State officials defy laws, citizens and Constitution.

Governor Beebe and the Legislature’s
2009 incremental assaults on Western Civilization and Americana, count the
ways, accompanied by Senator Elliott’s return for the 3rd time to
the illegal alien (in-state tuition) education trough.
                                                    April
5, 2009

Specifically,
here are a few of the egregious attacks directed at Arkansas voters
demonstrating the chokehold state government is administering which destroys
our freedoms and levies oppressive taxation.

1.       Proposed destruction of the Electoral
College

2.       Refusal to make known to the Feds
that we demand enforcement of the 9th & 10th
Amendments

3.       “Enhanced” driver’s Licenses which
provide personal information globally.
Canada & Mexico already have received said information.

4.
Massive efforts to hamstring the homeschooling network–a statist and
teacher union strategy

5.
Massive expansion of Arkids 1st & related Affirmative
Action programs.

6.       Failure to address the illegal
immigration crisis—born out of fear and orchestrated by the Arkansas Friendship
Coalition, i.e. Tyson’s, Walton’s, Stephens, ACLU, LULAC, etc.

7.       The Governor’s refusal to order Greg
Crow and his agents to identify contractors employing Hispanics and
subsequently turn them over to ICE and/or other appropriate agencies for the
purpose of identifying.  Racial
profiling? Absolutely, 50%+ of Hispanics in this state are illegal aliens and
should be deported.

8.       Beebe’s announcement that he wants to
give a $50,000 per year increase to Jim Purcell, a shill for the university
systems. A raise of this magnitude is indeed sobering when the majority of
Arkansans don’t make $40,000 per year and losing employment by the thousands.
The audacity and arrogance!  Why
guaranteed economic protection for government employees and no protection whatsoever
for those of us subsidize the government cabals?  Of course the question will never be answered
truthfully.

9.       So-called Education lobby, NEA &
AEA, and a host of legislators/government employees maneuvering for $millions
more to be dumped into the public school black hole, e.g. the Senate passing a
Bill (35-0) aimed at helping retired school employees with rising healthcare
costs. To curry favor of and from teacher unions and other related types,
legislators treat this bunch as if they were an endangered species.

10.    TAXES—Fayetteville Shale Play,
Tobacco, attempt to tax milk, new millions into the State Police Retirement
Fund.

Citizens, anyone foolish enough to believe that the
individuals we elect are actually securing our Constitutional interests has
surely morphed into senility.  We have
only ourselves to blame for the outrageous conduct of the 2009 General
Assembly, conducted by Mike Beebe.  Beebe
is the titular head of the most powerfully corrupt political machine in the
history of our state, if for no other reason than the magnitude of the players.

It appears that Rep. Steve Harrelson has been anointed as the
Democrat Party’s chief Flack, which means he’s headed for more and better things
inside the Party. In other words, he’s Beebe’s “guy” in the House. Example,
Harrelson spoke against the 10th Amendment, and get this, “it was a
partisan maneuver that could hurt the states’ relations with Congress”.  In a previous statement he spoke of his
relationship with U.S. Rep. Mike Ross and did not want anything to hinder that
relationship.  Harrelson goes on to say “the
people of Arkansas are better served when governments work together”.  Precisely the opposite.  When governments get cozy the people get
screwed and is simply what is happening today at all levels. The federal
government is limited in its Constitutional authority over states and the
federal government, as with all governments, derives all their financing from
the producers by force. We have seen recently, in spades, that much of the
federal establishment is made up of outright criminals. By the way Harrelson,
do you believe your philosophy of government is superior to the Founders?  It certainly appears you do.

The Arkansas state government is nothing more than a
self-serving, sanctimonious fiefdom.
Question one of our “public servants” and note the response, that is if
you can catch one.

Last but not least, Senator Elliott and her 3rd
trip to the trough for illegal aliens.
Senators Elliott and Sue Madison commanded G. David Gearhart, Chancellor
of the Univ. of Arkansas System, to appear at a 3PM hearing, 3/23/09 to testify
on behalf of Elliott’s illegal alien Bill.

Governor, do you and the legislators voting for this corrupt
Bill find it curious that the Chancellor of our Flagship University testified
for criminals (those hiring & those employed) and directly against U.S. and
State law?  His testimony in no way can
be construed as University business.

Again, I call for his immediate resignation.

Chancellor Gearhart received an FOIA on March 28 which among
other items, his method of travel to Elliott’s hearing.  The flight log shows Gearhart to be a
prolific traveler at taxpayer expense.
That day alone he traveled from Fayetteville, to Jonesboro, then to
Monticello, then Little Rock, and back to Fayetteville.  On board were 2 pilots (Hill & Pepples)
and 3 passengers (Gearhart, & 2 administrators D. Pederson & M. Johnson),
the alleged purpose of this days travel was for “meetings”.  Aside from his illegal meeting with Elliott
& her crowd, I want to see the justification for the huge expenses entailed
in this day’s travel in a King Air.  For
example, could the other 2 stops been accomplished by teleconference?

When there is no detailed oversight on politicians, bureaucrats
and other government types, big mischief and expenses are sure to follow.

For all the crocodile tears shed on behalf of illegals and the
huge numbers of Arkansans enjoying welfare benefits, some for generations, for
what it’s worth, the American middleclass is now the “homeless class”.  As a disclaimer, there are some 3-5% of
American citizens who can in no way defend themselves; therefore we shower them
with whatever they need.  The
generational type welfare artists must be given the boot now.  What has evolved is a symbiotic relationship
between governments and so-called “minorities” and the fabric of our society,
i.e. the middleclass, is in reality the one getting the boot.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Sen. Laugherty admits vote against constituents in favor of illegals

Senator Randy Laverty:

I understand you testified on behalf of Senator Elliott’s
unconstitutional, criminal illegal alien Bill 799, and of course that is your
right.

What is not your right is to testify that you voted for this
unconscionable Bill because you are “termed out” and not anticipating running
for another office, therefore you voted for 799 and framed your vote as “moral
courage”, and be damned with your constituents.  According to you Laverty, moral courage is
something to be turned off and on whenever it suits you…how absolutely
pathetic.

Senator, you and those other Senators supporting this Bill
are an embarrassment to the Senate, the legislative process &
Arkansans.  In this regard the fact that
Sen. Elliott and her Marxists shills continue to introduce this Bill time after
time not only sullies the reputation of the Arkansas Senate but makes a mockery
of the legislative and judicial process, not to mention the expense to
taxpayers.

As I recall, Gov. Mike Beebe championed the same position,
i.e. run a Bill time and again until it gets passed.

Early in my youth on a farm one of my chores was slopping
the hogs each evening after school.  I
carried the slop in 5 gallon cans with the added responsibility of protecting
myself from the onrushing swine.  I used
a big stick to beat them back while pouring the slop and by the time I finished
pouring they were back rooting me at the trough.

Late one evening when Dad came in from his office he
observed my difficulty with the hogs and explained….”son, hogs are just like
politicians, you drive them off, turn your back on them and they are right back
in the trough with a vengeance.  So goes
Elliott and her 13 simpletons. By the way for you 13 simpletons, 8 USC states
hiring, aiding, abetting, harboring illegals is a violation of federal laws and
the responsibility for enforcing lies with ALL policing agencies.  You have the laws, why don’t you read and
abide by them?

Senator Laverty, you have shown you’re morally, ethically
and constitutionally bankrupt and more importantly, you have betrayed the
citizens of Arkansas and particularly by your own admission your own
constituents, by voting for this travesty.

Back to Jasper, Senator!
Hopefully never to return.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

P.S.  One of the 13
simpletons is my Senator, Ed Wilkinson, who is also termed out.  Since he is one of the Wilkinson bankers I’m
wondering if he’s not hustling Tyson and Wal-Mart for some of their banking
business.

P.S.  Senator Elliott
you have failed to answer the question why you are showing such allegiance to
criminal aliens and not most particularly to Black high school students and who
are obviously American citizens and deserve our immediate and continued attention.  Who are you hustling for Elliott?

upholding our rule of law or betrayal/in-state tuition for illegals

Re: Senator
Elliott’s illegal alien in-state tuition Bill

Your Vote: Upholding
the rule of law or betrayal?
                                           March
29, 2009

Ladies & gentlemen of the Arkansas State Senate, you
have made your decision.

Tomorrow the citizens of Arkansas will know where your
allegiances lie.

Will you betray the citizens and our rule of law in favor of
the illegal alien invaders and the businesses/ corporations who hire &
exploit them, as well as the churches & ethno-centric anti-American
organizations, or will you stand firm in recognizing and defending your sworn
constitutional duties and honor?

We shall soon see.

Kindest regards,

Joe & Barbara McCutchen

Some lawmakers are lawbreakers (in-state tuition for illegals)

” href=”file:///C:%5CDOCUME%7E1%5CADMINI%7E1%5CLOCALS%7E1%5CTemp%5Cmsohtmlclip1%5C01%5Cclip_filelist.xml”>

The unconstitutional illegal Senate Bill 799 and possible
violations of RICCO by the Arkansas Senate.

The real question for Senator Elliott and her Comrades is
simply, why no public outcry for the abysmal state of Black students and their
dropout rates, accompanied by other negative data?

After all, ladies & gentlemen of the legislature, these
are American citizens who deserve our attention relative to developing their
legitimate educational needs—not more set-asides, affirmative action’s,
quotas—all of which have exacerbated the problems for Black kids.

Not one of you has dared to broach the aforementioned
subject.  Why?  Are your corporate benefactors or the anti-American
ethnic organizations more interested in illegal Hispanics than the black
American citizen population?  Again, why?  The invaders are criminals
according to our rules of law and Constitution.

Citizen taxpayers are absolutely in no way obligated
morally, ethically, Constitutionally, financially to secure the needs of
foreign national alien invaders.

Senator Elliott states “this is our Daisy Bates
moment”.  How repulsive, Daisy Bates committed her life to seeing that
Black kids received a functioning education and by Elliot’s activities, she has
betrayed not only Daisy Bates but the whole of the Black community.  Nice
try Joyce, but twisting the truth tells a lot about you.

To Senator Steve Bryles, another sage from NE Ark, may I say
to you Senator, you and the Jeffress’ crocodile tears are as phony as the
proverbial $3 dollar bill, and frankly embarrassing.

We should be learning soon what the nexus is between Dr. G.
David Gearhart and Senator Sue Madison.

Kindest regards,

Joe & Barbara McCutchen

A revealing exchange re aiding illegal aliens by legislature

Donna,                                                                                                                                 3/25/09

Thank you very much for this opportunity to
address this subject.

First, let us define what respect is.  True respect is earned not given
willy-nilly.  In what way have these
people earned our respect?  They have made
their motives patently obvious to anyone who has a clue.  By their actions and collusions they have
made it clear they have no respect whatever for the hardworking, taxpaying
Arkansas citizens.  Let me name the ways,
not necessarily in order of importance.

Those who want to cram a law down our
throats who do anything to aid, abet,
hire, transport, house, hire, etc. any illegal aliens are guilty of
felonies (as you surely know from all the times we have made the laws public in
emails, faxes, phone calls, & on our website) according to Federal Law 8
USC and its many Sections, including the one which empowers ALL law enforcement
to arrest offenders.  Technically, does
that not make the “lawmakers” guilty too?
Where is your sense of justice, Donna?

There are several reasons for the
boohooing, politically correct defense of easily exploited people invading our
country illegally, obtaining false identities in order to work, vote, receive
benefits, etc.  All law-breaking criminal
acts.

Some illegals are hardworking….how about
the citizens they displace or depress their wages?  They obviously don’t count.

Some are diseased, knowingly or
unknowingly, and are not checked in order to protect citizens like you Donna or
your family…how can we forget the repudiation of the Doctor in Fayetteville who
was foolish enough to reveal the illegal carriers of leprosy, TB, & other
dread diseases? Who cares about the health of citizens, while they are forced
to pay for the illegals’ healthcare?

Some are robbers, rapists, child molesters,
gang bangers, drug and/or human smugglers…all bringing potential disasters that
the citizens must bear, along with politically pistol-whipped law enforcement.

Most are illiterate, poverty-stricken
Mestizo Indians who are trying to escape a rotten, unsafe, corrupt
country.  They are not those of educated
Castilian descent who run the government and rake in all the goodies and
encourage the “peons” to invade our country for the remittances they send home
and to whom they teach that the U.S. really belongs to Mexico.  They don’t know the difference, hence their
loyalty to their homeland, and are easily manipulated by all who see them as a
cash cow and pretend to be their “friends”.

These abused, defenseless people provide
cheap/slave labor, often paid under the table with no benefits other than what
the taxpayers are forced to subsidize, or go to jail.  You know the list, or you should.  Pre & postnatal care, translators,
emergency room care, food stamps, housing, transportation, law enforcement,
judicial, & penal costs, ad infinitum….mounting to multi-millions just in
Arkansas.

How about education?  How do American kids learn (if they had a decent
curriculum which we all know they don’t) with multitudes of foreign languages
being spoken in the classroom and everyone is reduced to the lowest common
denominator which is the most ignorant in the room…but that is the forbidden
language of political correctness…the most effective tool of Cultural Marxism.

Between the exploiters
(corporations/government/churches/Chambers of Commerce) and the ideologues out
to destroy us (LULAC, LaRaza, Mecha, ACLU, SPLC, ADL, ACORN, etc.) with such
fear and intimidation tactics as “racism”, “sexism”, “homophobes”, (but notice
never are we so terrible as to turn down our money!!) it is no wonder the
hardworking, taxpaying citizens are furious and/or confused as to why their own
people would betray them to such a blatant extent.

Your family has been in politics for a very
long time so you know how to follow the money.
Why don’t you do it and report to the citizens?  Businesses get cheap/slave labor; government
gets more funding to grow more programs, churches do the same with taxpayer
bucks and grow their attendees…especially the Catholics who scoop up $1 ½
billion per year for their “refugee programs”; the Chambers are there to
facilitate their benefactors, the businesses.

Sadly enough the ideologues also gain
billions a year from government redistribution of taxpayer’s earnings…all the
while on a mission of destruction of our Western society, Constitution, Bill of
Rights, Rule of Law, which means your family and all middleclass American
families.  How about the recent Arkansas
legislature attacks on the 9th & 10th amendments,
Electoral College, parents’ rights to home-school,  and cram down our throats the “Enhanced Driver’s
License” which disseminates all our most personal information, not to mention
the much lauded, aggressively unconstitutional tax on legal cigarettes.  Talk about “Taxation without Representation”….these
are all affronts and attacks on our Founders and the principles upon which this
former Republic was based.

Respect?
Those who would destroy our communities, state, & nation do not and
will not get our respect, not now, not ever.
If someone manages to get elected/appointed/hired to what is now a
“Public Serpent” position, let them demonstrate through their actions their
devotion to what this country is supposed to stand for and not pander to P.C.
groups, take bribes (trips, meals, goodies of any kind) and reveal themselves
as cheap opportunists seeking their own self-serving desires over their sworn
duties.

No Donna, you will not be removed from our
email.  You are a public servant, (or is it
serpent?) and owe your attention to all citizens.  It is demeaning that you would defend
buffoons, opportunists, corruption and exploitation.

Disappointingly,

~Barbara

P.S. By their deeds we know them, not by their syrupy,
insincere, smarmy words.

Joe and Barb:  While
I may disagree with some of the legislators you mention,  they deserve to
be treated with respect. Please stop insulting them,  calling them names,
or defaming their character.  I am NOT going to vote for this
bill, however I would appreciate being taken off the your mailing
list. Thank you.

State Rep Donna
Hutchinson

University of Arkansas G. David Gearhart AKA Dave, Marxist Senator
Elliott, the two Jeffress buffoons (AKA educators), and Senator Sue Madison.

I’m told today 3/25/09 that without notice Elliott and the
two buffoons ran the illegal Mexican alien in-state tuition Bill through
committee without public notice.

Governor Mike Beebe, are you going to allow this kind of
conduct to permeate your legislative session?
I hope you will act with undo speed.

Chancellor G. David Gearhart and his and others relationship
to Elliott’s travesty that absolutely does not recognize the Constitution or
the rule of law.

As I suggested yesterday some of Gearhart’s testimony before
Elliott’s committee were outright lies which I will not take the time to
enumerate here, but if called on I will be happy to do.

For the Chancellor to testify against the Constitution and
the rule of law and in the face of Gov. Beebe’s proclamation that Elliott’s
Bill is unlawful begs that Gearhart resign his position immediately.  In addition to the aforementioned legal
violations, he has betrayed Arkansas citizens and proven once again he is a
shill for the Arkansas Friendship Coalition and has a “For Sale” sign on his
back, and more importantly as the leader of the state’s flagship university it
is unnerving to see the negative influence he is propagating on our college
youth.

As I indicated yesterday I was going to be in touch with the
Chancellor’s office in Fayetteville in a non-belicose manner to query him
regarding his statements and positions and make known to him a multitude of
facts that he seems to be unaware of. Specifically I was going to inquire about
his mode of transportation and other amenities to Little Rock for his testimony.

My first call to the Chancellor’s office was met with a
bureaucrat’s typical response, “he’s in a very important meeting”, would you
like to have him call you…answer, absolutely.

Later in the afternoon a woman who claimed to be his
executive secretary called claiming the Chancellor was overwhelmed with other
important activities.  So much for that
capsule of arrogance. The secretary said she took excellent notes and I said
fine, I have a number of issues I want to pursue with him and I expect concise
answers. Fast foreward.

I asked the secretary what the mode of transportation was
for the Chancellor to go to L.R. for Elliott’s circus.  She was fuzzy in her answer and after
pursuing the point in a more intense manner she half-way admitted he flew in
the University’s (taxpayers) airplane and was non-commital about the
accompanying entourage, and other details. His using the university’s airplane
for non-university business must be unlawful, i.e. political chicanery.  An FOIA will be filed immediately regarding
expenditures and other related items.

Pressing further, she stated Senator Sue Madison commanded
the Chancellor to appear in LR to testify and that made it university business.

Since when is violating U.S. law, Arkansas state law,
University business and how is it that Madison has the political power to order
this man?  Madison’s conduct, along with
other sordid activities, indicates that this illegal alien Bill and its
handlers is nothing short of a criminal cabal. I understand it has a do pass.

My congratulations to the winners of the day…The Tyson’s,
Walton’s, Stephen’s, and the rest of the open borders/cheap labor crowd and
their handlers who have made it all possible and have more than sullied the
state of Arkansas, and my condolences to the destruction of middleclass
Arkansans.

Who pays for this corrupt largesse to criminal illegal
aliens?

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Politicrats jitterbugging with illegals & exploiters

Politicians & Bureaucrats
jitterbug on their behavior regarding crime, ethics, and truth.       03/24/09

The FOIA is
a marvelous tool and in reality, the only tool citizens possess that allows
them to achieve a modicum of truth pertaining to the parasitic self-serving
political genre.  Unfortunately, private
citizens generally are not aware that they themselves have this very freedom,
the freedom to request the use of the Freedom of Information Act.

Should you
have concerns about a government entity or entities and you are not privy to
the mechanism to be utilized in filing an FOI request, you may use the various
FOIA requests that have been filed and posted on the arkansasfreedom.net website.  Please feel free to use at your discretion at
virtually no charge.

According to
the 3/23/09 Ark. Democrat-Gazette, through an FOI request was made aware of the
vast financial abuse by politicians and bureaucrats purchasing Cable TV for
their residences.

Heading the
list was the King of Nepotism, Sec. of State Charlie Daniels, along with 40
legislators who rent apartments with utilities paid next to the state
capitol.   Yearly cable costs for the
apartments which rent for $300 & $350 per month, compliments of our
benevolent Sec. of State cost taxpayers $6,525 last year for their cable amenities.
Why the cut-rate apartment rental prices and who are the select insiders?

I believe
the worst assault on truth and ethics came from Mid-South Community College
president Glen Fenter whose cable costs last year totaled $1,809.00.  “We want to make certain that whatever we’re
doing is defendable”.  To hell with the
rule of law, morals, and ethics, do whatever it takes to avoid litigation.  It is noteworthy that Fenter and his clan
have been on the taxpayer teat for generations.

University
of Ark. at Pine Bluff Chancellor Lawrence A. Davis, Jr. received paid cable in
the amount $522.00 for the first 6 months of 2008.

Davis said
he needs cable at his home so that he can monitor the Universities cable
system.  A dedicated educator he is!  With a base salary of $172,000.  Oh yes, he gets HBO and a digital package.

The total
taxpayer cost for cable TV for these slugs was $19,000 in 2008.

Moving on to
world-class travelers who seem to have selective memories, perhaps a modified
form of Alzheimer’s, e.g. Rep. Joan Cash, (D-Jonesboro) amended her travel
report for 2008 to include a trip to Turkey, no value was given. She said her
trip to Turkey was not related to legislative duties; it was more to do with
religion.  She also reported that Ark.
Electric Coop paid $2,479.00 for a trip to D.C. in 2008.  This gal is aptly named.

She
completes that magnificent trifecta from Jonesboro, Cash, Kidd & McDaniel.

Not to be
left out were Bully Boy Beebe’s new gunslinger Steve Harrelson (D-Texarkana)
and the indomitable Sen. Jimmy Jeffress (D-Crossett) with the taxpayer teat
attached to his mouth were also in the international entourage.

Other
Turkish Delights were House Speaker Robbie Wills (D-Conway) accompanied by
lesser lights.

The group
paying for this tour is claiming it was to bring together communities, to
promote compassion, cooperation, partnership and community service through
interfaith dialogue and conversation.
Wow!  All the way to Turkey to
promote compassion? Are you kidding? Ask the Kurds & Armenians about
Turkish compassion. They went really to hone their Marxist skills and the folks
paying the tariffs were not doing it just because they are enamored with these “good
ole boys”.  Why not a conference call?

The charming
Jeffress brothers traveled last year to Cupertino, Ca. at the expense of Apple,
Inc. (why?) accompanied by Sen. Shane Broadway (D-Bryant).

The Jeffress
Boys believe, along with a lot of other legislative pirates, their checks are
commensurate with those of us who create and sustain jobs, along with the many
hourly employees, and entrepreneurs in the private sector who subsidize their
nefarious governmental adventures.  The
Jeffress Boys don’t understand that governments earn no money, they steal it
from the producers and they are eagerly grand recipients.

Kindest
regards,

Joe

3/24/09

Specifically
to Senators Joyce Elliott, the 2 Jeffresses and Salmon, and generally to both
houses of the Arkansas State Legislature.

Approximately
3:00AM Sunday morning on a deserted K-Mart parking lot, somewhere off
University Ave., there were a number of Blacks, reported to be about 65, who
were circulating in the lot and circumstances produced a hail of gunfire,
resulting in the shooting of a 3 yr old child.
Why would responsible citizens be out at this hour, particularly with a
3 yr old child? This is not an uncommon occurrence and statistics reveal that
50% of Black high school students drop out.
These drop-outs are American citizens. This is by no means all the
negative stats that envelop the Black community.

Tell us
again Senator Elliott and you other three, that you are really dedicated to the
proposition of proper education!

In a word, why
are you four near-sighted fools not using your political skills to challenge
those areas of failure in the Black community as opposed to acting as a magnet
for more illegals, while satisfying the cheap labor demands & abuse of
those corporations and religions exploiting the illegal aliens?  You four, and there are numbers of others,
are a disgrace to the Constitution, the rule of law, and most particularly the
citizens of Arkansas.  You can only be
described as agents for political thugery.

Dr. G. David
Gearhart:  What a disappointment that the
Chancellor of the University of Arkansas system can be held captive and used as
a shill for the cheap labor, open borders lobby—The Arkansas Friendship
Coalition, e.g. Tyson’s, Walton’s, Stephen’s, Catholic Church, ACLU, LULAC and
other traitors.

It’s tragic
a man in his capacity, the alleged leader of college age youth, would be so
willing to betray the rule of law and here again, American taxpaying
citizens.

Gearhart’s
feeble testimony on behalf of Elliot’s sell-out Bill was indeed pathetic…”Hispanics
are hard-working people”.  He goes on to
say “Northwest Arkansas wouldn’t have been built without them”….referring to
illegals.  Tell us Dr. Gearhart, who
built and sustained this preeminent society?
Was it the illegals? Of course not, they couldn’t do it in their own
countries.  I would remind Dr. Gearhart
that the illegals were and are being used and exploited for slave labor, i.e.
mortar & mud, and oh yes, chicken pluckers.
Dr. Gearhart, how many middleclass, able-bodied Arkansans have had their
jobs and small businesses stolen by illegal Mexicans and OTM’s.

Oh by the
way Dr. Gearhart I will be calling you today to personally vent my
disappointment in your conduct regarding the illegal alien issue. As a 4th
generation graduate of the U. of A. you shame my families’ Alma Mater.  I will also be asking you what mode of
transportation you used on your trip to Little Rock to testify for the
open-borders crowd, and most particularly did you use one of the University’s
airplanes or other equipment?  I will
FOIA to get particulars if you are not willing to divulge the truth.

My
congratulations to Sen. Shane Broadway & Kim Hendren for voting against
Elliott’s travesty.

Kindest
regards,

Joe McCutchen

Fort Smith

P.S.
Congratulations to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette for providing the citizens
with these fine investigative reports and we encourage them to continue with
vigor, and Kudos to Mike Masterson for his splendid piece defending
home-schooling.

Who is Ark. A. G. Dustin McDaniel? Expose’

Who is Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel?                                      March 17,
2009

For me personally, McDaniel first came on the scene in his campaign
for Attorney General of Arkansas. My introduction into McDaniel’s campaign was
attained through a TV spot showing McDaniel surrounded by his lovely family,
flanked by 2 police officers portraying the ideals of family values & the rule
of law.   Shortly after the political
promo aired, he unabashedly dumped his family for apparently more and in his
mind, better things.

McDaniel was subsequently elected to the office of A.G.   Since his election the office has served principally
as enforcers of the Democrat administration’s political agenda, accompanied by
a few nebulous legal rulings.

Early in the 2008 Democrat presidential primary Hillary Clinton
appeared to be a favorite for the party’s nomination.  Newly elected A.G. McDaniel signed on to be
Clinton’s co-chair in Arkansas.  In my
opinion, campaigning for a national figure while holding a state elected office
is a serious conflict of interest.  It looks
unethical and was used as a tool to elevate his political profile.

A.G. McDaniel’s office is in the Tower Bldg. owned by Graham Catlett
and his law partner Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola.  This building serves as a bastion for legal
and illegal immigration activities and special interests.  It must be said here, Arkansas’ last two
Attorneys General Beebe & Pryor have also occupied offices in Catlett’s
building.  Does this environment create a
cause celeb for inside trading, particularly regarding Catlett’s international
experiences coupled with the mass illegal Mexican alien invasion?

More questions arise.  Why is
a constitutional Arkansas office holder housed in a private building? What
financial arrangements regarding rent have been made and/or other
concessions?  Who makes the payments and
how much? Why would Arkansas’ chief law enforcement agent, McDaniel, occupy
close quarters with the state’s largest attorney firm dealing with legal and
illegal immigration, supporting amnesty, cheap labor and open borders?  Finally, are McDaniel’s political, legal and
state obligations influenced by the building’s environment?

We do know A.G. McDaniel accepted huge donations from the
Catlett/Stodola partnership in the amount of $22,000.   Donors directly associated with the Arkansas
Friendship Coalition contributed $36,300.
Some of the most notorious open border advocates and donors were Archie
Schaefer (Tyson shill), Don Tyson, John Tyson, Alltel, etc.  Warren Stephens is a member of the AFC but
may or may not have made donations to McDaniel. What is the attraction Graham
Catlett and friends have for Dustin McDaniel?
Hopefully we can cast some insight as this piece progresses.

One of McDaniel’s past messy little tricks had to do with the matter
of the Secure Arkansas Ballot Initiative.
The A.G.’s delaying tactics cost the canvassers 31,658 signatures by
sandbagging the approval of the Ballot Title twice.  The two delays prevented the collection on
average of 1,439 signatures per day.  The
delays cost the volunteers 22 working days.
22 X 1439= 31,658 signatures.
That figure, coupled with the 50,000+ signatures canvassers previously
had obtained would have guaranteed the Ballot Initiative appearing on the November
general election.

Enough history, fast forward to the present.  A.G. McDaniel has found himself a new sweetie
and is tepidly embroiled in a so-called legislative “ethics” reform.   Question: Is McDaniel the person who should
be dealing with ethics?  Not in my mind.
From all appearances this is a public relations stunt, an integral part of the Political
Protection Racket that insulates and furthers the unholy alliance between Governor
Beebe and the Ark. Legislature, coordinated by House Speaker Robbie Wills. The
fact that stronger ethics rules need to be in place is proof positive that the
Ark. Legislature is filled with slugs with highly questionable ethics. The
question of the ages…why do Arkansans continue to re-elect these self-servers
cycle after cycle?

Dustin McDaniel became Ark. Attorney General January 9, 2007.  In November, 2007 he was inducted into the ASPEN INSTITUTE and named an ASPEN-RODEL Fellow.  The Aspen Institute is a globalist society
very much akin to the 1913 Jekyll Island confab.  â€œGlobal values and pursuing the good life” are
some of the stated goals of the organization. Specifics regarding the Institute
are illusive. It is apparent that The Aspen Institute utilizes the Hegelian
Dialectic in large doses, i.e. consensus building as a means to further their
political ideology.

The Institute awards young-leader fellowships around the globe and
bring a selected class of proven leaders together for an intense multi-year
program and commitment.

The Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN) is a worldwide
community.  Currently there are 900
Fellows from 43 countries that comprise the AGLN.   The Fellows are between the ages of 25-50…(easy
to indoctrinate)… all have proven themselves through success in their perspective
fields. The Fellows are sycophants and revel in their programming with servile
devotion and reach out for the handouts from their masters.  All have spent months in dialogue with others on
leadership and “the good society” (i.e. Marxism). They have committed to
putting their ideas into action.  What
ideas?

Here again, McDaniel shows no concern and certainly no remorse in
elevating his economic & political ambitions at the expense of
Arkansans.  What Arkansas powerbroker or
powerbrokers nominated McDaniel for membership in aforementioned Globalist,
Marxist cabal? His professional credentials are average at best and his ethics questionable.
Is it possible one or more of the state’s
elitists, i.e. Tyson, Walton, Stephens, Catlett/Stodola, Mexican Consular
General Andres Chao, is McDaniel’s benefactor?

The Aspen Institute presently has offices in Washington, D.C.,
Aspen, CO., and on the Wye River in Maryland.

We do not know how many sojourns McDaniel has made at the behest of
the Aspen Institute.  What we do know is
that he has been to Aspen at least once and has just now completed a trip which
included Egypt. Who pays for these sojourns and at what price to Arkansan’s and
all Americans?

One would think that during the height of the Ark. Legislative
session the Attorney General’s presence would be mandatory at the state capital.
Citizens, this man can only be described
as a self-serving, parasitic globalist, along with his Aspen Institute Fellows
dedicated to the deconstruction of our sovereignty and Founders’ creation.  The dissolution of borders, balkanization of
our Republic, implementation of international law, and the destruction of the
Bill of Rights are some of the goals of Marxist Globalists.

Aspen’s CEO Walter Isaacson, and Madeline Albright, Board of
Trustees, represent the class and set the globalist agendas.

Examples of Bills sanctioned by Beebe and/or McDaniel, exemplifying
brutal attacks on Arkansans’ civil rights and the pursuit of globalist goals
are the:

1.
 Fayetteville Shale Play (Severance tax)

2.
Brutal attack on a legal Tobacco industry (.56
per pack)

3.
Attempted destruction of the Electoral College

4.
Refusal to reinstitute the 9th &
10th Amendments (inextricably tied)

5.
“Enhanced” Drivers Licenses which demands
personal data be distributed internationally and more particularly, personal
data has already been supplied to the governments of Canada & Mexico.

6.
Massive efforts to destroy the homeschooling
network–a statist strategy

7.
Massive expansion of Arkids 1st &
related Affirmative Action programs. The Governor and in all likelihood
McDaniel has instructed their legislative simpletons to institute public grand
theft. To Beebe, McDaniel and the Legislature, what are the Constitutional
& legal foundations that form the basis for taking my earnings for
redistribution to others, most particularly in our present time of global
bankruptcy?  Do you Fools not understand
that “class-warfare” in the form of “soaking the rich” to help the “poor”
guarantees the destruction of all? You political parasites have long advanced “Altruist”
& “Collective” ideas and have set back our former preeminent society by
decades by listening, being threatened, coerced, going along to get along, by
loud mouth intimidating minorities.

8.
The refusal by the Governor or any member of the
House & Senate to introduce and pass a Bill to blunt the illegal Mexican
& OTM invasions and punish those corporations hiring illegals.  Tyson’s is just one of thousands which come
to mind in their destruction of our sovereignty, the rule of law and our standard
of living.  Gov. Beebe, I’m sure you’re
proud of leading these ever present destructive measures your masters’ demand.

We know who the simpletons are who are introducing the freedom
destroying Bills—what we don’t know for sure is the identity of the traitors
pulling the strings—yet.

The Arkansas state government can only be described as an incestuous
snake pit.

Illegals welcome in Ark/Gov.officials wear Nascar-type uniforms (sponsors)

arkansasfreedom.net                                                      March
12, 2009

Subject: More of the
corrupt Gov. Mike Beebe administration, undergirded by the equally corrupt,
feckless Arkansas legislature, assorted hired minions and Nascar Uniforms.

Yesterday, March 11, 2009, that sometimes UALR law professor
and sage in Marxism, Rep. Jim Nickels introduced his House Bill 1383 which
would protect legal and illegal workers (Ark. Dem-Gaz.), and other silliness.

Headline today Ark. Dem-Gaz….”In one month, January,
Arkansas lost 25,300 non-farm jobs”.
This vividly demonstrates the Marxists fools in the legislature, e.g.
Rep. Jim Nickels and Sen. Joyce Elliot are inextricably tied to the Protection
Racket run by Tyson’s, Walton’s, George’s, Stephens, Ark. Contractors, Chambers
of Comrades, ACLU, Catholic Church, i.e. the Arkansas Friendship
Coalition.  It must be said here
regarding a personal exchange of missives with Sen. Jimmy Jeffress that he
pointed out in one line dealing topically with Marxism “I do not know what you
are talking about”. Concerning the January loss of 25,300 jobs the legislature’s
position is to hell with Arkansas citizens and onward and upward for open
borders and cheap labor policies.

Back to Nickels’ HB 1383, the bill was at the least disingenuous
and filled with obfuscations…and whether it passed or not, and in this case it
did not, the results would still be the same, retention of the status quo; a
continuous flow of illegals into our state, wreaking a political & economic
genocide most particularly on middleclass Arkansans.

Now comes Greg Crow, attorney, well-traveled bureaucrat and
Administrator of the Ark. Contractors’ License Agency.  Crow states on the Agency’s website that his
mission is to protect Arkansas citizens. What he is doing is protecting the
criminal contractors hiring illegals (aside from law violation, who knows if
they are qualified for the jobs?), thousands of complaints have been made due
to faulty illegal workmanship…while thousands of small businesses have been
destroyed by unlawful/unfair competition.   Crow
can’t seem to get his story straight.  A
recent telephone conversation he related to my representative that he was
working hard to educate contractors that they were “walking on thin ice” by
hiring illegal aliens.  Testifying before
the State Agencies & Governmental Affairs committee he said his Agency wasn’t
equipped to investigate claims of illegal workers.  Crow is either ignorant of his sworn
obligations or is a liar.  His 5 agents
are not commanded to investigate or arrest illegals, it is his obligation and
his agents who frequent job sites to determine if there are in fact non-English
speaking Mexicans and other Hispanics suspected of being illegal aliens
laboring on said site, then simply call ICE, ASP or the Sheriff of that
county.   Crow’s obfuscation is right out
of Beebe’s playbook, the puppeteer for the Arkansas Friendship Coalition. Beebe’s
cowardly, traitorous position has been “It’s the Feds responsibility”, and if
the Feds do nothing, he is willing to allow, and in this case orchestrate an
illegal invasion into our sovereign state. Yes, we are a sovereign state and
have every Constitutional right to secure our borders & deport the hundreds
of thousands of illegals.  Beebe should
be impeached immediately.

In the same hearing Russell Gunter, an attorney representing
another Marxist coalition, Arkansas Society for Human Resource Management
stated that the “E-Verify System is rife with problems and has a ten percent to
twenty percent inaccuracy rate”.  Gunter
is a bald-faced liar: E-Verify has a 99.9% accuracy rate so stated by the
federal government.  E-Verify is dying a
sudden death this month because of the criminally corrupt Democrat Party in the
just signed Omnibus Budget.  By the way
Russell, don’t you think 80% would be more than acceptable for government work?

Don Culpepper of the Ark. Chapter of the Associated Builders
& Contractors, referring to I.C.E. which is partially responsible for
enforcing immigration laws… Culpepper said: “they’ll be there within 24 hours”….another
bald-faced lie by one of Beebe’s henchmen. They will not be there in 30 days more
than likely.

The Nascar Rule.
Citizens must immediately demand that the Governor, the Attorney
General, every member of the Ark. House & Senate, appointed official, hired
officials and lobbyists wear Nascar look-alike uniforms so that we citizens may
readily identify their sponsoring sources of corruption, e.g. Rep. Nickels
& Sen. Elliot’s uniforms would be emblazoned with the patches representing
La Raza, Maldef, LULAC and perhaps the Hammer & Sickle.   Of course these same patches would most
definitely be worn by Gov. Beebe & A.G. McDaniel, but in all fairness the
largest logos on their uniforms would be Tyson’s, Wal-Mart, Stephens, the
Chambers of Comrades, and the Mexican Consulate.  These represent a very few of the sell-outs
of the real American Dream. Perhaps we will identify other sell-outs as this
legislative session grinds on.

You fools who put out that hokum that it’s just peace, love,
and touchy feely stuff surreptitiously for many years lured Arkansans into a
deadly euphoric state.  This is changing
rapidly and as the middleclass awakes from their long slumber, they are  picking up and sharpening their pitchforks,
and when critical mass is attained,  there ain’t no place you traitors can hide
that will protect you from our wrath.
Enjoy your phony, farcical elitism for now because the fuse is growing
short.

Consider the
following words of Communism’s father Karl Marx, written in 1867:

“Owners of capital will stimulate the working class to
buy more and more of expensive goods, houses & technology, pushing them to
take more & more expensive credits, until their debt becomes unbearable.
The unpaid debt will lead to bankruptcy of banks, which will have to be
nationalized, and the State will have to take the road which will eventually
lead to Communism.”

This is the course line each of you has apparently
chosen.

Radio ad campaign 3/09 re reporting contractors employing illegals

Subject:  Statewide
radio commercials re state contractors hiring illegals

Citizens:

For the first time we have a very real chance of bringing
the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion to the forefront.  The radio ad at the end of this missive
states why & how.

To make the campaign a success there must be widespread
identifying of the contractors in Arkansas suspected of hiring illegals by
making a simple phone call.  Confidentiality
guaranteed.

This is no time for talk and if the participation is great
enough it will serve notice to the governor and the Arkansas legislature that
they must respond.  How they respond will
prove to be very interesting.

The ad campaign is in full swing.  I would ask each of you to write down the
phone number and keep it on your person and in your vehicle.   Please start today.

If you are not now aware of any contractors in the state
employing suspected illegals, take a few minutes and drive through some of the
streets and you’ll hit pay dirt.

The copy of the ad shown on our site arkansasfreedom.net has been
revamped with the two words ‘confidentiality guaranteed’.

The legislature and the administrator of the Ark. State
Contractor’s License Board, by their acts and utterances have provided us with
a golden opportunity to secure our state’s sovereignty and standard of living.

Please begin identifying and calling the Contractor’s
License Board immediately.  Mr. Crow has
done a marvelous job protecting the contractors, particularly those hiring
illegals, now we have the opportunity to force him to protect Arkansas citizens
or resign.

In the near term I will be FOIing Administrator Crow for
results.

Kindest regards,

Radio Ad:

Arkansans! It’s the law. 8USC prohibits the hiring,
transporting, housing, aiding and abetting of illegal aliens. It’s a felony and
ALL law enforcement is required to arrest offenders.

Call Greg Crow, Administrator of the Arkansas Contractors
License Board. He said he only got five calls last year dealing with illegal
aliens and contractors. Pick up your phone and report contractors suspected of
employing illegal aliens at 501-372-4661, that’s 501-372-4661. Confidentiality
assured.

Crows board need only verify and report to any law
enforcement agency such as the Arkansas State Police or ICE, in order to comply
with 8 USC; sections 1324, 1325, and 1644.

Corporations and illegals are stealing our jobs and costing
us billions. Be sure to report them today at 501-372-4661.

Electoral College ignorance or destructive complicity??

The Arkansas House passed HB 1339 to abolish the Electoral
College and it could be voted on by the Senate as early as Tuesday.  See the well written column below for details
and explanation.

If our legislators do not understand the importance and
necessity of the Founder’s Electoral College, then they do not understand the
difference between a democracy (majority rule tyranny) and a Republic
(individual rights & freedoms), what can we expect from the voting public?  Hopefully a whole lot more than that!

Supposedly, our elected representatives are schooled in the
principles and details of our Declaration of Independence, the Constitution,
the Bill of Rights, and the rule of law.
Obviously not.  Self-inflicted,
abysmal Ignorance could be used as an excuse for some, but that can’t be the
full story.

There are those intent on the destruction of our once
self-reliant Republic in favor of the forced redistribution of “Democracy”/Communism/Fascism.  There are many who are complicit in the giant
Protection Racket (see arkansasfreedom.net)
, skimming off what they can for themselves & buddies…after all, the
taxpaying, hard working citizens are bumpkins deserving of whatever the elite decides
is best.  Outsource or insource (steal)
their jobs, stick them with every tax possible, spit on their Constitutional
protections by dismantling them piece by piece and this is just one more
insult/injury to rule with impunity.

Since Gov. Beebe has stated that he will sign the Bill if it
passes…that tells us EXACTLY what his values are and where he stands.

Arkansas Needs Electoral College

Sunday, March 1, 2009 11:18 AM CST
The Electoral College is one of our U.S. Constitution’s masterful constructs.
Not only does it ensure a series of state-by-state contests every four years to
elect the president of our republic, but in large part, it ensures that the
nation’s chief executive pursues policies based on a broad national consensus.

But with a 54 to 43 vote this week, the state House of Representative attempted
to make Arkansas part of a national compact, which does away with the Electoral
College and would also undermine the votes cast by Arkansans in presidential
contests.

Under the
bill, which now goes to the state Senate for consideration, Arkansas would
allocate its six electoral votes based on the outcome of the national popular
vote.

Those pushing this movement nationwide — aptly named National Popular Vote —
claim their “bill would guarantee the Presidency to the presidential candidate
who receives the most popular votes in all 50 states (and the District of
Columbia).”

Upon the first reading, this may sound appealing to some, but understanding how
the compact would be applied and the potential consequences of its application,
the House’s action becomes all the more troubling.

Had this national vote compact been in place for the 2000 and 2008 presidential
elections, Arkansans’ votes would have been rendered null and void.

In 2000, then-Gov. George W. Bush won the Natural State, which allowed him to
win the presidency by capturing enough states to give him a majority in the
Electoral College. Of course his opponent, then-Vice President Al Gore, won a
majority of votes nationwide. Under the national popular vote model, Arkansas
would have been forced to allocate its six electors to vote for Gore.

Even though Arkansas handed Sen. John McCain a lopsided 60 percent to 40
percent victory over Sen. Barack Obama last year, under the national popular
vote model, those votes would have been wiped away and Arkansas’ six electoral
votes would have been awarded to the candidate Arkansas voters repudiated at
the ballot box.

The genius of our system is that it demands that winning presidential candidates
assemble a broad national coalition. They must appeal to the entire country;
not just a particular region.

If the Electoral College is replaced with this proposed system, then candidates
would forsake smaller states like Arkansas, which as recently as 2000 and 2004
served as a battleground state, for populous states and urban areas.

But this isn’t just about where our presidential candidates campaign every four
years; there are far greater consequences of moving to an electoral system in
which the nation’s chief executive need only be concerned with the interests of
the majority. Our founding fathers feared the potential domination of the
national government over the states and larger states domination over the
national government.

Realizing that such an imbalance would not serve the republic’s long-term
interests, the founders developed a system that balanced the states’ interests
with those of the national government. They also balanced the interest of both
large and small states by putting in place protections — the Electoral College,
for example — to help prevent national policy from serving only the interests
of larger states.

The 17th Amendment of the Constitution, which mandated the direct election of
U.S. senators, was the first step in undoing founders’ work and opened the door
for national government’s dominance over the states. Undoing the Electoral
College and replacing it with a national popular vote would place the interests
of larger states over our own.

The state Senate would be wise to halt this attempt to undo what our founders
so rightly devised.
