LETTERS TO ARKANSAS STATE OFFICIAL RE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders
500 Woodlane St.
Little Rock, AR 72201

Attorney General Tim Griffin
323 Center St.
Little Rock, AR 72201

Arkansas Treasurer of State
Larry Walther
500 Woodlane, Ste 220
Little Rock, AR 72201

A missive pertaining to the three of you and your violations: December 4, 2024

8 USC, Section 1325 (illegal entry)
8 USC, Section 1324 (hiring an illegal)
8 USC, Section 1644 (no local ordinance, rule or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section)
8 USC, Sections, etc. etc.

(Section1644) American elected official, appointed or hired not upholding any of the USC tenants are committing punishable crimes. Southern District Court.

I am sure the three of you are aware of the above statutes that have not been enforced and have resulted in the near destruction of our Republic.

Gov. Sanders, your father perhaps was never aware of these statutes. In fact he was a supporter of the illegal alien activity in our state, e.g. as Governor he made numerous trips to Mexico enlisting the support of then Mexican President Vincente Fox to build a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock that serves as a distribution center for the incoming illegal aliens to travel to points of employment, i.e. OK, MO, TN, MS, & AR. When President Fox declared Mexico was in financial straits and could not support a new Consulate, your father actively sought financial building of the Consulate. Gov. Huckabee at that point enlisted 3, maybe 4, individuals to fund the building of the Consulate with the language that the funding would only be for 3 years.

I filed a FOIA to your father for the names of the 3 maybe 4 enlisted to fund the Consulate, and he replied on a specific date from Little Rock that the information would be available at the Capital. I motored to Little Rock with my attorney to pick up the documents I asked for. At the appointed office, Robert Trevino appeared at the meeting place with the requested documents in hand. Before Trevino
handed me the documents he walked to his desk and redacted the names I had requested with an evil smile. Obviously, your father’s sycophant. I would call your father’s action a crime. I have never forgotten that interlude.

Furthermore; your father was asked to speak at the national LULAC convention in Little Rock which he accepted.

Here is another of your father’s clever Marxist utterances. “Pretty soon white guys like me may be in the minority”—the crowd roared in laughter. This followed by saying, “Arkansas needs to make the transition of the traditional South to one state that reorganizes and cherishes diversity in culture, language and population”. Again spoken like a true Marxist. Your father has spent too much time talking about the bible and not enough with history books and legalese. What an ingrate, making sport of Western Civilization and our American culture and perfectly willing to change it.

As you know Fayetteville is a Marxist enclave in our state, i.e. the epicenter of illegal aliens in Arkansas, e.g. an NGO named Canopy. The question now is how much state tax money or from any source is being distributed to La Raza, LULAC and Canopy this year and the past 4 years and any other NGO’s? Please respond promptly.

No country has ever survived for more than 100 years that embraced multicultural society. The U.S. now has 150 different cultures illegally residing here freely and feeding off our resources. These invaders are not an endangered species. Our present societal makeup is indeed a recipe for corruption and our extermination.

Why in the world would you and your father want to trade down our society and tell me what’s wrong with our way of life across our state? Identify the 150 countries that these illegal aliens come from and their countries accomplishments and type of government each has. You instantly conclude no country around the globe has a constitution, freedom, quality of life that the 50 United States of America is blessed with. So, you and your father seem to be engineering a D.E.I. government.

My message to you Governor and the other two is to immediately stage the troops (city police, Sheriff, Arkansas State Police and Arkansas National guard) and make ready to cast the nets until the swamps are dry of Third World illegal nationals. While you are at it, abide by the 8 USC Sections and arrest those hiring & harboring illegal aliens.

GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS & MULTICULTURALISM

$2 MILLION GRANT FOR CAREER TECH CENTER.                               January 10, 2020

What are the far reaching implications of this Times Record headline?  Plenty!

You/we now have 4 entities involved in your child’s alleged education. Government (numbers of entities), industry, Chambers of Commerce and public schools themselves.

Now you are saying to yourself, “what’s bad about that”? All these entities are renowned.

In a wink, loss of control of your child’s mind and freedom to pursue his life’s endeavors if he follows the dictates of the Chambers of Commerce, the Department of Education and the government school Administration.  How so?  Public schools are no longer locally controlled.

Here are the answers:  “Tim Allen, President & CEO of the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce said. “Even down to elementary schools.”  “It’s important for our state.” Governor Hutchinson said.

You see, parents and children are factored out of the decision making process.

“When the Center opens in August 2021 students can earn technical concurrent credit, industry-recognized.”

I conclude that students will be directed to serve industry alone and steered away from the Arts & Sciences.  This is already being done in Socialist countries and will absolutely end in one of the evil isms here.

Here are some age old and recent quotes from world class educators & philosophers.

“Give me the children until they are seven, and anyone may have them afterwards”.  SAINT FRANCIS XAVIER, Jesuit Missionary.

“Give me a child until he is seven and he’s mine for life” -Vladimir Ilyich Lenin

Jan 29, 2007  “American psychologist John Watson said, “Give me a dozen healthy infants, well-formed, and my own specified world to bring them up in and I’ll guarantee to take any one at random and train him to become any type of specialist I might select…regardless of his talents, penchants, tendencies, abilities, vocations and race of his ancestors …”

Aristotle and Marx (& others) have made similar pronouncements which have been proven to be true.

IT MUST BE NOTED HERE THAT BOTH THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS AND THE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE HAVE ACTIVELY FOUGHT FOR OPEN BORDERS, THEREBY ENDING IN THE FAILED SYSTEM OF MULTICULTURALISM (100 years) & ALL ITS MANY DEFICIENCIES (e.g. wages, healthcare, quality of life).

FECKLESS FOOLS VS. BENJAMIN FRANKLIN

The Program “Arkansas Works” and the insidious “Medicaid budget” and Benjamin Franklin’s solution for the poor.                                                       April 7, 2019

Gov. Hutchinson, Senator Pitsch and the Arkansas Legislature’s proposed enormous expansion of welfare, formally known as Obamacare.

Minutes after Gov. Hutchinson was inaugurated he initiated a pursuit to incubate the remaining germ of Obamacare translating into debt and a huge increase in welfare numbers.  Who pays for the redistribution?  Middleclass Arkansan’s of course.

The Act immediately created 350,000 new welfare addicts, now claimed to be reduced to 250,000.

This proposed economic theft taking shape in the Marble Palace is in plain view of the fact there is a robust national economic growth and a historical 4% unemployment, the lowest rate in the past 5 decades.

50% of Arkansans are on some type of welfare and Arkansas is in the top 5 highest taxed state in the nation.  How many legals & illegals with the numbers growing (open borders) do you suppose are grazing in the Arkansas welfare trough, compliments of Beebe, Hutchinson, and especially  Huckabee (e.g. Mexican Consulate, free pre-natal care & all ancillary services for  illegal Latino women), and et al.

It is noteworthy that fewer than 100 individuals out of the previously mentioned 250,000-350,000 are employed under the program Arkansas Works as “required”. A recent study by Yale-MIT estimated 22 million illegals in our country.

Senator Mathew Pitsch, Hutchinson’s enforcer, recently made these ridiculous remarks:  The Times Record headline of March 3. 2019 stated that Pitsch backs the state program (expanded Obamacare—Arkansas Works).  Maybe for some the eye-openers in Pitsch’s revelations, particularly misguided Republicans, is astounding—Hutchinson and his “screw” Pitsch want to work their will and pass an unrealistic $8-9 billion Medicaid package to be included in the 2019 budget.

Excerpts from Pitsch’s remarks in the Times Record. Saturday, 3/30/19. “Plenty of caveats within Arkansas Works for PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE TO WORK. Such exemptions include being MORE THAN 50 YEARS OLD.”  The Governor, Pitsch and the General Assembly power pod are toxic narcissists.  50 year old folks are in the prime of life.  Another zinger, “IF YOU ARE UNDER A CERTAIN AGE (50) AND HEALTHY, THEN WE’D LIKE YOU TO GET A JOB to keep YOUR FREE healthcare.  Open borders, frontal assaults in the thousands by illegal aliens subsidized by you feckless fools…who is “we”, define “free” and the cost to each middleclass Arkansan.

Senator Pitsch, are you still the CEO (chief hustler) for name-change to WAIA (Western Arkansas Intermodal Authority)? You are the centerfold for government abuse.

Pitsch continued by saying he gets calls from other states asking “how do you do this”? (Arkansas Works)  No art to stealing middleclass Arkansans money in broad daylight for redistribution to foreign nationals and politicians.

Americans, we have crossed the Rubicon of Enlightenment and Reason.

Now the note from my good friend Benjamin Franklin about the poor.

I am for doing good to the poor, but I differ in opinion of the means. I think the best way of doing good to the poor, is not making them easy in poverty, but leading or driving them out of it. In my youth I travelled much, and I observed in different countries, that the more public provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves, and of course became poorer. And, on the contrary, the less was done for them, the more they did for themselves, and became richer. There is no country in the world where so many provisions are established for them; so many hospitals to receive them when they are sick or lame, founded and maintained by voluntary charities; so many alms-houses for the aged of both sexes, together with a solemn general law made by the rich to subject their estates to a heavy tax for the support of the poor. Under all these obligations, are our poor modest, humble, and thankful; and do they use their best endeavours to maintain themselves, and lighten our shoulders of this burthen? On the contrary, I affirm that there is no country in the world in which the poor are more idle, dissolute, drunken, and insolent. The day you passed that act, you took away from before their eyes the greatest of all inducements to industry, frugality, and sobriety, by giving them a dependence on somewhat else than a careful accumulation during youth and health, for support in age or sickness. In short, you offered a premium for the encouragement of idleness, and you should not now wonder that it has had its effect in the increase of poverty.

Marshal’s museum illegitimate tax

A ballot to vote for or against the establishment of a 9 month 1% Sales Tax exclusively (?) for a U.S. Marshal’s Museum constructed on the Fort Smith riverfront.                        March 2, 2019

Beware of a Bill to be voted on March 5-12, 2019 to pass or reject $16 million in taxpayer monies for allegedly building a structure to be known as the U.S. Marshal’s Museum.

First of all it was advertised heavily that there would be “not one cent of taxpayer money spent” for the above project. This was the lie that supports the MM concept which was started circa 2009.

The Ark. General Assembly, in the year 2011, passed an SB 244 (changed to Act 25 in 2014)  for the Dept. of Parks & Tourism—U.S. Marshal’s Museum grant appropriation for the 2011-2012 fiscal year.

“Section I, Clause (A) to develop, implement, and administer a grant program that provides funding to assist with the development, construction, and maintenance of a U.S. Marshal’s Museum in a sum not to exceed $25 million”, sponsored by Senator Jake Files.

Another significant part of the ballot is the fact there is NO language present to state that the issue cannot be presented again after the 9 months are passed, which is the stated duration shown in the ballot.

The ballot’s third paragraph is the paragraph that states in a circuitous manner that if the ballot passes the MM is sold to the brand new unknown 5 member Public Facilities Board which has no financial obligation, nor the city of Fort Smith at which time the MM, Inc. will lease it back for a nominal fee and a long term arrangement to do what?

It appears that if the MM, Inc. (a 501 c 3) fails to pass, it will allow Sicard, Griffin, Westphal, et al also to be free of any financial obligations.

If the ballot fails the owner’s state they will continue to raise funds, which means they will go back to a government source to get the $16 million. No private citizen will be foolish enough at this point to invest in a project whose foundation is built on a lie and lack of citizen support.

MARSHAL’S MUSEUM TAX TRAP

THE TRAP IS BAITED.                                                                                 February 22, 2019

Will the prey (taxpayers) take the bait in this expanding maze?—they always do.

The Marshal’s Museum murky maze has expanded. First a brief history beginning approximately at the onset of this pretzelizing endeavor.

It was announced, initially, the project would be a private enterprise undertaking and absolutely NO taxpayer dollars involved. The no taxpayer position shortly proved to be untrue—a lie.  An FOIA submitted early on contained a few names of private citizens but the names were redacted before they touched my hands. What were they hiding that early on?

With a little help from a couple of citizens I was able to document that Griffin & Sicard and the consummate insiders had obtained from government agencies–DC, Little Rock, Sebastian County, Fort Smith, etc. at least $36 million plus 3 assets that listed no stated values, undoubtedly in the millions—coin minting, real estate, tax credits, etc. all was based on a lie—no taxpayer dollars used– which then translates to grand theft by the MM, Inc.

Apparently when the U.S. Marshal’s Museum, Inc. determined they needed $16-17 million more to complete the physical facility they then made their wishes known to the Fort Smith city government.  Remember newly elected city Mayor George McGill had assumed the captaincy of the F.S. government probably due to the fact McGill’s campaign was outrageously financed (circa $65,000) and directed by Griffin, Sicard, & enablers.  Their order on this occasion was to instruct the City Board to put a 1% sales tax for a special vote to take place March 12, 2019.  One brave dissenter, Director George Catsavis did not cave.

Think about this…the hypocrisy—they sold the project with the premise it “won’t cost the taxpayers a one red cent”, shortly they received millions from the then Senator Jake Files & his state legislation for $25 million, as well as the city and county tax monies already kicked in… and then they end up whining for citizens to pass a “9 month 1% sales tax” which in all probability will never end, if passed.

Front page 2/22/19 Times Record, 5 individuals of the CBID were pictured, of the 5 at least 3 are multi-millionaires, absent Sicard who owns numerous banks. These are principals in the MM, Inc. and they have the temerity to demand that middleclass Fort Smithians and others subsidize their expensive ostentatious creation.

Their next step is the formation of a 5 member “Public Facilities Board” who will then purchase the new Museum building with the funding from the sales tax and with that comes no responsibility in maintaining by the Public Facilities Board nor the city of Fort Smith.   Say again?  Next Griffin & Sicard put out the lie that Mayor George McGill will be the only one who will appoint the 5 member PFB. Really? Mayor McGill was hired as the Registered Agent for the MM, Inc. It is said this is a necessary business arrangement since Agent’s primary function is to make businesses aware of legal changes.  But what other functions might they serve?

Mayor McGill owns his own museum which appears on the Secretary of State website and creates a nexus between the 3 producing a symbiotic relationship creating a host of Conflicts.

Mayor McGill comes in handy in another way, he is a 6 year alumni of the Arkansas General Assembly that ended last year.  An educated guess; he will be spending inordinate amounts of time reacquainting himself with his old legislative buds for carrying out the wishes of Griffin, Sicard, himself,  et al.   I would also surmise the Mayor would convey Griffin & Sicard’s political orders to Rep. Boyd & for sure Sen. Matt Pitsch—the riverboat captain, while reporting on current legislative and inside activities.

Do you believe that Griffin & Sicard would solely allow McGill to pick the 5 members of the PFB?  More conflicts.   With that in mind, Director/Principal Robyn Dawson (double-dipper) sent me an email last Monday scolding me and stating how much she agreed with the Mayor’s position about public discussions vs. FOIA’s. I noted the time (10:00 AM) she was discussing city business on public school time—back to the no transparency issue.  Conflicts?  She also boasts of owning 2 businesses (what are their classifications?)…therefore, does she & her husband conduct personal business on citizen’s taxpayer time?  Of course, you can guess the answer to that, which makes the Marshal’s Museum mystical maze & the F.S. government a microcosm of the DC swamp.

Here the transparency trail goes cold since their media statements read like a Chinese fire drill.  Logically they explain nothing coherently.

Former Times Record editor, Jack Moseley, in the T.R. lauded the construction of the U.S. MM, Inc. in Fort Smith but not the methods used in construction and fundraising activities.

The issue here is not to be for or against the project, it is the lie…”not one cent of tax money to be used in its construction”, accompanied by lack of transparency (since taxpayer money in the main has and is being spent…millions), deception, obfuscation, conflicts of interest, and surreptitious methods.

Jack, you have been missed as editor of the T.R., but you have never seen fit to look beneath the veneer.

Recall the engineering/land/building site Lee Creek dam fiasco, which was declared by you, the city government and the downtown cabal that Lee Creek would provide water for 50 years while I was calling for elevation of the Lake Fort Smith dam which all of you said was an engineering impossibility.  Look at it now.

Another example of not looking beneath the veneer was your denial of Kerr-McGee dumping radioactive pitch blend in the Arkansas River from their Gore, OK plant. It was later proven long after my assertions that the pitch blend was indeed flowing down the River and into Lee Creek, also through faulting. It has only recently been cleaned up, despite your denials of its existence.

With your endorsement of the Marshal’s Museum tax proposal, you’re again refusing to look beneath the veneer—Follow the citizens’ money—Qui Bono?

The Mystical Marshal’s Museum Maze

Do the numbers and verbiage espoused by the Marshal’s Museum, INC & The Times Record comport, confuse, and are they truthful or untruthful? January 26, 2019

The promoters of the Marshal’s Museum, Inc. from day one, have billed it as a “private enterprise”, i.e. “not one cent of taxpayer money will be spent on this enterprise”. The first public announcement was published in the Times Record.

“It’s only a 9 month penny”, the promoters are urging the taxpayers to approve a temporary (?) 1 cent sales tax that is diametrically in opposition to the above.

A temporary Act to generate $17 million, if passed, will in all likelihood be transferred to the FSM Dept. of Parks & Tourism, then on to the CBID ( Sam Sicard, Richard Griffin & Bennie Westphal), onward to the U.S. Marshal’s Museum, Inc., and finally to the newly created “Public Facility Board” (who appointed?), to purchase the Marshal’s Museum’s building and grounds from the U.S. Marshal’s Museum, Inc. via the One Cent sales tax. (Huh??) Apparently Sam Sicard, Richard Griffin, and Bennie Westphal will be in charge of the internal assets. Now more convolution and contradictions. Neither the new members/owners of the “Facility Board” nor FSM would be responsible for any future operating costs of the museum???. Remember, the “Facility Board” just finished purchasing the Museum and grounds. Therefore, if the tax passes how can this be—owning a building and grounds and not being responsible?

If the Bill is passed, the $16 million would go to complete the Museum’s exhibits & “experiences”—what experiences? It was noted in various publications that the “Facilities Board” would own physical assets, i.e. building and grounds. Which is it? Facility Board owns building & grounds or exhibits & “experiences”?

The Fort Smith city government was complicit by providing the foundation for a special vote to raise $17 million or more tax dollars for a Marshal’s Museum. The procedure creating this Act may be illegal.

Note that former S.B 635 sponsored by former Senator Jake Files for $25 million which was specifically for the MM was changed to Act 679 on March 24, 2011. Why? Section II of the Act is special language and I quote, “Grants eligibility: to be eligible for a grant under this Act, an entity must establish that it is a non-profit, non-governmental 501c3 organization with a mission to form a national center of heritage and legacy within the state.” On completion has a deal been cut to turn the facility & contents over to the City, State or Federal Government?

Act 679 provided $25 million taxpayer dollars to the 3 listed participants. Availability of how the money was spent has been redacted from a FOIA.

Again, recall that the media release pertaining to the creation of the U.S. MM was to be a Private Endeavor, i.e. no citizen tax dollars.

Noted also is AR SB 244, July 1, 2015, an Act for the Dept. of Parks & Tourism re appropriation funneled $3, 250,000 to the U.S. MM. Extracted from the Bill states monies from this Bill must be dedicated for all state-owned real property & facilities.

Other largesse emanates from the Federal Government, e.g. Commemorative Medallions, perhaps gold-plated, no announced value placed on, nor numbers sold, cost requiring designing, securing material, minting, promoting, transportation, distribution and sales. Value? What politicians/bureaucrats engineered this event?

Fort Smith in 2009 was FOIA’d for names & amounts of private contributors and pledges which were redacted in my presence by the MM attorney, but later was determined the city initially gave the U.S. MM $100,000 , the county $12,000, and then State Senator Files $2, 200,000 dedicated to this convoluted project.

The “Public Facilities Board” would purchase, as stated, the building & grounds (for unknown reasons) from the US MM, Inc. for the amount received from the 9 month tax if passed. Does this not establish the state of Arkansas as a bank providing funding for a for-Profit institution or will it revert quickly to a government agency? While on the subject, why is the $17 million not borrowed by Sicard, Griffin, & Westphal from one of Sicard’s First National Banks? Have one of these 3 or all of the 3 spent one dime of their own fortunes to create & secure the MM project?

There is no doubt the 3 used and abused New Market Tax Credits—tax credit funds available for blighted areas. Is a river bank defined as a blighted area? No established value available to the public re the Tax Credits.

“The US MM, Inc. (Another contradiction.) (Using U.S. in the Museum name is of concern) will operate the Museum and Fort Smith would/will have no control over the museum operation.” Who then? The FS city government, in addition to revenue previously distributed, has awarded even more tax payer dollars and the use of city equipment and personnel. Again no established value.

January 15, 2019 Ward 3 Director Mike Lorenz said at a December Board meeting that “Fort Smith will get 100% of the benefits (?) and pay about 50% of the tax”. (?)

More illegal abuse, in this case, former Governor Beebe in 2007 gave $2 million, the Ark. State Legislature $200,000, 2013 the Governor gave another $1 million, Parks & Tourism to the MM $90,000 and the AEDC in 2017-18 gave $2,500,000 from the “Rainy Day Fund”. The above 4 came from the General Improvement Fund—GIF. Added to the cash donations by government are the unpublished values of Commemoration Coins, New Market Tax Credits, etc.

FRAUD
—(Webster’s New World Dictionary, Second College Edition)…Deceit; Trickery; Cheating; Law– Intentional deception to cause a person to give up property or some lawful right.

Has anyone worked their way through this murky maze of taxpayer dollars taken by Fraud? If so, please advise.

$25,000,000
$ 3,250,000
$ 100,000
$ 12,000
$ 2,200,000 PLUS dollar values of unnamed assets & cash raised, and pledges

$ 2,000,000
$ 200,000
$ 1,000,000
$ 90,000
$ 2,500,000

$36,352,000 TOTAL, which is $4, 352,000 more taxpayer dollars than the MM, inc. claim they have raised which is $32 million. Also the MM,inc claims to have land on the Arkansas River valued at $3.4 million.

Due to time & space I did not name all the government agencies and public/private manipulations involved in obtaining the total of $36,352,000 and perhaps much more.

Why can’t we boycott Israel or anyone else for that matter?

In this AM’s Times Record—“Unlawful to boycott Israel”. July 1, 2018

The little postage stamp of terror—Israel, holding Arkansas and the U.S. hostage.

The U.S. Congress and the Arkansas State Legislature have passed unconstitutional and immoral laws carrying monetary & prison sentences if any entity refuses to do business with that terrorist state. Why?

Why not apply the same law to every country? It is said the Israeli Jews are our allies and friend…Israel has no friends. Israeli spies steal our secrets and sell them to our alleged enemies, by way of the Jewish Mossad. The same Mossad trains our law enforcement agencies, while at the same time we secure their borders while allowing U.S. borders to dissolve and fight their Middle Eastern wars (18 yrs) for them…Iran is next, so says Netanyahu. Print media has stated numerous times U.S. troops stationed in Israel have proclaimed they would die for Israel—what fools.

U.S. citizens yearly are forced automatically to dole out $3 billion to the little terrorist state—at times as much as $12 billion per year. Why? Particularly in view that Jews own the global monetary system.

U.S. politicians of all stripes are owned by Jews & are mortally fearful that said Jews will unleash one of their many hugely well-funded hit squads, i.e. AIPAC, AEI, AJL, ADL, SPLC. etc. against them, e.g. Ark. Senator J William Fulbright. But of course this is a quid quo pro operation where the Jews fund liberally the politicians that obey…which is all.

Take a gander at Senator Tom Cotton’s financial holdings and who contributed …very quickly you’ll understand who will be the Jew’s presidential candidate in 2020 or 2024….depending on whether the Cultural Marxist anarchists & the Rino warmongers can dispatch President Trump and his followers.

The U.S. Congress and the Arkansas State Legislature, & of course Gov. Hutchinson are nothing more than high dollar sell-outs—let the record show. They (legislators, bureaucrats, media) are all echoing “to hell with the Constitution, morality and our vulnerable middle-class Americans & their businesses”.

What is the present count of criminals in and out of the Arkansas General Assembly and how many are on deck?

The Government Machine!

It’s Not the People, It’s the Machine
By Michael Gaddy

October 5, 2009

“Government is an agency of force which can and must be employed against every deviationist. And this is only to say again that the government must oppose the individual. Therefore the “good” man in government is like a priest with a machine gun. The mechanism does the harm. The man who operates it merely pulls the trigger.” ~Robert LeFevre, The Nature of Man

Every two years in this country there exists a mania we call elections where those involved in the electoral process work endless hours and spends billions of dollars in an effort to put “good” men/women into elected offices. This, each person believes, will improve/change the government apparatus and everyone will be better served. This is analogous to believing that if one could place the right person on my Harley it would perform the tasks of a dump truck. The machine (government) can only accomplish that which it was designed to do: all governments, in their evolutionary process, eventually turn on their progenitors; the machine eventually rules the individual, no matter what “safeguards” have been put in place.

Nowhere is that more evident than where we are today in this country. No matter who is elected to operate the machine, the machine continues in its quest to destroy all it considers adversarial to the goal of total control and domination.

The writings of LeFevre tell us that man has long been fascinated by the phenomenon of the government apparatus and seeks to rationalize the continued corruption with one of two explanations. Either the people elected to run the machine were/are evil, or if the proper “safeguards” had been installed, “they would have escaped the evil their government was busily engaged in inflicting upon them.” I believe this perfectly describes our present dilemma, for those who voted for Obama wonder at how the campaign promises he made have been forgotten or the changes made were not what they expected. The opposition believes Obama to be an evil person. No matter how evil a person might be, as an individual they are unable to visit such tremendous evil on the world, without the power government provides. In turn, electing “good” people to run a gangster device will never deliver the hoped for product. LeFevre asks the question: “…then how does it happen that so many administrations of good men have been able to do so many evil and harmful things to their subjects?” As a country, we widely differ on exactly what administration has been good or bad. There are millions who believed George W. Bush to have been a “good” president, while millions believe Obama to be accomplishing “good” things, yet both have visited tremendous evil on the world, including their own supporters.

Individuals in this world have less freedom, are more and more controlled and coerced by government and continue to be robbed of the fruits of their labor, yet all this has occurred under the administrations of the “best” our country has to offer each election cycle, from both sides of the political spectrum. Isabel Patterson in her book, The God of the Machine, provides what she believes to be the answer. “…What good does it do to have a saint of every conceivable virtue operating a guillotine? Personally, the man may be above reproach. He may have the highest of morals and ethics. He may be imbued with a passion for doing good. But the mechanism he is hired to operate cuts off heads. He may dislike to cut off heads. He may weep with true sorrow whenever a head falls into the basket. But he was hired to pull the rope that lets the knife drop. And when it comes down, off comes the head. That is the way the tool works.”

This methodology is, in part, accomplished with government’s admonishment there is a higher purpose in life than being an individual. Ironically, this rebuke always comes around to serving the machine. John F. Kennedy said to “ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country.” It was not the country we were being asked to put foremost in our lives, but the machine. The government and its willing shills in the media and academia have been able to cloud the difference between the country and the government so that in the minds of many, they are inseparable. That is why, in today’s world, all who oppose the machine have been deemed “domestic terrorists.” The spirit of individuality, or just wanting to be left alone, cannot be allowed to flourish, but must always be seen as the enemy and therefore destroyed.

People create government to control that which they fear. The machine enjoys its continued growth and strength to the spirit of fear among the people. Different people fear different things; in a great number of instances that fear is of people who think or act differently or ideas with which they disagree. The machine therefore evolves into a mechanism that seeks control over everyone and everything. Limited government is an illusion. Safeguards put in place to limit the scope and range of government are gradually eliminated as more fearful entities appear, or are created, requiring continued growth of the machine. Franklin was correct; trading freedom for security leaves the people with neither. The constant meddling in the affairs of other countries produces enemies of the machine and are converted into objects of fear for the people. Here we have the vicious cycle; more enemies require a larger and more powerful machine, which produces more and more enemies to fear.

Individualism and the wish to just be left alone by those who do not wish to control others is the mortal enemy of the machine. If the individual can exist without this desire to control others or seek power over them, the need for the machine no longer exists. The government machine’s survival depends on convincing the people that the anointed among them, selected during the electoral process, can indeed take the government back to a less intrusive and more friendly status. Throughout our history, this has never happened.

People decide to become involved in government for basically two reasons. They either want the power and control over others and the wealth that brings, or they believe by becoming involved in government they can limit the power of the machine. These folks, no matter how well intentioned, become the “priest with a machine gun.” The machine continues to control and destroy the lives of others, while the “good” person in government pulls the trigger.

The machine will continue to create items of fear for the people. The fear of an economy going bad brings on illegal bailouts and controls of the economy that have the opposite effect intended and provide untold riches to supporters of the machine. This creates more fear among the people and enlarges the machine. The fear of being unable to pay for needed medical care creates fear that could give the government vast control over the people and their remaining money. The fear of the dreaded Communist, Muslim or person of different skin pigmentation, creates fear in the people and grows the machine’s arm of oppression: the military, law enforcement and the new scourge of private contractors. The fear of a pandemic in the form of some new exotic disease (created in a laboratory) brings the ability to control the masses with unneeded and potentially harmful forced vaccinations. When the machine seeks unparalleled growth, it creates false flag events to terrorize the population, bringing on new and more terrible laws and regulations, again to eliminate its greatest threat, the individual.

The machine has legions of faithful followers who willingly steal, intimidate and even kill for their paychecks, monies stolen by the machine from the production of their victims through intimidation and threat. These people are nothing but whores who care not for any oath they might have taken, but instead enjoy their unlimited, unrestrained power over their fellow citizens. These people will come after your guns, violate your rights, force you to be inoculated with harmful vaccines, steal your money and private property and place you in a detention facility if you dare resist, and be proud of the accomplishment. These people are not elected, but will always remain the real force of the government machine. Those elected to public office become the easily replaceable figurehead. It is accomplished every election cycle.

History teaches the machine always collapses under its own weight and corruption. Its loyal supporters are rewarded for their service with executions. The question is: how many freedom loving, liberty-seeking individuals must give up their freedom and/or their lives before this happens?

Another Files/Webb Fiasco Follow-up…Will Jake Skate?

Another follow up…January 19, 2018…note the first line of the narrative titled…”IS IT POSSIBLE, WHAT IF?”

In the follow-up on January 17, I posed a couple of questions. If the new Federal Prosecutor had any meritorious legal accomplishments, absolutely yes. Accompanied by the JAG awarding Mr. Kees a Meritorious Service Medal, military service, and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Wal-Mart University, Rogers, Arkansas, but hold on, he was a former law partner with Gov. Asa Hutchinson and their law firm in Rogers, Arkansas, remember the first line of the narrative.

So far the script is being followed to the letter as somewhat prophesied in the narrative below. We only have to wait for the legal conclusion, if there is one, to terminate this narrative. There are 3 possible alternatives that will determine if the narrative is prescient. What are they?

By the way, the new Prosecutor’s name is Duane Kees and very qualified.

January 17, 2018…A Follow-up.

Will the below theorem prove to be prescient? Will Senator Jake Files skate?

Note the below article published October 21, 2017 describes possible legal engagements re: Files/Webb.

A new Federal Prosecutor is in town. Who is he and where did he come from? Is he a product of meritorious legal services, is he a product of strong political connections/Deep State, or did he work himself up from the stock room?

Read or reread the piece titled “IS IT POSSIBLE—WHAT IF?”

The Files/Webb melodrama has been going on for 6 years or more and like the DC political “investigations”, I believe resolutions should be forthcoming immediately. What do you think?

IS IT POSSIBLE—WHAT IF? October 21, 2017

This hypothetical narrative, accompanied by some facts, begins with Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and could end with the Governor.
The Governor acts like a Progressive with both feet in the DC & Arkansas swamps, an important fact in the narrative.

“Talk Business” broke the story May 16, 2017 in Little Rock that Sen. Jake Files (R) was allegedly the subject of an FBI criminal investigation, absent Lee Webb. Curious! The next day (Hutchinson’s Screw) Rep. Mat Pitsch (R) boldly announced to the media, “He will enjoy serving as the next new Republican State Senator”. Was the fix in? Did Pitsch anticipate Files had fallen on his sword?

Question: At that juncture why did Hutchinson not demand Files resignation? 10/21/17 the Governor still mum re: the Senator’s undergoing a number of investigations, along with his refusal to resign his State Senate seat, all in view of the fact the FBI has/had him under investigation. It is said that during one of the investigatory FBI summons Files stated he was cooperating, yet in a civil deposition he pled the 5th Amendment.

Another question & purely conjuncture: What action against Files, if any, would be taken by & if Hutchinson called an emergency session of the Arkansas legislature? Files remains a sitting member in the current Arkansas Senate and is Chair of the Senate Revenue and Tax Committee. If he remains in the current legislative body would this act not be fraught with constitutional & legal problems?

Now the matter of Files legal difficulties moved up the Arkansas River to Fort Smith pertaining to the now defunct River Valley Softball Complex that Files & partner Lee Webb (D) a county employee that were awarded a contract to build the Complex, another curiosity and potentially corrupt act by the Fort Smith City Government. Webb, as stated is also an active government functionary and appears to be a phantom in the current criminal investigation.
The nexus between the Fort Smith city government and Files & Webb’s contractual agreement has been going on well before at least March, 2014. The Fort Smith Board has refused to divulge why these two elected politicians (huge conflicts of interest & maybe more) were awarded the potentially lucrative contract—no transparency. Was the contract between the two parties (Fort Smith & Files/Webb) a pay-off, a quid pro quo deal, incompetence, or some other arcane involvements? It is known Files & Webb spent well over $2 million taxpayer dollars, plus “in kind” services (e.g. National Guard, Gary Grimes—dirt work) replete with no City oversight—NONE during the 5 year period. Why? After the project was identified as a failure in 2017, $27,000 or more made its way from the AIDC to WAPDD to the City Board and ultimately into the hands of Senator Files. What prompted the Board to continue funding an abject failure?

Could it be there is a working arrangement in Fort Smith comprised of the City Government, Special Interests, coupled to Files & Webb? Have all & more entities abused a plethora of city, state and federal government taxpayer funds, and leverages available to government and their cronies?

For example: The nascent Marshal’s Museum, billed as a private endeavor—not so! How many millions did Senator Files pump into Sam Sicard’s & Richard Griffin’s museum? Perhaps from the GIF, accompanied by grants, New Market Tax Credits, and perhaps a plethora of more taxpayer funded operations.

It appears the powers behind the Museum operation are First National Bank CEO Sam Sicard, Richard Griffin (long time czar of the constitutionally corrupt HUD & owner of a construction company) & a host of lesser lights.

An FOIA directed to the officers & attorney for the museum resulted in the redaction of names of seed donors & other pertinent data in this ultimately government venture.

It appears that both Sicard & Griffin have had substantial financial dealings with Files—to what end & why? Particularly with Files laundry list of failed corporate ventures. All that is left in the Files political quiver is the politically potent Chair of the previously mentioned State Revenue & Tax Committee; that allegedly cemented their former quid pro quo relations? If & when the Museum becomes functional who claims ownership & maintains it and if it fails, then who picks up the tab?

The city & county have contributed thousands of dollars in cash and in-kind resources to the 50,000 sq. ft. Museum behemoth, coupled to federally produced commemorative medallions, paid for by middleclass taxpayers. It looks like these ongoing downtown projects are enhancing the value of the downtown property owners and would not Sicard’s & Griffin’s economic & political pyramid do the same at taxpayer expense?

President Trump has a pool of candidates to select from for nominations for Federal Prosecutors, i.e. the Western District of Arkansas. In the selection of Federal Prosecutors, Senator Boozman, Congressman Womack & Gov. Hutchinson will probably make the choice. Federal Prosecutors seem to be chosen due to their past political deeds and/or political connections, not legal prowess.

In this narrative the Federal Prosecutor selected may be tied to a caveat. The caveat: the individual appointed will not initiate prosecutorial measures against Sen. Files because of what he knows. With that said, could Gov. Hutchinson be the primary force that creates the caveat to be inserted into the appointment? As insurance and for what?

At this point Files behavior has been one of arrogance and smugness. One would think with the legal baggage he is carrying he would present the opposite.

Maybe Files is holding the winning hand after all—that is a headful of dirty linen that may have been carried out by Hutchinson & his minions and of course including the Fort Smith City Government, and some of the insiders who may have leaned on Files for political/financial favors.

If the legal winds are blowing toward prosecuting Files, he may have to play his alleged hold card which is, if the principals in this matter threaten to prosecute Files, will he blow the whistle and reveal all the possible dirty tricks employed by the aforementioned that conceivably could bring down the Hutchinson regime as well as involvement with the FS city government– and Files would skate? Hypothetically the key is their choice of a Federal Prosecutor, accepting the caveat.

This hypothetical narrative, in the main, actually has become all too common in federal, state & local government.

Wake up Americans: Incumbency is a toxic weed—fatal.
