Bill to stop benefits to illegals & the proper role of government

(Originally posted on 1/27/2009 8:59:00 PM)

Arkansas House
Judiciary Committee in particular—whole House in general.

Subject:  Rep. Sample’s excellent immigration reform
Bill HB 1093

Citizens have long pleaded, cajoled, begged politely to
get politicians to vote the majority wishes of their constituency (not a select
few) and it does not work…that method only produces arrogant politicrats who
look down on citizens as wimps, patsies, and pocketbooks.  (See example of just last week at the end of
Joe McCutchen’s letter)

Ja’Cuse Democrats & Republicans of a subversive
charade…namely “Partisan Politics”.   More than one of you has been heard saying you
will not ever vote for a “Republican Bill”.
That means you will not defend the rule of law or the Constitution if
the Bill is not of your Party. What a laugh because the Parties have proven time
and again they are just 2 heads of the same snake.  No wonder citizens are thoroughly disillusioned,
disgusted and sickened by government on every level.  No wonder our country and state are sinking
like stones.  If you dealt with reality
instead of politically correct distortions, illusions, lies, and corruption,
you’d know that all our major institutions have failed and are bankrupt in
every way…by design.

Savvy citizens know this is no longer a Constitutional
Republic…that the Founding Concepts of individual rights and the rule of law
have been negated and replaced by a form of Collectivism.  Since the influential membership of the “Arkansas
Friendship Coalition” is dedicated to protecting their own financial &
anti-American concerns, subsidized by unwitting, unwilling citizens, they are
fighting tooth & nail to quash HB 1093 in Committee before all the House
can vote. The organization is mostly run by Big Business, Big Churches, and Big
Anti-American organizations…Big government has a vested interest is serving
their desires.  This form of Collectivism
is called Fascism in educated circles.

This could well be the last opportunity to save Arkansas
from the vast corrupt, illegal, unconstitutional invasion of the 3rd
World with its inherent illiteracy (but smart enough to learn the welfare ropes,
how to steal citizen identities, how to cheat to take jobs, how to break immigration
laws), its habits of cheating, lying, stealing to get by in their corrupt
countries, importing their gangs, their human and drug smuggling cartels, how
to take advantage of foolish, ignorant Gringos, and how to send $billions per
year out of our economy back to home countries.
They may or may not know they have communicable diseases, e.g. leprosy,
TB, Rubella, but that is not of concern because of free medical care.  Pregnant women come here precisely for that “benefit”,
as well as to have anchor babies (American Citizens) who qualify for family “reunification”
and welfare to age 25….all compliments of citizen taxpayers, while you know who
cashes in.

Corporations slobber to exploit the new subculture who
will work for slave wages with no benefits (since government/taxpayers pick up
those tabs) Churches exploit them to get billions in taxpayer funds for their “charity”
programs, and to obtain new parishioners.
Government exploits them to get increased funding for new and existing
personnel, to grow programs, and to let contracts (usually no bid) to political
coconspirators, not to mention pandering to a vast new voting block

While economically hard hit citizens are coughing up
billions to support illegal programs for illegal aliens, the corporations,
churches, & government gleefully gorge themselves on ill-gotten gains from
citizens who can ill afford it and even if they could, it is still corrupt loot
gained by force or threat of force (forced redistribution of wealth = Communism/Fascism).

Rep. Sample’s Bill HB 1093 will separate the sheep from
the goats, the predators from the citizen representatives, without a doubt,
once and for all.  Many of you are quite
smug in your power and control, but there is a factor perhaps you haven’t
considered…reality.  It won’t matter to
those who don’t give a damn about the country, the state, their friends and
family…but beyond their perceived safe cocoon exists an uncivilized,
politically correct world who hates civilization, Western Enlightenment
concepts, rule of law, individual rights & responsibilities, and minimal
government.

A country or a state without borders and proper law
enforcement is neither one…it is simply an area to be taken over by the largest
numbers and/or strength.  Our most
dangerous enemies are not Middle Eastern terrorists, they are the people who
have sought and are seeking to destroy our Founding principles and population
to satisfy greed for money and power.

Incidentally, in case you don’t know, which is doubtful…according
to Federal Law 8 USC those members of the Arkansas Friendship Coalition who
aid, abet, hire, transport, house an illegal alien are guilty of a felony
punishable by 10 years jail, plus $2,000 fine per illegal, plus forfeiture of
vehicles or property used to commit the crime. Also,
ALL law enforcement has the duty and authority to arrest any
violators.  See arkansasfreedom.net for
documentation, plus many other sources. Now, that alone would take care of
Chairman Harrelson’s concerns about costs of enforcement. Just think of the tax
cuts citizens should have if all the illegal programs were eliminated and
offenders punished! Everyone can think of hundreds if not thousands employed by
just one company. Talk about an economic turnaround! Besides, what kind of
company can’t even make a profit (they say) utilizing slave labor? They need to
get out of the way of honestly run businesses, ASAP.

There are so many sources of proof for what the invaders
and those who assist them have already cost this country financially &
culturally that it would take months to read them all, yet “officials” act like
they either don’t know or don’t believe them.
For instance, do you know that illegals kill at least 25 citizens per
day….which doesn’t count other illegals.
Do you know how many are child molesters, violent gang members, robbers,
rapists, not to mention that virtually all are identity thieves or frauds?  American values? How many ilegals even know
what the Constitution is or says, much less care? Most don’t even want to learn
our language, as to our Founding history, forget it.  Are we a nation of suicidal idiots, crooks
eaten up with greed and avarice, or both?
You legislators will reveal yourselves with your verbiage and actions
regarding this Bill, of which 70-90% of our citizens approve and desperately
desire.

Has it ever occurred to you to start cutting &
eliminating costly unconstitutional programs instead of dreaming up new ways to
screw the taxpayers?  When elected, that
is not a mandate to increase the size of bloated, corrupt, behemoth government,
but to abide by the Constitution & Rule of Law…not to pillage and play
favorites.

We will be watching and listening very closely and your
records will be publicized to the vast constituency whose wages are depressed
by illegal slave labor; whose jobs have been outsourced or in sourced; whose
employment company shut down due to unfair competition; who have been struck by
an illegal alien either as a pedestrian or in their vehicle (stuck with the
bills) and nothing is done to the uninsured aliens; whose children suffer from
poor education & chaotic classrooms due to non-English speaking kids; who
can’t afford to send their children to college and some crooks are trying to
get scholarships or cuts in tuition for illegals; ad infinitum.

Citizens are catching on to politicrats tricks and
subterfuge and they are fed up with the two-faced betrayal perpetrated by those
whose paychecks, vehicles, trips, meals, and all the other perks taxpayers
provide while doing without or with less themselves.  Perhaps this time, the Jig is up.

HB 1093 designed to halt benefits to illegals & employers

(Originally posted on 1/26/2009 5:00:00 PM)

Chairman Steve Harrelson

House Judiciary Committee

Arkansas State Legislature                                                                           January
26, 2009

Mr. Chairman,

Analyzing your position regarding HB 1093 designed to
reign in the illegal Mexican & OTM invasion and language to curb
non-mandated funding and/or services being dispensed to the unwelcome hordes,
you take issue with the following categories.

l. You say you have not decided what your position is.

2. It is a Federal Government responsibility.

3. Costs

With reference to your position, “I have not decided”.  I will be euphemistic Mr. Chairman; keen
prevarication is the hallmark of a politician. It is commonly known throughout
the Capital and the Arkansas Friendship Coalition that you are working
extremely hard to defeat HB 1093.

Federal responsibility: Border security, along with hiring,
harboring, aiding & abetting, and transporting illegals is indeed a
responsibility of the Federal government, but not in toto.  As an attorney you should be aware of 8 USC,
Sec. 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644—which plainly states, among other things that
ALL law enforcement is
directed to apprehend those individuals and/or corporations hiring, harboring,
aiding & abetting, and transporting illegals. Many lawmakers such as you
are continually regurgitating the bromide that it is the sole responsibility of
the federal government to secure borders and regulate alien population.  This is only partially true. Am I to understand
your position is for citizens living in the sovereign state of Arkansas sit
idly by and allow our state/citizens to be overrun by uneducated, disease
ridden, poverty stricken illegal foreign nationals because the Feds are constitutionally
corrupt and refuse to enforce Article IV, Section IV? Who pays? No Mr. Chairman,
we are not going to allow that to happen. You are embracing our waffling
Governor’s position, you know the one “Legal is legal, and illegal is illegal,
and we’ve got to find out what’s legal”. I would remind you that in this crisis
there is no room for partisan politics.

 Now comes
Judiciary member Jim Nickels’ profound observation regarding the transporting
of illegals, “If a couple fall in love and get married and she’s an illegal…….”   Rep. Nickels, it is against the law making
your hypothetical example moot. Hopefully, this is not the depth of thought and
discourse in the entire committee.

Mr. Chairman, you speak of costs to implement 1093 and I
am so glad you’ve brought up the subject of cost, i.e. my tax dollars. I will
point out some of the costs for
NOT
implementing the Bill.  Hundreds of
millions of Arkansas tax dollars are being spent yearly on illegals in this
state to satisfy the demands of the Arkansas Friendship Coalition and others,
while many of these expenditures/services are not available to citizens.  Have you actually made investigations into
the horrendous costs of illegals in public schools, health clinics, AHEC, HUD,
WIC, Medicaid, Arkids First, Hospitals, E.R.’s, traditional doctor’s offices, or
witnessed the use of debit cards by illegals? How about police stations, jails,
prisons, witness gang activity, graffiti, drug & human smuggling bands, ad
infinitum?  All these services are
devoted to illegals and you wonder what the cost would be for the state police
to enforce HB 1093? Give me a break!  Shut
of the funding spigot, Mr. Chairman. Whose side are you on and what’s your
reward?  Are you aware there are more
policing organizations in this state armed to the teeth, fully militarized,  than you can shake a stick at? Citizens are sick
of these illegal invaders being treated by equally illegal government acts as
an endangered species, subsidized by our tax dollars.

The most egregious act, i.e. grand taxpayer theft, was
the passage of the Bill which mandated free pre & postnatal care to illegal
Mexican and OTM women, compliments of Gov. Huckabee and the Arkansas
Legislature. At the conclusion of the pregnancy, already thousands upon
thousands of anchor babies have and are being produced…proclaimed American
citizens. Anchor babies have the right to remain on welfare until 25 years of
age and the immediate right to bring in from their native country, their
immediate family.  Only corrupt fools
could create such suicidal legislation, i.e. an unconstitutional, illegal
attack on culture, heritage and rule of law.
Are you aware of the cumulative cost and numbers of illegals who have
and are participating in these unconstitutional programs since the inception
beginning July 5, 2005?  Of course
not.  Do you care?  That remains to be seen. In view of all the
economic rape of citizens, Gov. Beebe comes forth with his vote-seeking
increase in Medicaid and applauding the increase in the national SCHIPPs
program, while the illegal invasion continues unabated.

Members of the Judiciary
Committee hold the key to the survival of middleclass Arkansans
. We demand
an open, full House debate on the crisis that is reducing this nation to political
and economic rubble, i.e. economic & political genocide of the middleclass,
and if not stopped the result will be a bellicose multicultural Gulag. The
OBGYN expense alone required to discharge the pre & postnatal expense would
more than pay for proper policing required by 1093.

I have FOIed DHS during the early years and the results
were staggering…and this is not counting DHS cover-ups.   Go to arkansasfreedom.net and scroll
down to FOI’s for documented details.

There is the matter of gross irregularities being
committed by the Arkansas State Police and their influence peddlers,
advertising in Spanish in tri-color print and radio (other agencies are also
doing TV ads in Spanish, paid for by taxpayers), issuing drivers’ licenses to
illegals, turning drunken and/or traffic wreck offenders loose, but have the
time and resources for their expensive “Click it or Ticket” campaigns directed
at citizens.  The matter of ASP issuing
driver’s licenses to illegals now resides in the Arkansas Supreme Court and is
being defended by that paragon of virtue A.G. Dustin McDaniel against citizen
wishes and Constitutional demands.

Chairman Harrelson, the cost of maintaining and dealing
with the illegal and OTM crisis is out of sight and is increasing exponentially,
while illegals are depressing wages and stealing jobs from citizens who are
struggling mightily in diverse areas as we enter the throes of a depression.  In the meantime your buddies in the Poultry Federation,
Chambers of Commerce, Farm Bureau Insurance led by the Delta planter (with all
his AG subsidies) who wants to be the president of the U. of A. system, various
contractors, and by all means the Catholic & other churches …all using
their millions to fight the enforcement of U.S. and State immigration laws,
while economically & politically gorging themselves at citizens’
expense.  Where is Morril Harriman in
this picture?  See “Arkansas’ own trail
of Tears” cartoon arkansasfreedom.net
.

Mr. Harrelson, the matter of illegals in our state and
Republic is first and foremost a Rule of Law issue.  The issue is larger than your judicial
committee, or any committee for that matter.
Simply stated, depending on polling, 70-90% of Arkansans demand the
illegal Mexican & OTM invasion be curtailed this session.  Do you agree that it would not be fair in all
its ramifications for your small committee to kill this Bill and of equal
importance there are those in your committee who may have vested economic and
political interests (you included) in keeping illegals in our state and
expanding the magnet?

If for no other reason than in the spirit of fair play—send
HB 1093 to the full House and let it be voted on by all elected
Representatives.

Can we count on objective leadership in the Judicial
Committee rather than the demands of unscrupulous powerbrokers, some previously
mentioned?

Finally, one disturbing outburst by a legislator last
week who stridently stated he “would not vote for any Republican Bill” and
besides that, he had friends “who want more cheap illegal labor”, followed by “I
don’t have to take this Bull Crap!”…all said to some of his
lady constituents who happened
to be Republicans.  I cannot describe in
words my feelings toward this Buffoon who is willing to bathe himself publicly
in corruption.  I will refrain, for the
present, from calling him out.

This is no time for self-serving political “partisanship”,
deal from an honest deck.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Ark. Judiciary needs to let all Reps vote on Bill re illegals

(Originally posted on 1/19/2009 9:47:00 PM)

Ladies & Gentlemen of the Arkansas State House of
Representatives:                                    January 19, 2009

As I understand it, Rep. Sample’s HB 1093 resides in the
Judiciary Committee in the House.  This
proposed Bill, as each of you should know, curtails significant areas of the
illegal Mexican and OTM invasions which are having devastating effects on
middleclass Arkansans, i.e. wage suppression, job stealing and huge cash
outlays for a myriad of social programs, many not available to Arkansas’ citizens.
How many of you know the numbers and costs of just prenatal care for illegal
Mexican women and OTM’s?  Answer,
none.  This egregious program was initiated
July 5, 2005.  The numbers and costs are devastating
and this program, for all intents and purposes, is minor compared to other
programs which benefit illegals .

Corporations and cheap labor lobbyists are treating the
illegal invasion as an economic issue and certainly it is for those of us who
are paying for this unconstitutional mess. Ladies & Gentlemen, it is first
and foremost a Rule of Law issue.

Ladies & Gentlemen of the Judiciary Committee I say to
you that disregarding the Constitutional and Rule of Law issues that have been
steamrolled over by many of you and/or your predecessors is a travesty of
Justice.  It is only honorable and just
for members of this extremely important committee to pass this Bill onto the
whole House so that all citizen constituents may be heard and represented.

You must know that the citizens of Arkansas, regardless of
which poll, overwhelmingly demand that legislation be instituted in this
session to quell the illegal invasion, prohibit unearned largesse being dispensed
to illegals, and those hiring (the magnets) be punished.  Polls indicate 70-95% favor putting down this
invasion and the Rule of Law reinstated.

You and only you, at this point, have the ability to
accomplish these fair, lawful requests.
It is simply the people vs. corporations, Chambers of Commerce, and big
religion. It is only just to allow citizens to officially know how each of
their elected representatives stands on this issue which can only be defined as
a crisis in every dimension.  HB 1093
should have legal standing over a 1 cent grocery tax and animal cruelty Bill.

Where are your allegiances? Are you influenced by the
Arkansas Friendship Coalition? Let the people know where each of you stands.

Kindest regards,

Joe & Barbara McCutchen
