The Diversity Deception

The DIVERSITY Deception may turn out to be the most deadly
concept in the world…next to Altruism which requires individuals to live their
lives for others regardless of worthiness, impossible if the individual is to
survive.  Not merely charity.

DIVERSITY is killer Kool-Aid, specifically designed to kill
off the U.S.  Founding European stock,
i.e. whites, including all of Western Civilization. Diversity for its own sake
is not only absurd and unworkable, but it exterminates merit.  Once skin color replaces the concepts of fair
play, working to earn rewards and equality before the law, the object of
contempt (Whites) becomes vulnerable and loses standing.

DIVERSITY was cooked up by the Cultural Marxists and is one
of the most valuable implements in the Politically Correct toolbox.  DIVERSITY is the Poison Pill that when
swallowed by Euros creates unearned, irrational guilt and when swallowed by any
others creates a sense of entitlement and hostility…a deadly combination, i.e.
a device for genocide.  Complicit
brainwashed Whites won’t escape the consequences of this insidious, ingenious
contrivance.  They are like the snobs who
declare splashes of paint on a canvas is art and look down their noses at
disbelievers, reveling in their own ignorant arrogance.

Look around….the reverence for the DIVERSITY lie is being
spread and taught everywhere…in public school classes, in seminars, in colleges
& universities, in pulpits, in political & other types of
speeches.  It is the Emperor’s New
Clothes which must be called what it is…NAKED hostility for Western
Civilization by Collectivists of every stripe—Socialists, Communists, Fascists,
Racists, thugs, slugs, and self-serving Politicrats,  who ardently believe they will benefit in
some way by the rape and pillage of White America and all of Western
Civilization.  Their seething hatred and
racism is exceeded only by their irrational audacity and inability to follow
their philosophic path to its logical end—the destruction of a decent standard
of living and freedom for
everyone except the wealthy powerful
upper echelon.

The Politically Correct toolbox contains many other
poisonous venoms permeating our society whether it be the slogans of feel-good “giving
back”, “making a difference”, volunteerism (you owe your life to others), or
the evils of Sexism, Multiculturalism, Feminism, Racism, Affirmative Action, Set-Asides,
Quotas, public service, worst of all, the unfettered 3rd World
immigration and illegal invasion, designed to weaken the nation and destroy our
culture, ad infinitum.  Many naives and misinformed
fall into the sticky trap clothed in patriotism/religion/latest trend/social
acceptance.

Nevertheless, if one accepts the massive lie of DIVERSITY,
one of necessity becomes either a murder victim or a murderer…literally.   Which are you?  Or have you rationally thrown these wretched
concepts in the toilet where they belong and to heck with “public opinion”.

Governor lockstep with Obama

April 9, 2009

Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe in lockstep with Marxist,
Communist U.S. President Barack Obama.

As previously stated, the 2009 Arkansas legislature under
threats, intimidation, and fear of Gov. Mike Beebe and his enablers, the Tyson’s,
Walton’s, and the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, orchestrated the most venal
attack on Arkansas’ civil liberties since the War between the States…definitely
including both Bushes and Clinton.

Beebe has and is orchestrating the most powerful and corrupt
political machine in the history of our state, all due to the presence of major
players.  Religious organizations (principally
Catholic) the Poultry Federation, the construction industry, Chambers of Commerce….all
and more belonging to the Arkansas Friendship Coalition.

The aforementioned cabal has no regard for the Constitution,
the rule of law, sovereignty, and American heritage.  They are daily sacrificing Arkansas’
middleclass workers, the heart, soul, and fabric of our Republic for cheap
labor, open borders and scandalous profits.

Beebe, an attorney, is well aware of federal immigration law
8 USC and its subsections.  As Attorney
General and now Governor Beebe, he has refused to enforce these clearly
enumerated statutes, as well as recent graduate of the Aspen Institute (a
globalist organization) Attorney General Dustin McDaniel.

As the current 2009 traitorous Arkansas Legislative session
winds down, it has become patently obvious that the legislature is made up in
part by uneducated simpletons, outright buffoons, and those self-serving in the
know, which leaves no room for Arkansans and demonstratively exhibited by our
piece posted on arkansasfreedom.net

category “Beebe Continues Corruption legacy”, titled “State officials defy
laws, citizens, and Constitution”.

I was told on good authority, April 8, 2009 when Senator
Joyce Elliot did not run her serial, notorious SB 799 (in-state tuition for
illegals), Gov. Beebe sidled up to a vocal opponent of Elliot’s trash and
allowed he had put the death mark on her Bill.
Beebe saw the handwriting on the political wall and in all likelihood
called in his up and coming flacks, i.e. Harrelson, J. Jeffress, Malone, etc.
and instructed them to divorce themselves momentarily from Elliot’s
treachery.  Beebe recognized that the
majority of the legislators knew very well that their constituencies were not
going to put up such utter, nonsensical robbery.

Gov. Beebe was very cunning in trying to take credit for the
temporary demise of Elliott’s SB 799.
Now tell us Governor, do you feel strongly both ways, i.e. as you stated
a couple of years ago…”legal is legal, illegal is illegal, and we’ve got to
find out what is legal”.   That is
absolutely the best non-answer I’ve ever witnessed, at the same time producing
a lie…that you did not then nor do you now have any intention of enforcing U.S.
and Arkansas Immigration Laws and defending our sovereignty.

 I ran radio ads
regarding the conduct of the Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing Board,
administered by Greg Crow, suggesting he use his 5 agents to identify those Arkansas
contractors hiring Hispanics and simply make phone calls to the proper
authorities, i.e. ICE, ASP, city police, Sheriff, etc. Crow shot back stating “I
had demanded his 5 agents to make arrests”, that was and is a bald-faced lie. The
only demand for his agents was simply to identify those contractors
hiring/exploiting illegals. Citizen calls to Crow’s office identifying
contractors hiring large numbers of Hispanics were met with curt responses,
veiled threats and were told to call ICE and provided a non-working number.

Crow complained that last year he only received 5 calls
regarding illegal aliens being hired by contractors.   That served as the impetus for the radio ads
and citizens to report purported illegal activity, and allow Administrator Crow’s
agents to earn their keep.

The governor was quick in shutting down citizen efforts to
do the right thing, i.e. using existing taxpayer facilities to aid in
terminating the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion.

Conclusion:  The Fix
is In.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

P.S. Beebe brandished his inherent arrogance by awarding
the state’s Director of Higher Education Department, Jim Purcell a $50,000
raise.  That is a slap in the face of
every Arkansas citizen taxpayer. Political parasite Beebe does either not know
or care that the new homeless is the middleclass.

My assessment:  The
average Arkansan doesn’t even make $50,000 and you can stack the Jim Purcell’s
of the world like cordwood for $75,000 yr with no perks.

State officials defy laws, citizens and Constitution.

Governor Beebe and the Legislature’s
2009 incremental assaults on Western Civilization and Americana, count the
ways, accompanied by Senator Elliott’s return for the 3rd time to
the illegal alien (in-state tuition) education trough.
                                                    April
5, 2009

Specifically,
here are a few of the egregious attacks directed at Arkansas voters
demonstrating the chokehold state government is administering which destroys
our freedoms and levies oppressive taxation.

1.       Proposed destruction of the Electoral
College

2.       Refusal to make known to the Feds
that we demand enforcement of the 9th & 10th
Amendments

3.       “Enhanced” driver’s Licenses which
provide personal information globally.
Canada & Mexico already have received said information.

4.
Massive efforts to hamstring the homeschooling network–a statist and
teacher union strategy

5.
Massive expansion of Arkids 1st & related Affirmative
Action programs.

6.       Failure to address the illegal
immigration crisis—born out of fear and orchestrated by the Arkansas Friendship
Coalition, i.e. Tyson’s, Walton’s, Stephens, ACLU, LULAC, etc.

7.       The Governor’s refusal to order Greg
Crow and his agents to identify contractors employing Hispanics and
subsequently turn them over to ICE and/or other appropriate agencies for the
purpose of identifying.  Racial
profiling? Absolutely, 50%+ of Hispanics in this state are illegal aliens and
should be deported.

8.       Beebe’s announcement that he wants to
give a $50,000 per year increase to Jim Purcell, a shill for the university
systems. A raise of this magnitude is indeed sobering when the majority of
Arkansans don’t make $40,000 per year and losing employment by the thousands.
The audacity and arrogance!  Why
guaranteed economic protection for government employees and no protection whatsoever
for those of us subsidize the government cabals?  Of course the question will never be answered
truthfully.

9.       So-called Education lobby, NEA &
AEA, and a host of legislators/government employees maneuvering for $millions
more to be dumped into the public school black hole, e.g. the Senate passing a
Bill (35-0) aimed at helping retired school employees with rising healthcare
costs. To curry favor of and from teacher unions and other related types,
legislators treat this bunch as if they were an endangered species.

10.    TAXES—Fayetteville Shale Play,
Tobacco, attempt to tax milk, new millions into the State Police Retirement
Fund.

Citizens, anyone foolish enough to believe that the
individuals we elect are actually securing our Constitutional interests has
surely morphed into senility.  We have
only ourselves to blame for the outrageous conduct of the 2009 General
Assembly, conducted by Mike Beebe.  Beebe
is the titular head of the most powerfully corrupt political machine in the
history of our state, if for no other reason than the magnitude of the players.

It appears that Rep. Steve Harrelson has been anointed as the
Democrat Party’s chief Flack, which means he’s headed for more and better things
inside the Party. In other words, he’s Beebe’s “guy” in the House. Example,
Harrelson spoke against the 10th Amendment, and get this, “it was a
partisan maneuver that could hurt the states’ relations with Congress”.  In a previous statement he spoke of his
relationship with U.S. Rep. Mike Ross and did not want anything to hinder that
relationship.  Harrelson goes on to say “the
people of Arkansas are better served when governments work together”.  Precisely the opposite.  When governments get cozy the people get
screwed and is simply what is happening today at all levels. The federal
government is limited in its Constitutional authority over states and the
federal government, as with all governments, derives all their financing from
the producers by force. We have seen recently, in spades, that much of the
federal establishment is made up of outright criminals. By the way Harrelson,
do you believe your philosophy of government is superior to the Founders?  It certainly appears you do.

The Arkansas state government is nothing more than a
self-serving, sanctimonious fiefdom.
Question one of our “public servants” and note the response, that is if
you can catch one.

Last but not least, Senator Elliott and her 3rd
trip to the trough for illegal aliens.
Senators Elliott and Sue Madison commanded G. David Gearhart, Chancellor
of the Univ. of Arkansas System, to appear at a 3PM hearing, 3/23/09 to testify
on behalf of Elliott’s illegal alien Bill.

Governor, do you and the legislators voting for this corrupt
Bill find it curious that the Chancellor of our Flagship University testified
for criminals (those hiring & those employed) and directly against U.S. and
State law?  His testimony in no way can
be construed as University business.

Again, I call for his immediate resignation.

Chancellor Gearhart received an FOIA on March 28 which among
other items, his method of travel to Elliott’s hearing.  The flight log shows Gearhart to be a
prolific traveler at taxpayer expense.
That day alone he traveled from Fayetteville, to Jonesboro, then to
Monticello, then Little Rock, and back to Fayetteville.  On board were 2 pilots (Hill & Pepples)
and 3 passengers (Gearhart, & 2 administrators D. Pederson & M. Johnson),
the alleged purpose of this days travel was for “meetings”.  Aside from his illegal meeting with Elliott
& her crowd, I want to see the justification for the huge expenses entailed
in this day’s travel in a King Air.  For
example, could the other 2 stops been accomplished by teleconference?

When there is no detailed oversight on politicians, bureaucrats
and other government types, big mischief and expenses are sure to follow.

For all the crocodile tears shed on behalf of illegals and the
huge numbers of Arkansans enjoying welfare benefits, some for generations, for
what it’s worth, the American middleclass is now the “homeless class”.  As a disclaimer, there are some 3-5% of
American citizens who can in no way defend themselves; therefore we shower them
with whatever they need.  The
generational type welfare artists must be given the boot now.  What has evolved is a symbiotic relationship
between governments and so-called “minorities” and the fabric of our society,
i.e. the middleclass, is in reality the one getting the boot.

Gov. wants $50K raise for illegal alien enabler

April 1, 2009

Governor Beebe,
Jim Purcell, $50K raise, inside trading & illegal aliens.

To say that Gov. Beebe has chutzpah and is arrogant is like exclaiming
a shark has sharp teeth.

Fess up Governor, who of you cut the deal and why are you
proposing to give Director Purcell a $50,000 raise (the people’s money)?  This can only be construed as a very hurtful
slap in the face of all productive Arkansans; grand theft by any standard.

Purcell has a number of very curious positions relating to
the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion, e.g. when you, Gov. Beebe, not as
Attorney General but as Governor, decided that illegals in the university
system just might be illegal, the educantists began to squirm.

Purcell and Stanley Williams, a senior Associate Director of
Higher Education (whatever that might be) then entered the illegal university
student fray.  Williams wrote he doubted “Any
school has gained substantially (meaning money) from enrolling these students”.
(illegals)  He goes on to say there is “no
way to recoup money illegally obtained”.
Why not Stanley?

Purcell said a “check of the statewide data base of student
information found that about 2,000 people enrolled in Arkansas’ Colleges &
Universities attended under dummy social security numbers.”  Purcell then makes an observation for the
ages, “some of them could be illegal immigrants”.

Purcell has said “he’s not going to remove students from the
campus if they are not in the country legally”…meaning they are here illegally
and violating federal law.

Purcell’s conduct, in my opinion, exemplifies the fact he
has no regard for the Constitution or the Rule of Law.  (Quotes appeared in the Ark. Democrat-Gazette,
2008)

$50,000 raise you say Governor? No he should be fired
immediately. Citizens are tired of playing the numbers game.

On June 2, 2008 Beebe said “he’s not purposely avoiding the
discussion of whether compassion or the rule of law should dictate how Arkansas
treats its illegal immigrants”.  The
former A. G. and now Governor Beebe places compassion in juxtaposition to the
rule of law, i.e. of equal importance.
Beebe is dispensing $millions of taxpayer dollars to illegal aliens
without citizens’ knowledge or approval, as did his predecessor Mike Huckabee.

Governor, was it you or Purcell or both that organized Plaza
Comunitaria held at the capitol, paid for by the citizens, providing Mexican
diplomas for elementary & middle school education in Spanish for
illiterate, illegal Mexican adults & children provided by the Arkansas
Dept. of Education?

I would suspect that the legislators now in session have no
clue regarding the antics of the education cabal, and frankly in my opinion,
they couldn’t care less.  Legislators
tell me I’m wrong, and then prove it.

All of this unearned largesse that you are willing to
dispense Governor comes at a time when our middleclass citizens are struggling
mightily to survive in the throes of a depression.

You have no shame.
Bureaucrats & politicians should never receive a raise until and/or
the producers providing the revenue for government circuses are flourishing.

The easiest job in the world is spending other people’s
money.  Governor, I note that you want to
be competitive referring to Purcell’s proposed raise.  Are you indicating there are mobs trying to
lure Purcell to their institutions?  This
guy demonstrated he is not needed, nor is his buddy Stanley Williams.

Joe McCutchen

Electoral College ignorance or destructive complicity??

The Arkansas House passed HB 1339 to abolish the Electoral
College and it could be voted on by the Senate as early as Tuesday.  See the well written column below for details
and explanation.

If our legislators do not understand the importance and
necessity of the Founder’s Electoral College, then they do not understand the
difference between a democracy (majority rule tyranny) and a Republic
(individual rights & freedoms), what can we expect from the voting public?  Hopefully a whole lot more than that!

Supposedly, our elected representatives are schooled in the
principles and details of our Declaration of Independence, the Constitution,
the Bill of Rights, and the rule of law.
Obviously not.  Self-inflicted,
abysmal Ignorance could be used as an excuse for some, but that can’t be the
full story.

There are those intent on the destruction of our once
self-reliant Republic in favor of the forced redistribution of “Democracy”/Communism/Fascism.  There are many who are complicit in the giant
Protection Racket (see arkansasfreedom.net)
, skimming off what they can for themselves & buddies…after all, the
taxpaying, hard working citizens are bumpkins deserving of whatever the elite decides
is best.  Outsource or insource (steal)
their jobs, stick them with every tax possible, spit on their Constitutional
protections by dismantling them piece by piece and this is just one more
insult/injury to rule with impunity.

Since Gov. Beebe has stated that he will sign the Bill if it
passes…that tells us EXACTLY what his values are and where he stands.

Arkansas Needs Electoral College

Sunday, March 1, 2009 11:18 AM CST
The Electoral College is one of our U.S. Constitution’s masterful constructs.
Not only does it ensure a series of state-by-state contests every four years to
elect the president of our republic, but in large part, it ensures that the
nation’s chief executive pursues policies based on a broad national consensus.

But with a 54 to 43 vote this week, the state House of Representative attempted
to make Arkansas part of a national compact, which does away with the Electoral
College and would also undermine the votes cast by Arkansans in presidential
contests.

Under the
bill, which now goes to the state Senate for consideration, Arkansas would
allocate its six electoral votes based on the outcome of the national popular
vote.

Those pushing this movement nationwide — aptly named National Popular Vote —
claim their “bill would guarantee the Presidency to the presidential candidate
who receives the most popular votes in all 50 states (and the District of
Columbia).”

Upon the first reading, this may sound appealing to some, but understanding how
the compact would be applied and the potential consequences of its application,
the House’s action becomes all the more troubling.

Had this national vote compact been in place for the 2000 and 2008 presidential
elections, Arkansans’ votes would have been rendered null and void.

In 2000, then-Gov. George W. Bush won the Natural State, which allowed him to
win the presidency by capturing enough states to give him a majority in the
Electoral College. Of course his opponent, then-Vice President Al Gore, won a
majority of votes nationwide. Under the national popular vote model, Arkansas
would have been forced to allocate its six electors to vote for Gore.

Even though Arkansas handed Sen. John McCain a lopsided 60 percent to 40
percent victory over Sen. Barack Obama last year, under the national popular
vote model, those votes would have been wiped away and Arkansas’ six electoral
votes would have been awarded to the candidate Arkansas voters repudiated at
the ballot box.

The genius of our system is that it demands that winning presidential candidates
assemble a broad national coalition. They must appeal to the entire country;
not just a particular region.

If the Electoral College is replaced with this proposed system, then candidates
would forsake smaller states like Arkansas, which as recently as 2000 and 2004
served as a battleground state, for populous states and urban areas.

But this isn’t just about where our presidential candidates campaign every four
years; there are far greater consequences of moving to an electoral system in
which the nation’s chief executive need only be concerned with the interests of
the majority. Our founding fathers feared the potential domination of the
national government over the states and larger states domination over the
national government.

Realizing that such an imbalance would not serve the republic’s long-term
interests, the founders developed a system that balanced the states’ interests
with those of the national government. They also balanced the interest of both
large and small states by putting in place protections — the Electoral College,
for example — to help prevent national policy from serving only the interests
of larger states.

The 17th Amendment of the Constitution, which mandated the direct election of
U.S. senators, was the first step in undoing founders’ work and opened the door
for national government’s dominance over the states. Undoing the Electoral
College and replacing it with a national popular vote would place the interests
of larger states over our own.

The state Senate would be wise to halt this attempt to undo what our founders
so rightly devised.

Citizens suffer horrifying illegal alien crime & horrendous tax burdens

Subject: Citizens suffer horrifying illegal alien crime &
horrendous tax burdens

Remember
the old adage: Figures lie and liar figure.  But check out these stats
too: http://www.usillegalaliens.com/impacts_of_illegal_immigration_crime.html

Of the 55,322 illegal aliens studied, researchers found
that they were arrested a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8
arrests per illegal alien.

  • They were arrested for a total of
about 700,000 criminal offenses, averaging about 13 offenses per
    illegal alien
    .
  • 49% had previously been convicted
    of a felony
    , 20% of a
drug offense; 18% a violent offense, and 11%, other felony
    offenses.
  • 81% of the arrests occurred after
    1990
  • 56% of those charged with a reentry
offense had previously been convicted on at least 5 prior occasions.
  • Defendants charged with unlawful
reentry had the most extensive criminal histories
    . 90% had been previously
arrested. Of those with a prior arrest, 50% had been arrested for
    violent or drug-related felonies.

No
matter WHOSE figures you use, you come to the same conclusion: ILLEGALS,
aside from the crime of coming into the country illegally or staying after
their legal papers expire, have an horrific on our crimes in proportion on
their percentage of the population.

Study: Immigration offenses on the rise

Thursday, February 19, 2009

— Driven by a sharp growth in
illegal immigration and tougher enforcement, Hispanics accounted for 40
percent of all sentenced federal offenders in 2007, according to a new study.

Among
those sentenced for immigration offenses in 2007, 80 percent were Hispanic,
according to the study by the Pew Hispanic Center. Immigration offenses
represented nearly one-quarter of all federal convictions during the same
period, up from 7 percent in 1991, the study found.

Seventy-five
percent of Hispanic offenders sentenced for immigration crimes in 2007 were
convicted of entering the United States unlawfully or residing in the country
without authorization.

“There
was a very sharp rise of immigration offenses as a share of all offenses,”
said Paul Taylor Lopez, director of the Pew Hispanic Center.

 Does Arkansas Really Want
Universal Health Care?

Under the Cigarette tax bill, families with incomes of  $55,125 will
have access to insurance under ARKids First Medicaid insurance. 1  That income is $17,000 higher than median
annual income in Arkansas. See long
list of 16 benefits in red font below – better benefits than most of
you have!

Liberals and conservatives alike have labeled ARKids the cornerstone of an
agenda pushed by an advocacy group founded by Hillary Clinton.

Arkansas DHS Tom
Dalton stated at the inception of the ARKids program, “This program
will put us in a very small group of states that virtually provides a kind
of universal coverage for children.  Few states will cover
children up to 200 % of the poverty level.  I don’t know of any in the
South.” 4

Private insurance is covering 55,000 fewer children
than in 2000. 5

Can’t we get some legislators on board to oppose the necessary
Appropriation bill to expand this ARKids program?

 According to the Democrat Gazette,
no one is  opposing the expansion.

And
according to an article in the Jonesboro Sun, “The intense focus [on
children’s insurance] is driven by Democrats’ effort to incrementally
expand access to health insurance.  ” 7

 I
believe the majority of Arkansans would disagree with giving free (or with
minimum co-pay) insurance to families making $17,000 higher than the median
annual income in Arkansas.

As
of Sunday, Feb. 16, 09  “
The bill to change the ARKids
eligibility from 200 percent of the federal poverty limit to 250 percent has
yet to be filed, said Department of Human Services spokesman Julie
Munsell.” 8

More
Details

ARKIDS First Medicaid
insurance is one of the health programs to be expanded under the
cigarette tax.  The present eligibility requirement allows family up to
200% of federal poverty level to receive benefits, which is
$42,4000 for a family of
four. Governor Beebe’s plan using the cigarette tax increase would expand
the income level to 250% of poverty level (or
$55,125 annual income). An income of  $55,125  is approximately $17,000  higher
than median annual income in Arkansas)
6

There is a push in Arkansas  to fund
ARKIDS  at 300% by Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families (this
is the organization founded by Hillary Clinton and  one of the main liberal
groups who threatened suit against the implementation of the ban on
homosexuals the state adopted as a result of a ballot initiative).
7 This would essentially be universal health care for
children and a major step toward universal health care for the nation. And
what would that do to private insurance companies and the economy?

And what will that do to health care in our
nation.  When a doctor of one large group in our city was asked what
Obama’s  looming  health care plan will do to our medical care,
he responded that we are already suffering the consequences.  He said
the number of internal medicine doctors and general practitioners in their
group had already dropped from nine to three doctors.  He said if he
were to die, it would take at least a year to replace him in the
group.  What will it be like when health care becomes universal?

ARKids coverage includes the
following according to ARKids pamphlets given out in school systems.
Do your children have health coverage this good?  And if so, at what
cost?

Physician Office Visit

Immunizations

Inpatient Hospital

Dental Care

Home Health

Chiropractors

Laboratory and /x-ray

Durable Medical Equipment

Prescription Drugs

Outpatient Hospital

Vision Care

Outpatient Mental and Behavioral
Health

by chicken pluckers, construction groups and the formally arraigned “Arkansas Friendship
Coalition” headed by Tyson shill Archie Schaeffer and preacher Copely.

Our
survival depends on you.

Senator
Joyce Elliot, why are you sponsoring legislation that allows illegal aliens to
receive scholarships to Arkansas’ colleges/universities? Don’t you remember the
loud voice Arkansans spoke with when then Governor Huckabee tried this exact
same thing? Surely you know that Arkansas has received an F for college
affordability and a D+ in benefits.  Help OUR children to attend college.

You
want aliens put ahead of your own constituents, whose educational needs should
come first.  Statistics show that 50% of Black High School students are
dropouts. Senator, in view of this statistic why do you champion the causes of
illegals and their enablers instead of working to raise the graduation rate of
African Americans?

The
Governor and Legislature have sworn to protect Arkansas’ students and not 3rd
World illegal aliens. Let’s help our own before we throw money at those who are
here illegally.

Sen.
Elliot, Arkansans can only assume that you are looking out for illegals more
than your own constituents.  Favoring those who illegally hire illegals,
or have radical immigration views like LULAC, La Raza, and MALDEF.  Why?
What is your reason to support those who are here against our laws?

Your
offer of additional services to illegal’s only serves, as a magnet for more
illegal’s to come to Arkansas who in the end will bankrupt our educational
system.

Catholic
Bishop Anthony Taylor stated “55% of Arkansas Catholics are recent immigrants
from Mexico and Central America”…meaning primarily illegals.  He further
stated “If those people weren’t here, quite a few of our parishes wouldn’t be
viable”.  Taylor says “the future of the Catholic Church rests in
immigrants”…meaning overwhelmingly illegals. (1)

Taylor
makes a mockery of our laws in an effort to save his churches dying parishes
while saddling Arkansas taxpayers with the cost of education, healthcare,
social services, translators, and job stealing for these illegals.

Taylor
is now advocating scholarships for illegals, when a blockbuster study showed
Arkansas with an F in college affordability.

Gov.
Beebe and U of A chancellor Gearhart are advocating for illegals.
Gearhart is fundraising while Beebe equivocates. As the former Attorney General
for Arkansas, Beebe should know “the only way foreign nationals can attend
college in the U.S. legally is through the ICE agencies, “Internal Student
Exchange and Visitors Program”. (2) Illegals cannot qualify.

Who
dictates political policy in Arkansas?  The Governor and legislature,
corporations, or the Catholic Church? Or all of the above?  Catholic
Bishop Anthony B. Taylor has launched an attack against Arkansas
citizens.  Taylor states “Catholics are called to welcome immigrants,
regardless of how they came to this country”, he states “No government has the
right to deprive anyone of their God-given rights”.  The Vatican does not
permit any immigration.

Bishop,
what are the god-given rights which apply to criminals? Are you saying Mexicans
can invade our borders, steal our jobs, destroy healthcare & public
education, and break other laws and not be deported?   Your politically
correct compassion (follow the money) at taxpayer expense would be better
demonstrated by the Vatican selling off its treasure troves and dispersing it
to poverty-ridden Catholics.

The
Catholic Church should clean up its house and cease attacking our sovereignty
and rule of law. 88% of Mexico’s population is Catholic, move your crusade
to Mexico.

The Protection Racket reigns supreme

Ladies & Gentlemen of the Arkansas State Legislature:                         January 1, 2009

Individuals who are employed by various government entities
are assured of getting a check each week, accompanied by any number of perks,
compliments of the producers, i.e. those of us who generate the funds for their
existence.

Many if not most, have a complete disconnect, in that they
have no immediate concerns regarding the recession and ultimately the
depression we are about to enter.  The
unemployment lines will continue to get longer and the conditions causing these
lines will exacerbate.

As you ladies & gentlemen enter the legislative arena,
the usual fundraising hordes will be on the attack, notably the educantists,
which brings me to the point of this missive.
I will address one small area briefly; hopefully you all will get the
message—accountability.

I cite the Univ. of Arkansas at Fort Smith and Chancellor
Paul Beran. There is no public awareness of public schools and higher education’s
spending habits and justifications, only “we need more money”. All school
systems are awash in money and their areas of involvement in society needlessly
continue to expand.

In the case of UAFS and Chancellor Beran’s insatiable appetite
for global involvements is but one example.
Many if not most of the students at said institution have never read the
Constitution, the Bill of Rights, could not tell you who the Constitutional
officers are or the state’s two senators, as examples.  Yet Beran, with selected bureaucrats and
students, globe trots with chutzpah while fanning the flames for “globalization”(collectivism)
at enormous cost to the producers, when our state and city would be best served
by teaching students the obligations of American citizenship and its incumbent
responsibilities.  As pointed out above,
he has no regard for those paying for his salary and many perks.

Another item with which I take umbrage is electronic billboards
residing in Fort Smith advertising UAFS. Students interested in college won’t
be influenced by billboards.

I am asking each of you to demand specific accountability on
these many murky expenditures, demand a cutback in personnel, i.e. assistants,
deputies, ad infinitum, and a list of the top 50 employees and their
accompanying salaries…to name a few. (This should apply across the board).

There was a time when school administrators could be
believed—those days are gone.  We have
about reached the point of having to turn over our paychecks to the failed
public and higher education fiefdoms.

And finally, two more vivid examples of wholesale corruption
by government officials, past & present. You know the specifics of Lu
Hardin’s wanton pillaging of UCA. Now comes our career self-serving governor
who has appointed his old buddy Jay Bradford to head another government agency
as Insurance Commissioner, replete with a $9,000 yearly increase. This is a
blatant conflict of interest since Bradford owns an insurance agency, and to
further this outrage, Bradford’s agency does business with the state.  So much for ethics and the rule of law….things
our state government is not known for. Bradford was recently Director of the “Behavioral
Sciences Division” at the Arkansas DHS.
Qualifications?

Why are there not criminal investigations?  Shades of “Blago”.

The Protection Racket reigns supreme.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

What goes on at the (illegal) Mexican consulate…protection racket story?

Going for the ID

The first foreign consulate in Arkansas keeps busy issuing
identity cards and other documents to Mexicans living here

Tuesday, October 14, 2008

— In April 2007, the Mexican government
formally opened its 47th consulate in the United States in Little Rock,
bringing the first – and still only – foreign consulate to the state. Mexico’s
is the largest consular network operated by any country inside another.

Four
years before, former Arkansas Gov. Mike
Huckabee had flown to Mexico City to meet with former Mexican President Vicente
Fox
to suggest he consider establishing consular representation in
Arkansas. In 2006, the U.S. Census Bureau reported that Arkansas had 104,920
Mexicans out of a Hispanic population of 138,283. Considering the thousands of
uncounted illegalaliens, Andres Chao, Mexican
consul in Little Rock, estimates the actual number of Mexicans is closer to
185,000.

In
its first year and a half, the consulate issued
almost 30,000
documents to Mexicans in its jurisdiction of
Arkansas, eastern Oklahoma and western Tennessee – and Mississippi, until the
New Orleans consulate reopened in March. For Mexican nationals, those documents
include consular identification cards, passports, powers of attorney, birth
certificates and marriagelicenses, as well as visas for foreigners planning to
spend prolonged periods of time in Mexico.

The
consulate, at 3500 S.University Ave., reports that the greatest demand is for
the identification card, called the matricula consular in Spanish and issued by
the Mexican government since 1871. The card represents more than half of all
documents issued.

“It
is useful for opening bank accounts, but also is useful forthem to have an
identification with their real name and real address,” Chao said. “The Mexican
national needs to prove with an original birth certificate that he is a Mexican
national, then show another original ID card and then, proof of residence. With
these documents, we are allowed to get them a passport or matricula consular.”

At
$27, the card, which is valid for five years, is cheaper than a passport, which
costs $74 and expires after three years or $101 for a six-year version. An
additional benefit to the matricula is the fact that it includes the bearer’s
address, while the passport does not, says Eric Levy, a deputy consul. The U.S.
government requires passports for any person entering the country by air – and
beginning in June 2009, by land or sea as well. Levy says many customers
purchase a matricula and a passport.

“The
purpose of the matricula consular is for the sending state to have a registry
of their citizens living in the receiving state,” Levy says. It is up to municipal governments, banks and other
agencies to decide whether to accept the card as a means of identification
.

According
to the consulate, 1,439 police departments, 265 counties, 435 cities and 475
banks accept the card nationally.

A
dispute has erupted over the use of the card in acquiring an American driver’s
license. The state of Arkansas does not accept
foreign documents other than passports when issuing driver’s licenses
.
Foreign passports must be accompanied by an Immigration and Naturalization
Services card or a U.S. visa.

Carlos
Cervantes, state director of the Arkansas chapter of the League of United Latin
American Citizens, said it would be logical to
allow use of the card in helping uninsured Mexicans acquire licenses and car
insurance.

“I
don’t want to get hit by any uninsured [driver], whether he’s documented or
undocumented, whether he’s a citizen or noncitizen,” Cervantes said. “We need
to figure something out so they can participate in the rules of the law.”

The
card has been criticized as facilitating illegal aliens’ functioning in
day-to-day society and threatening national security. In 2003, Steve McCraw,
assistant director of the FBI Office of Intelligence, testified to the U.S.
House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Claims that
the consular ID card “is not a reliable form of identification, due to the
nonexistence of any means of verifying the true identity of the card holder.”

“We
have absolutely no hand in how these cards are issued or who they’re given to
or what sort of background is run on these folks, so for the [United States] to
accept these cards as a legitimate form of identification, we would be
completely remiss in checking for a number of things that we check for when we
issue identification here in the [United States],” said Caroline Dierker, national spokesman for the Department of Homeland
Security. “In terms of security, it would be a risk because we don’t have any
role in giving the cards.”

Levy
said the Mexican government observes strict procedures when checking clients’
application documents. In the aftermath of increased security and identity
concerns after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the Mexican government
also set up an intraconsular database in 2002.

“That
means that if you got a matricula in Seattle or Albuquerque and show up here,
when we put your data in, the system will automatically have a red flag
informing us of your previous matricula and then we will not be able to issue
another one,” Levy said. “Regarding the birth certificates, we have trained
personnel that check the validity of the birth certificates and any other
document presented to us. If there is any doubt about the authenticity of the
document, we just don’t issue a matricula.”

But
birth certificates can be forged, and people have been arrested while
possessing multiple consular ID cards, said Bob Dane, press secretary for
Washingtonbased Federation for American Immigration Reform. His nonprofit
public interest group estimates that 3 million matriculas consulares are
circulating in theUnited States.

Though
LULAC does not encourage illegal immigration, said Michel Leidermann, state
director of communications, even undocumented immigrants who have demonstrated
a commitment to the U.S. economy should be supported in their efforts to
operate legally in society.

“Once
they’ve been here for years and are good citizens, paying taxes, they don’t
have problems with the law, they have American children, they have businesses,
they work, and so on, they should be given certain latitudes, contrary to those
that just crossed the border yesterday,” he said.

The
Washington-based Center for Immigration Studies contends that the matricula
consular is only needed for Mexicans residing in the United States illegally
because legal residents can obtain other identification documents.

“We should not be doing things that basically make
illegal immigration an attractive option
, meaning they shouldn’t be able
to come here and get a driver’s license, bank account, mortgage, job, among
other things, because those are the things that people are immigrating here
legally for – to improve their lifestyle,” said the center’s spokesman Bryan
Griffith. “Any legal immigrant has absolutely no need for the matricula.”

The
list of banks accepting the card now includes Bank of America, Chase, Citibank,
Capital Bank and regional institutions Twin City Bank, Metropolitan Bank and
Arvest Bank, according to Levy. Early this decade, Bank of America, which has
50 branches in Arkansas, was one of the first to accept the card along with a
secondary form of ID to open a bank account.

“We
have long supported service to Hispanics, and it was around the same time also
that we started launching our bilingual ATM, so it was a natural fit for us to
be able to offer that,” said Diane Wagner, a Bank of America spokesman. “It
enables them to establish a checking account and a banking relationship, which
would be good for them to establish a credit history. It also enables them to
know that their money is put in a financial institution and it’s safe.”

She
said that the company “follows all federal laws relating to identification
requirements for new customers.”

But
Dane said that opening the financial system to those whose backgrounds may not
have been sufficiently checked could be contributing to the current credit
crisis.

“It’s unconscionable for U.S. banks to identify an
illegal population as a group of potential customers
, and to some extent
– we don’t really know the depth of it – that may very well be part of the
problem with our subprime mortgage crisis and credit crisis,” Dane said. “There
are times where identification theft, financial meltdown and risk of terrorism
ought to really supersede the acceptance of these Mexican governmentissued ID
cards.”

Bank
of America does not go out of its way to recruit customers living in the United
States illegally, Wagner said, but does want “to offer innovative financial
services that meet the needs of all our customers, including our Hispanic
customers.”

When
issuing documents or providing any other service, the consulate is unconcerned
with the immigration status of its clients, consul Chao said. The consulate’s
responsibility is to represent the Mexican government, not to question the
reason Mexican citizens are requesting services, he said.

“For
me, what’s important is they are Mexican nationals, regardless of immigration
status,” he said.

To
reach Mexicans throughout its tri-state jurisdiction, the consular staff sets
up mobile consulates once a year in each major city in its region. Because
consular equipment is needed for these trips, the staff holds its portable
versions on weekends so as to not interfere with normal business at the
consulate. Prior to this year’s one-day visit to the Springdale Civic Center in
August, the 350 appointment slots filled up ahead of time. The consulate added
100 more the day of the event.

Mobile
consulates are heldonly rarely, so many clients must travel to Little Rock.
Before the Arkansas consulate opened, Mexicans had to travel to Kansas City,
Mo., Dallas or Atlanta.

On
a Thursday in August, the consulate’s lobby was busy. Martin Gomez and 10
relatives drove seven hours from Enid, Okla., to obtain Mexican passports to
visit family in the state of Jalisco. Passports are not required to enter
Mexico, but are required for re-entry to the United States.

Guadalupe
Barbosa of Springdale accompanied his wife to obtain a matricula that showed
her married name.

Levy
said Mexico is not the only country to register its citizens via a system like
the matricula consular. El Salvador and Guatemala, for instance, do the same.

The
consulate opened with a staff of eight and accepted only morning appointments.
In August, the Mexican government authorized a second shift, increasing the
number of daily appointments from 160 to 300. The staff now totals 21,
including four Americans.

Aside
from documentation, the consulate’s work involves two other areas: consular
protection and legal affairs, and community affairs. The purpose of the first
is “to ensure the rights of the Mexican nationals [who] are living here in
Arkansas,” Chao said. Article 36 of the 1963 Vienna Convention on Consular
Relations, of which the United States and Mexico are signatories, requires
American authorities to inform the Mexican consulate if a Mexican national who
is arrested requests it. Though the consulate can’t represent defendants in
court and has no lawyers on staff, it can consult on legal cases and offer
advicein hiring attorneys.

Leidermann
of LULAC said since the consulate has opened, detaining authorities have made
an increased effort to inform the consulate’s legal affairs division of such
arrests.

“Whenever
you have an immigration raid or anything like that, what they’re doing now is
making sure that the Arkansas authorities notify the consulate immediately when
they detain a Mexican citizen, which didn’t happen before,” he said. “One of
the things that the consulate has achieved is that the police departments,
sheriffs, state police and so on, know that immediately when they detain a
foreign citizen, they have to alert the consulate. So that’s an improvement in
civil rights.”

Consular
protection and legal affairs is also responsible for sending the remains of
deceased Mexicans to Mexico.

As
the Mexican government’s highest-ranking authority in the consulate’s
jurisdiction, Chao acts as a figurehead at cultural ceremonies such as last
month’s Grito de Independencia – Independence Day celebration in the River
Market – and Cincode Mayo in May. He meets with local, state and university
officials and American and Mexican entrepreneurs to promote business and
cultural relationships between the two. In June, he accompanied 11
representatives from Arkansas government and businesses on a trade mission to
Mexico City and Pachuca, Little Rock’s Sister City.

Chao
said that state industries, particularly air and space, can benefit from the
consulate’s commercial networking. He is working with Little Rock National
Airport, Adams Field, to establish a direct flight to Mexico, which would be
the airport’s first international flight. Airport spokesman T.J. Williams said
the airport is working with Customs and Border Protection to determine a
location for a customs and security inspection area by the end of the year,
although talks are only preliminary.

“Before,
[Arkansas businesses] didn’t have this opportunity, just to give you an
example, with the trade mission,” Chao said. “If we are not here, it is
probably more difficult for different businesses to open the door, have the
contacts and the recommendations and have meetings as productive as they were
with the states of Jalisco and Chiapas.”

The
consulate also organizes events to benefit the local Mexican community, such as
an annual health week at the consulate. Chao has helped install two photography
exhibits showcasing Mexico at the Statehouse Convention Center. He and the
consul for documentation affairs, Alejandro Leon Vargas, spend an hour each
Friday on Springdale and Fort Smith Spanish radio stations answering listeners’
questions on consular services.

Soon,
Mexico may not have the only consulate in Arkansas. The Marshall Islands’
4,000-8,000 population in Springdale has been estimated to be the largest
Marshallese population outside the Pacific island nation. The community is
making plans to open a consul’s office of its own. The Marshall Islands’ Public
Service Commission posted a job advertisement for a consul in May and
Marshallese President Litokwa Tomeing visited Northwest Arkansas in June.

Trail of Tears in state government…patriots rot in jail while criminals run our government & snatch our purses. Friendship Coalition? What a cruel hoax.

Arkansas’ own Trail of Tears”, i.e. the crimes of the
Oligarchs and their enablers.

Where to begin? The Arkansas Friendship Coalition.  No friends in this coalition, all money
launderers.  Listed below are some of the
principals: their traitorous conduct will be detailed later.

The Rev. Steve Copley, Archie Schaffer, Randy Wilbourn, Rita
Sklar, Neal Sealy, Tommy Fish, Graham Catlett, Mark Stodola, Stacy Sells, Skip
Rutherford, Alan Leveritt, Wendell Griffin, Jim Miranda, John DiPippa, Warren
Stephens.

The AFC is an open-borders, cheap labor, and amnesty organization
dedicated to the genocide of middleclass Americans and in this case middleclass
Arkansans.

The enablers of the AFC begin and end with a rogue Arkansas
state government.  Illegal immigration is
their  prize in the battle between the
citizens and the Oligarchs/politicians/bureaucrats/political parties/religion.

Note the big players, i.e. Tyson’s , Walton’s, Stephen’s,
the Catholic Church, never offer up their ill-gotten lucre to pay for the
carnage heaped upon our society by the illegal Mexican and OTM invaders. The
corporate elite puppeteers simply pull the strings of their political
subordinates when need arises. Governor Mike Beebe and Attorney General  Dustin McDaniel and insider Moril Harriman
pull  the unconstitutional strings.  A feckless Ark. State Legislature, ensconced in
the protection racket, never question the Oligarchs authority—some out of fear,
some devoid of ethics/morality, and some (I fear the majority)  seeking acceptance from the Oligarchs’ trough
and climbing the murky political/economic rope.

The principals:  Gov.
Mike Beebe…an attorney, 20+ yrs in the legislature, 4 yrs as Attorney General,
2 yrs as Governor.  Never has he taken a
public Constitutional position on a substantive issue, e.g. the illegal Mexican
invasion.   The Governor’s non-positions are designed to
convey the idea that he cannot act. Unfortunately many Arkansans fall for this
bromide.  Beebe says  â€œIt is a federal responsibility”, his position
is partially true, Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution.  I must remind the Governor that we  are the United States of America and not the
United State of Amerika…and he therefore has the obligation to secure our
sovereignty by enforcing U.S. Federal law 8USC.
Beebe’s stated position in no way absolves him from enforcing
immediately the aforementioned laws. Beebe would have us believe that he does
not have the legal authority to enforce USC 8. Are we to understand by refusing
to secure Arkansas’ sovereign border, he has no problem continuing to allow illegals
to overrun our citizenry? In this regard, Beebe was quoted in the same piece “we
need stronger enforcement of the Federal laws that our taxpayers pay the
federal government to uphold”. Gov. Beebe, since you are the elected leader of
Arkansas why don’t you lead in enforcing federal laws?  The United States Code Title 8…gives the
authority to arrest illegal aliens to ”all other law enforcement whose duty it
is to enforce criminal law”. Http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/ts

Arkansas has also authorized
enforcement of Federal Immigration Laws.
http://www.arkansasleg.state.ar.us./acts/2005/public/act907.pdf

All this information and more means there is NO BAR TO
ENFORCEMENT OF IMMIGRATION LAW BY STATE & LOCAL AUTHORITIES.   The Dept of Justice believes state &
local police are entitled to act when they believe Federal immigration laws are
being violated.

 Some of Beebe’s more
profoundly absurd utterances…”legal is legal, illegal is illegal, and we’re
going to have to find out what is legal”.
He goes on to say “the State has all kinds of laws dealing with
immigration”…name them Governor, and why aren’t you enforcing them?  He also said “I took an oath the U.S. &
Ark. Constitution”…when will you begin?  “I’m
not going to increase taxes to do the Fed’s job”.  Arkansas has a billion dollar surplus.  “I did not know about Act 907”….Act 907 bars
contractors from doing business with the state who hire illegals. Beebe was
A.G. at the time and he says he did not know about 907.  “police depts. & sheriffs & INS/ICE
should be arresting those hiring illegals”….Governor, why don’t you command
them to do so?

4/8/8 Beebe was asked if Ark. Should pass a law such as Okla.’s
strict immigration law?  Beebe stated,

“there are  current
criminal violation in state law that address that issue” . Gov. state them and
why are they not being enforced? He said “there’s already a state prohibition
against illegal aliens receiving certain benefits, such as Medicaid”.  Illegals receive all state services on
demand, no questions asked.

Gov. Michael Beebe can only be described as an arrogant
hired-gun for corporatist elitists.

Headline: Arkansas Democrat-Gazette                                  5/20/08

Beebe quote “While I oppose illegal immigration, I cannot support
this initiative” (Initiative proposes to eliminate state benefits to illegal
aliens not mandated by the Fed).  Beebe
says “all of these proposals, major provisions are already covered by Federal
or state laws, and the proposal will create bigger government and cost
Arkansans money”.   Another nonsensical
statement by the governor.

If these provisions are already covered, how would it create
a bigger government and cost Arkansans money?
When, where and how often have they been enforced and what has been the
outcome?

In this same article the Democrat printed a study released
last year by the Urban Institute,  funded
by Arkansas’ Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, reported that “aliens and their
children have a small, but positive net fiscal impact on the state budget” .   The study found that the state spent $237
million in 2004 (that’s 4 yrs ago), on education, health services and prison
services for aliens, but took in $257 million in tax revenue from the same
population.”

There are literally hundreds of other services not counted
in the Rockefeller study.  The
Rockefeller Foundation in 2006 determined that more than ½ Hispanics are here
illegally. “The state’s manufacturing wage bill would have been as much as $95
million higher in 2004 if the same output were to be maintained without illegal
workers”.

According to a published report in Judicial Watch 5/6/08,
over 60% of HUD properties are occupied by illegals.  La Raza (the Hispanic race organization) $1.3
million from HUD this year to conduct “comprehensive housing counseling” for
Hispanics (whether they are in the country legally or not).

In this same report, it is stated that the new law (FHA
Housing Stabilization & Homeownership Retention Act of 2008) includes $100
million for the National Council of La Raza, which has raked in millions of
taxpayers’ dollars over the year.

So much for the criminal burden placed on middleclass
Americans by the corruption of government at all levels.

It is more than apparent that Gov. Beebe has no intention of
stopping the bleeding that is caused by the illegal Mexican and OTM
invasion.  He along with  the rest of state government have thrown
their considerable legislative, judicial, law enforcement  powers into the abyss known as the
open-border, cheap labor cartels at any cost. Beebe has continually posed his
position as one of “economics”.  Even as
Attorney General he skated and dodged with outright lies, doublespeak, obfuscation,
when he knows and you know it is a rule of law issue.

Citizens don’t let this foil of the Tyson’s, the Walton’s,
the Stephen’s, et al make you believe he can’t stop this genocide.

October 3, 2005, then Gov. Mike Huckabee accompanied by
Robert Trevino, past president of LULAC, flew in the state’s airplane to Mexico
City for a meeting with then president Vicente Fox. The purpose of that trip
was to inaugurate plans for the construction of a Mexican Consulate in Little
Rock, Arkansas.  Ultimately the Mexican
Consulate was formally opened in March, 2007. During the interim 2005-2007 a
number of illegal acts took place.

Huckabee violated Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution,
which states in part no State shall, without the consent of Congress, enter
into Any Agreement or Compact with another State or with a foreign power.  The Arkansas state legislature was not aware
of Huckabee’s activities as far as I know the first elected representative to
find out about the Consulate plans was a state senator from Hot Springs who
made known his feelings.

A private investigator was hired shortly after the
revelation and it was determined that Andres Chao and another Mexican lawyer
were officing in a state owned building, using state employees for secretarial
work. Huckabee or one of his minions charged the Mexican government $1.00 for
the offices and secretaries.  Further
investigations revealed that an Arkansas Consortium had agreed to pay the
expenses incurred by the Consulate for 3 years, with an option for 3 more.

I was told if I wanted written records I would have to
journey to Little Rock and pick up requested documents at Trevino’s
office.  Trevino was appointed head of
Ark. Rehab. Services. Qualifications? Trevino presented the FOI documents to me
and my  attorney, but before that he
redacted the names of the Consortium.   I
have been unable to determine what the names were on the redaction.  Ask yourselves what groups or entities would
pay 3 years of expenses for a foreign national government and how they would
benefit.

The Mexican Consulate serves as a clearinghouse for illegal
Mexicans to be distributed to the criminal workforce, i.e. Walton’s, Tyson’s,
Simmons, Ark. General Contractors, etc.
The Consulate also serves as a distributors of false documentation, the
Matricular Consular card which banks, and other federal & state entities
regularly accept. A citizen, the rule of law occupies no position in this
criminal quest for ill gained moneys—simply put, follow the money.

Former Little Rock Mayor Dailey, while in office, awarded
$50,000 taxpayers’ dollars to  the
Consulate and as Huckabee was coming to the end of his term, he withdrew
$10,000 taxpayer dollars out of the emergency fund and gave it to the Mexican
Consulate. Needless to say, there are numerous highly questionable activities
that went on and is ongoing.

During the time that we were investigating the criminal acts
surrounding the implementation of the Mexican Consulate, I had 3 conversations
about the aforementioned with then Attorney General Mike Beebe.  During the first conversation with Beebe I
suggested to him that as the chief law enforcement agent for the state, he
institute legal action against Gov. Huckabee on a number of levels, but of
course Article 1, Section 10 was the focal issue.   Beebe responded with hyperbole and
ultimately stated that he only represented state agencies.

My second conversation with Beebe, I asked for a meeting
with he and the governor to discuss these apparent violations of the law…he
said he would speak to the governor.  He
himself, was running as hard as he could for governor at that time and in his
typically cowardly persona he was not about to tick off the governor, the
poultry federation, and the Ark. General Contractors who were making millions
off illegals while middleclass Arkansans are subsidizing the whole of corporate
criminality.

My third and final conversation with Beebe:  He said he would take it to the state
police.  What a great idea, Huckabee appointed
the head of the state police.  Did Beebe
ever carry out his suggestion?  The
answer is NO.

Beebe was quoted in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Tuesday
May 20, 2008…”While I oppose illegal immigration”.   Governor, when, where, and how?  It is patently obvious you have sold out
middleclass Arkansans to the Tyson’s, Walton’s, Stephen’s, and the rest of the
Arkansas Friendship Coalition—the criminals hiring, transporting and abetting
illegal aliens.  A clear genocidal act
against the middleclass by you and your administration.

Headline: Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Friday May 23, 2008….”State’s
colleges warned about in-state tuition”.

The two biggest violators in granting in-state benefits are
the U of A Fayetteville and UCA at Conway.

The governor’s mandate is indeed curious. The 2005 legislature
defeated HB 1525 which would have awarded scholarships to illegals and other
benefits.  USC President Lu Hardin came
forth with the brilliant statement “however, the governor’s mandate….is a
reasonable request and the Univ. of Central Arkansas is immediately changing
our application to reflect that.”  Hardin
goes on to say that “they will not make the policy retroactive”.   Why not Mr. Hardin?  Is the illegal funding so dear to you that
you will continue to break the law?

Enter U of A president B. Alan Sugg, who said in a statement
“the University of Arkansas system have not knowingly violated state and
federal law”.   He goes on to say “this
is a complex issue that is not unique to Arkansas”.  The issue is not complex; it is a matter of
adhering to Arkansas mandates and U.S. Law.
Both Sugg & Hardin are either ignorant of the most basic of laws or
liars.   Both should be terminated from
their positions immediately.  Gentlemen,
acquaint with yourselves with 8 USDC, spec ifically with Section 1325, 1324a,
& 1324c.

The article states the “Dept. of Higher Education lacks
direct governing authority over the state’s institutions of higher education”.  Another vivid, sordid example of state
institutions with no accounting authority running amuck.   I will name others in this piece.

Next comes newly elected Attorney General Dustin
McDaniel.  A majority of voters elected
McDaniel to this office and in short order McDaniel signed on to be Hillary
Clinton’s co-chair in Arkansas.   It
seems that this is more than a conflict and he is using taxpayer money to
project his political profile to snag a job in D.C. should Hillary become
president. …but maybe not.   The
campaigning using taxpayer money is not ethical, but since when has ethics
entered into the mix in Arkansas, particularly with the pathetic so-called “ethics
committee”.

Further investigation identifies McDaniel’s office as being
in the Tower Building owned by 46 yr old Graham Catlett and his law partner
Little Rock mayor Mark Stodola. To be fair, the past 2 Attorneys General  Beebe and Pryor have occupied offices in
Catlett’s building.  A number of questions
arise.  Why is a Constitutional Arkansas office
holder housed in a private building?

2. What monetary arrangements with reference to rent have
been made?  And who makes the
payments?  Why would Arkansas’ chief law
enforcement agent, i.e. McDaniel, occupy close quarters with the state’s
largest attorney firm dealing with legal & illegal immigration and at the
same time supporting amnesty, cheap labor, and open borders?

Harkening back to the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, donors
directly associated include Graham Catlett’s name.  He is also a major donor to Dustin McDaniel’s
campaign.   Graham Catlett=$4,000,
Catlett/Stodola=$4,000, Catlett, inc=$4,000, Meredith Catlett=$6,000, and Catlett
Tower Partnership=$4,000. Donors directly associated with the Arkansas
Friendship Coalition have contributed $36,300.Some of the most notorious open
borders advocates are Archie Schaffer (bagman for Tyson’s Foods), Don Tyson,
John Tyson, Alltel, etc.  Sources: Dustin
McDaniel Campaign Filing Reports.

What is the attraction that Graham Catlett and friends have
with D. McDaniel, put another way, is McDaniel being influenced, coerced, or in
any way acting unethically?

Headline: Arkansas Democrat-Gazette…Sat. 5/24/2008.

Regarding Gov. Mike Beebe’s ultimatum that university
officials change their policies to ensure they’re asking prospective students
whether they’re  legal residents of the
U.S.  University system president B. Alan
Sugg said “the UA system wasn’t trying to flout the law previously when it
failed to ask for evidence of legal residency to determine who’s eligible to
pay in-state tuition. Sugg is openly admitting he was aware of the law and
chose to violate the law with impunity.
Note there is absolutely no oversight over the Dept. of Education and
its ancillary departments.    The Dept of
Education can only be described as an out-of-control money laundering operation.

UCA president Lu Hardin stated  “there’s no plan to check the applications of
current students”….why not, Mr. Hardin?
That statement reeks with arrogance and reminds me of the woman who said
she’s just a little bit pregnant.

ASU president Les Wyatt stated his university had always
complied with the law.  He also stated
that he tried to pass legislation in 2005 that would have granted in-state
tuition benefits to illegal aliens. Note that all these benevolent individuals
who support expansion of welfare programs to illegals are in the taxpayer
trough.

Dan Hurley, Director of State Relations at the American
Association of State Colleges & Universities, said “the national debate on
the issue has intensified over the past year”.
He goes on to say “ it makes economic sense these individuals, they are
not going back to their home country. They’re staying in Arkansas.”  Hurley speaks like a true Marxist…how many
sponges like Hurley do you think there are in the Dept. of Education who are
living off the producers, i.e. those of us who are keeping these Marxist
parasites in diapers?
