To the Arkansas Six: March 8, 2013
Senator Mark Pryor, Senator John Boozman, Congressmen Tom Cotton, Rick Crawford, Tim Griffin, Steve Womack.
I was sorely disappointed in not seeing any of you aiding in the filibuster conducted by Senator Rand Paul & colleagues.
Why should I be disappointed, 5 0f the 6 of you voted for the criminally inspired National Defense Authorization Act with the exception of Tom Cotton, who was not yet a member of the congressional delegation.
Your legislative support of the NDAA can only be described as heinous. In a word, it allows government, all branches, city police and county sheriffs to track, spy, and assassinate American citizens, most particularly without due process.
Then there is the matter of erasing legal counsel, trial by jury, secret kidnappings, and imprisonment in foreign lands for indeterminate amounts of time.
Your collective conduct is not only unconstitutional but despicable in the most virulent terms.
Five of you are assassins in absentia.
Did any of you read the bill or are you just that tyrannical?
Joe McCutchen
