Will the real Glenn Beck please stand up?

Dissecting Beck’s  latest shtick of explaining what made America great without any reference to the Enlightenment’s birth of individual freedom doesn’t shed light on the subject at all and in fact muddles.

Let’s compare his description to reality.

1. Faith=belief in something without empirical evidence (passive) VS.  Reason = ideas based on logical, demonstrable evidence (active)
2. Hope = wishful thinking (passive) VS Courage = bravery in the face of adversity (active)
3. Charity = <in this context> altruism, sacrifice of self to others (passive) VS. Merit = earning one’s rewards (active) + Justice = fair treatment based on facts/truth

The making of America was anything but passive.  There of course were all sorts of passive factors such as the above, but the carving out of the wilderness, the fierce devotion to rational concepts such as individual liberty and the determination to escape the tyrannies of the past took enormous actions, risking life, limb and fortunes.

Beck doesn’t mention the Enlightenment or John Locke (inspirations to Founders) from whence such concepts as individual rights/liberties emanated and the Founders’ study and understanding of those new, rare ideas.

While Beck has done a yeoman’s job of explaining and exposing the Democrat/Progressive/Communists, he has omitted any mention of the Republican Neo-conservatives and only refers to them as “progressives” too.

Beck correctly identifies Saul Alinsky and his Industrial Areas Foundation method of organizing minorities, disenfranchised, parasitical “victims” into corrupt armies of usurpers, law breaking liars, cheats, and immoral paragons.  He proves Obama was one of the most accomplished “organizers” who seeks to destroy the republic, replacing it with full blown communism and forced redistribution.

Acceptance of Political Correctness (diversity, racism, multi-culturalism, etc.) has made all this possible.

The Republican Neo-cons on the other hand are followers of Zionist Leo Strauss (Chicago Univ… society should be led by a group of elite vanguards, whose job is to protect liberal society against the dangers of excessive individualism, and creating inspiring myths to make the masses believe that they are fighting against anti-democratic and anti-liberal forces.) “eternal war for eternal peace”, achieve goals by any means necessary, which he called the “noble lie” (“perpetual deception of the citizens by those in power is critical because they need to be led, and they need strong rulers to tell them what’s good for them.”). This tells you all there is to know about the “war on terror”.

Certain Evangelicals fell in with the neoconservatives early on and continue to give them credence.

  Why no mention from Beck?  The Neo-Cons tricked us into preemptive wars based on lies, murdering of millions of innocents, a phony “war on terror”, rendition, and TORTURE! Why is it our job to “spread Democracy” to people who don’t want it, when we are supposed to be a Republic, definitely not a democracy?

Is Beck a defender of the constitution or defender of the neo-conservative agenda which includes freedom killing laws (Patriot Acts, Military Commissions, police state tactics, open borders/illegal alien invasion, and globalism?

Due to his glaring Constitutional contradictions, Beck’s cover is crumbling fast, mostly because of what he doesn’t say.

His entreaty to “Question Boldly” rings hollow when he vehemently attacks anyone who boldly questions the government’s role in highly suspicious activities like 911, OKC, Waco, FEMA Camps, or Obama’s citizenship and educational credentials which are sealed from public knowledge.  According to Beck these bold questioners must be kooks and nutcases…why?  He has already proven the corrupt nature of the government.

Another obvious omission is Beck’s tax expenditure pie-chart discussion showing Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid as at least 1/2 of our budget…no mention of 3 preemptive wars, foreign occupation in 130 countries, or the billions wasted on illegal alien invaders.

Beck likes to talk about the Founders and he did mention Washington’s admonition regarding no foreign entanglements; however he continues to perpetuate the myth that Israel is our friend and we are obligated to protect it.  How about some facts like Israel is the recipient of more U.S. foreign aid than all other nations combined? That they possess hundreds of nuclear missiles and have refused to sign multiple non-proliferation agreements (that Iran has signed)? That Israel leads the world in sex-slavery and perhaps human organ trafficking?   That they attacked our naval intelligence ship the USS Liberty in 1967 and killed 34 American sailors?  That they have for decades stolen our military/technology secrets and sold many of them globally?  That their ongoing Mossad spy network is responsible for untold deceptions and treachery?  These are friends?

Why has he not mentioned national and state sovereignty which is under attack? What about the militarization of law enforcement and other government agencies?  How about the blatantly un-American, unconstitutional Patriot Acts, Military Commissions Act, loss of Habeas Corpus & Posse Commitatus and other liberty stealing laws foisted upon us by the Republican Neo-cons?

Who made us the policemen of the world? What right do we have to blow the “cradle of civilization” all to hell because 19 Arabs (not Afghans, Iraqis, Iranians, Pakistanis, and Jordanians) supposedly perpetrated 911 all by their lonesome’s?  That is reason enough to destroy foreign people and lands in huge proportion?

Qui bono? Who benefits?  The military/industrial complex and Israel.  We fight their wars and fork over more in foreign aid and war machines than we do for all the rest.

While Beck has at least called for troops to come home from the 130+ countries we are occupying which would cut the “Defense” budget, he also has called to win or get out…he does get credit for that.  But the whole story needs to be told.  The political stranglehold on the U.S. held by the Democrat Communists and the Republican Neo-conservative Fascists must be recognized and defeated if our freedoms and Republic are to survive.

Beware the return of the Neo-cons, as well as the Progressives/Communists.
