Senators Lincoln, Pryor and Governor Beebe have plunged
another shiv deep into the spines of citizens. 

October 7, the Delta Duchess and the waffling Pryor voted in
secrecy to cut $3 billion from the border fence and voting $30 billion for
corporate Ag subsidies to grow non-essential crops. 

The Duchess’ treasonous votes  are all in the public purview, e.g. her
spending taxpayer dollars to organize illegals, (purpose?) her vote for amnesty
for 20-30 million illegals, her vote for the DREAM Act giving amnesty and
scholarships to illegals and increasing her fortune, her families’,  Ag giants, i.e. Riceland Rice, plantation czar
Congressman Marion Berry, etc. from the $30 billion Ag subsidies.  The Duchess has received more than $100,000
from super wealthy families and their PACs since 1999. Prominent are the Walton’s,
Cox’s, Mars, and Koch’s.

Waffling Mark Pryor voted against the amnesty bill only because
he knows it is a critical issue and he’s running for reelection 2008.  He understands the implications of the illegal
Mexican invasion and the effect on middleclass citizens.  However; behind closed doors he reverts back
to the traitorous Democrat base, votes to cut $3 billion from the border fence.   Mark
is a 3rd generation Pryor, all in the taxpayer trough.  Pryor has a history of hiring illegals for
domestic use.

“Legal is legal, illegal is illegal, we have to find what is
legal and illegal” parrots Gov. Beebe, a cowardly play on words and obfuscation.
 He states the illegal invasion is a

Senator Blanche Lincoln continues her treasonous assaults
against American citizens and more specifically, Arkansans, by attacking our
sovereignty, culture, and rule of law.  Her
recent votes for Bush’s Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill 1348 bear this
out, i.e. amnesty for 20-30 million illegals. Her votes show her utter disdain
for middleclass taxpaying citizens and her allegiance to open-borders, cheap
labor corporate masters, and by her own admission follows Democrat Party
edicts.

A synopsis of her votes re: SB 1348. She voted YES on
allowing illegals to participate in Social Security. She voted against the
Cornyn amendment which would establish a permanent bar against gang members,
terrorists, and other criminals. She voted against the Vitter Amendment which
would strike the amnesty provisions of the Bill and keep 12-20 million illegals
from becoming legal. She voted against an Amendment to increase interior
enforcement in 2007. She voted against the Coleman Amendment which would enable
state and local officials to inquire about a person’s legal status. She voted
against the Dorgan Amendment to delete provisions in the Bill establishing new “guestworker”
programs which would authorize the importation of 600,000 foreign workers per
year. She voted YES for Cloture on SB 1348. Cloture shuts off debate. 

In 2006 she voted against funding 800 miles of border fence
which Bush had signed into law. To date 3 miles have been completed.

She’s shows contempt for citizens and feels politically
secure.  Will citizens forget in 2 years?
Citizens revelling in party politics, i.e. Democrat/Republican,
liberal/conservative, are just the fools the Pols and bureaucrats are counting
on.

Senator Blanche Lincoln is an arrogant plantation elitist

A day and evening with a real American Mayor.

 

May 31st Barbara & I departed Fort Smith, destination
of Hazelton, PA, a city that parallels Fort Smith in many ways but where they
diverge is a Grand Canyon.

 

You see, Mayor Lou Barletta places American citizens and
more specifically the citizens of Hazelton’s safety above political concerns
and adheres to the rule of law.—the epicenter of his administration.

 

A rally in support of Mayor Barletta and the City Directors
was held Sunday, June 3, 2007 in front of City Hall with 6 speakers, including
the eloquent patriot Philadelphian Joey Vento owner of Geno’s Philly
Cheesesteak fame who refused to remove a sign from his business asking
customers to please speak English when ordering, culminating with
Mayor Barletta’s no-nonsense approach to the rule of law and the safety of the
citizens he represents, particularly the middleclass. There was an estimated
2,000 in attendance wearing supportive T-shirts, carrying banners, signs &
American flags.  There was only one
disruption by an illegal that was quickly, quietly cuffed and led away.

 

Mayor Barletta apprised the gathering that the ACLU with
their 27 lawyers were taking an anti-American stand, as they normally do, i.e.
the destruction of Western Civilization and America’s history and culture. Not
only wanting to destroy the ordinance that the Mayor and his board passed regarding
English only documents, a $10,000 fine initially for employers of illegals plus
$,1000 per day for continued non-compliance, plus a lesser fine for those
renting to illegal aliens.  Additionally,
the ACLU is suing the city of Hazelton for legal expenses incurred by their
traitorous lawsuit. It is the Mayor’s opinion that the judge will rule in favor
of the ACLU and the city of Hazelton will appeal to the U.S. Supreme
Court.  In my opinion, if this judge
rules for the ACLU, then he is nothing more than a judicial prostitute.

 

I remind each of you that Article 4, Section 4 of the
U.S. Constitution commands that one of the 5 duties dedicated to the President
of the United States is to secure our borders against all invaders.  President Bush is committing treason for
failure to secure our borders and ultimately our sovereignty.

 

I would ask each of you to log on to our website arkansasfreedom.net for a list of
laws that covers every aspect of the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion,
particularly dealing with enforcement and a code of conduct by our elected and
appointed officials, none of which is enforced, creating what can be called “selective
justice”.

 

Of the many Codes I will mention one which is most
prophetic, (see others on the website) 
Section 1324c “All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws
shall have authority to make arrests for violation of any provision of this
section”.

 

That evening we were privileged to have dinner with the
Mayor, his wife, and a half dozen other functionaries, discussing the
legalities and courses the city of Hazelton is prepared to take.  We have seen no elected official more
dedicated to defending his city and the law of the land than the Mayor Lou
Barletta.a

 

Contrast this with the city of Fort Smith, Arkansas, a
microcosm of cities across our vast land, and envision the grand gulf between
these cities and Hazelton, PA.  Fort
Smith has a mayor and Board of Directors who have never spoken publicly on this
city’s illegal invasion and the destruction and disruption that is being placed
on middleclass citizens in areas so important to our well being and stability—the
Arts & Sciences, societal concerns, most particularly education,
healthcare, penal, welfare, and the unholy growth of government at all
levels.  Factor in Corporate America, the
Chambers of Commerce, Catholic Charities, and corrupt politicians and
bureaucrats, and it is readily understandable why our Republic is on the precipice,
evolving into 3rd World status.

 

There is no communication between the various law enforcement
agencies which translates into a sanctuary for illegals.  They function like eunuchs in the area of
illegal immigration—why and who benefits?

 

The defeat of George Bush’s criminal legislation, Comprehensive
Immigration Reform, was a great victory for the people, but this corrupt
administration will come back again and again and again.

 

All incumbents, regardless of Party and regardless who is
running, must be defeated in order to destroy the
political/bureaucratic/corporate protection racket, born on the backs of
middleclass America.

The treasonous Republican
and Democrat parties birthed Senate Bill 1348, Bush’s comprehensive immigration
reform, i.e. amnesty for 20-30 million illegals.  Principals deeply involved in this treasonous
treachery are Senators Lincoln and Pryor. 
They have conscientiously betrayed Arkansas citizens in favor of Tyson’s,
Wal-Mart, the Chambers of Commerce, etc.

 

Some facts regarding their
scurrilous behavior: the past three years Lincoln used a taxpayer employee,
Angela Schauerle, to crisscross the state pleading with illegals to
organize.  Citizens, that’s for votes.
You say illegals don’t vote? Think again. 
October, 2006 the U.S. Congress passed a law to build 750 miles of fence
along our southwestern border, Pryor and Lincoln voted against funding the
border fence…to date, two miles built. 
In the same package they voted to give social security to illegals that
had been here for 18 months and voted to increase the yearly number of legals
by over a third.

 

Addressing the sellout of
America by Bush and the Republican/Democrat parties—SB 1348.  Last week Pryor stated that amnesty is just a
buzz word.  Pryor lied. Referencing
border security the bill says “it will improve border security”, simply means
no securing our borders.  Secondly, the
initial phase of the Bill is to award illegals “Legal Status” through the
issuance of a “Z visa” to be renewed repeatedly, no legal or economic obligations
required of the illegals, while receiving benefits that are denied citizens.  Senator Pryor, this is amnesty, not a “buzz”
word.  If this Bill passes, the Z Visas
will be handed out immediately in the millions and border security not addressed
firstly, imagine the magnitude of the illegal magnet these two treacherous senators
and others intend to create?

 

This legislation is
designed to destroy middleclass Americans, Pryor and Lincoln deserve no
quarter.

WASHINGTON
— Arkansas’ U.S. senators are the targets of a blistering radio advertising campaign
that started Monday and is funded by an illegal immigration foe from Fort
Smith.

Joe McCutchen, whose stiff anti-immigration stance put him on a civil rights
group’s watch list, paid for the weeklong ad blitz urging Sens. Blanche Lincoln
and Mark Pryor, D-Ark., to take stronger stances on illegal immigration.

McCutchen said Monday he paid for airtime on stations that cover the western
half of the state. Each 30-second spot directs listeners to call the senators’
offices and plugs McCutchen’s Web site.

Spokesmen for Lincoln and Pryor said their offices had not received any calls
in reference to the campaign as of late Monday.

Pryor spokesman Michael Teague accused McCutchen of telling a “half
truth” in one advertisement, which states that both senators opposed
funding construction of a 700-mile fence along the U.S.-Mexican border.

Teague said Pryor cast some “no” votes during debate on a funding
mechanism, but eventually supported an appropriations bill to fund the fence.
Lincoln also supported the bill, her spokeswoman said.

“Anybody
that has money can get a Web site and have airtime,” Teague said.

No immigration legislation is pending in Congress, but McCutchen said he
thought immigration reform bills — which could include granting amnesty to many
illegal immigrants — might come up at any time.

“I have thought they would backdoor this thing over a weekend,” he
said. “There was no good time to launch this campaign.”

McCutchen and his wife, Barbara, have helped guard the border as part of the Minuteman
Project. He was a minuteman three times, but left the group because he said it
had been taken over by Washington-based neoconservatives.

His ads demand Lincoln and Pryor oppose amnesty and government benefits to
illegal immigrants.

He said the two lawmakers have sold out their constituents in favor of
“open-borders, cheap labor, corporate America.”

The senators last year voted to create a guest worker program that would allow
illegal immigrants to apply for legal status. That clashed with a House bill
that did not contain guest worker provisions, and Congress adjourned last year
without adopting any comprehensive immigration reform measures.

McCutchen said the immigration problem is destroying the nation, particularly
its middle class.

Last spring, McCutchen was flagged by the Southern Poverty Law Center as a
“nativist,” or one who thinks immigrants cannot be Americans. A
spokeswoman for that group characterized his views as racist and anti-Semitic
and said he was allied with hate organizations.

McCutchen on Monday said he is not affiliated with any group and he is funding
his campaign alone.

“If defending the Constitution and the rule of law is supported by I don’t
care who, then I’m on the right path,” he said.
