Some of the Real Enemies who threaten our sovereignty

The Constitution & Rule of Law VS. Catholics, throw in Methodists, Presbyterians, Baptists and Episcopalians.                            September 6, 2012

The Founders had severe reservations regarding Catholics emigrating from Europe to the New Country. Certainly, I am not aware of what those specific concerns were.  In the 20th & 21st century I know what my concerns are.

According to the Ark. Democrat-Gazette, Arkansas Catholic Bishop Anthony Taylor and Christian leaders, on Tuesday at the Democrat National Convention criticized immigration laws and “they called unjust and contrary to Biblical teaching”.  Bishop Taylor, since his first appearance in Arkansas, has had no concern for the U.S. Constitution, i.e. separation of church and state.

Bishop Taylor is one of the founders of the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, an open-border, cheap labor cabal, populated with numbers of Arkansas “Bigs”.  Some of their members: Steve Copley, Methodist Pastor; Archie Schaffer, Tyson; Rita Sklar, ACLU; Warren Stephens, Stephens Inc.;  Tommy Fish, Associated General Contractors; Graham Catlett, Catlett & Stodola Law Firm; Stacy Sells, Cranford, Johnson, Robinson, Wood Advertising; Skip Rutherford, Clinton School of Public Service; John DiPippa, UALR Law Professor; Alan Leveritt, Publisher of Arkansas Times & El Latino newspapers; etc. etc.  All for profit and political gain?

“People have the right and in many cases, the obligation to move to another locale, to provide for their families” Taylor said. Nowhere is Taylor inclined to abide by the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution. In a slip of the tongue in 2010 Taylor stated “without illegal Mexicans and other Hispanics the Catholic Church in Arkansas could not survive”; therefore the real reason for Taylor’s vitriol is not saving souls but money gathering at the expense of sovereignty.
Taylor and his ilk are more than happy to destroy the foundation of our republic for monetary gain, e.g. open borders (Hispanics are predominantly Catholic), flouting the rule of law and the Constitution, while fanning the flames to overrun our country with 3rd World legal & illegal nationals, while they in turn sop up the multitude of welfare programs available to them, replete with free prenatal care and accompanying ancillary services, compliments of former Gov. Mike Huckabee.

Taylor said “the current immigration system treats those in the U.S. ILLEGALLY as ‘second-class” residents (they are not residents, they are illegal squatters) something he said is a violation of the inherent dignity of all people”.  Bishop Taylor, you are a bald-faced liar.  Illegals receive more “entitlement” services than American citizens. Show one instance of a “second-class” status. U.S. law, 8 USC, demands that enemies of the state be deported.
It is ironic that Bishop Taylor, without remorse, specifically, and other Catholics generally, attack our American system of government that has been the beacon of hope and freedom for 250 years.  Compare that with the history of the Catholic Church…murder, theft, child molestation, torture, ad infinitum. The church is still paying hundreds of millions of dollars to the victims of Catholic priest’s vile conduct.

Catholics, since the mid ‘50’s have created a sanctuary system infested with illegal Mexicans and OTM’s that spans our country.  These same Catholic organizations have hidden, transported and housed illegals with impunity. Perhaps you are familiar with Catholic Charities (anything but charity)…U.S. Taxpayers, without their consent, are the principal source of funding for Catholic Charities aiding & abetting illegals for their own gain.
Bishop Taylor offers a couple of other gems. He railed at the Democrat National Convention he wasn’t taking sides, and that being the case why was he there and why a fuselage of criticism directed only at Republicans. Note Taylor was not present at the Republican convention.  He went on to say Republican V.P. candidate Ryan’s budget doesn’t fit with Catholic teaching on the economy.  It appears from Taylor’s stance that Catholic teachings are in direct opposition to the U.S. Constitution & Rule of Law, i.e. Socialism.

The United Methodist Foundation of Arkansas (a grand collection of Socialists) produced a screening of “Gospel without Borders”, a documentary film produced by Ethics Daily.  The aforementioned outfit, a purveyor for open borders and dependent on funding usually taken by force (faith-based initiative taxes) is certainly a hoot in calling their outfit Ethics Daily.  Ethics, you say?  How about Criminal Daily?

Not to be outdone, a fellow by the name of Robert Parham, Executive Director of the Baptist Center for Ethics, (there’s that word Ethics again) which put on the screening to focus the effort of Christians on helping the poor.  Robert, no one is against helping the poor, just do it within the scope of U.S. rule of law and no funds taken by force, i.e. taxes.   Parham continued his senseless diatribe with worn-out bromides.

Arkansas Bishop Taylor should be arrested & tried for his illegal frontal assaults on the U.S. Constitution, the Rule of Law and our sovereignty.

Now is the time to ask the questions… who are America’s real enemies?  Observe: the conduct of a multitude of religious zealots and the government/corporate nexus.

Unfunded liabilities lost in debate

By GREG KAZA SPECIAL TO THE DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE
This article was published today at 3:32 a.m.

LITTLE ROCK — A vibrant policy debate is occurring in Arkansas between liberal proponents of Medicaid expansion and conservative opponents of nationalized medical insurance. Medicaid expansion proponents argue the federal government has promised to pay 100 percent of costs for three years. Opponents counter it would be fiscally imprudent to add such a large group, nearly 250,000 low-income Arkansans, to the state’s Medicaid rolls in a weak economy.
Disputants to date have overlooked the potential effect Medicaid expansion could have on another large group: nearly 200,000 active and vested police, firefighters, teachers, judges and other public employees in various Arkansas public retirement systems. Retirement benefits have been promised to these retirees and future beneficiaries by previous Arkansas legislatures.
Unfunded liabilities are highly relevant to the Medicaid expansion debate. Households, at the microeconomic level, accrue multiyear unfunded liabilities including mortgages, credit-card debt and motor-vehicle payments. Unfunded liabilities represent the fiscal cost of future commitments. Retirement benefits are one example at the macro level, and recent Medicaid expansion has created another beneficiary group and additional liabilities.
Unfunded liabilities are routinely reported by the trustees of federal programs, including Social Security and Medicare. State retirement systems, to their credit, also calculate unfunded liabilities. The Arkansas Teacher Retirement System listed an “unfunded liability of $3.9 billion” as of June 30, 2010, according to its 2010 Comprehensive Annual Report. An actuarial analysis shows the Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System listed $1.9 billion in liabilities in mid-2010.
The Legislature appropriates money for retirement systems, and knows their liabilities. But Arkansas legislators don’t know Medicaid’s unfunded liabilities. The state Department of Human Services, which administers Medicaid, considers components like ARKids First as “a pay-as-you go program for which budgets and appropriations are done each year,” according to a July 11 department communication.
States including Arkansas adjust their Medicaid programs to fit their budgets on an annual, not long-term basis.
“Calculations that we’ve done,” the Human Services communication states, “comparing expected spending and the programs’ FY 2013 appropriation show a clear funding gap that will need to be addressed.
“[The department] has been very open about this funding gap and is engaged in a comprehensive effort to transform the program and significantly reduce the projected funding gap over the long term,” the communication explains.
Yet a back-of-the-envelope estimate of Medicaid unfunded liabilities can be calculated. ARKids has the largest number of Arkansas Medicaid enrollees. A recent Arkansas Democrat-Gazette article notes there were 280,988 in the ARKids ‘A’ program, and 75,027 in the ‘B’ version last year. Annual health care is $3,826 for the average ‘A’ program enrollee, and $1,266 in the ‘B’ program. Both enroll youth to age 19.
These liabilities are offset by federal Medicaid reimbursements if Washington is able to maintain promised Arkansas match levels through 2032 when today’s infants no longer qualify for ARKids. Federal reimbursement rates are 70 percent for the ‘A’ program, and 79.5 percent for ‘B’ enrollees, Human Services reports.
A conservative estimate is that ARKids’ unfunded liabilities total$3.5 billion if federal reimbursements are maintained at current levels and medical inflation does not occur. This estimate of ARKids’ unfunded liabilities does not include the Medicaid expansion currently being debated.

Arkansans are intelligent. They understand that paychecks, savings and other household assets are offset long-term by mortgages, credit-card debt, motor-vehicle payments and other liabilities. The same holds true for Medicaid programs like ARKids: Assets are offset by liabilities. Surpluses accrue to the state, deficits to taxpayers.
Scarcity is a foundation of economics. Retirement benefits and Medicaid social spending could both expand infinitely if scarcity did not exist in an imaginary economy without limits. Arkansans, however, live in a real economy whose broad measures (employment, income, production) are weak at best.
Police, firefighters, teachers, judges, other public employees and taxpayers would all benefit if unfunded liabilities were reduced. Ignoring or increasing Medicaid unfunded liabilities overlooks their interests and creates the potential for future fiscal conflict.

Candidate Huckabee still loves illegal aliens

Hi,

Earlier than usual, the GOP campaign to select a presidential candidate is turning into an elimination contest.

Mike Hackabee’s advocacy of illegal aliens and giving them in-State tuition benefits should put him on most people’s NO list. His rationale – make the illegal alien kid into a taxpayer rather than a tax-taker – is a false choice.  The policy many taxpayers would support is to put the illegal alien invaders into concentration camps or chain gangs until they decided that the US is an unhealthy place for them to be.

Look for political opportunist-Huckabee to change his tune but don’t forget his real position.

Mike Huckabee wants to give tuition breaks to illegal aliens

On Tuesday, during yet another visit to Iowa, former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee said that he supports extending lower in-county tuition rates to illegal aliens. The County College of Morris administration recently proposed not only allowing illegal aliens to enroll but to pay the lower rate as well.

Huckabee said: “I decided I’d rather see that kid become a taxpayer, rather than a tax-taker. Many businesses — they say they do not want illegal immigration, but what they do want is very cheap labor.”

Of course, Huckabee has been spending a great time in Iowa of late, as he tries to garner support for another presidential run in 2012.

While Huckabee’s comments may come as a surprise to many Republicans, they are actually very typical for the supposedly conservative Huckabee.

While governor, Huckabee once denounced proposed legislation that would have prevented illegal aliens from voting and receiving state welfare benefits, saying it would simply stir-up “those who are racist and bigots.”

He went on to say that if the measure passed, foreign companies would not invest in Arkansas   because it would “send the message that, essentially, ‘If you don’t look like us, talk like us and speak like us, we don’t want you.’”

Also, while governor, he publicly criticized ICE raids on chicken processing plants in his state in which hundreds of illegal aliens were arrested.

Additionally, Huckabee was an ardent and vocal supporter of the McCain/Kennedy amnesty bill.

Bloated government & Illegal aliens

Governor Mike Beebe and Representative Jim Nickels                                        February 3, 2011

Arkansas Governor Bully Boy Beebe and exploding malfeasance, misfeasance in state government, accompanied by his unsavory proposal to award a $23.5 million COLA to lower-end (30,000) state employees.

The Governor’s insolent behavior betrays every hard private sector working, taxpaying middleclass Arkansan.   Arkansas state government is a bloated parasite and under Beebe’s watch the numbers have increased by 4,000 and he just dispensed $90 million so-called “Stimulus” federal dollars printed out of thin air, to the corrupt public education system…either in unearned bonuses to teachers or giveaways to the districts.  That’s $90 million that we don’t have and the producers in our society will be burdened with the unearned largesse for decades. An honest and principled governor would have said thanks, but no thanks to the Feds. The giveaways and increases are just another vote buying scheme by Beebe and minions.  How long has it been since private sector folks who subsidize this government atrocity have received a pay raise, yet he treats government parasites as if they were an endangered species?

This is the same administration (Beebe’s) that doesn’t know the number of vehicles that state employees are wallowing around in, some with more than one vehicle, has no idea how many Billions of taxpayer dollars has been funneled into the illegal Mexican coffers, and how much those criminals who hire illegals are benefiting, while private sector middleclass Arkansans subsidize the whole criminal cabal.  Force the businesses hiring illegals to pay for their healthcare, food, education, incarceration, etc. that the illegals incur and the illegal invasion will cease when hiring stops.

The Governor said “MOST EMPLOYEES DESERVE A COST-OF-LIVING-ADJUSTMENT”…commonly referred to as a COLA.  People in the private sector are the ones who deserve a COLA, the slugs in government already receive 20% more in pay and perks than the private sector.  Shows where Beebe’s allegiances lie.  Hopefully, the legislature will separate big-time on this issue from that of the governor.

Enter HB 1013 by Rep. Jim Nickels.  Rep. Nickels introduced this bill which would allow the state Contractor’s Licensing Board to punish contractors who hire workers that are not in the U.S. legally. Kudos to Rep. Nickels.  Could this be the same Jim Nickels that introduced HB 1383, March 11, 2009 which would protect illegal workers? Of significant interest that same day it was reported that Arkansas lost 25,300 non-farm jobs.   Hopefully, Rep. Nickels is dedicated to getting HB 1013 passed.

Bruce Cross, attorney for the Associated Builders & Contractors of Arkansas, “if the bill becomes law and is enforced (?), illegal immigrants in the building industry (an open admission of law breaking) are not going to flee the state. They’re going to go into the hospitality industry, they’re going to go into manufacturing, they’re going to go everyplace else”.  And this guy is an ATTORNEY???  In other words Lawyer Cross, forget the rule of law (8 USC), let’s make an illegal buck and magnetize the state for tens of thousands more illegal, uneducated 3rd Worlders.

Now comes Greg Crow, the well-travelled bureaucrat Administrator of the Arkansas Contractor’s License Agency.  The Agency’s website says that Crow’s mission is “to protect Arkansas citizens”.  Crow’s protection racket extends only to Tyson’s, Arkansas contractors, Chambers of Commerce, ACLU, Catholic Church, and not to be left out the Arkansas Friendship Coalition.   Crow related in March, 2009 that he was working hard to educate contractors that they were “walking on thin ice by hiring illegals.” (a huge admission) Mr. Crow, how is the education project progressing?  I think we know.

Testifying on that same date, before the State Agencies and Governmental Affairs committee, Crow said his agency was not equipped to investigate claims of illegal workers.  Crow was then and now either ignorant of his sworn obligations or is a prevaricator.  In 2009 he had 5 agents and was not required to investigate or arrest illegals.  Those agents were to frequent job sites and determine if there were non-English speaking Mexicans and OTM’s.  If non-English speaking individuals were present on the job site they simply call ICE, ASP, the Sheriff, or any other law enforcement agency.  (8 USC)

During that particular hearing Russell Gunter, an attorney representing The Arkansas Society for Human Resource Management (a Marxist operation) stated that E-Verify has a 10-20% inaccuracy rate.  E-Verify has a 99% accuracy rate, according to the federal government.  If E-Verify did in fact have only a 20% fail rate, it would still be 80% more in identification than we have now.

During that same time frame there was a political commercial that ran on a number of Arkansas radio stations which implored citizens to call Greg Crow of the Arkansas Contractors License Board to report any non-English speaking individuals at worksites.  Numerous calls were made immediately and after a few days the phone number went dead. I personally made a call to the Ark. Contractor’s License Board March 15, 2009 at 1:55 pm; a woman answered the phone and reacted with hostility when I told her I wanted to report a contractor who appears to be hiring illegal Mexicans. This was followed by some harsh statements. Crow was instructed not to take calls from citizens reporting contractors hiring/exploiting illegals.   At that juncture Crow called Little Rock radio station KARN to silence the spot and wanted to know who was paying for the spots.  KARN informed Crow they did not censor nor divulge contractual obligations.  Again, Crows agents need only to verify.

I implemented the NASCAR rule, also March 12, 2009, (arkansasfreedom.net)  which demanded the Governor, Attorney General and each member of the Ark. House & Senate that were violating the rule of law by supporting the illegal Mexican and OTM invasions; wear NASCAR look-alike uniforms so that we citizens may readily identify their sponsoring sources of corruption.  Some of the patches would of course be Tyson’s, Wal-Mart, Stephens, Arvest, Chambers of Commerce, the Huckabee Mexican Consulate, the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, LULAC, ACLU, ACORN, Contractors…to name a few.

Consider the following words of Communism’s father Karl Marx written in 1867.  “Owners of capital will stimulate the working class to buy more and more of expensive goods, houses and technology, pushing them to take more and more expensive credits, until they’re debt becomes unbearable.  The unpaid debt will lead to bankruptcy of banks, which will have to be nationalized, and the State will have to take the road which will eventually lead to Communism.”

Observe:  is this not where we are today?

Greg Crow’s protection racket is spewing the same hyperbole that he did in 2009.  If he doesn’t have the resolve and the honesty to do the job, adios and good riddance.

It is the rule of law, in this case 8 USC, American jobs, and sovereignty, the foundation of our Republic and must be protected at all costs.

Kindest regards,

2nd Edition—The Reverend/Governor Michael Dale Huckabee and his Fractured Christianity

It’s hard to comprehend how Mike Huckabee could be in a serious mix of presidential candidates for the election 2012.  The only plausible explanations are outright ignorance or cronyism.  Listed below is proof positive that Huckabee is a liar.  Posted on our website of arkansasfreedom.net is the 1st Edition of this missive on 12/12/10, along with many other exposes of his criminal activities.  Check his position on open borders and illegal entries by Mexicans prior to his presidential campaign 2008 vs. his positions as a presidential candidate.

Huckabee has lied so much for so long that it is questionable if he is aware of his traceable, ever-changing positions, accompanied by his hubris,

Huckabee must be described at this point as a very dangerous, devious politician.  See below & follow the link to the video proof provided.

FLASHBACK: In 2007, Mike Huckabee Supported Cap And Trade

Yesterday afternoon, Mike Huckabee denied that he ever supported a mandatory cap-and-trade program to reduce greenhouse pollution. “I never did support and never would support it – period,” the former Arkansas governor, Republican presidential candidate, and Fox News personality claimed in a blog post on his political fundraising site Huck PAC. However, when he spoke at the Clean Air Cool Planet conference in Manchester, NH, on October 13, 2007, Huckabee was unequivocal in his support for “cap and trade of carbon emissions” because “it’s all our responsibility to fix” climate change:

I also support cap and trade of carbon emissions. And I was disappointed that the Senate rejected a carbon counting system to measure the sources of emissions, because that would have been the first and the most important step toward implementing true cap and trade.

Huckabee concluded his 2007 speech by repeating a metaphor from his book From Hope to Higher Ground, excoriating “thermometer” politicians who change their positions based on polls and popularity, instead of “thermostat” politicians who stand by their convictions and provide true leadership.

From Judicial Watch website 2007:

6.  Governor Mike Huckabee (R-AR):  Governor Huckabee enjoyed a meteoric rise in the polls in December 2007, which prompted a more thorough review of his ethics record.  According to The Associated Press:  “[Huckabee’s] career has also been colored by 14 ethics complaints and a volley of questions about his integrity, ranging from his management of campaign cash to his use of a nonprofit organization to subsidize his income to his destruction of state computer files on his way out of the governor’s office.”  And what was Governor Huckabee’s response to these ethics allegations?  Rather than cooperating with investigators, Huckabee sued the state ethics commission twice and attempted to shut the ethics process down..

Barb,

I just went to the JW website and found the correct link:

Dear Barb,

As you will note, this is a response to a post on G. Edward Griffin’s website, www.realityzone.com , about having Mr. Griffin appear on the Huckster’s program.  (G. Edward Griffin is the author of “The Creature from Jekyll Island,” the definitive book on the creation of the unconstitutional U.S. Federal Reserve.)

The two links below are to Judicial Watch’s 10 Most Corrupt Politicians of 2007 and to Alan Stang’s hard-hitting article about Huck the Schmuck.

You have my permission to cut and paste to your heart’s content, if you so desire!

Lovingly,

Subject: Let’s Get Griffin on the Huckabee Show – NOT!

While the author has some good points, reminiscent of George Washington’s thoughts that religion and morality were the two pillars of government, he is off base on Mike Huckabee.

In December, 2007, Judicial Watch published its list of the Ten Most Corrupt Politicians and Mike Huckabee made the list (www.judicialwatch.org/judicial-watch-announces-list-washington-s-ten-most-corrupt-politicians-2007 ).  Huckabee had 14 charges of ethics violations filed against him.  Huckabee had the hard drives of 83 computers destroyed, as well as the hard drives of 3 main servers destroyed (what did he want hidden from the public?).  Someone had donated $90,000 worth of furniture to the Arkansas Governor’s mansion and Huckabee claimed it was his.  In addition, Huck and his wife went to Target at Christmas one year and registered as husband and wife; then told their employees that they could go to the site and choose gifts for them there.  (Is this low-class or what?)

On December 27, 2007, Alan Stang, author extraordinaire, wrote a column in News With Views about Mike Huckabee entitled “Huck the Schmuck” (www.newswithviews.com/Stang/alan22.htm ).  Here Alan unveils the fact that Huck’s staff said he lied about his “theology degree.”  Alan reveals that at a dinner meeting in 2004 of the Republican Governors Association, Huck mounted the stage to give the opening prayer and used the occasion instead, to make God the straight man in a Bob Newhart-type comedy routine.  Huck, supposedly a man of the cloth, belongs to a musical group called “Capitol Offense.”  This group plays songs such as “Honky Tonk Woman,” “Good Golly Miss Molly,” and “Devil With The Blue Dress On.”  All these songs, and others, extoll drugs, alcohol, and illicit sex.  If Huck were truly a “preacher,” he would be trying to save these women instead of lauding their sins.  Remember, too, that these songs have to be rehearsed over and over to get them right.

Huck must also be remembered for the fact that he wanted bigger taxes and to bring more illegal immigrants into Arkansas.  When Arizona’s Proposition 200 passed, Huckabee criticized it saying that it was “race baiting” and “demogaguery.”  One of the authors of Prop. 200, Senate Republican Jim Hold, is a Christian.  Huckabee said that he (Huckabee) “drank a different kind of Jesus juice.”

Before someone naively decides that “we have to trust someone” in the media, he/she should do a little more homework before picking on a man such as Huckabee.  Huck was put on Faux News by the establishment elites to give him exposure. If Huck were nominated to be the Republican candidate in 2012 and wins, he could be manipulated easily by the elites.  As Mr. Griffin has oft quoted from Prof. Carrol Quigley’s book, “Tragedy and Hope,” the election of Huckabee would be to “throw the rascals out,” only to have more of the same, e.g., bigger government, higher taxes, less personal freedom, etc.

To have someone of the calibre of G. Edward Griffin on Huckabee’s show would give credence to a man who doesn’t deserve it and would be a great discredit to Mr. Griffin.  As for me, I wouldn’t give one red cent to such a [foolish] scheme.

More Huckisms from the Huckster

The Reverend/Governor Michael Dale Huckabee and his fractured Christianity

December 12, 2010

Hustler, abuser, liar, flim-flam artist, opportunist, and theocrat—one dangerous dude.  As a writer wrote recently, “don’t give this redneck preacher the keys to the Whitehouse”.

Here are some of his recent bombastic revelations and in my judgment some are outright criminally inspired:

IDEOLOGUE VS. PRAGMATISM

On his Saturday night TV show 11/20/10 Huckabee stated (I paraphrase)….”it’s good to be an ideologue in speeches, political rallies, but in the final analysis you must be a pragmatist.”  (Truth is relative.) What Huckabee is saying is no philosophy or point of view is worth fighting for in its pure form and ultimately the “end justifies the means”.

COMPROMISE

His show of 12/11/10…in an exchange with his guest Mancow Muller.  Muller said Republicans are cowards for their recent political retreat in not demanding the Bush tax cuts be permanent and at the same time should have refused to implement another 13 months of unemployment insurance, which is obviously another $100 billion tax increase adding to the $14 trillion deficit.   Mancow, in the same screed, chided Huckabee for having law-breaker Charlie Rangel on his show while treating him like a conquering hero.  Huckabee became livid and stated with white heat that there must be Compromise and Bi-partisanship.  Recall if you will that Tea Partiers demanded no compromise and go straight for the jugular in their legislative positions. Republicans have and are indeed caving, again.

ASSASSINATION

Without knowledge and speaking from a public relations position, Huckabee has called for the execution of Julian Assange, CEO of Wikileaks.  In this same vein, fellow neocon Sarah Palin called for the hunting down of Assange as “if he were Osama bin Laden”.   Huckabee has called Assange’s conduct treason, while Assange is an Aussie and no part of the U.S. government.  Huckabee would be advised to take to heart what Thomas Jefferson said, “Where the press is free and every man able to read, all is safe”. Huckabee further stated in his diatribe against Assange that he was revealing Top Secret documents—a gross untruth. Only classified documents have been released.  No damage has been done by Assange’s revelations except to expose some of the corruption emanating from the U.S. and other governments.  The NY Times, Washington Post, The Guardian have revealed such documents, i.e. the Pentagon Papers with no such consequences.

The pompous ass Huckabee, playing to a Jewish Bet El audience 12/5/10 in NYC, exclaimed the U.S. should attack and destroy Iran for the sake of Israel, for which he received a thunderous ovation.  Huckabee also proclaimed that U.S. military forces should be used—more applause heard.  In my counting, the U.S. is involved in FIVE unconstitutional no-win wars funded by money printed out of thin air, while murdering hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis, Pakis, Afghans, Somalians, & Yemenis, not to mention our own troops. Huckabee understands that the easiest war to fight is when you send someone else to do the dirty deed.

Huckabee is an extremely dangerous Theocrat.  He pillaged the Arkansas state government as Governor for 10 years.  Most damning was his secret negotiations with then Mexican President Vicente Fox, to establish a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock for the express purpose of warehousing and disseminating illegal Mexicans into the illegal labor forces of Arkansas, MO. MS. & TN. using bogus Matricular Consular I.D. cards issued by the unconstitutional Consulate.  The creation of the Mexican Consulate is a violation of Article 4, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution.  Huckabee had the temerity, in a nationally televised debate with a host of other candidates for the presidency, that he would stop the illegal Mexican invasion.

Huckabee has no mooring.

LTE regarding Huckabee during his reign, & Boozman…not good.

Sun Times

Dear editor,

Former governor Mike Huckabee served 10 years and bankruptcies in our state soared under him.  From 1898 to 1996 the total number of bankruptcies in Arkansas was 121,859.  Mr. Huckabee became governor about mid-year 1996 if memory serves me correctly.  From the beginning of 1996 through 2007 the total bankruptcies numbered 215,943.  So what do bankruptcies have to do with a governor?  Everything.

Financial problems are the number one cause of marital breakups, and family dysfunctions. It is well accepted that divorce is the greatest real estate producer in the world.

Thankfully, by God’s grace, I’ve never been through bankruptcy, but close relatives have during the Huckabee era.

It doesn’t take a Magna Cum Laud as Mr. Huckabee was in our OBU class of ’76 to understand who profits from bankruptcies.  Neither does it take a Nobel Prize in economics to understand that when bankers prosper, they must pay the piper.  You could ask my old classmate Jim McDougal, but it cost him his life.

President George Bush’s financial appointee’s bankrupted this nation in 2008 and put Barak Obama in the presidency.  And we think little George, whom Mike Huckabee put in the president’s office by breaking federal election commission rules didn’t receive palms from the bailout of Wall Street banks?

Where, oh where is a 21st century governor Nehemiah?  Don’t read Nehemiah 5.

Governor Huckabee has three candidates in the U.S. Senate race in Arkansas.  Curtis Coleman, one of my old college buddies whose dad was one of my Bible teachers at CBC was Huckabee’s 1992 U.S. Senate campaign manager.

Sarah Huckabee, Mike’s daughter is John Boozman’s campaign manager.

Alice Stewart, Huck’s jogging soul partner and press secretary is Gilbert Bakers campaign manager.

When Senator Jim Holt introduced a bill in the senate to cut off all state funds to illegal residents above age 14, Huck went ballistic and said he and Holt did not drink the same “Jesus juice”.  While Huckabee was driving Arkansas citizens bankrupt he was illegally establishing a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock which is an alien clearing house.

Mexican Consulate, UAMS Team up for Public Health Project

Reported by: KARK 4 News

Tuesday, Feb 23, 2010 @07:00am

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Fay W. Boozman
College of Public Health and the Mexican Consulate in Little Rock will announce
a partnership today to bring better public health initiatives and educational
programs to Mexicans living in Arkansas.

Speakers for the 10:00 a.m. event at UAMS will include Andres Chao, Consul of
Mexico; Jim Raczynski, Ph.D., dean of the College of Public Health; and UAMS
Chancellor Dan Rahn.

The UAMS College of Public Health and the Mexican Consulate established the
Ventanillas de Salud, or Health Window Program, earlier this year with an
$80,961 grant awarded by the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas
in December 2009.

The Mexican government wants to ensure the partnership with UAMS is extended to
provide health information and screenings to Mexicans living in Arkansas.

Who is steering the pathetic ship of state known as
Arkansas?  The 70 Percenter Beebe, the feckless legislature, Boobus
Arkanicus, or Mexico?

Here is that word “partnership” that politicians and bureaucrats
use to make fools of taxpaying citizens, government being the CEO and the
producing citizens paying the bills.

The above 4 paragraph rant has any number of constitutional
violations, likewise violations of existing laws. (8 USC & subsections)

The Mexican Consulate is here in violation of Article I, Section
10 of the U.S. Constitution, compliments of former Gov. Mike Huckabee and the
feckless legislature.

At the end of this news release Mexico is demanding unending
numbers of services for the hundreds of thousands of illegals in
Arkansas.  This in addition to the numerous mandated and non-mandated
benefits flowing to illegal aliens, with Arkansas state employees dancing to
their attention.

Beebe is perfectly content in allowing the Mexican hordes to
overrun the citizens of the state.  Beebe deflects criticism by hunkering
down and declaring “it’s the job of the feds”.  Gov. Beebe….that is a
bald-faced lie.  Every state is sovereign and has the constitutional duty
to secure its borders.

By the way Governor, can you and the likes of the Jeffress
brothers and the antique dealer from Jonesboro Ray Kidd, and a multitude of
others, tell your constituents how many children (promptly becoming Anchor
Babies, i.e. American citizens) have been born to illegal Mexican women and
OTM’s since the inception of the bill passed by the fools in the legislature,
the former Gov. Huckabee and you as Attorney General.  Anchor babies can
receive welfare until age 21 and can bring in their immediate families.
All paid for by taxpayers.

In the final analysis we have only ourselves to blame, Boobus
Arkanicus for electing parasitic, unethical people to important positions for
decades.

Kindest regards,

Huck responsible for cop killer?

The
HUCKSTER has a track record that should make him run and hide but this fool
acts as if what he has done (and not done) is acceptable – like LYING about his
Theology degree.  Why he is given air time to further his financial
pockets is beyond me.  That FAUX News allows this (ie: supports it) should
tell folks that they are either ignorant of THE HUCKSTERS background or they
condone it.  I don’t think they can plead ignorance and still call
themselves a NEWS AGENCY.

Wash. shooting re-opens Huckabee’s
clemency record

By ANDREW DeMILLO
Associated Press Writer

Suspected
Wash. Cop Killer Still on the Loose

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — As governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee had a hand
pardoning or commuting many more prisoners than his three immediate
predecessors combined. Maurice Clemmons, the suspect in Sunday’s slaying of
four Seattle-area police officers, was among them.

For a politician considering another run for the White House, Clemmons could
become Huckabee’s Willie Horton.

“In a primary between a law-and-order Republican and him, I think it could
definitely be a vulnerability,” said Art English, a political scientist at
the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. “It is very damaging when you
have someone like that whose sentence was commuted. That’s pretty high profile
and very devastating and very tragic.”

English said it’s hard to avoid comparing the case to Horton, a convicted
killer who raped a woman and assaulted her fiance while on release as part of a
prison furlough program supported by Michael Dukakis when he was governor of
Massachusetts.

Allies of former President George H.W. Bush ran ads criticizing Dukakis for his
support of the program, undermining the Democrat’s presidential campaign.

As recently as Sunday, hours before the shooting suspect was linked to him,
Huckabee said he was leaning against running again for president, telling
“Fox News Sunday” he was “less likely rather than more
likely” to run.

On Monday, Huckabee offered little explanation for why he made Clemmons
eligible for parole in 2000, and called the case a failure of the justice
systems in Arkansas and Washington.

“If I could have known nine years ago and could have looked into the
future, would I have acted favorably upon the Parole Board’s recommendation? Of
course not,” Huckabee told Fox News Radio on Monday.

Huckabee was expected to discuss the Clemmons case Monday night during an
interview with Fox News Channel’s Bill O’Reilly.

Clemmons was among 1,033 people who were pardoned or had their sentences
reduced during Huckabee’s 10 1/2 years as governor, a number that far surpasses
that of his three predecessors combined. Bill Clinton, Frank White and Jim Guy
Tucker granted 507 clemencies in the 17 1/2 years they served. Beebe,
Huckabee’s Democratic successor, has issued 273 commutations and pardons since
taking office in January 2007 – all but one of them were pardons after the
completion of the inmates’ prison terms.

Huckabee’s role in gaining the release of a convicted rapist, Wayne DuMond, was
the subject of an attack ad during his presidential run. While Huckabee’s predecessor,
Tucker, reduced DuMond’s sentence making him eligible for parole, Huckabee took
steps almost immediately after taking office to win DuMond’s release.

Two members of the state parole board said Huckabee pressured them to show
DuMond mercy, while Huckabee publicly questioned whether DuMond was guilty of
the rape of a teenage girl. During the presidential primaries, a conservative
group aired television commercials in South Carolina featuring the mother of
Carol Sue Shields, whom DuMond killed in 2000 after his release.

Pulaski County Prosecutor Larry Jegley, whose office opposed Clemmons’ parole
in 2000 and 2004, said Huckabee created a flaw in the Arkansas justice system
by freeing the number of prisoners he did.

“(Clemmons) should have stayed locked up like the jury wanted him and we
wouldn’t even be having this discussion,” Jegley said.

“I just have been figuratively holding my breath and hoping something like
this wouldn’t happen,” Jegley said. “I just think that a lot of the
people that were subjects of clemency during that period of time were some very
dangerous people who didn’t need to be let out.”

Clemmons also had the backing of Pulaski County Circuit Judge Marion Humphrey,
who urged the board to grant clemency. Humphrey later presided over Clemmons’
2004 wedding in his court chambers.

Prosecutors have said Huckabee, a Southern Baptist preacher, was more inclined
to release or reduce the sentences of prisoners if he had direct contact with
them or was lobbied by those close to him. Clemmons’ letter perhaps appealed to
Huckabee’s Christian faith.

In his application for clemency, Clemmons wrote that he prayed Huckabee would
show him compassion and said at the time of his crimes he had just moved to
Arkansas from Seattle. Clemmons also wrote that he had changed his life since
“the angel of death has visited and taken away my dear sweet mother.”

In 1989, Clemmons, then 17, was convicted in Little Rock for aggravated robbery
and other charges and sentenced to 95 years. Between 1989 and 1998, Clemmons
broke prison rules more than two dozen times – sometimes violently, said state
prison system spokeswoman Dina Tyler.

Clemmons didn’t stay out long. He was convicted of robbery in Ouachita County
in 2001, but was released again in 2004 by the parole board. Little Rock police
say Clemmons also faced charges here in 2001 but prosecutors dropped the
additional charges when Clemmons was released a second time. Months after his
2004 release, Clemmons was named as a suspect in an aggravated robbery at a hotel
in Little Rock but he was not charged.

Saline County Circuit Judge Robert Herzfeld, who as a prosecutor successfully
sued Huckabee over clemency practices, said Huckabee’s decision to give Rolling
Stones guitarist Keith Richards a pardon for a 1975 traffic offense after
meeting him at a concert showed how lightly the ex-governor approached the
practice.

“That just said volumes about how he considered this serious ultimate
power over freedom as a joke,” Herzfeld said.
