This is the most criminally corrupt payoff to
corporations, politicians and bureaucrats, no citizen considerations, in the
history of our Republic. Arkansas is in the grasp of a political machine
that takes no prisoners using middleclass Arkansans to fund their economic
& political genocide of our citizens.
The Arkansas State Legislature is a willing cowardly pawn
enabling Gov. Mike Beebe and his insiders to serve their masters, i.e.
Arkansas’ corporations and the Chambers of Commerce (hereafter to be known as
the Chamber of Comrades). The legislature is mortally fearful of Beebe, why?
He has the sucked the political teat his entire life.
Can you imagine what the chameleons will do with the billions
compliments of we taxpayers and our progenies for decades to come….if we are so
lucky to still resemble a sovereign nation, and that is unlikely. Name one
government agency that has not sold the citizens down the river.
We have only to blame ourselves for the destruction of our
Republic by continuing to reelect, cycle after cycle, the self-serving
political criminal parasites.
Citizens, there is no difference between political parties and
political ideologies, liberal/conservative, etc. and as long as you folks
continue to walk a party line we are done, which seems to be the case.
This isn’t just Arkansas…it’s all states in one degree or

The Democrat party and transparency, not quite, i.e. Governor
Beebe satisfying numerous enablers with one piece of legislation—The Tobacco Tax.
The sale of tobacco is a legal business, albeit heavily
taxed and regulated, but legislators have relegated it to a tax producing
punching bag. Another .50+ cents per pack is scurrilous by any standard. Therefore; instead of committing two immoral
and unethical acts, overtaxing a legal business and using some of the tax money
gained from over taxation for one alleged legitimate enterprise, Trauma Centers,
and who of you know the number of unconstitutional endeavors contained in the
Tobacco Bill, try 20. That said; why not outlaw the use of all tobacco products
which would result in a real health initiative.
Because you’ll lose the revenue? Follow the money.
Beebe and his legislative handlers want to build trauma
centers. In Utopia that’s a fine idea, but in the throes of a depression and
the above mandating state government expansion…not a good idea, we don’t need
another welfare magnet. Particularly in
view that under Beebe’s watch, state government has increased by over 1,000
employees (to deal with illegals and their associated never ending problems/crises?).
The real Trauma Centers are the cities of Arkansas who have huge unemployment numbers,
while illegal foreign nationals are stealing thousands of poultry and construction
jobs, orchestrated by the Poultry Federation, the Associated General
Contractors, the Catholic Church leadership, Farm Bureau Insurance, Stephens,
Inc, and the rest of the deceptive “Arkansas Friendship Coalitionâ€. Members of the legislature, your sole duty is
to protect Arkansas citizens by addressing the needs of struggling citizens
instead of bullying the tobacco industry for nefarious activities. Is it probable, if you pass this tobacco
travesty you will drive smokers across the nearest state line to patronize
Indian Smoke Shops? Looking at that possibility
in political speak would offer you all a chance to create another blood-sucking
bureaucracy. Now in the matter of TRANSPARENCY:
Gov. Beebe, House Speaker Robbie Wills, & Senate President Bob
Johnson, tell us specifically what your plans are for the millions of dollars
generated, not being dedicated to the Utopic Trauma Centers, i.e. how many
dollars to be spent on programs for illegals to satisfy the surreptitious Arkansas
Friendship Coalition’s insatiable appetite for open borders and cheap labor,
while creating more magnets for illegals to invade our state? While this is going on, Beebe is on his belly
begging the Fed for more Medicaid and SCHIPS when it is past time to CUT, CUT,
CUT. Illegals and many if not most, welfare recipients do not qualify as
endangered species.
Many of you legislators have been cloistered so long in your
petty charades, protecting your own economic hides; you’ve lost contact with
reality and the concepts of individual rights. Example: Professional politician
Shane Broadway initiated a study in 2005 to provide a tool for state agencies
to better serve Arkansans (translation—more welfare recipients and a bombastic
increase in illegals). The most poignant part of the study centered on
Hispanics showing a volcanic increase in their numbers. Witness the expanding
barrios in Springdale, Siloam Springs, Rogers, Dardenelle, Danville, DeQueen,
Fort Smith, Mena, Waldron, etc…you get the picture. An obvious admission that
the Arkansas state government plans to do NOTHING about the proliferating
Mexican and OTM invasion, accompanied by the Governor’s and legislature’s
arrogance, and in my mind criminal behavior, and have no problem saddling
middleclass Arkansans with the economic burdens precipitated by those companies
and individuals hiring illegals and the illegals themselves. These unaddressed
crises are causing an economic and political genocide of middleclass Arkansas. Any thinking individual readily concludes
Arkansas has the most corrupt government money can buy. If you question the latter statement,
enumerate the players. Here’s some help…Tyson’s,
Walton’s, Farm Bureau (Stanley Reed), George’s, Warren Stephens, and so on.
Legislators, where are your allegiances?
Examples of egotistical myopia are recent pay raises for the
Governor and Legislature, signed by the Governor. In a pathetic grandstand
play, Beebe rejected his raise. If Beebe
had any Constitutional credibility he would have refused to sign the pay raise
Bill for all. Individuals who are in any
way receiving an employment check from any government entity should NEVER
receive a pay raise unless the taxpaying producers who generate the revenue can
afford it and vote for it. No one has
forced you onto the government teat with all its self-serving perks.
Now comes House Speaker Robbie Wills with the statement of
the ages which provides a vivid example of why citizens detest government…â€I
haven’t billed a legal fee in 6 months (why?), I’ve got a baby coming in May,
so yes, I’m going to accept my raiseâ€.
Robbie, now is a great time for you to resign and get back to work to
support your family and believe me, you will not be missed.
Another example: President Bob Johnson is going to keep his
raise and he says, “I’m going to work to earn every bit of itâ€. Bob, the question for you is…what kind of
work are you going to do? How about a
few suggestions: determine the taxpayer cost for your outrageous law conferring
free pre & post natal care for illegal Mexican women and OTM’s; oh yes, the
dollar cost for the Ark. State Police to advertise in Spanish, awarding driver’s
licenses to illegals; Parks & Tourism advertising in Spanish and their
relationship to Cranford, Johnson/Aristotle ad agencies; Secretary of State
Charlie Daniels and his nepotistic realm authorizing driver’s licenses for
illegals; and MUCH more.
Rep. Steve Harrelson praised Beebe’s decision not to accept
the raise, while Harrelson unabashedly accepted his…that kind of logic from an
OXFORD scholar?
So you see Bob, you can earn that raise if you address all
the corruption that you now lord over, and begin to protect the citizens for a
change instead of your enablers. The
issues mentioned are never discussed or debated in a public forum…Why is that?
How many of you Arkansas legislators have the Constitutional
pride and guts to tell Gov. Beebe to shove his illegal Bill, camouflaged as the
Tobacco Tax Bill.
A vote AGAINST the Tobacco Tax Bill and FOR HB 1093 will
help insure sovereignty, stability and the rights of taxpaying citizens!

I’ve seen articles blaming Ayn Rand for the economic mess,
crooked CEO’s, Dog eat Dog “Capitalism”, and a few declaring her a prophet. The
former couldn’t be further from the truth, she expressed nothing but disgust
for anyone who cheats to get ahead, the latter was true in the sense that she
understood consequences…what the results of certain actions would be. Her philosophy did not play games with
reality.
I discovered “The Fountainhead” in the late ‘60’s, then read
all her books and most of her articles, essays, etc. I attended many recorded seminars in the ‘60’s
& 70’s explaining her philosophy and her original definitions and concepts. They were built on logic, common sense, and
never wavered from a matrix of how humans can and should live and deal with
each other fairly, and value merit, excellence and honor above all.
She taught that authentic self-esteem must be meticulously
earned and that force should be used only in self-defense. Her devotion to the Founders, the Declaration
of Independence, Constitution & Bill of Rights was immense and her hatred
for any form of Collectivism (Statism, Communism, Fascism, Socialism) was
intense. She saw what happened to her
native Russia and fought fiercely to keep that hideous fate away from America.
Her Laissez Faire Capitalism was a system based on merit,
excellence, honor, hard work, and pride.
The government’s role was quite small and very specific…it included
little interference and absolutely no favors….nothing like they call Free Trade
today or “public/private partnerships” which are heinously unconstitutional and
anti-American.
As government grew, the more it became involved in business,
e.g. the military/industrial complex and selective law enforcement which
protects certain groups or individuals. In learned societies the system is
called Fascism. “Public Servants” no longer have anything to do with “serving”
and all to do with “taking” (more taxes, fees, funding, more freedoms),
therefore they should realistically be called “Public Takers”. The irony is that some of the “Takers”
actually delude themselves into thinking they are doing “good” and “giving back”,
whatever that’s supposed to mean other than you owe your life to the collective
community (Communism). Involuntary
servitude is becoming a goal in vogue.
As the government “plantation” (welfare, racism encouraged
by unfair set-asides, quotas, affirmative action, hand-outs to deadbeats) grew
and unearned rewards were doled out from monies taken by force in taxes, the
multitudes of recipients became lazy, dependent, ignorant, demanding, and arrogant. Fair play, achievement, individual rights to
property, free speech, assembly, bearing arms, and many more became lost
concepts in the intentional cesspool of misinformation, corruption, favoritism,
ignorance and arrogance. Miscarriages of
justice have become too common with innocent people punished and the guilty
rewarded…the Great Protection Racket is paying off the corrupt players at the expense
of trusting citizens (e.g. Ramos & Compean, Wayne Fincher, whistleblowers)
by making examples of them to discourage and intimidate others. Witness the lengths to which they’ll go to
ignore and/or distort laws which don’t suit their purposes.
As a culture we have done everything wrong according to Ayn
Rand’s philosophy and code of ethics. We have sacrificed excellence and truth
to divisive “diversity”, a hollow concept at best. We have allowed a return of
slavery by exploitation of illegal aliens and sticking taxpaying citizens with
their healthcare, education, etc. by corrupt employers/politicrats, dignity and
self-reliance destroyed with welfare, young people have been tricked into senseless,
bloody wars, untold numbers of innocents have been blown to smithereens, maimed
and made homeless, Americans have fallen for the most idiotic, ruthless schemes
imaginable, in short—utterly and totally betrayed the Founders and their wondrous,
courageous works.
We are now marching double-time backwards into the Dark Ages
and/or the Jungle….observe the tattoos, piercings, manner of dress, “art”, “music”,
“movies”, behavior, manners, speech, values, gangs,pursuits, business and
church practice—witness the pathetic efforts to disguise outright
exploitation/servitude of poverty ridden, illiterate aliens behind a veil of
charity and tolerance while forcing the producers to subsidize the illegals…what
a deal!! Machiavelli and Marx would be
proud.
Ayn Rand was glad she would die before seeing her predictions
come true and who can blame her?
If you wish to experience Man the Hero, the achiever, the
way the world ought to be and the way to attain it, get busy reading her
writings, especially “Atlas Shrugged”, “The Fountainhead”, “Anthem”, “We the
Living” and others because from what we are seeing our governments doing, book
burning is not far away.

As each of you should know The Arkansas Friendship
Coalition, certainly a misnomer is the group formed to defeat efforts directed
at curtailing the illegal Mexican & OTM invasion and punishing those
hiring, transporting, harboring, aiding & abetting illegals.

Joyce Elliot, why are you sponsoring legislation that allows illegal aliens to
receive scholarships to Arkansas’ colleges/universities? Don’t you remember the
loud voice Arkansans spoke with when then Governor Huckabee tried this exact
same thing? Surely you know that Arkansas has received an F for college
affordability and a D+ in benefits. Help OUR children to attend college.
You
want aliens put ahead of your own constituents, whose educational needs should
come first. Statistics show that 50% of Black High School students are
dropouts. Senator, in view of this statistic why do you champion the causes of
illegals and their enablers instead of working to raise the graduation rate of
African Americans?
The
Governor and Legislature have sworn to protect Arkansas’ students and not 3rd

Bishop Anthony Taylor stated “55% of Arkansas Catholics are recent immigrants
from Mexico and Central Americaâ€â€¦meaning primarily illegals. He further
stated “If those people weren’t here, quite a few of our parishes wouldn’t be
viableâ€. Taylor says “the future of the Catholic Church rests in
immigrantsâ€â€¦meaning overwhelmingly illegals. (1)
Taylor
makes a mockery of our laws in an effort to save his churches dying parishes
while saddling Arkansas taxpayers with the cost of education, healthcare,
social services, translators, and job stealing for these illegals.
Taylor
is now advocating scholarships for illegals, when a blockbuster study showed
Arkansas with an F in college affordability.
Gov.
Beebe and U of A chancellor Gearhart are advocating for illegals.
Gearhart is fundraising while Beebe equivocates. As the former Attorney General
for Arkansas, Beebe should know “the only way foreign nationals can attend
college in the U.S. legally is through the ICE agencies, “Internal Student

dictates political policy in Arkansas? The Governor and legislature,
corporations, or the Catholic Church? Or all of the above? Catholic
Bishop Anthony B. Taylor has launched an attack against Arkansas
citizens. Taylor states “Catholics are called to welcome immigrants,
regardless of how they came to this countryâ€, he states “No government has the

Since sending out the piece last evening titled the Protection
Racket Reigns Supreme, there has been one negative response in the person of
Arkansas State Senator Percy Malone—“Get me off ur listâ€. (Sic)
Why such a vitriolic response? Perhaps I can shed
some light on Senator Malone’s activities in the state legislature.
During Gov. Beebe’s tenure as the state’s Attorney
General, a number of questionable activities occurred. This would
of course, have been under Gov. Huckabee’s watch. Senator Malone, the
owner of a number of pharmacies has been the beneficiary of several no-bid
contracts dealing with pharmaceutical care awarded by the state of Arkansas.
(Please correct me Senator if I am mistaken.) These contracts are valued
in $hundreds of thousands of dollars. Senator Malone was termed out as a
Representative and has had a significant stay in the Senate, and is more than
familiar & certainly has the moxie to manipulate the system. At the
very least this is an absolute conflict of interest as well as other serious
possibilities.
Senator Malone was interviewed by the Dem-Gaz regarding
the aforementioned practice. His printed response was “I’m entitled to

To touch briefly on another appalling act of a past Ark.
legislative session, the passage of pre & post natal care for illegal
Mexican women and OTM’s, another attack on citizens by Huckabee and his illegal
Mexican Consulate (Article 1, Section 10 of U.S. Constitution). Do any of
you know the numbers and the ensuing costs and including other ancillary
expenses for the recipients of these citizen taxpayer paid services? The answer
is no and/or do you care? Over %50 of Citizen Arkansans are on some form
of welfare, and thousands without health insurance & jobs, and one can only
conclude that you are shilling for the likes of the Tyson’s, Wal-Mart’s,
Simmon’s, OK Foods, etc. and the Arkansas Friendship Coalition. What you
politically correct souls are doing is inflicting economic and political
genocide on middleclass Arkansans, the heart & guts of our society. As a
friend cited recently…â€we kickin’ our own assâ€.
If any of you have any interest you should go to arkansasfreedom.net and scroll to
the various FOI’s that have been filed regarding free prenatal care for
illegals. Since those filings the numbers have tripled. Contrary to the
official government line, illegals receive all forms of healthcare on demand,
no questions asked.

Ladies & Gentlemen of the Arkansas State Legislature: January 1, 2009
Individuals who are employed by various government entities
are assured of getting a check each week, accompanied by any number of perks,
compliments of the producers, i.e. those of us who generate the funds for their
existence.
Many if not most, have a complete disconnect, in that they
have no immediate concerns regarding the recession and ultimately the
depression we are about to enter. The
unemployment lines will continue to get longer and the conditions causing these
lines will exacerbate.
As you ladies & gentlemen enter the legislative arena,
the usual fundraising hordes will be on the attack, notably the educantists,
which brings me to the point of this missive.
I will address one small area briefly; hopefully you all will get the
message—accountability.
I cite the Univ. of Arkansas at Fort Smith and Chancellor
Paul Beran. There is no public awareness of public schools and higher education’s
spending habits and justifications, only “we need more moneyâ€. All school
systems are awash in money and their areas of involvement in society needlessly
continue to expand.
In the case of UAFS and Chancellor Beran’s insatiable appetite
for global involvements is but one example.
Many if not most of the students at said institution have never read the
Constitution, the Bill of Rights, could not tell you who the Constitutional
officers are or the state’s two senators, as examples. Yet Beran, with selected bureaucrats and
students, globe trots with chutzpah while fanning the flames for “globalizationâ€(collectivism)
at enormous cost to the producers, when our state and city would be best served
by teaching students the obligations of American citizenship and its incumbent
responsibilities. As pointed out above,
he has no regard for those paying for his salary and many perks.
Another item with which I take umbrage is electronic billboards
residing in Fort Smith advertising UAFS. Students interested in college won’t
be influenced by billboards.
I am asking each of you to demand specific accountability on
these many murky expenditures, demand a cutback in personnel, i.e. assistants,
deputies, ad infinitum, and a list of the top 50 employees and their
accompanying salaries…to name a few. (This should apply across the board).
There was a time when school administrators could be
believed—those days are gone. We have
about reached the point of having to turn over our paychecks to the failed
public and higher education fiefdoms.
And finally, two more vivid examples of wholesale corruption
by government officials, past & present. You know the specifics of Lu
Hardin’s wanton pillaging of UCA. Now comes our career self-serving governor
who has appointed his old buddy Jay Bradford to head another government agency
as Insurance Commissioner, replete with a $9,000 yearly increase. This is a
blatant conflict of interest since Bradford owns an insurance agency, and to
further this outrage, Bradford’s agency does business with the state. So much for ethics and the rule of law….things
our state government is not known for. Bradford was recently Director of the “Behavioral
Sciences Division†at the Arkansas DHS.
Qualifications?
Why are there not criminal investigations? Shades of “Blagoâ€.
