IS YOUR VOTE SAFE IN
ARKANSAS?

 

 

The state of law enforcement and the Judicial in Arkansas.
One may get a general grasp of the “state” by the state’s chief executive Gov.
Mike Beebe.  “Legal is legal, illegal is
illegal, and we’ve just got to find what is legal.”  Followed by “the Federal Government and the
state government have all sorts of laws dealing with illegal immigration”. If
that is the case, and it is, why hasn’t Gov. Beebe enforced the laws of the
sovereign state of Arkansas?

 

May I suggest to you he is bought and paid for by the
chicken and construction industries and has no intention of preventing the
political and economic genocide of middleclass Arkansans.

 

Recently an attorney working for Secretary of State Charlie
Daniels was asked directly “can illegal Mexicans with a Matricula Consular card
vote in Arkansas’ elections?” The attorney, Tim Humphries exclaimed “ I don’t
know”.  It is important to know that the
Arkansas State Police is issuing tri-color driver’s license applications to
illegal Mexicans and OTM’s printed in Spanish. 
These applications are then forwarded to Sec. of State Daniels office
for recording. Now tell us again Attorney Humphries that you do not know if
illegals are using their Matricula Consular cards and Arkansas drivers licenses
to vote in Arkansas elections, particularly in sanctuary cities such as Little
Rock, Fort Smith, Rogers, Springdale, Bentonville, Siloam Springs, and
Fayetteville, to name a few.

 

It is also noteworthy that Daniels has no record of voter
applications turned in by ACORN.  13
states are investigating the aforementioned, yet Daniels is hunkered down as a
member of the most powerful political machine in our state’s history and allows
him ample time to park more of his kin on the backs of middleclass taxpayers.

 

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has offered no opinion on
the galloping illegal Mexican invasion, nor will he.  He is tied hand and foot to the Arkansas
Friendship Coalition.

 

Arkansas’ two U.S. Attorneys, Jane Duke in the east and Bob
Balfe III in the west, give ample reason why the fix is in and nothing will be
done to the illegal Mexican interlopers or their exploiters.  Jane Duke’s statement regarding ICE’s recent
raid on the Pilgrim’s Pride plant in NE Arkansas.  Madam Prosecutor Duke’s statements regarding
the raid,” her office had no interest seeing those arrested serving jail time
as they were otherwise law-abiding citizens”. 
Say again, Ms. Duke….illegals are law-abiding citizens?  Another of Duke’s gems, “they came here to
better their lives and their family lives by working”.   Let’s see Janie, I was under the impression
that Federal Prosecutors were appointed to enforce the rule of law. For your
edification Ms Duke, illegals are criminals, not citizens.

 

Moving on to Bob Balfe III, his assistant Chris Plumlee
states that Balfe III does not have the laws sufficient to look into the
illegal Mexican voting fraud. Check with Gov. Beebe, and while you are at it,
Federal law 8 USC and all its sections. The aforementioned is just another
example of selective law enforcement and selective Judicial Accords. 

 

The Arkansas State Legislature is stacked with self-serving,
constitutionally ignorant, parasitic cowards. 

Due to the magnitude of the Corporate Bosses and the One
Party system, Arkansas rivals Louisiana as the most politically corrupt state
in the union.

 

Citizens, do you really believe we have a representative
government?  If you do not, why do you
continue to worship at the altars of the Democrat & Republican Parties and
vote the scoundrels back in decade after decade?

Fascism: a nexus (connection) between corporations and
government producing a symbiotic (beneficial) relationship for the two,
subsidized by citizens.  Witness the
unconstitutional vote by the US Senate and House, Oct. 9 & 10, bailing out
numerous investment and commercial banks. 
A classic example of Fascism.  No
lesser import, Arkansas’ Senators and Representatives egregiously ignored the
will of the people by passing the $850 Billion Wall Street “bail-out”, $850
Billion printed out of thin air and passed to you and I.

The fact is, our republic has an in-house debt of $10.5
Trillion and $57 Trillion in unfunded mandates, rendering us insolvent.  What are these fools thinking?

“3rd Generation Taxpayer Dependent” Pryor and “Delta
Duchess” Lincoln voted to insert language in the “Bail-out” Bill authorizing
the raising of $250 billion in “Pork” in excess of the $700 billion Bush
requested.  Article 1, Section 7 of the
US Constitution forbids the Senate from authorizing Federal revenues. The
implementation of the $250 billion language is a bribe and a Constitutional and
legal crime.

The illegal alien populations, particularly in the 10 national
Metro areas are the “rattlers” in the room. 
Using matricula consular cards, accompanied by a pay stub have allowed illegal’s
to obtain 100% subprime mortgages. The top banks profiting from the illegal
alien home loan racket are Wachovia and Bank of America.

Most of the failure in the sub-prime mortgage racket is
accounted for by illegals, Fraudsters who have engaged in massive house
flipping, using illegals as straw buyers and buyers who were stupidly aware
they could not afford the payments.

 Federally elected
created the environment which led to the banking meltdowns. Do you believe
Congress is constitutionally, morally and academically capable of solving the
meltdowns?

 Look to Washington
and State Capitals for the real sources of terrorism.

Will the United States survive this age of Dementia?

E.g. the fraudulent election performances. The people ignore
the truth about the elitist, collectivist thugs in and running for office.  Arrogant crooks, thieves, and liars. The
ignorant taxpaying citizens are being played for the suckers they are.

John Brummett, published 9/16/08, “individualism is an
arcane and impractical notion in America”. He would have you believe that individualism
doesn’t allow for cooperative group endeavors. 
He makes the case for Collectivism/Socialism by spreading the false idea
that “individualism” means you must do everything alone….healthcare, schooling,
military, roads, etc.   There is no common sense in such an argument
and demonstrates either a lack of understanding of principles or a deliberate
attempt to mislead.

It is this kind of argument which destroys pride in one’s
own work and responsibility for self…concepts which brought forth civilized
behavior and achievements. Respect and individual equality before the law
destroyed elitism, royalty, tribalism…individual accomplishments of
reason/rationality created the renaissance, the industrial revolution, true
free enterprise. 

Diversity for its own sake creates racism/tribalism.  Decisions based on race, gender, age, etc. kick
rationality/principle out the window, replaced by emotions, prejudices, and
then terrible things happen.

Most of the world’s history has engaged in some variance of
collectivism which produced misery, poverty, pain, torture, war/murder.

The brief periods of any variety of Individualism brought
some humane rationality and raised the standard of living.

Too bad we can’t divide the collectivists into one locale
and the individualists into another…everyone would get what they deserve.

Area Globalists, out of the shadows to lead the illegal
alien invasion.

Two feature stories appearing in this newspaper 8/23, 25/08
give fanfare to the Little Rock Mexican Consulate.

 The 23rd
story, “Consulate boosts staff”, states the Consulate is processing 300
requests a day for those seeking Matricula Consular identity cards that are
specifically for illegals, and are counterfeit. That’s in excess of 100,000 per
year and are illegally blessed by U.S. federal, state, county and local
governments.    Mexico, the issuing authority, does not even
accept these cards as official I.D.

The story of 8/25 reveals Consul Andres Chao will speak at
UAFS at something called “Distinguished Global Speakers Series”.  Chaos’s subject , “The Immigration Phenomenon
and the Contribution of the Mexican Community to the United States of America”.  It is not an “immigration phenomenon” but an
illegal invasion of foreign nationals. Consul Chao, aside from cheap labor–the
contributions?

The two stories illustrate political corruption in state
government, e.g. Chancellor Paul Beran is teaching the illegal Mexican invasion
is legitimate and one of economic necessity in spite of the rule of law, which incidentally
pervades the totality of education.  Is
Beran oblivious to the real mission of the Mexican Consulate?  The illegal invasion is a Constitutional and
rule of law issue, law enforcement and the judicial refuse to address.

The creation of the Mexican Consulate is a clear violation
of the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 10. The Consulate serves as a
warehouse for transitioning illegals into Arkansas/Oklahoma/Tennessee workforce…to
supply the insatiable cheap labor appetites of corporations—OK Food, Tyson’s,
Simmons, etc. at the expense of middleclass citizens.

Do you believe these recently minted elitists (Politicians, bureaucrats,
corporations) are interested in representative government? Self-serving
politicians have made a mockery of the rule of law.

Yesterday two senators in the Democrat Party inserted a 100
page earmark demanding amnesty for 3 million illegal Mexicans.  A scurrilous and treasonous act by any
standard, and looking not too closely at these two and their habits is repulsive.
These two along with other of your colleagues have shown a total disregard for
the wishes of the vast majority of U.S. citizens and deserve to be
excommunicated from the Senate.   Of
course, I speak of that scumbag Larry Craig and equally disgusting Diane
Feinstein.

I hope you two have the good sense and the patriotic belief
that will separate yourselves from the Democrat Party and a number of
Republicans on this issue.

What this government is doing to our history, culture, rule
of law, standard of living, and most particularly our youngsters is
unconscionable….all in the name of personal gain by you and your cohorts.

It is our hope you will conduct yourselves in a
Constitutional manner.  We will be
listening and watching.

I’m regret none of you, with the
exception of Rep. Green, saw fit to respond and take action regarding a frontal
attack on Ark. Sovereignty & citizen taxpayers.  This 4 state assault,
including illegal aliens was done behind locked doors, verbal & attempted
physical assaults on citizen Arkansans and denials from official government
entities…all this happening under their collective noses in the Ark. State
Capitol.

 

If you ladies & gentlemen
are not going to do the jobs you were constitutional sworn to do, we will do it
for you.  Very sorry you do not have the political & moral courage to
defend Arkansans and our rule of law.

 

Videos addressed these sordid
events and for a partial understanding of what happened, and if you are so
stimulated, call Rep. Green for a legislator’s perspective.  A detailed
descriptive report is forthcoming from those in attendance.

Ladies & Gentlemen,

 

Citizens of Arkansas are being made fools of at the highest
level. I hired a Private Investigator to attend meetings at the State Capitol
for the expressed purpose of determining the reasons for the 3 day, 4 state
meeting, allegedly attended by so-called educators, Andres Chao, and other
Mexican authorities, using the people’s building for the purpose of
implementing a political coup.   I wanted to know who the
functionaries were, specifically why they were there, their agendas, and their
names and positions.

 

My guy, accompanied by Jeannie Burlsworth were thrown out of
the Secretary of State’s office, you know the SOB who hires all his relatives,
for asking questions and filming. Andres Chao confronted my P.I. along with a
host of others, demanding no pictures & refused to answer questions
regarding why a foreign national government was operating in our state capitol.

 

Are you ladies & gentlemen aware of the trampling of
citizen’s rights going on before you, the A.G. & the Governor?  I hope
you legislators would be so moved as to be in  attendance tomorrow at
multiple meetings—one in Spanish, one in English.

 

Don’t you agree we need some officials there to uphold and
defend your & our sworn Constitutional rights.

 

In all likelihood my P.I. and I will be there tomorrow to
confront these parasitic bullies. I will look forward to seeing each of you
there.

You were conspicuous by your absence at the State Capitol
today, or perhaps you were there incognito.

 

In case you had no reporters present today, the question
becomes why not?  Yesterday, you and
others were locked out of the two clandestine meetings and there were those
there who were escorted out of the Capitol by the Custodian and Capitol Police—upon
what grounds, all orchestrated by the Secretary of State’s office?

 

Are you devoid of journalistic inquisitiveness or is the 4th
Estate a handmaiden for the criminal Bush administration, along with the
congress & judicial…U.S. and Arkansas?

 

Today, the meeting room doors were locked and the windows
covered and citizens were verbally abused and a physical confrontation was
avoided by a nearby citizen.  This
meeting on the first floor of the Capitol was for Hispanics, none of whom could
speak English; therefore, obviously illegals. Same thing yesterday, initiated
by Andres Chao, Chairman of the Mexican Consulate, who after some degree of hostility,
controlled himself. FOIA’s will be forthcoming from me unless you want to
assume the responsibility of premier news organization representing Arkansas
citizens who will be expected to pay for the education of non-citizens and a
multitude other services.

 

Of course you are aware that the state capitol is the people’s
building, not foreign nationals and furthermore it is for public discourse and
certainly citizens are not going to continue to be abused by illegal aliens and
elected/appointed officials sworn to uphold the Arkansas and U.S.
Constitutions.

 

Do you not find it curious that the aforementioned servants
are dead-bent on defying U.S. & State Laws? 
Who are their and your masters?

 

All of this has been recorded and indemnifies the
criminality lodged against middleclass Arkansans and Americans.  Paul, you should be able to equate to this more
than anyone—it is as you well know, genocide.

 

Do any of you have second thoughts regarding the secret bellicose
meetings and what they really are all about?

Economics vs. the rule of law:

If you can’t trust a preacher, who can you trust?  April 7, 2008 the “Arkansas Friendship
Coalition”, comprised of corporate elites’ bloviating in a press conference
using the deceptive bromide that illegal aliens are crucial to our economy.  Shilling for the elites is Methodist minister
Steve Copley.  Some of the Elites, huge
profits by any means, are Tyson’s, Wal-Mart, Alltel, Stephens, Inc, OK Foods,
and Chambers of Commerce.  Undergirding
their criminal endeavors are Catholics, Methodists, Baptists, Presbyterians,
Church of Christ, and Synagogues.

Churches are aiding and abetting the illegal Mexican and OTM
invasion, while trashing the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, mooching
massive amounts of “Faith based Funding” (taxpayer dollars) to provide
sanctuary, services to illegals, and parishioner indoctrination.  Churches/governments are destroying the
Constitutional mandate separating church and state powers.

Some churches have entered into an incestuous relationship with
corporate predators and their political enablers, i.e. Gov. Mike Beebe, the
state legislature, law enforcement, and the judicial.

Corporate heads, politicians, bureaucrats and the 4th
estate continue the exploitation of illegals and taxpayers under the cover “economic
issues”.  The economic issues in reality
are the horrific burdens on middleclass taxpaying Arkansans and Americans, and
the criminal largesse raked in by Corporations and churches.  What has not been factored into the equation,
by design, is the rule of law which includes existing federal immigration laws
applicable in the states. Without the rule of law and with massive legal and
illegal immigration, we are dangerously close to a 3rd World,
Balkanized existence. Selective law enforcement is the order of the day.

Recession, wars, open-borders, food banks, unemployment,
healthcare, education…all tanked and leaders mum, resulting in the genocide of
middleclass Arkansans to profit the elite few.

Can we say some churches and most politicians are on the take?

How interesting that Governor Beebe has the desire,
resources, time, taxpayer money to call a special session to raise taxes, but
not to address the burgeoning crises of the illegal alien invasion. 

It is common knowledge that illegals use hospital emergency
rooms for primary care; that certain diseases like TB and leprosy are on the
rise; that illegals can get mortgages, taxpayer funded down-payments, bank
accounts, money wired from crooked banks; that they get free school breakfasts
and lunches; free schooling; free prenatal healthcare & services; free
translators; burden the penal systems; bring  vicious street gangs (MS13) with their crime
and graffiti; commit identity theft; steal or counterfeit documents; distribute
tons of illicit drugs; get paid cash under the table; send $billions back home
out of our economy; demand equal rights with citizens; ad infinitum.

And just how is all this possible in a Constitutional nation
of laws?  Who benefits?  Corporations profit from cheap slave labor,
while passing on health, housing (60% of HUD); education costs to
taxpayers.  Churches profit from “faith-based”
funding and new parishioners. Government profits from program/agency growth in
funding, along with salaries/perks; Chambers of Commerce profit from aiding and
abetting industries/corporations.

In other words, a gigantic protection racket subsidized by
middleclass taxpayers.  No wonder there
always a hue and cry for more and more money to sustain their addictions.  King Mike of Amagon Beebe(courtesy Journalist
David Sanders) has just proven again where their priorities are and the
contempt with which they hold us, the common taxpaying citizens.

most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.

4. Over 2/3rds  of all births in Los
Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal , whose births were
paid for by taxpayers.

 5. Nearly 35% of all inmates in California
detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.

6. Over 300,000 illegal
aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.

7. The FBI reports half of all gang
members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border.

8. Nearly 60% of all occupants
of HUD properties are illegal.

9. 21 radio stations in
L. A. are Spanish speaking. 
 

10. In L. A. County
5.1 million people speak English, 3.9
million speak Spanish.  (There are 10.2 million
people in L. A. County. )

illegal aliens are picking our crops, but 29% are on welfare.

 Over 70% of the United States’ annual
population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida, and New York) results
from immigration.

29% of inmates in

 We are a bunch of fools for letting this
continue.
