the prosecutor
and not the defense. The jury owns the courtroom, they are the highest power in
that room, at all times. As stated previously, I can believe you graduated
without that ever being revealed to you by your instructors. Such is the nature
of arrogance in many that attain offices of honor. Many believe that they are
imbued with a moral and universal superiority that places them above others and
often simply ignore the truth if it does not please them. The fallacy of the
judge owning the courtroom is one such manifestation of this arrogance. So
while I can believe you were never taught that in law school, simply because
the fiction of a judge owning the courtroom must be protected if the abuse of
juries and the jury system is to be sustained, I cannot understand how you were
able to study law and the history of the law and not discover the truth on your
own. I suspect that it is an ignorance of convenience on your part.
The judge is a referee. His job is to keep the proceedings fair and in the
bounds of the law. The judge has a duty not to be an advocate. A duty you have
miserably failed in Fincher.
It has been ruled and upheld many times that a judge is not required to inform
a jury of its duty and right to judge the suitability of the law under the
Constitution. While it may not be legally required of him, it is certainly a moral
obligation if justice is to prevail in our nation. When a judge declines to
apprise a jury of its entire duty, but deigns to apprise it partially of its
duty, he has become an advocate, and has shown his disrespect for justice.
I could cite cases and rulings that uphold everything I have stated above. I
could cite quotations and writings of founders and jurists who have stated in
eloquent terms the principles you have violated. I could do that, but I believe
it would be pointless. I do not believe I have engaged an honest and principled
man who has a different point of view, or who only needs to see the proofs that
he has ruled wrongly, to set his path aright. I believe I am addressing a man
who already knows all the things I have addressed here. I believe that man knew
he was wrong when he disallowed the jury in Fincher to hear what the law,
especially the Supreme Law of the Land, had to say, before directing the jury
to a guilty verdict.
So here are the questions for you I mentioned above.
What was your price? What was offered you in that meeting with representatives
of the prosecution that seems to have caused a complete reversal of what you
had stated only the day before? Was it reward? Was it threat if you did not
cooperate?
To sum it up in one question, “What price treason?”

Fact: the Arkansas Six ARE NOT distancing themselves

Kenyan’s attack against U.S. healthcare. That amounts to .006% of the $ Trillion estimate for implementing RATIONED universal healthcare.The Dogs only
concern in their treasonous activities is cost—to hell with American citizens
and their ability to select their own healthcare.That is precisely what government
self-serving slugs are able to do to us, while selecting their own healthcare,
compliments of me and other producers. The takeover of American healthcare by

Are there multiple layers in the Double-Dipping scam, i.e. Crime

The 2009 Arkansas
Legislature composed of 135 senators and representatives contained at least 38
employees or former employees of government. Some others did not identify their employment or former employment.
Public school teachers are on yearly contracts ranging from
188 to 217 days.Typically, citizens
understand that the teaching profession is a 9 month job. A topical examination
of the Arkansas legislature indicates there are a number of practicing school
teachers and college professors in the legislative mix.
Questions arise; are teachers and professors being paid
while absent 3-4 months allegedly conducting the people’s business? They are
absent from the classroom almost half of their contractual obligations.Why are they needed?There are other layers of government
employees who fit the above description.
Only in government can such disgusting and unprincipled
conduct be rewarded.
The convoluted schemes to enhance government retirement and
other benefits would take days of research to unravel. Recent legislation to increase bureaucrats and
politician’s retirements came from Gene Jeffress, a former teacher—Act 743.
Doesn’t anyone determine if politicians and bureaucrats
serving in the General Assembly are double-dipping? Equally disgusting, in addition to their 4
month absence, are the untold required meetings throughout the year.
There are inordinate
numbers of government employees in the legislature? Their major thrust appears
to be—expanding government, increasing taxes, and feathering their nests.Government can only be described as a culture
of corruption.
