PEACE IS OUR NAME, WAR IS OUR GAME—THE UNITED STATES—9 unprovoked wars since 1991 & lost them all.

Oh yes, I must also try to determine if Senator Boozman is a liar or a manipulator with speech or both.
My Home Sweet Home—what happened to it? Perhaps maybe I can answer the question.

Not complicated. An abbreviated list gives rise to the destruction of our once preeminent Republic. The upheaval of the American foundation as the Founders pronounced, Political Parties being a grave danger to our then nascent Republic. How prophetic our Founders were! Then come citizens who are dedicated to one Party or the other and refuse to ever give sway. Then to fortify their ignorance they elect and re-elect an office holder for decades, e.g. Arkansas Senator John Boozman. Never do they examine the conduct—competence/incompetence and accomplishments if any while serving multiple terms.

I should say here that when incompetence and a void of accomplishments the office holder should be immediately removed. You see, office holders after a period of time believe the office belongs to them and should never be challenged, the money and power is more addicting than drugs.

Observe the senior Republican Senator from Arkansas who has been in DC 21+ years and is Tabula Raza—a blank slate. My money is on the table that Boozman will be re-elected again, along with the hue and cry “He’s a CONSERVATIVE! When y’all elect and re-elect one person, he/she, to remain in office for decades’ tragedy once again knocks. That knock, in a very short time, arises and brings the suppression of new ideas that produce the staircase for survival.

Now to the IMMEDIATE crisis facing our Republic—Ukraine. It’s my judgement that this crisis is brought on by American hubris, arrogance, lies, and daily threats of war from both Democrats and Republicans, while supplying Ukraine with the latest weaponry, and materials, including Billions of dollars accompanied by no oversight. The continued aforementioned acts can only be defined as a prelude to a nuclear war. The United States’ incessant haranguing of Russia with untold lies is about to erupt. Russian President Putin, 14 years before his Ukraine invasion warned the ringleader U.S. and NATO to stop efforts to encircle his nation, or there would be severe consequences. And during that period Putin genuinely was interested in joining NATO and for the Western Allies to halt their cries for war against Russia or there would be severe consequences. On March 22,2022 I wrote this quote by President Putin, “They didn’t hear what we told them, they had better here us this time”; hence Ukraine. Obviously Biden and his congressional butchers are not listening again and you never hear a word about peace from stateside congressional delegations, e.g. Senator John Boozman and the overt threats of nuclear war from S.C. Republican Senator Lindsay Graham, Miss. Republican Senator Roger Wicker, et al.

14 years ago the U.S. overthrew the duly elected President of Ukraine and placed the current former actor/comedian Volodymyr Zelensky as Czar of Ukraine. Again, 14 years ago Putin began to issue his warnings. Those warnings have now escalated into the Ukraine war and a real live potential nuclear holocaust by the incessant threats from the U.S., e.g. members of the U.S. House, Senate and the president. Some NATO countries, e.g. Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, etc. would provide no real military assistance, nor should they, to the U.S. Their assistance would be minimal at best.

The U.S. has military bases in significant numbers, along with contract fighters in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland and are now trying to coerce Sweden and Denmark to join NATO which further acts as a threat to Russia. While this is proceeding the Balkan states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania appear to be the next to be enticed to join NATO. Lithuania has the longest border of the three with Russia, 800 miles.

Senator Lindsay Graham (R-S.C.) stated on 5/4/22, “We are going to take Russia down, and wipe Putin out”. On March 2, 2022 Senator Roger Wicker stated on the Senate floor, “keep all options open, including nuclear”.

Russia’s attack on Ukraine was providing a land defense against the invading forces of the U.S. and NATO.
The U.S. as previously mentioned is furthering the escalation of the Ukraine war by fueling the war with money that we do not have (hundreds of Billions, Cash & armaments) While our Southern border and people go unprotected.

If the U.S. and NATO continue to militarily equip Ukraine with massive amounts of state of the art armaments, I postulate President Putin will attack Ukraine with nuclear weapons!
Now the big question arises! HOW WILL THE INSANE AMERICAN GOVERMNMENT REACT?

And now to Senator Boozman and his word manipulation and lies.
1. In his first color political ad he stated that his father retired from the Air Force as a Master Sergeant. (Non-commissioned officer) and on the same page was a picture of a young commissioned officer pilot by the insignia on his cap, with no references surrounding the picture. On the next page he then stated as the son of an Air Force Officer. A blatant lie.
2. He has stated that he picked 3 Supreme Court Justices—a lie, the President picks.
3. Printed he was “America’s first leader”. A lie, wasn’t it George Washington? The Senator has never lead anything.
4. Printed he was “America’s first conservative”. A lie. Boozman entered the Congress in 1991 and the national debt was $5 Trillion. Today it is $31 Trillion which factors out that every year Boozman has been in Washington, the national debt has gone up a $Trillion per year.
5. He calls his opponent Fake Jake Bequette, with no explanation or proof.
6. He now describes Candidate Bequette as a member of the DC swamp. Boozman has his nerve after wallowing himself in the SWAMP for 21+ years, absent any meaningful accomplishments, all the while becoming a multi-millionaire in DC and also in Rogers, AR.
7. Boozman states “He will continue to lower taxes”. Perhaps the biggest lie of them all.
8. The Senator is going to “secure our Southern Border”….another lie. Boozman must believe the voters of Arkansas are abjectly stupid.
ENOUGH!

He has begun to sling mud in the foulest ways. He obviously is very concerned and has that Huckabee girl and her millions ($7 million from 3 out of state donors and that stinks!) That’s only ½ what she has received and then there is Senator Cotton, both running interference for Boozman.
Remember, in all those year Boozman has never co-chaired or chaired a committee, nor has he ever passed any minor or major legislation.
Senator Boozman takes his orders from Republican Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell. So, let’s take a look at the Kentucky Senator. He married Elaine Chao, circa 1990 and Chao’s father Chinese Communist and political operative and one of the owners of the Chinese Overseas Shipping Company and the creator of Foremost Group. At the Chao woman’s wedding the father Chao bestowed a $25 million gift and shares in the Foremost Group. At a later date Elaine Chao became Secretary of Labor and later the Department of Transportation. Where do you suppose McConnell’s interests lie?

A warmongering American Government and a censoring Media (all) carries the lies re: Ukraine

Let it be said that I have written over the years that Russia could be and should be our ally for several self-serving reasons, but always thwarted by the U.S. recently (but not the most recent) by Hillary Clinton and her mob of Democrats, Oligarchs, and others keeping ex-president Trump defending against she and their lies and litigation blaming Russia for her falsehoods. Some of the elected players in these war-starting lies are Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer, etc. laying a veil of corruption over Trump’s presidency that only recently has been proven that they are the liars re: Russia!

Now enter the Ukrainian affair, in 2014 the U.S. orchestrated the overthrow of the duly elected Ukrainian leader, Viktor Yanulovech simply because he refused a loan from the International Monetary Fund that would have been politically detrimental to Ukraine. The U.S. appointed the puppet Volodyu Zelensky to take the former elected leader’s place. Since that time there have been constant Ukrainian military incursions into East Ukraine resulting in East Ukrainians’ brutal treatment by the Ukrainian military. To compound these crimes, the protectorate Donbass has been shelled by the Ukrainian military since the late 70’s. In the overthrow of 2014 a school in Donbass was fired upon. Eastern Ukraine is principally populated by native born Russians. Donbass has asked for Russia’s help.

This is a border war instigated by the U.S. and NATO’s expansion eastward. Russia fears the entrance of Ukraine, Poland and the Balkan states into NATO will put these nations in a position of allowing the U.S. to install military installation against Russia’s border. These five nations all have common borders with Russia. It’s easy to understand why President Putin is concerned and he is going to protect to prevent these nations from allowing the U.S., NATO, the New World Order and one Klaus Schwab who resides in the bowels of the world and sometimes in Davos to sit on her borders at all costs, what he is presently doing.

Recently President Putin made a prophetic and chilling statement: “THEY DIDN’T HEAR WHAT WE TOLD THEM. THEY HAD BETTER HEAR THIS TIME”. —VLADIMIR PUTIN.

In this statement Putin charged that NATO is expanding to the East. NATO Sec. General Stolten said the “alliance” never said it will not expand, that would be Poland, Ukraine, & the Balkan States Estonia, Latvia, & Lithuania. Recently it has been proven without a doubt that the Sec. General, the U.S. & NATO lied. It is certainly easy to determine why Putin attacked Ukraine to the south and west to prevent loss of security for he and his people.

Media, due to Putin’s actions, are now blabbering away that Pres. Putin is unstable, nervous and out of control. This is typical of the lying campaign always by the U.S. to promote their self-serving wars. Wars that are fought for profit and nothing else. I would ask, how many peaceful days have the citizens of the U.S. enjoyed since 1945? Only a fool would dare claim that Putin is unstable. He is brilliant, tough and refuses to be denied.

Also the American President is reason that installs fear in Americans due to his incompetence, his past background and mental digressions. Furthermore, he and his predecessors have pumped Billions of U.S. tax dollars into Ukraine. Question? Why and how much money have Pres. Biden and his family surreptitiously pulled out of Ukraine?

On January 23, 2022 in Part one in an article I wrote entitled (“The Racism Flip—2 parts”) “The Death of a Nation coming soon—unless…” Mississippi Republican Senator Roger Wicker on the floor of the Senate stated “KEEP ALL OPTIONS OPEN, INCLUDING NUCLEAR”.

February 28, 2022, the same Senator Roger Wicker now wants to send American fighter aircraft to Ukraine, along with Javelins and Stinger Missiles. Additionally, he wants to employ nuclear capabilities. He must be a psychopath to embrace nuclear positions.

It’s ironic that we are fighting a border war 10 hours away from our border involving territorial advancements in which we have no interests and we have another psychopath on our hand by the name of Biden. The U.S. is absorbing millions of 3rd world unvetted illegals which if not abated immediately, the white founding stock of this nation will be in the hands of blacks, Mexicans, and other Hispanics. Then you must ask what have these minorities ever contributed to civilized society.

Our government irresponsibly doles out billions of unearned largesse to blacks, Mexicans, et. al.

Gates have been left open in nations around the world and our country, as well as the rest, are all being overrun by people of color in most cases. This serves two main purposes, it allows for the destruction of indigenous peoples cultures, secondly it serves the purpose of the new World Order to dissolve national borders, e.g. the U.S., Canada & Mexico. As stated earlier in this article that Russia would make a good trading, political and social partner if it is not too late for an honorable U.S. government to achieve these goals. Of course there is one other in my judgement that is equally or maybe more importantly that would be available without cost and that would help protect White ethnicity from the raining 3rd World global masses which tend to be bellicose and anti-intellect.

Borders and caretaking define a nation.

Patrick Henry opposed the ratification of the U.S. Constitution, which he felt put too much power in the hands of a national government which is precisely what has happened in America today, principally due it’s policies on mass immigration and diversity, i.e. non-productive minorities. America has suffered through a train of failures that will continue unless we elect individuals with wisdom and courage, not so today.

Without explanation public schools, universities, media, Silicon Valley types, & politicians, etc. are destroying the minds, self-esteem and pride in Whiteness of young people which has occurred in some degree in their parents and their parents. The intent to change the color of White America and so far successfully is tragic and stupid. If the White persona & culture of Western Civilization is obliterated the world’s population will descend into a dark primordial hole and tyranny will reign supreme again!

As written here many times, Blacks receive more vulgar plantation welfare than any other sect known to mankind and what have they, as a whole excluding productive individuals, done with it? Demand more. This in view that they hold more political power than any other ethnic body in our nation. How did that come to pass when they represent only 13% of the population? Recently they received a vast amount of more unearned largesse by receiving carte blanche TV’s commercial market in advertisement. Rather than use this largesse to improve their standing in a civilized society many burn, rape, loot, murder and engage in other high crimes, etc. without being punished, while blaming Whitey always shouting “RACIST”, xenophobe, White Supremacist! All they have in their quiver. The question arises; can and or will Blacks ever arrive at a position enabling them to peacefully harmonize with a civil society?

These criminal activities, e.g. Black Lives Matter, Antifa are funded by White oligarchs in the hundreds of millions to destroy the individual freedom which made the Republic great. There are those of you across this great land who believe that Blacks and other minorities will join hands with Whites at some point in time. The opposite will occur if honorable leadership does not take hold. Most of the minority populations in our nation have no concept of what it means to be productive in a civilized society. Our government following in the footsteps of Roman poet Juvenal (not that they know who Juvenal was), has instituted a system of “Bread & Circuses” to distract the masses.

A prime example was the recent Superbowl half-time “show”. A tasteless, vulgar display of human indecency, coarseness, rudeness, and obscenity. A vicious slap in the face of good manners, decorum, beauty, and civilized refinement.

Near the beginning our Superbowl 56, players on the sideline showing no respect for the upcoming National Anthem. Instead, all attendees were about to receive, as per usual, a large dose of what was believed to be our National Anthem put out by a black woman that sounded more like a banshee wailing that some would die. Francis Scott Key, who wrote our National Anthem would not have been appreciative nor should he, as well as all Americans. Unfortunately, that sort of disrespectful presentation has become the standard.

The principal part of the half-time show was put on by 3 Rappers and a bevy of thunder-hipped Black women. The raucous response elicited by the mostly white fans gave an indication just how deep our society has plunged into oblivion.

Finally, can these domestic, economic and security burdens that are placed on white middleclass America be sustained? And why should they be? It appears the name of the game is to destroy the free man.

11/29/21 80 House Republicans voted with Marxist Democrats to pass an Act to fund the “Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act”.  H.R. 550 which establishes a “confidential database” to spy on American citizens by the Medical Community known as—another Covid Sham.

If the Act passes the Senate it will result in the loss of another American Freedom!  Simply put, this Act resides under the umbrella of the real bill allegedly devoted to Infrastructure that builds bridges, etc. and a plethora of non-infrastructure projects—fraud!

The cost of this unconstitutional scheme is projected to be $400 million. The cost of the Act in its entirety has an estimated cost of over $1 Trillion, you know the one that the treacherous one said “The bill would not cost a penny”.   The Trillion short-fall would obviously be attached to existing $32 Trillion national debt.

Will you tell me “who pays?”

How do you like them apples?

Arkansas has 4 House Republicans two of which voting for this heinous, inconceivable piece of treacherous legislation.

The Arkansas Traitors are Congressman (R) Bruce Westerman and no-show Congressman (R) Steve Womack.

When the time comes to vote, just trot down to the voting booth and vote for those two all American Conservative Representatives that are protecting you and your interests.  Oh Yeah!!

Oklahoma U.S.  Senator James Lankford offered a lengthy screed on loving the participants in the current terroristic attacks on our republic and more 3rd world immigrants by his hand and others.  Mentioning love is a politician’s throwaway line. Love is a subjective feeling, hate is quantifiable, e.g. murder, destruction, etc. Who pays?

Fox News last Saturday evening had the Senator as a guest to speak to his views on the current terrorist attacks happening across our nation supposedly precipitated by the ghastly murder of George Floyd

Lankford’s stated love and not hatred is the solution.  Hatred in my view is the vilest word in our language. Those engaged in the REAL practice of HATRED do not necessarily know they are in need of psychiatric help. Fortunately most people are flippant in their use of the word HATE.  A person cannot be consumed with real hatred and think rationally.  Recently Congress passed a Hate Crimes Law.  Many politicians abuse this law routinely for their personal agendas. Observe.  Jews who forced the passage of the law use it to enhance their own political causes.

Lankford also stated, speaking of American Anglos, they should invite individuals of color to their homes to help ameliorate harsh feelings that may exist between the races. I’m wondering if he has partaken of his own advice—probably not. I have invited several races into my home with few positive results. 

 We are witnessing throughout our nation mob violence of which much is choreographed, and as stated above, blind hatred used in all cases allows for warped thinking and subsequently resulting in destructive behavior. The attempts at overthrowing our government, both by terrorists & politicians are coming closer and closer to success with each succeeding attempt. Government is a fragile entity.  I believe in this case, when Black America protests without violence, destruction and subsequently remove the involved terrorists, e.g. Antifa and other useful communists, Blacks  will be far more successful, perhaps admired by other races in obtaining their stated goals and will truly be carrying out the spoken prayers and wishes of Reverend Martin Luther King.

Not included in his Saturday night screed is the fact that the Oklahoma Senator is engaged in grossly deleterious legislation himself, i.e. bringing in more 3rd worlders for cheap labor, along with 3 of the 4 Arkansas Congressmen who have joined the Senators amongst other Congress People.

Senator James Lankford, along with 30 or more U.S. Senators (most are Republicans), at a time when the United States is struggling mightily with catastrophic unemployment & a domestic pandemic that have led to viral consequences, i.e. destruction in our healthcare and economy while our Congress & Senate are carrying out the wishes of our new Emperors—the owners of High Tech Industry.  These were the Nerds of yesteryear.

These 30 or so U.S. Senators are the vassals of the new Emperors.  How so? The House and Senate have summarily sold-out the citizens with this proposed legislation and in my view it is a traitorous act.

The participating Arkansas Congressmen are French Hill, Bruce Westerman, & Steve Womack.

There are today 90 million unemployed Americans and yet these 30+ traitors are willing to satisfy the Emperors by INITIALLY bringing in under H2B visas 30,000 low-skilled foreign laborers & 66,000 skilled laborers and all the time our national debt is 30 TRILLION DOLLARS.

A GOVERNMENT POLITICIAN’S SENTENCING VS. A PRIVATE CITIZEN SENTENCING. October 11, 2019

Ex-Arkansas State Senator Jake Files was convicted of money-laundering, wire fraud, bank fraud including illegally securing $56,700 from First Western Bank. He falsified bids, and profiting thousands of dollars from state funds intended for construction of the River Valley Sports Complex. He was able to secure millions from the General Improvement Fund (taxpayer money) for the Marshal’s Museum & other projects.

Private Citizen Attorney Oscar Stilley, active MENSA member, was convicted of tax evasion regarding someone else’s money in the amount of $340,000. Mr. Stilley was to be tried in Tulsa, Ok. The judge assigned to the case was Claire V. Eagan who decided to recruit Stephen P. Friot, a judge from the Northern district (OKC) to handle the case. Eagan represented the Western district of OK.  Eagan did not comply with the requirements for replacing a regular judge from her district with an outside judge. Judge Stephen P. Friot, by his own admission, had pulled the case out of the ditch for the government. Friot said that it rankled him to have to do a “scab-over” for the government’s defective case—but he did it anyway. Obviously, Friot was and is the government’s hitman. How did a judge of this caliber affect Oscar Stilley’s trial?—Quite obvious that years in prison means nothing to Judge Stephen P. Friot.!

Now compare the politician’s sentencing vs. the private citizen’s sentencing. 

First the sentencing of government employee ex-Senator Jake Files convicted of 3 major crimes—Money laundering, Wire Fraud, & Bank Fraud for which he received an 18 MONTH sentence, accompanied by an early out.

Second is the sentencing of private citizen Oscar Stilley convicted of tax evasion of someone else’s money in a sham trial as shown above and received a 15 YEAR prison sentence of which he has served 9 ½ years about to be 10 years.  Which leaves 5 more years of imprisonment.

Is there any honor in either one of these sentences the judicial system afforded? Citizens, what do you think?  In my strong opinion concerning citizen Stilley, the judge himself by his own admission was and is guilty of high crimes and torture.

No good comes from the federal judicial system as we can observe from Washington DC to the Western District of Arkansas & the Northern District of Oklahoma.  It leaves a stench.

“A TALE OF TWO INMATES”

Equal justice under the law?  How about selective justice under the law?                        August 18, 2019,

Using 2 Fort Smith citizens in exploring the legitimacy of the title of this article.

I shall begin with ex-Arkansas State Senator Jake Files who was convicted on 3 counts: WIRE FRAUD, MONEY LAUNDERING, BANK FRAUD, including misuse of STATE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND (GIF).   Taxpayer monies. Those are heavy crimes, perhaps involving $millions?

There are sources that maintain he is still under investigation for bribery. $90,000, a number involved in both cases.

Files had deep-seated relations with the governor of Arkansas, the Fort Smith City Board, the downtown “Stakeholders”, and probably others attached to a quid pro quo.

Questions have been asked on multiple occasions to members of the present & past Ft. Smith City Board as to who promulgated the idea of a massive softball complex, why Files (R) and Democrat office holder Lee Webb were selected to construct; no bids taken, no oversight, and why was  Lee Webb not tried along with Files? In the end, the complex was incomplete, shoddy, and an embarrassment to the entire city government, as well as Fort Smith citizens…i.e. incompetence, political inside dealing, unpaid contractors & a plethora of other violations.

The day after the light was shone on Files potential criminal activities, then State Rep. Matt Pitsch announced that he was honored to serve the Western District as the next State Senator. Obviously, the fix was in between at least Asa Hutchinson and Matt Pitsch. Pitsch is the legislative Screw for Hutchinson. In all likelihood the both formulated a plan for Files to take the fall long before Files’ news hit the streets. Was former protégé & business partner of Gov. Hutchinson & now Western District Federal Prosecutor Duane Kees involved?

Files bequeathed at least a $million Arkansas taxpayer dollars to the planned Marshal’s Museum which was initially started by Griffin & Sicard as a “private enterprise” and both echoed, no tax dollars would be used.   The county, city and Fed also bequeathed Griffin & Sicard’s project with millions of taxpayer dollars.  All Money-Changers.

Files recently made a DEMAND to be paroled IMMEDIATELY.   The basis he is using to justify his early-out was praying, reading 70 books (what kind?), written extensively (about what?), counseled inmates (on what?), and earned a Master Gardener certificate. Technically, they don’t have paroles in the Federal System.

Coupled to the crimes he was convicted for he is still under investigation, as previously noted, for what is said to be a bribe of $90,000 by a nursing home complex, home office in Fort Smith. Allegedly one of the owners, David Norsworthy is the briber and is walking free.

Now to the second example: the case of Oscar Stilley, a former Fort Smith attorney who was convicted for income tax evasion. The case involved Stilley’s handling of IOLTA (lawyer’s trust) money for two clients.  One client loaned $250,000 to Stilley’s co-defendant Lindsey Springer out of money in Stilley’s IOLTA account.  Another involved $90,000.  Both clients testified at trial, saying that Stilley did exactly what he was told to do, and that they had no complaints.  Stilley had a duty under the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct for attorneys, to promptly pay out money to the “person entitled” to money in his trust account.  Stilley simply did what he was required to do pursuant to attorney ethics, criminal law, and civil law. 

His case was remanded to Tulsa, Oklahoma’s Northern District and given to Judge Claire V. Eagan, who promptly recused herself, followed by the recruiting of a Judge from the Western District of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City to handle the case. There were judges available who could handle the case in the Northern District.  Eagan did not comply with the requirements for replacing a judge from her district, but rather with an outside Judge.   Eagan appointed Judge Stephen P. Friot who appears to be the DOJ’s hitman. Judge Friot has demonstrated, in other cases, a willingness to “scab over” the government’s defective cases, and “pull the government’s case out of the ditch.”  In Stilley’s own case, Friot acted without a government motion to strike Stilley’s post trial motion and brief, proving that the guilty verdict was necessarily invalid.  He refused to order the production of the trial transcript in time to allow Stilley to prepare an appeal on trial issues, saying that Stilley hadn’t been sentenced yet.  At sentencing Friot sent Stilley to jail immediately, over Stilley’s protest that this would destroy his ability to appeal.  Stilley has been held without being allowed his one direct appeal, for over 9 years.  True to his history and background, he has abused his authority to deprive a criminal defendant of DUE PROCESS.  At this point two federal violations, one by Judge Claire V. Eagan and one by Stephen P. Friot. Both these judges acted to steamroll federal law that disallowed Oscar Stilley to defend himself!

Stilley’s client Eddy Patterson gave $90,000 to Bondage Breakers Ministry.  The government claimed that Oscar’s co-defendant and client Lindsey Springer was the alter-ego of Bondage Breakers Ministry.  Stilley stated he did not specifically recall who the $90,000 check was made out to.  Stilley further stated, “I just know that Patterson told me to convey the $90,000 and I did!  Once more, NONE OF THE MONEY WAS OSCAR’S!

Therefore the amount of money involved (gross amount, not tax liability if any).  In essence amounted to $340,000. The $250,000 loan was from Tulsa dentist Pat Turner to Lindsey Springer (nearly all repaid) and was the foundation of the 2005 tax evasion charge.

The $90,000 from Eddy Patterson to Bondage Breakers Ministry formed the foundation for the tax evasion charge in 2003. 

From those modest numbers Judge Stephen P. (Scab-over) Friot decides that Oscar Stilley owes the ludicrous sum of $776,280!!!! 

Oscar has defended himself and inmates when the prisons violate prison law. For short periods of time in one prison he was allowed to teach a class and it was overwhelmingly successful and for that type of conduct he was regularly transferred to other prisons, repeatedly sent to SHU (solitary confinement), “shots”, loss of good time and as previously mentioned transferred to other prisons, etc. to break his spirit.

President Trump has created a program, previously referred to, known as the First Step Act of 2018.  It is designed to teach skills to inmates and to reduce recidivism.  Stilley has pleaded for permission to donate computers, software, support, office supplies – but can’t even get an answer.  Stilley stands ready to teach GED as well as advanced courses – if the Department of Justice-Federal Bureau of Prisons (DOJ-FBOP) is willing to cease its obstructionism.  At Yazoo City Low, where Stilley is confined, he can’t even get access to archaic “Fusion” keyboards, with which to teach keyboarding and writing skills.  The DOJ-FBOP is doing its best to defeat the purposes of the First Step Act.

Oscar and a number of other people have contacted Ms. Brooke Rollins (Assistant to the President of the Office of American Innovation), who the President appointed as Chairman of this 1st Step undertaking.  Some have sent documents & descriptions of what Oscar could do and is essentially asking to do.   Rollins’ office is in the White House.  Oscar and his supporters have not received one word from Ms. Rollins office pertaining to 1st or 2nd Steps and Stilley’s masterful teaching abilities.

Oscar informs that there is extreme inmate interest in completion of 1st & 2nd Steps since they provide points leading to parole, how to deal with outside life when released and more specifically their legal rights.   However the program priorities seem to have been torpedoed.

Excerpts of conversations Barbara & I have had with Oscar demonstrate vividly the wide gulf that exists in prison sentencing and law enforcement as you will soon see, all replete with a political protection racket.

According to Oscar: “The government refuses access to my own property and rights to property in order to prepare an Appeal Brief.  They’re not used to people who don’t give up. They thought that repeated trips to SHU (Security Housing Unit), and “Shots” (negative reports), loss of good time, transfers to other prisons, etc. would break my spirit.”

“I will never, never, never give up. I will fight to the bitter end, regardless.  I will write my Brief if I have to do it after I get out of prison.

My legal position is summed up as follows: If I had been guilty all this time why not let me appeal? Whereupon the circuit panel can write an opinion explaining TO THE WORLD why my legal arguments are meritless?  If I am not guilty, why not let me use my own property and rights to property to advance my legal argument and get a ruling?”

“I REFUSE TO SHOW REMORSE, ASK FORGIVENESS, OR CONFESS TO A CRIME I DIDN’T COMMITT. I SEEK JUSTICE NOT MERCY”

The point of all this are examples of SELECTIVE JUSTICE and the vicious power held & used by the U.S. Dept. of Justice, an all too often criminal operation.

Referring back to former Arkansas State Ex-Representative & Senator Jake Files is demanding a release from his prison sentence immediately. Is that strong language indicating he might squeal?  U.S. Prosecuting Attorney Duane Kees is a close associate of Gov. Asa Hutchinson, which may have something to do with Files snowflake sentence and a potential early release.  File’s web, no pun intended, of criminal possibilities continue to expand.  Hutchinson’s appointment of Kees as a Federal Prosecutor may not be unlawful, but certainly is a conflict.

Files has written a sophomoric 5 page motion based on worship, counseling, receiving a “Master Gardener’s Certification, and reading 70 books and claims, using that silly worn-out expression he “could make a difference and move forward”.

For Files’ known criminal activities while in the Arkansas Legislature, he received through the political protection racket an 18 month “snowflake” sentence, now demanding to be released after only 1 year served.

Now compare Oscar Stilley’s criminally corrupt treatment by the U.S. Justice system (DOJ).  He was handed a 15 YEAR SENTENCE OF WHICH 10 OF THOSE YEARS HAVE BEEN SERVED, BY FEDERAL JUDGES WHO WERE IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL MANDATES BEGINNING IN TULSA, ENDING IN OKLA. CITY. THE 15 YEAR SENTENCE IS WHAT IS CRIMINAL.  REMEMBER WHAT JUDGE FRIOT SAID, THE CASE AGAINST OSCAR WAS DEFECTIVE.

The OKC District assigned their number one Federal Judge Hitman to assure a conviction, no matter the means.  As previously stated the records are extremely murky and would not allow Oscar his personal documents involving $250,000 of his client’s money (not Oscar’s) and a homemade RV.  Let’s say for explanatory reasons only, that IF Oscar was guilty of the charges  against him,  an honorable judge and most citizens would think a sentence of 1- 5 years would satisfy even the most fiendish & brutish of Federal Judges. Again, OSCAR HAS SERVED 10 YEARS!!

In real time the 2 sentences should be reversed between the whimpering criminal Files and the real man fighting for honor and EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW—THAT WOULD BE OSCAR STILLEY WHO ALSO LOST HIS FAMILY, HIS LAW LICENSE, HIS HOME, HIS FREEDOM AND HIS REPUTATION. All the atrocities/punishment committed against Oscar are uncivilized, as is the case of much of the government. In Oscar’s case, in addition to Judge “Scab-over” Friot, the real criminal is the DOJ?

Oscar recently filled a case in the Southern District of Mississippi seeking a court ruling on the issues that DOJ-BOP have dodged for 9 years.  The complaint is 69 pages of Trulincs documents, the exhibits consist of 285 pages.  The Feds refuse to give him access to his docket and docket items.

It certainly would be refreshing if Arkansas Senators Boozman & Cotton would respond to Oscar and the many inquiries made to Boozman & Cotton regarding his sordid unjust situation.

A word from Founding Father Patrick Henry: “THE FEDERAL SHERIFF MAY COMMIT WHAT OPPRESSION, MAKE WHAT DISTRESSES HE PLEASES, AND RUIN YOU WITH IMPUNITY. FOR HOW ARE YOU TO TIE HIS HANDS?”

Another planned failure/crisis about to happen very soon. October 30, 2018

In the year 2005 on the border with the Minuteman Project and much to my chagrin, it became quite obvious that the Border Patrol was designed to fail.

The inactivity of the Republican Congress, both Houses, demonstrates a corrupt collection of cowards and self-servers who make me want to vomit. The first person that comes to mind is the 18 year veteran Senator John Boozman—a legislative zero.

I believe this powerful nation’s sovereignty is residing on the precipice by the invasion of millions of 3rd world aliens yearly, more coming as 10-15,000 potential invaders near our southern border intending to join the existing 25-35 million who reside here now. They are bringing our nation to its knees and all we hear from our government/media is “our immigration laws are broken”…NO, just NOT enforced.

Again, I cite the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 4 that demands the President use his power to secure and preserve the peace and sovereignty of every state.

Middleclass Americans from all races are being played for abject fools by President Trump, the U.S Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives by their worn-out rhetoric. I still hope the President will act forcibly simply because he is not a Republican, but an Andrew Jacksonian Populist—a fighter, not a wimpy member of the corrupt Republican Party. We shall see.

Not to bore you with more facts, I will offer 3 more solutions:

1. At the potential points of entry, begin unrolling rolls of 6 ‘ tall Concertina wire (razor wire), 10 miles on either side of the projected entry points.

2. The President should initiate & communicate orders that state every business in the nation, regardless of size, must immediately utilize E-Verify, no exceptions, and those businesses found to be hiring said illegals, be arrested and subjected to the demands of 8 USC, Sections 1324 & 1325, etc. which call for the arrests, trials, fines, & imprisonment of the offending executives responsible. Think, Tyson’s, OK Foods, Simmons, as just beginners.

3. Friends with significant scientific knowledge, especially in the affairs of the U.S. Army have stated the Army has developed multiple non-lethal technologies to disperse crowds/mobs.
For instance, the LRAD is an acoustical device that can drive people away at long distances and have been distributed around the country and also microwave emitting devices that can perform the same task at a greater range.

Why are these methods to help insure sovereignty not being utilized? Draw your own conclusions.

It’s Not the People, It’s the Machine

Every two years in this country there exists a mania we call elections where those involved in the electoral process work endless hours and spends billions of dollars in an effort to put “good” men/women into elected offices. This, each person believes, will improve/change the government apparatus and everyone will be better served. This is analogous to believing that if one could place the right person on my Harley it would perform the tasks of a dump truck. The machine (government) can only accomplish that which it was designed to do: all governments, in their evolutionary process, eventually turn on their progenitors; the machine eventually rules the individual, no matter what “safeguards” have been put in place.

Nowhere is that more evident than where we are today in this country. No matter who is elected to operate the machine, the machine continues in its quest to destroy all it considers adversarial to the goal of total control and domination.

The writings of LeFevre tell us that man has long been fascinated by the phenomenon of the government apparatus and seeks to rationalize the continued corruption with one of two explanations. Either the people elected to run the machine were/are evil, or if the proper “safeguards” had been installed, “they would have escaped the evil their government was busily engaged in inflicting upon them.” I believe this perfectly describes our present dilemma, for those who voted for Obama wonder at how the campaign promises he made have been forgotten or the changes made were not what they expected. The opposition believes Obama to be an evil person. No matter how evil a person might be, as an individual they are unable to visit such tremendous evil on the world, without the power government provides. In turn, electing “good” people to run a gangster device will never deliver the hoped for product. LeFevre asks the question: “…then how does it happen that so many administrations of good men have been able to do so many evil and harmful things to their subjects?” As a country, we widely differ on exactly what administration has been good or bad. There are millions who believed George W. Bush to have been a “good” president, while millions believe Obama to be accomplishing “good” things, yet both have visited tremendous evil on the world, including their own supporters.

Individuals in this world have less freedom, are more and more controlled and coerced by government and continue to be robbed of the fruits of their labor, yet all this has occurred under the administrations of the “best” our country has to offer each election cycle, from both sides of the political spectrum. Isabel Patterson in her book, The God of the Machine, provides what she believes to be the answer. “…What good does it do to have a saint of every conceivable virtue operating a guillotine? Personally, the man may be above reproach. He may have the highest of morals and ethics. He may be imbued with a passion for doing good. But the mechanism he is hired to operate cuts off heads. He may dislike to cut off heads. He may weep with true sorrow whenever a head falls into the basket. But he was hired to pull the rope that lets the knife drop. And when it comes down, off comes the head. That is the way the tool works.”

This methodology is, in part, accomplished with government’s admonishment there is a higher purpose in life than being an individual. Ironically, this rebuke always comes around to serving the machine. John F. Kennedy said to “ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country.” It was not the country we were being asked to put foremost in our lives, but the machine. The government and its willing shills in the media and academia have been able to cloud the difference between the country and the government so that in the minds of many, they are inseparable. That is why, in today’s world, all who oppose the machine have been deemed “domestic terrorists.” The spirit of individuality, or just wanting to be left alone, cannot be allowed to flourish, but must always be seen as the enemy and therefore destroyed.

People create government to control that which they fear. The machine enjoys its continued growth and strength to the spirit of fear among the people. Different people fear different things; in a great number of instances that fear is of people who think or act differently or ideas with which they disagree. The machine therefore evolves into a mechanism that seeks control over everyone and everything. Limited government is an illusion. Safeguards put in place to limit the scope and range of government are gradually eliminated as more fearful entities appear, or are created, requiring continued growth of the machine. Franklin was correct; trading freedom for security leaves the people with neither. The constant meddling in the affairs of other countries produces enemies of the machine and are converted into objects of fear for the people. Here we have the vicious cycle; more enemies require a larger and more powerful machine, which produces more and more enemies to fear.

Individualism and the wish to just be left alone by those who do not wish to control others is the mortal enemy of the machine. If the individual can exist without this desire to control others or seek power over them, the need for the machine no longer exists. The government machine’s survival depends on convincing the people that the anointed among them, selected during the electoral process, can indeed take the government back to a less intrusive and more friendly status. Throughout our history, this has never happened.

People decide to become involved in government for basically two reasons. They either want the power and control over others and the wealth that brings, or they believe by becoming involved in government they can limit the power of the machine. These folks, no matter how well intentioned, become the “priest with a machine gun.” The machine continues to control and destroy the lives of others, while the “good” person in government pulls the trigger.

The machine will continue to create items of fear for the people. The fear of an economy going bad brings on illegal bailouts and controls of the economy that have the opposite effect intended and provide untold riches to supporters of the machine. This creates more fear among the people and enlarges the machine. The fear of being unable to pay for needed medical care creates fear that could give the government vast control over the people and their remaining money. The fear of the dreaded Communist, Muslim or person of different skin pigmentation, creates fear in the people and grows the machine’s arm of oppression: the military, law enforcement and the new scourge of private contractors. The fear of a pandemic in the form of some new exotic disease (created in a laboratory) brings the ability to control the masses with unneeded and potentially harmful forced vaccinations. When the machine seeks unparalleled growth, it creates false flag events to terrorize the population, bringing on new and more terrible laws and regulations, again to eliminate its greatest threat, the individual.

The machine has legions of faithful followers who willingly steal, intimidate and even kill for their paychecks, monies stolen by the machine from the production of their victims through intimidation and threat. These people are nothing but whores who care not for any oath they might have taken, but instead enjoy their unlimited, unrestrained power over their fellow citizens. These people will come after your guns, violate your rights, force you to be inoculated with harmful vaccines, steal your money and private property and place you in a detention facility if you dare resist, and be proud of the accomplishment. These people are not elected, but will always remain the real force of the government machine. Those elected to public office become the easily replaceable figurehead. It is accomplished every election cycle.

History teaches the machine always collapses under its own weight and corruption. Its loyal supporters are rewarded for their service with executions. The question is: how many freedom loving, liberty-seeking individuals must give up their freedom and/or their lives before this happens?
