11/29/21 80 House Republicans voted with Marxist Democrats to pass an Act to fund the “Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act”.  H.R. 550 which establishes a “confidential database” to spy on American citizens by the Medical Community known as—another Covid Sham.

If the Act passes the Senate it will result in the loss of another American Freedom!  Simply put, this Act resides under the umbrella of the real bill allegedly devoted to Infrastructure that builds bridges, etc. and a plethora of non-infrastructure projects—fraud!

The cost of this unconstitutional scheme is projected to be $400 million. The cost of the Act in its entirety has an estimated cost of over $1 Trillion, you know the one that the treacherous one said “The bill would not cost a penny”.   The Trillion short-fall would obviously be attached to existing $32 Trillion national debt.

Will you tell me “who pays?”

How do you like them apples?

Arkansas has 4 House Republicans two of which voting for this heinous, inconceivable piece of treacherous legislation.

The Arkansas Traitors are Congressman (R) Bruce Westerman and no-show Congressman (R) Steve Womack.

When the time comes to vote, just trot down to the voting booth and vote for those two all American Conservative Representatives that are protecting you and your interests.  Oh Yeah!!

Senator Boozman and his short-lived declaration of war against illegal aliens.       August 30, 2019

After the headline in the Times Record nothing publicly was never again heard from re his war on illegal immigration. Remember Boozman said he was a Constitutionalist and had a non-position on the Red Flag issue that is feverishly  being laid out in the Senate that would give all government badge wearers the right to break into homes, seize all weapons and institute litigation after the seizure.

Circa 2017 political stablemate of John Boozman, who at the time was Speaker of the Arkansas House of Representatives.  His name is Jeremy Gilliam of Gilliam Farms and he contacted Senator Boozman to have him bring in 80 illegal Mexican workers for Speaker Gilliam Brothers’ Berry Farm.  Boozman contacted the U.S. Consulate in Monterrey, Mexico and obtained the 80 illegals for the Gilliams.

What Boozman and the Gilliams did is a federal felony as so stated in 8USC, Section 1325, 1324a, & 1324c. So much for equal justice under the law.

Your response regarding an email dealing with federal gun confiscation known as the EXTREME RISK PROTECTION ORDER (RED FLAG)..

Your boys & girls who wrote this response to me asking you to absolutely vote no on the above were pretzelized in a non-position. They begin your screed with a number of recent tragedies, then morphing to telling me you are a proud supporter of the 2nd Amendment (the Right to bear Arms).  Gee, I didn’t know that.

You are a sworn representative of the citizens of this republic to adhere to the Constitution and the Declaration as pointed out in my email on your form.   Then your boys & girls continue your concerns for the creation of  new gun control laws or bans on firearms in response to gun violence.  Then you continue with an oxymoron by stating “I will continue to monitor any gun related legislation (we’re talking about the present, Senator) closely and should any bills come before the U.S. Senate for a vote “I WILL KEEP YOUR THOUGHTS IN MIND”.  I am asking for your thoughts Senator!  Again, you are sworn to uphold the Constitution & the Declaration, and as usual you are in violation of each and waiting til the winds change—that would be what the Tyson’s, Walton’s, Stephens, banking & the RNC tell you what to do. You are a 19 year, going for 5 more, DC politician which makes you a Swamp Creature.

Aside from throwing the military a bone occasionally for illegal wars and funding such you have never in your too long career achieved not one significant accomplishment for the middle class which is about to be extinguished.

Amazing that you did not vigorously state that you would vote & speak out against this traitorous proposed legislation.  

By the way, I still recall the blazing black headline in the Times Record stating that you HAD DECLARED WAR IN ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION (followed by NOTHING).  John, you are indeed an embarrassment to the state of Arkansas and the Republic.

Like you, I am troubled by the mass shootings our country has faced, and I am saddened by the evil acts of individuals who are so consumed by hatred and violence that they senselessly attack innocent people. As we mourn the loss of the innocent lives that were taken far too soon in Dayton, Ohio, and El Paso, Texas, and pray for the victims and their families, we also question how any individual could carry out such a monstrous act. We must work together to get the root cause of this horrific trend. We need to take steps to better understand why these types of horrific events happen and what we can do to prevent them in the future. I believe we must gather all the facts and develop solutions to prevent future attacks while also protecting the Constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens.

Like you, I am a proud supporter of the Second Amendment right to bear arms. I certainly understand and share your concerns over the creation of new gun control laws or bans on firearms in response to gun violence. Today, there is plenty of evidence, both in our country and elsewhere, that simply disarming law-abiding citizens does not help reduce violent crime. I will continue to monitor any future gun-related legislation closely and should any bills come to the floor of the U.S. Senate for a vote, I will keep your thoughts in mind. As long as I am your representative in the U.S. Senate, I will continue to work hard to protect Second Amendment rights for the people of Arkansas.

From today’s Times Record –“The Board asked to reject FOI deal” September 13, 2017

Some quotes from 2 members of the City Board who refuse to accept that the FOIA is a legal document.

“In the email (re the lawsuit & Civil Service Commission) Good also said he questioned if some have undermined the Police Chief’s authority.” My question, how and what authority has been undermined?

Good also said “Give him (Clark) the opportunity to perform his sworn duties”. Question: What specific duty has Chief Clark been denied? Former Chiefs have apparently worked very well with existing Civil Service Commission protocols.

“Giving him authority in policy.” (Good) It appears that Director Good wants Chief Clark to run the PD without Director oversight, public knowledge, and citizen approval by the Official Commission. Forget Administrator Geffken, apparently a tool of Downtown Establishment. Citizens should be apprised of the influence Mayor Sandy Sanders exercises over both Boards.

With a deal to permit Clark to have full reign over the FSPD will prove the Board’s incompetence as shown by the many recent failures and will demonstrate they have fouled their mess-kits again.

More later re the likely hiring of Police Chief’s crony Harold Rochon, fresh out of Detroit.

All is quiet on the home front, absent transparency, e.g. the T.R. & the Fort Smith government.

Director’s Lau & Lorenz made similar quotes interrelated with Director Good’s.

Fort Smithians will rue the day that the FS Board of Directors hired Nathaniel Clark.

Regard this quote from former Captain Copeland from 5 News:

“Around 25 officers at the Fort Smith Department have retired since the beginning of this year, which is about the same time the new police chief, Nathaniel Clark, took office.

Former Fort Smith Police Captain Jarrard Copeland said there are a lot of changes happening at the department right now. According to Copeland, some of them needed to happen, but he doesn’t understand a lot of them. One change includes hiring from the outside of the department for high ranking positions, instead of promoting officers who have worked in Fort Smith for years. “Over half of his command staff have left the department,” said Copeland. “I heard him [Clark] make the comment this is normal anytime you have a new chief, which is not true. I’ve worked under six different chiefs of police and don’t know of a single person that has left because of a new chief until now.”

Public positions of power with no oversight invites trouble

The Fort Smith City Government is like a ship with no rudder and the last two decades provide the proof.

The Times Record today 6/3/17…”Directors may sway Commission on hiring decisions”. The City Government has succumbed to Political Correctness and legislative cowardice that reigns supreme, i.e. hiring out of city/state, particularly officer grade personnel.

New city Police Chief Nathanial Clark, he himself toting a load of racial baggage, immediately presented his disdain for existing policy and methods utilized by the FSPD.

5/18/17 in a public statement, Chief Clark opined in the Times Record “Police Chief wants more paramilitary command authority”. Indeed sobering. Paramilitary is defined as a combatant force equivalent to the military’s light infantry. Chief Clark’s statement of developing a paramilitary demands a detailed explanation.

5/22/17 the Chief, with the apparent blessings of the City Manager, Mayor, & City Directors, appeared before the Civil Service Commission and was turned down by that Commission for the aforementioned city employees to overturn the City’s police policy that “requires officers to begin as patrol officers before they can be promoted to higher positions”. The CSC further denied Chief Clark from recruiting from out of state (the real reason behind Clark’s request). The existing CSC & FSPD policy for hiring & promoting from within is sensible, fair, and effective. Publicly supporting Clark for the FSPD overthrow are City Manager Geffken and Directors Lau, Lorenz & Good.

Director Good emphasizing his diversity victimhood stated he “was thoroughly upset”, adding “bringing in women and minorities should not mean only allowing them to start from the bottom (as they should) and that applications need to be open to the best people”. Of course they should, that is the American way. Translation: what the Chief and Director Good are actually saying, there are no qualified minorities or women for positions in the greater Fort Smith metro area (150,000 citizens) and therefore they must go out of state to procure qualified police personnel, especially to create and enlarge the officer corps, which means Clark is demanding to hire out of city/state officers (Lts, Captains, & Majors) who will probably be minorities subservient to him personally; thereby isolating the FOP, the CSC, the City Manager & official Board from public scrutiny, oversight and sunshine. Chief Clark is implying our city and state do not have qualified police candidates which is a ruse.

NCO’s under Clark’s command & plan would have no chance of promotions or complaints.

Geffkens, Clark, Good, Lau, & Lorenz are not masking Clark’s approach for restructuring both in mission & personnel in the Fort Smith P.D., just the omission of what is to be THE END GAME… another dangerous dose of Affirmative Action, Quotas, & Set-Asides that potentially will divide?

The bungling City Manager, the Mayor & the official Board are in the process of creating a potential unneeded racial divide in our city. Draw the needed resources from our city & state based on merit and competition.

News article drops the initial term “paramilitary” re reorganizing police force

I am extremely concerned about some of the new police chief’s movements, i.e. the talk of a paramilitary.

The T.R.’s initial response pertaining to Chief Clark’s reconstruction proposal of the city police department morphing into a paramilitary was/is chilling.

I emailed the Mayor, the City Manager, the City Directors & Police Chief on May 8 suggesting to them what the chief is proposing under the aegis of reorganizing the police force is actually converting the dept. to a light infantry unit, which at that point can be utilized by the military.

Numbers of questions immediately arise: who issued the Directive for the conversion of our city police force to a paramilitary unit and the introduction of heavy armaments follow. Why would any peaceful city, e.g. Fort Smith place this kind of force in the hands of a police chief while surrendering our oversight/freedoms. This proposed activity by the chief is patently unconstitutional and the present police force is being trained as a military asset.

Since the initial story broke the word paramilitary has been dropped from the conversation and again I ask, what is the real purpose of what the chief is promoting?

I would be pleased if you would log on to arkansasfreedom.net and read The City of Fort Smith, Arkansas seguing into the U.S. Police State…for what reason? The City Manager, the Mayor, the Board of Directors, & the Chief of Police received this email, as usual no response and what I believe as usually the case, citizens do not comprehend the magnitude of the chief’s call nor do I believe the members of the Board are aware of a national trend that increases the numbers & kinds of policing powers which are not in the best interest of the citizens.

The city of Fort Smith, Arkansas seguing into the U.S. military police state. For what reason??

Times Record article front page May 8, 2017…”Directors to discuss police structure”.

“Police Chief wants more paramilitary command hierarchy”.

A “paramilitary” is a combatant force equivalent to a military’s light infantry and most commonly falls under the command of a military—in this case, the U.S. military.

A paramilitary is an organizational force whose structure, tactics, training, sub-culture & function of those of professional military. Much of our national city police forces have already undergone the above and their protocols are from international organizations and the city of Fort Smith is a member of at least two of these.

Are Police Chief Nathanial Clark and his cadre of city police not capable of socially, professionally & peacefully functioning in a city environment, i.e. Fort Smith.

From my point of view, Chief Clark is clearly operating outside the boundaries of a civil society and the U.S. Constitution. If our city, in any way demands this type of military involvement why haven’t we been informed of the threat or threats?

It appears that Clark and the rest of the city government are proposing full Battle Dress & Gear. Why?

The Fort Smith city government, e.g. the City Manager, the Mayor, the Board of Directors and now the Chief of Police are in enough mud and have covered their tracks extremely well and here they are preparing to financially attack the taxpaying citizens again that they are hired to protect and not strong-arm.

Chief Clark, tell we the citizens when you received your Directive from DC ordering you to further expand an already militarily armed city police force?

In the offing for city citizens, more corrupt, expensive government expansion. Chief Clark, if you & your existing cadre cannot implement the proper function of a city police force without military regalia & protocols, all should resign post haste!

Incumbency & lack of transparency are toxic weeds…observe the conduct of the F.S. city government on recent & past occasions.

Title: Report shows how vital military is to the area.

“Everyone knows just how important the military is.” “ (If you don’t, you should.)”

Equating dollar income with death, destruction & torture is the depth of depravity and debauchery. Building an economy through force of war and celebrating it is tragically deranged.

The editor’s celebration of the now ongoing 16 years of preemptive, unprovoked 7 wars, now Syria, replete with a U.S. military presence in 160 countries, naval armadas in the Yellow, Mediterranean, So. China & Sea of Japan, along with the Persian Gulf, attest to the fact insanity prevails as shown by this editor that celebrates war as a source of revenue is indeed as demented as the occupants of the D.C. Swamp, no exception. I failed to note the numbers of American troops strewn across these 160 sovereign nations in their pursuit of Armageddon. Do you get the picture?

Huge numbers of American troops are on the Latvian & Estonian borders complimented by F-35 overflights, contiguous with Russia (certainly not an enemy) and huge concentrations in Poland are a sure sign that peace initiatives are never to be implemented. Unfortunately American citizens have assumed the role of passivity through ignorance, laziness, fear, indoctrination’s, conditioning & other maladies, while the madmen in DC—Boozman, Cotton, Womack, & all the others, mostly Republican neocons, busily weave their web for in all likelihood a nuclear conflagration resulting from their quest for global hegemony.

Editor, you and the millions of American enablers enjoy your billions of taxpayer dollars built on murder, torture, destruction, poverty, and all the other inhumane products resulting from in this case 8 unprovoked wars, and more to come.

Much of our nation is behaving like a collection of uncivilized banshees celebrating, cheering, flag waving at the sight of any military contingent. The military’s only proper job is to defend our sovereighty & secure our national borders & nothing else.

Twice decorated, Medal of Honor winner Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler said it best, “War is a Racket”. The real heroes of this decade are Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, & Bradley Manning, who have in all likelihood surrendered their lives to make Americans aware of the government police state surveillance of every citizen around the Globe by the FBI, CIA, NSA, & a host of others.

Times Record February 19, 2017…”Coaches & others headed to ‘basic training’. “

The cast: Greenwood Football Coach Rick Jones, Asst. Principal Chris Young, and Tanya Taylor, Greenwood Director for Economic Development.

The 3 are traveling to Camp Pendleton in San Diego, CA to get their lessons in military indoctrination, propagandizing, and conditioning for the youth in the Greenwood school district.

The article states that the Marine Corps sends around 80 high school & college educators, counselors & administrators to the Pendleton “Marine Corps Educators Workshop”. These numbers could easily translate into more than a million unsuspecting immature student minds to be pretzelized into the warmongering frenzy by so-called educators & other government addicts.

This production put on by the Marine Corps base in San Diego is nothing more than a recruitment tool to enlist more unsuspecting useful idiots into the U.S. military to continue their very lucrative preemptive wars against civilization, whatever the war du jour may be today. The warmongering U.S. government’s battle cry is always “to keep us safe”, as it continues to murder & destroy all semblances of civilization in its quest for global hegemony. Think Cotton, McCain, McConnell, Graham, e.g. all things neoconservative.

Unfortunately citizens fail to recognize the above 3 are nothing more than government automatons performing whatever machinations the United Nations’ Agenda 21, the U.S. Dept. of Education & its union’s demands. Never an independent thought voiced by those flying the flag of government—it takes the collective.

Greenwood public schools & other taxpayer institutions represent a treasure trove for recruiting opportunities for entrapping our youth and the teaching community acting as cheer leaders, as demonstrated by the above. Never is the ongoing rape of academics discussed at any level—omission, lies, destruction, revisionism, discarding of tried & true teaching methods, the implementation of such scams as Common Core, cover-ups, & everyone & every culture is equal.

What is the authority that allows Buck Sergeant Knopes to invade a public school campus to sell the wares of war with bribes, never the sweet smell of peace which is waiting in the wings to be implemented?—Yes, even Russia.

By the way Coach Jones & friends, who is paying for this extravaganza for you and your 2 friends—I think I feel the needle.

All wars are phony, that includes most specifically the ones brought about by Bill Clinton, Geo. W. Bush, Barack Obama and all those sitting in both houses of congress that have blindly or with complicity allowed these 3 criminal presidents to murder & destroy entire countries, culture, antiquities and worst of all the murder of millions orchestrated by the United States.

Secrecy & “Tort Reform”

A quote attributed to Founding Father Benjamin Franklin, “People willing to trade their freedom for temporary security deserve neither, and will lose both”. February 11, 2017

The Arkansas legislature, in this case under the direction of State Senator Gary Stubblefield (R) offers a bill bent on erecting another wall of secrecy between we the people and the government that paralyzes the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act pertaining to the number of security officers & law enforcement officers on the 33 college & university campuses as well as the public schools regarding all information about their numbers, records, security plans, procedures, studies, measures, ad infinitum. Why do law enforcement’s huge numbers deserve this type of protection? They don’t!

This all-encompassing legislation has no basis for existence, it is simply another government protection racket aimed at neutralizing we the people with the built in foundation for continuing expansion, e.g. Secretary of State Mark Martin wants the same for the Capitol Police.

The inordinate numbers of attacks on our freedoms listed above provokes the question, what next? This measure, if enacted, simply opens the door for more secrecy in other government venues.

Police forces are militarily trained, equipped, fusion centers available, and utterly no necessity to enact more freedom-killing legislation. Members of the Ark. legislature constantly refer to themselves as conservative—just exactly what is it they are conserving? Republican legislators are indeed a very dangerous breed if the Constitution and its Bill of Rights are dear to you.

Another example of a potential crime being promoted before our very eyes: SJR8, commonly known as the RNC’s (Republican) “Tort Reform” that savages our 7th Amendment that guarantees the right to trial by a jury of one’s peers, not a “trial” controlled by a collection of bribe-taking Republican legislators, lobbyists, bureaucrats & other self-servers.

CITIZENS, YOU JUST GOT LEFT OUT OF THE EQUATION, WITHOUT BONAFIDE COMPENSATION FOR SELF & ATTORNEY REPRESENTATION ! BETTER THINK THIS THING THROUGH CITIZENS.

It is inconceivable that these bribe-taking Republican betrayers would dare take away what our Founding Fathers fought so hard to give us and have it replaced by self-serving state legislators & at the behest of other parasites, i.e. nursing home operators, hospitals, corporations, etc.–only to enhance their bottom line. Who do you put your trust in, politicians or your neighbors?

Ask the Honorable Asa Hutchinson and your elected representatives their positions on this proposed slaughter of the 7th Amendment.
