His legislative chicanery has almost achieved fait accompli of the Republic.

I.     His attacks on the Constitution:

       1.    Voted for Patriot Acts twice

       2.    Voted for Military Commissions Act

       3.    Voted for No Child Left Behind…federal government

              takeover of public education

       4.    Supports rendition and torture

       5.    Voted funding for 3 preemptive undeclared wars

       6.    Voted for $700 billion TARP Bailout

       7.    Voted for Homegrown Terrorist Act…allowing

              government to declare any American citizen a “terrorist”

       8.    Voted for prescription drug bill (10 yr. cost $350 billion)

       9.    Voted billions in new taxes

       10.  Etc. etc, etc.

II.    Headline Times Record…2008…Boozman declares war on

       illegal aliens. Results: None

III.   Headline Times Record…March 2009…Boozman pushing

       economic development in Arkansas and Job production.

       Results: None

IV.    Front-page Times Record…May, 2010…(a year later)

       Boozman plans bus tour to push campaign, Jobs.

       He calls it “Driving for Jobs”…how asinine.

V.    Exorbitant international travel, wife often included. Usual

       excuse…”fact finding,” compliments of citizen taxpayers.

       Recently quoted, “my next trip will be throughout Arkansas.” For the citizens needs in the Third Congressional District Boozman is irrelevant, for their billfolds and liberties he is dangerous.
