The Delta Duchess, aka Senator Blanche Lincoln stated she
supports scholarships for illegals “I think it’s really important to make sure
that we continue that investment (for illegal students) in a way that both
encourage their legality”.  How do you
encourage legality with illegality?

 

The Duchess voted against funding our border fence contiguous
with Mexico.   845 babies delivered in Benton County to
Illegals in 2006, 49% were unwed mothers. 
Illegals’ pregnancies produce “anchor babies” (welfare until 21), unwed
mothers, no visible support, produce again and again.   Estimates are 2-3 million illegals entering yearly–
insanity. Who pays?

 

The religious communities’ position on out-of-wedlock pregnancies?  Deafening silence. Fearful of losing unconstitutional
faith-based largesse?

 

The Duchess treats the illegal population as a static number.
She should examine the increasing numbers of illegals on prenatal care, and
ancillary costs translating to $10-15,000 per head, conservatively.  October, 2007 there were 7,000 Arkansas
illegals enjoying free prenatal care compliments of corrupt governors and a
feckless legislature.

 

Lincoln’s other favorite pastime—“Ag Bidness”.  She spoke on the Senate floor 11/14-15/2007
opposing a $750,000 yr Ag. subsidy cap.   The Whitehouse desires a $250,000 yr cap per
couple.  Why is the Duchess an agricultural
zealot?  Answer.  Lambert- Lincoln and her family collected
$715,000 from 1995-2005, most recent data available. Congressman Marion (Plantation)
Berry’s family, owners of 12,500 delta acres and purchasing more, collected
$2,357,094, same period.

OUTBREAK:  Leprosy in Arkansas – Brought Here by Whom?

In an emergency room in Arkansas, the patient exhibits dark red
boils, her skin numb. Another case of leprosy in America. Not far away, a tuberculosis-infected
illegal immigrant coughs while on break at the local chicken processing plant –
spreading his infectious germs across the break room table. His children, also
carrying the disease, which had been all but eradicated from the United States
years ago, join hundreds of children at the local public school. Crossing the
Mexican border, in a pickup truck filled with “migrant workers” coming to “do
the jobs Americans don’t do” in our fields and food processing plants, is the
Islamic terrorist who purposefully infected himself with smallpox in order to
spread the deadly disease to unsuspecting Americans nationwide.

 

Fact or fiction? Well over 12 million illegal aliens have invaded our
country from our southern border, circumventing the strict health requirements
that are enforced for those entering legally – requirements that include
ensuring the entrants are free from infectious diseases. Our own government
continues its push to give them legitimacy, in some cases welcoming them with
open arms under the guise of “they are doing the work Americans just don’t do.”
However, we don’t know who they are – or what horrific contagions they may have
brought with them.

 

In Northwest Arkansas, the state health department has been
tracking nine cases of Marshall Island citizens infected with leprosy.
According to a report from KFSM, the CBS affiliate in Fayetteville, Northwest
Arkansas has a large population of Marshall Island immigrants who have been
brought here to work in the poultry plants in the area. Although, according to
Dr. Jennifer Bingham in the KFSM report, leprosy is curable with proper
attention to treatment, they are not able to enlist compliance from the
patients to complete the process. The report also lists 100 cases of
tuberculosis in the Springdale area.

 

In subsequent reports, the Arkansas Department of Health has
downplayed the importance of the outbreak of leprosy in Northwest Arkansas,
stating that 95 percent of the population is genetically resistant to the
disease. Leprosy is a major concern in the Marshall Islands and with residents
from the Marshall Islands being exempt from immigration laws – including
medical requirements – it is no small surprise that Northwest Arkansas, with a
large concentration of Marshall Island residents working in the poultry plants,
is tracking nine cases of the disease. 

 

In an effort to calm fears of tuberculosis outbreak, the Ft.
Smith, Arkansas, Times Record states that in 2007, there were 106 cases of
tuberculosis reported statewide, with 21 – nearly a full quarter – in the
Northwest Arkansas area. Spread through the inhalation of infected particles
from an infected person who coughs, tuberculosis is easier spread than leprosy.
Both stories, regardless of the downplaying from government officials, are
reason for concern.

 

Concerns over leprosy in America are not new, but rarely reported.
On March 15, 2005, Columbia University’s Columbia News Service published an
article by Ben Whitford, titled “Leprosy in America:  New Cause for
Concern”.

 

While leprosy outbreaks in the United States are rare,
approximately 130 cases per year, Whitford’s report states that in 2004, 100
cases of leprosy were diagnosed in the United States among the immigrant
population. That was double from the year 2000.  Dr. William Levis, head
of New York’s Hansen’s Disease Clinic, stated, “It’s creeping into the
U.S.”  He is further quoted as calling it an “epidemic” that has already
reached such proportions in Texas, New York and California – all states with
high populations of immigrants. 

 

It has become politically incorrect to discuss the possibility of
illegal aliens bringing tuberculosis, leprosy and other infectious diseases
across the border. This tolerance to the lax policies regarding immigration,
appeasement of La Raza and other special interests and the ease in which
illegal aliens can blend into American society, leaves us wide open to
something far more sinister and deadly – bioterrorism.

 

Like the economic and health issues regarding illegal immigration
that have plagued our nation, the threat of terrorism from our porous southern
and northern borders is largely ignored, but a very real possibility. 

 

After September 11, the possibility of smallpox being used in a
bioterror attack became a concern with the Center for Disease Control. Long
since eradicated from the U.S., this highly contagious, deadly disease – or any
other – can walk across the border with Mohammed as easily as tuberculosis
comes with your local tomato picker. 

 

Tuberculosis, leprosy – an epidemic?  The reality of
bioterrorism from our porous borders? The possibilities could cause panic among
the population. The news would spread faster than the diseases themselves,
therefore the news is controlled, with an apparent goal to downplay
concerns. 

 

People have the right to know that government’s open border policy
has put them in danger, for more reasons than one. Don’t believe for a second
the cases in Northwest Arkansas are isolated incidences.  This is only the
beginning.

When the Collectivist term “Human Resources” replaced
Personnel Dept. all individualist alarms should have screeched loudly.  That is what we are to elitist power mongers, “resources”
and for many that is what you have become…just one more resource for exploitation
at the whim of the “Beautiful People” as Barbara Bush said—and Plato.

I am NOT a resource. 
I am a thinking individual, not subject to your harvesting.  You may have gained the police powers to
harass, arrest, and incarcerate dissenters for the time being, but that does
not ensure your powers  forever.

American taxpaying, honest citizens are sick to death of you
and your devious, corrupt ways…your battles against excellence, honor, merit,
and achievement—your efforts to misinform, dumb-down, and delude the public.  Your obscene desire for slave labor, your
disregard and contempt for the well-being of legal taxpaying citizens in order
to increase your profits, control/power, and to force us into a one-world
government dictatorship.

Not to mention your “eternal war for eternal peace”
neoconservative/liberal insanity…utilizing your “human resources” as cannon
fodder for your maniacal goals.  Our
military does not belong in other sovereign countries, trying to dictate their
affairs, guarding their borders—the only country who needs our protection is
the United States—which is the only country not getting it. Why?

  The fanatics and
leaders are fomenting hatred and fear of the U.S. all over the world unlike
ever seen before. We probably have no real allies anymore and our internal
enemies work for our destruction (often posing loudly behind religion and
patriotism) into one-world insanity.  No
more USA, Canada, Mexico…just one gigantic, chaotic mess called the North
American Union.  A one-way ticket to hell
for the U.S. & Canada. The winner will be the 3rd world corrupt,
crime & poverty ridden hellhole of Mexico.

Sure makes a lot of sense, huh?  But insanity never does.

For a Pulitzer guy, your public demands more. Your schtick
is much too transparent and worn out. 
This morning’s edition is a classic example. Your pathetic attempt to
deride the leprosy/TB threat with B grade comedy is a dead giveaway when you
are running a cover up.

 

The Tyson’s, et al have sucker punched Arkansans again with
the aid of government and shills such as yourself. 

 

No statements from the real medical community?  Most particularly the physician who made the
announcement?  A vile attack on her
credibility.

 

Just to be safe, why are the 8,000 Marshallese (all
carriers) and tens of thousands of illegal Hispanics (also potential carriers)
not subjected to physical examinations? 
Especially those working in the food industries!

 

This indeed can only be characterized as a “quick draw”
cover-up by the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, better known as the open-border,
cheap slave labor crowd.

Outbreak! Leprosy! Not!

How the news cycle works today-and doesn’t

LITTLE ROCK — WE HAVE this
thing against armadillos. And not just because they dig up pastures and
yards-or ruin a perfectly good squirrel hunting trip when somebody twists an
ankle in one of their holes. In their nocturnal raids, they’ve also been known
to ruin undercarriages of perfectly good trucks and cars. But mainly armadillos
spook us because every one of them can give you leprosy. At least that’s what
mama always said.

Okay, okay, so mama-even
mama!-could be wrong on rare occasion. But why take achance? Stay away from
armadillos! You may have only a one-in-a-million shot at getting leprosy-even
if you exchange hankies with Br’er Armadillo-but this is leprosy we’re talking
about. A nasty disease dating back to antiquity. Just saying the word “leprosy”
in the South is akin to shouting “Shark!” at the beach. People pay attention.
Maybe it was all those Bible lessons, but we’d still prefer not to get that
bug, thank you very much.

That’s why you’d be forgiven,
Gentle Reader, if you panicked, just a little, last Friday.

A television news station
somewhere in northwest Arkansas broadcast a story on Thursday that said
Springdale’s “medical community” was warning folks that a leprosy outbreak
“could blossom into an epidemic.”

Run for your lives!

Naturally, the story made it
onto Drudge. That website has a knack forpicking up strange stories from around
the world and blowing them up into panicky proportions. And the site is read by
so many people that a certain percentage of them were bound to take the Great
Leprosy Scare of ’08 all too seriously.

People were calling the state
HealthDepartment. Also the federal Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta. And
the governor’s office. And their congressmen. And Springdale’s mayor. Holy
panic attack, Batman.

Chamber types scrambled to
dispatch news releases denying the outbreak. Because, of course, there wasn’t
one.

The Arkansas
Democrat-Gazette’s story about the rumor/controversy/nonstory said that, on
Friday, the TV station had attributed its previous report on Thursday to bad info
from local doctors.

After all the facts were in
and the Crisis had blown over.

If you can’t believe
everything you read, you can’t believe everything you see on Drudge, either.
Or, for that matter, TV reports that say some outbreak “could” happen. Of
course it could happen. Anything could happen. Aliens could land tomorrow to
steal our armadillos and stare luridly at our daughters.

Newspapers are far from
perfect, as you may have noticed. But they can restore some perspective. And
calm.

What kind of people continue to elect and reelect liars,
thieves, and immoral con-men who promise anything to anyone, as long as
financed with taxpayers’ money, not theirs?

This election cycle proves bankruptcy in morals, ethics, courage,
and intelligence in many citizens.  We
are surrounded and ruled by fools and tyrants.

The governmental agencies are bloated, incompetent, and
contemptuous of our Founding principles and citizens in their clawing for more
turf/funding/power, they have lost all ethics and humanity. They’ve joined with
Big Biz and Big Church factions to create Amerikan Fascism.

The politicrats are interested in their government check /benefits/power.
Corporations care only for the bottom line, which entails slave labor wages and
taxpayers paying for the slave’s education, welfare, healthcare, incarceration,
et al….but product prices NEVER go down, while profits skyrocket. Big Church
reaps billions in taxpayer sanctuary programs and faith-based funds.

Citizens are dumbed-down by the school indoctrination
centers, media, and entertainment, who eradicated concepts like individualism, honor,
merit, and freedom long ago.  Is it the
lazy looking for more unearned rewards? The decadent instant gratifiers?  A combination of all?

There is no admirable answer, another lost concept…planned
by design for our destruction.  History
is lost on the ignorant, and U.S. citizens who lost their knowledge of true
history turned us into a nation of cowards, unwilling to even protect our
own. 

Latest proof?  KFSM TV
broke a huge story on leprosy and TB in NW Arkansas and were immediately shut
down and the doctors impugned by the Fascists now in control…to hell with the
citizens and the rule of law.  Is our
best hope now that some of the elitists contract some of the dreaded diseases?  It could happen.

And look who we have running for president, save Ron Paul.

Listen, the dirge is playing loudly.

The story sent the chambers of commerce in Springdale, Rogers,and Fayetteville into a frenzy, denying vehemently the existence of a leprosyand tuberculosis outbreak in Springdale.  Why?

February 8th the Arkansas Health Department,Branch Chief of Infectious Diseases, Dr. James R. Phillips said “there hasnever been an epidemic of leprosy” and “Ninety-five percent of the populationare genetically resistant to leprosy”.

Dr. Phillips said “We have had leprosy in Arkansas sinceforever”.

I am a native Arkansan, 50 year practicing pharmacistinvolved in academic settings, involved in durable medical equipment, teaching,continuing education and never has leprosy been mentioned in any medical orpharmacy issues.  Regarding TB and polio,both for the most part were wiped out in the 60’s and have been reintroduced byforeign nationals.

Dr. Phillips stated “some people get the idea that leprosyjust came with the Marshallese. That’s not true”.  He later stated it came from Hispanics. Whocomprises the hundreds of thousands of illegal invaders in our state? 

Roughly 75% of leprosy cases in Arkansas and the U.S. duringthe last decade have been among “foreign born individuals,” including Marshallese,Hispanics and others who have entered our country.

In the matter of TB, more than 55% of cases are amongforeign born.  

Dr. Phillips also said that leprosy is a substantial issuein the Marshall Islands.  Phillips statedflippantly that both diseases are treated with antibiotics, but did not reportthe outcomes.

KFSM’s story said they based their report on statements bylocal physicians.  Note the word pluralregarding physicians.  Two stories appeared2/9/8 in the Fort Smith Times Record & the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reportingonly the corporate/political point of view. None from the medical community.  If a serious investigation were intended, thestate and border states’ pharmacists would be consulted also.

Very serious questions arise from this gloss over.  A brief definition of Fascism: Fascism is anexus between corporations and governments, producing a symbiotic relationship.

Note that Dr. James R. Phillips responded the day after thestory broke that it was a hoax and there was not an approaching epidemic of TBand leprosy. A protection racket reaction?  Chiming in at the same time were such renownedauthorities in Infectious Diseases as Perry Webb, Springdale’s ChamberPresident, accompanied by Senator Bill Pritchard and his authoritativestatement, “everybody needs to take a deep breath and calm down.” “There hasbeen no outbreak.  I don’t know who putthat information out there, but there is absolutely no evidence of an outbreakor epidemic”.

This is indeed assuring since it comes from a career N.W.Arkansas politician.  Pritchard says whoput the information out there?  He shouldbe aware of the big picture before he runs his mouth.  Springdale physicians made the assertion, asstated above.

Then comes Dr. Phillips, career bureaucrat, who the dayafter the story broke said the false report “just makes people panic”.   My question to Dr. Phillips; withoutconsulting with the Springdale medical community, how do you know the report isfalse?

The crucial thing to remember is both the TB and leprosy bacillusare airborne and spread through the inhalation of infected particles from aninfected individual who is coughing. Think a line of Tyson’s poultry employees for example.

There are 6-8,000 Marshallese living in Springdale, thelargest population outside the Islands. Who do you suppose these folks work for? Let me give a clue, one of the largest crime families in the U.S., theTyson’s and by all means, don’t forget the tens of thousands illegal Mexicanaliens who live in the crime infested cities of Fayetteville, Springdale,Bentonville, and Rogers.  Home to theWalton’s, the Tyson’s, the Hunt’s, the George’s, ad infinitum.   And Rogers’ resident Congressman JohnBoozman.

Not one of these individuals, organizations, or politicianshas spoken to the involved medical community residing in NW Arkansas, yet inless than 24 hours, politicians, bureaucrats, and corporations killed the story,and are calling certain Springdale physicians liars.  This is the most significant story regarding Arkansashealth care that has broken in our state re: the legal immigrant and theillegal Mexican and OTM invasion, which dramatically demonstrates the introductionand reintroduction of diseases which never existed here or were eradicateddecades ago.

You are now privy to a vivid, cruel example of Fascism.

It also must be noted that Gov. Mike Beebe, Cong. JohnBoozman, and the CDC have been informed of this event.

Do you really believe we will hear anything other thanpolitical cover-up from these corporate and political shills?

regarding physicians.  Two stories appeared
2/9/8 in the Fort Smith Times Record & the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reporting
only the corporate/political point of view. 
None from the medical community.  If a serious investigation were intended, the
state and border states’ pharmacists would be consulted also.

Very serious questions arise from this gloss over.  A brief definition of Fascism: Fascism is a
nexus between corporations and governments, producing a symbiotic relationship.

Note that Dr. James R. Phillips responded the day after the
story broke that it was a hoax and there was not an approaching epidemic of TB
and leprosy. A protection racket reaction?  Chiming in at the same time were such renowned
authorities in Infectious Diseases as Perry Webb, Springdale’s Chamber
President, accompanied by Senator Bill Pritchard and his authoritative
statement, “everybody needs to take a deep breath and calm down.” “There has
been no outbreak.  I don’t know who put
that information out there, but there is absolutely no evidence of an outbreak
or epidemic”.

This is indeed assuring since it comes from a career N.W.
Arkansas politician.  Pritchard says who
put the information out there?  He should
be aware of the big picture before he runs his mouth.  Springdale physicians made the assertion, as
stated above.

Then comes Dr. Phillips, career bureaucrat, who the day
after the story broke said the false report “just makes people panic”.   My question to Dr. Phillips; without
consulting with the Springdale medical community, how do you know the report is
false?

The crucial thing to remember is both the TB and leprosy bacillus
are airborne and spread through the inhalation of infected particles from an
infected individual who is coughing. 
Think a line of Tyson’s poultry employees for example.

There are 6-8,000 Marshalleses living in Springdale, the
largest population outside the Islands. 
Who do you suppose these folks work for? 
Let me give a clue, one of the largest crime families in the U.S., the
Tyson’s and by all means, don’t forget the tens of thousands illegal Mexican
aliens who live in the crime infested cities of Fayetteville, Springdale,
Bentonville, and Rogers.  Home to the
Walton’s, the Tyson’s, the Hunt’s, the George’s, ad infinitum.   And Rogers’ resident Congressman John
Boozman.

Not one of these individuals, organizations, or politicians
has spoken to the involved medical community residing in NW Arkansas, yet in
less than 24 hours, politicians, bureaucrats, and corporations killed the story,
and are calling certain Springdale physicians liars.  This is the most significant story regarding Arkansas
health care that has broken in our state re: the legal immigrant and the
illegal Mexican and OTM invasion, which dramatically demonstrates the introduction
and reintroduction of diseases which never existed here or were eradicated
decades ago.

You are now privy to a vivid, cruel example of Fascism.

It also must be noted that Gov. Mike Beebe, Cong. John
Boozman, and the CDC have been informed of this event.

Do you really believe we will hear anything other than
political cover-up from these corporate and political shills?

“Today, more than 23,000 representatives
of private industry are working quietly with the FBI and the Department of
Homeland Security. The members of this rapidly growing group, called InfraGard,
receive secret warnings of terrorist threats before the public does­ and, at
least on one occasion, before elected officials. In return, they provide
information to the government, which alarms the ACLU. But there may be more to
it than that. One business executive, who showed me his InfraGard card, told me
they have permission to “shoot to kill” in the event of martial law. InfraGard
is “a child of the FBI,” says Michael Hershman, the chairman of the advisory
board of the InfraGard National Members Alliance and CEO of the Fairfax Group,
an international consulting firm.”(1)

This ad hoc spinoff created by the FBI now has given its step-child permission
to “shoot to kill” ordinary people based on insider-classified information. It
used to be illegal to grant permission to anyone to simply murder people;
threat or no threat: what happened to this legal technicality is an indication
of just how far the USA has actually fallen.

No agency of this government has ever been given a blanket right to
shoot-to-kill anyone­ Robert Mueller, another of the flake’s that were in
charge on 911 needs to be fired before this time next week ­and a full
investigation of all this garbage needs to happen, before live cameras in
congress, within the week. (2)

The reason we supposedly had a government was to prevent stuff like this from
becoming standard-practice. But if this stands then it means that every
American needs to begin to carry a weapon to defend themselves (which was why
the 2nd Amendment was created), to defend him or herself against
this kind of Outlawed cowboy mentality, on the part of a criminal government,
or any of their ‘selected’ surrogates! 

The Decider has weakened the requirements for ‘declaring Martial Law’ to the
point that it is simply whatever “he” might think is necessary; all laws to the
contrary be damned.  But at least until now Martial Law had to go through
the US Chain-of-Command. Now we learn that this secret and relatively new
private-partnership between the Corporatocracy & the FBI will allow the
ultra-right wing of business to actually kill people, without charges, or an
arrest or even the possibility of a trial – just a-bullet-to-the-head and
that’s it! This goes well with the way the country is being run today, from the
top down its now shoot first and worry later­if at all!

The American public has a major blind spot. Our citizens have not ever had to
experience war here on this soil. Consequently war for far too many is nothing
but a video-game, something that happens only to others somewhere else. This
“lack of first hand knowledge” exposes the American public to a degree of
naïveté that is almost unique around the planet.

In the past when a leader was selected it was always preferable, but not
mandatory, to choose a man with military experience. The reason was as obvious
as what some see as the need for both a formal and an informal education (a
life in the real world). The absence of first hand experience at the top of
this government has directly led to national and international chaos, and has
resulted in the furthest thing from anything remotely related to leadership
that any nation could have had the misfortune of living through.

WAR and all of its associated practices, torture, maiming and murder are now
affecting roughly 90% of the civilians and only 10 to 12% of the actual enemy
forces in our designated war-zones. The horrors that any population caught up
in a war must live through to survive, remain with the victims for a lifetime.
And those who know the true face of WAR really do place ‘WAR’ as the very last
thing to even think about, much less actually enter into.

The American-Israeli leadership of the globe today has reversed that axiom: WAR
is their first answer to every problem, which is why there is so much more of
it than there was before. And we have been brutal beyond all the norms expected
from a nation such as ours. Now we have added “Outlaw” to the other names that
we are known by around the world, because we no longer have any laws for those
that say they lead us – and that is the definition of a Police-State – wherein
only the thugs have privileges, and everything is allowable with a wink and a
nod, if you ‘know’ the right people!

When the government itself refuses
to obey the laws­ such as the Supreme Court did on 12-12-2000, when they
appointed Bush to the White House, even before he took the oath Bush was
already criminal. There was no longer a Supreme Court to which any appeal could
be valid either then or now, because they violated their sworn oaths and
created this illegal presidency thereby becoming Outlaws themselves – yet no
one spoke against them!

Where were all those high-priced lawyers then or all the Constitutional
Scholars now, still within their ivory towers, or imprisoned in their
chicken-little minds? The public had no idea of what had happened then, and
apparently they still don’t­will it take losing numbers of people to
bullets-in-the-dark from the Corporatocracy to finally wake the sleeping herd?
Or is it really far too late already! Hey we’ve outsourced war itself with
mercenaries, so why not use those same Corporate Powers that wanted all these
wars in the first place to carry out the crime of shutting down what remains of
any dissent at home as well.

Finally
there is this: Can you imagine working for a company that has a little more
than 500 employees and has the following statistics:

* 29 have been accused of spousal abuse
* 7 have been arrested for fraud
* 19 have been accused of writing bad checks
* 117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses
* 3 have done time for assault
* 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
* 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
* 8 have been arrested for shoplifting
* 21 are currently defendants in lawsuits
* 84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year…

The above company does exist it is called the 535 members of

This
is conclusive proof positive of just how dumb the people of these Dis-United
States have become – do you really think these cretins can or will save you –

WE’LL GET THE
PRESIDENT WE DESERVE

Try
this. Ask fellow “conservatives” who our next president should be. After you
hear the candidate’s name ask: “Why?”

Nine
times out of ten, you’ll hear some mutterings like: “He’s really conservative” or
“We need a Christian in the White House” or “He’s the best qualified.” Ask for
some specifics and you’re likely to see eyes shift downward as the subject is
changed.

The
truth of the matter is, most people are woefully uninformed and are buying the
lying of ‘front-runner’ candidates and their media sock puppets.

Last
weekend at a department store, I heard two sales women mention Ron Paul. I
listened to the following comments as I poked through the sweater racks.

Woman
#1: “He’s so creepy, I just kept taking that poll online ‘til it finally showed
I was for someone else.”

Woman
#2:” I know, he’s really a weirdo. It came up for Ron Paul for me, too, but I
would never vote for him.”

For
one moment, I questioned the wisdom of women’s suffrage.

Along
with the media embargo on Congressman Ron Paul’s silver medal showing in the silver state
as well as his unprecedented fund-raising, many Americans refuse to acknowledge
the one, true constitutionalist in the GOP presidential race. Many folks twist
themselves into pretzels trying to defend candidates who do not represent them
at all on the major issues and whose track records should be cause for serious concern.

Take
the recent New York Times Story which details the
ruthlessness with which former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani dispensed with
his those who dared to cross him.

Why
was this information just now revealed? The time for this frightening expose’
of the lengths “America’s Mayor” went to in destroying those who got in his way
was when Rudy was riding high in the polls. It would have served to let people
know just whom they were considering for leader of the free world. The
gutlessness of the New York Times in sitting on this story speaks volumes about
media’s complicity in covering up the crimes of the political “chosen”. Could
it be the NYT was afraid of retribution should this man actually become
president? Was it only when it became apparent he’d soon be dropping out of the
race that they had the guts to expose him? You decide.

Add
to this information the facts that Giuliani covered for a large pharmaceutical
company while its billion dollar selling drug Oxycontin was ravaging lives all across America.

People
who supported Rudy up till the bitter end, apparently weren’t aware of, or
didn’t understand the gravity of his work with a foreign corporation, which is
currently hell-bent on taking over vast portions of America’s countryside for
use as a giant transcontinental toll road. The so-called ‘NAFTA Superhighway’
is designed to make transporting foreign goods easier for Chinese and Mexican
corporations. Mercifully, Giuliani is out of the running, but that doesn’t put
us in the clear by any means.

Some
voters will bemoan the problem of illegal immigration in one breath and in the
next breath tell you they want former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee to be
president.

Obviously,
these people have not done any homework on their candidate of choice or they
would know Huckabee created a veritable sanctuary state in Arkansas. While
governor, he courted a cheap, illegal workforce for corporate cronies at Tyson
Foods and WalMart, thus lowering the pay scale for legal residents of that
state who then found jobs harder than ever to come by.

At
the same time, Huckabee provided taxpayer-funded office space to the Mexican
government, pushed healthcare jackpots for illegals and likened the current
population of illegal aliens to slaves brought here from Africa, all the while
suggesting that those who had a problem with the onslaught might be “racist.”

Huckabee’s
presidential “immigration reform” plan is to have those here illegally go back
to their home countries for one day and then come back lickety- split all
legal-like. The so-called ‘touch-back” program is nothing less than amnesty.
This, Huckabee touts as “tough” immigration policy.

If
your fellow “conservative” should tell you he’s a Mitt Romney supporter, again,
ask him “why?” When he mutters that Mitt has what it takes to lead our country
back to a more constitutional track ask him if he has any fondness for the
provisions of the 2nd amendment. Chances are he will ask what amendment that
is. You can then remind him (or her) that it is the gun one- up there near the
top of the list.

Now
would also be a good time to remind your fellow “conservative” that while he
was governor of Massachusetts Romney presided over a state, which has among the
most restrictive gun control laws in the country. When asked about those
restrictions Romney said “We do have tough gun laws in Massachusetts; I
support them. I won’t chip away at them; I believe they protect us and provide for our safety.”

Or
maybe you’re hearing Romney is a real ‘family values’ candidate. This would be
a good time to mention Romney’s new found ‘family’ values don’t exactly square
up with some items on his ‘to-do’ list while he was governor such as:

1)
Supporting and promoting legalizing homosexual civil unions
2) Opposing the Boy Scouts’ ban on homosexual scoutmasters
3) Refusing to endorse original Massachusetts constitutional amendment defining
marriage as between one man and one woman.

Folks
who heard Romney speak during the Michigan primary heard him say “I’ll work
every day to change Washington and bring us back, because Michigan is personal
to me.”

What
Romney neglected to add was that unconstitutional ‘free-trade’ agreements have
choked the life out of manufacturing, and given unfair advantage to foreign
corporations at the expense of our national economy. In a state beleaguered by
a 7.4% unemployment rate, this is where the ‘free trade’ rubber meets the road.
At no time did Romney discuss working to end those trade agreements.

If
the conversation turns to McCain as a viable candidate, again ask “Why?” They
might point to McCain’s honesty during the Michigan primary when he said auto
jobs weren’t coming back to the state. Sadly, McCain was right, but he didn’t
mention that he has been the only GOP candidate to say the country needs to
fight ‘global warming’ by accepting higher fuel efficiency standards- surely
the final nail in the Motor City’s coffin. Even Romney admits that would be a
bad idea, calling a bill McCain supported to require vehicle manufacturers to
improve fuel efficiency by 40 percent an “anvil” around the neck of a sinking
industry.

Starting
with the First-Amendment-busting McCain-Feingold “campaign finance” bill he
championed, John McCain essentially muzzled advocacy groups like pro-life and
pro-2nd amendment organizations, with legislation that shut down ‘issue ads’ in
the last days of political campaigns. McCain called Pat Robertson and Jerry
Falwell “agents of intolerance” comparing them to Louis
Farrakhan and Al Sharpton.

Now
you can segue into McCain’s votes on taxes. When you’re told the senator is
“fiscally conservative” mention McCain voted against President Bush’s 2001 and
2003 tax cuts.

Maybe
you’d like to throw in that McCain, the “conservative” was behind anti-gun
legislation to restrict sales at gun shows at both federal and state levels.
The pro- 2nd amendment group Gun Owners of America says:

“This year it
appears (McCain) is seeking to ‘come home’ to the pro-gun community, but the
wounds are deep.”

Perhaps
now would be a good time to add that McCain supported amnesty legislation.

Folks
in Arizona and the rest of the country who are worried about the illegal influx
don’t think he’s so “conservative” on the issue. Roy Beck, executive director
of the anti-illegal immigration group NumbersUSA (www.numbersusa.com) had this
to say after John McCain won the New Hampshire primary:

“I
can tell you every single immigration activist and organization is terrified by
the New Hampshire results.”

According
to a recent New York Times/CBS News poll none of the
Republican candidates is viewed favorably by even half the Republican
electorate. By contrast the D’s like their lineup just fine.

Seventy-six
percent of Republicans asked said they might still change their minds on a
candidate compared with 23 percent who say their decision is firm. Among
Democrats, 59 percent said they could change their minds, and 40 percent said
they’re firm on their decision.

These
statistics are another indication of why so many life-long Republicans are
registering dissatisfaction with their party. If they wanted liberal democrats
to vote for they could choose Hillary or Obama or Edwards. Instead, holding
their nose and voting for yet another R who has abandoned the core principles
of the Grand Old Party is frankly, wearing thin.

This
election year’s unparalleled voter dissatisfaction- especially among the
Republicans can’t be ignored. With the release of the study showing the Bush
administration lied over 900 times in justifying the Iraq war, it’s
getting harder for the pro-war set to justify the bloodletting, much less
ignore “Bomb, bomb Iran”-type statements from candidates like McCain.

Voters
who have done their homework know that Congressman Ron Paul is the only
candidate in either “big box” party who is against the unconstitutional war in
Iraq and against pre-emptive strikes against Iran.

Our
Republic will surely not survive another election at the hands of an
ill-informed electorate. That is why it is imperative we get the facts and put
principles above party politics. Should the GOP deliver anyone besides
Congressman Ron Paul, we must be ready to take the initiative and vote for a
third party candidate.

American
poet Paul Goodman summed it all up when he wrote; “The organization of American
society is an interlocking system of…an electorate notoriously unenlightened,
misled by a mass media notoriously phony”

Unenlightened
and phony…a combination that will prove deadly for our future.

Bill to
improve health care…in Mexico!

The health care mess in the United States is a top concern of voters.
Too many Americans find that, despite their best efforts, they are unable to
provide quality health care for their families. Too many Americans live in fear
that an illness might leave them destitute. Too many Americans spend years
sacrificing to pay skyrocketing premiums only to discover that, when the need
arises, their policies offer protections that are next to worthless.

Most of us agree that it’s simply
not right that so many Americans, sincerely trying their best to provide for
their families, are at the mercy of a phalanx of greedy insurance companies,
medical malpractice lawyers, health care corporations, and other profiteers
that have used decades of influence in Washington to institutionalize their
chomp hold on the public jugular.

What would Americans think, then, of
a member of Congress who introduced legislation, not to improve health care in
the United States, but to improve health care in Mexico?

Insane? Drunk? Unworthy of public
office?

What would Americans think, then, of
a bill introduced in Congress that required federal agencies to come up with a
plan, not to expand health coverage in the United States, but to expand health
coverage in Mexico?

Impossible? Unthinkable? Wildly
irresponsible?

What would Americans think, then, of
the motives of a senator, who not only introduced a bill to improve Mexico’s
health care system and extend coverage to a growing population of 120 million
people, but gave health insurance companies the right to help devise the plan?

Blatantly corrupt? Grossly
indifferent to the well-being of the American people? Downright treasonous?

Unbelievable as it may seem, the
Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act of 2005 contained a provision giving
insurance companies the right to help devise a plan for extending US health
care to Mexico (Sec. 1004. BINATIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH
INFRASTRUCTURE AND HEALTH INSURANCE).

Even more unbelievable, the senator
who sponsored the bill is not on the verge of being thrown out of office for
this odious piece of legislation. No, the senator who introduced the bill,
Senator John McCain of Arizona, is on the verge of locking up the Republican
nomination to be our next president.

Damn! How come you didn’t know that before
you voted for John McCain on Tuesday, you ask?

You’ve been watching the
all-day-every-day TV news coverage of the primaries.

You’ve been reading your local
newspaper’s daily coverage of the races for the parties’ nominations.

You are an above-average-informed
voter.

You know that

  • large
    majorities of young people and black people support Barack Obama,
  • a
    majority of white women over the age of 40 support Hillary Clinton,
  • a
    majority of Christian evangelicals support Mike Huckabee,
  • John
    McCain’s Republican supporters are moderates,
  • Barack
    Obama has doubled his support among southern white males since South Carolina,
  • Mitt
    Romney has financed much of his own campaign,
  • Iowa
    is lily-white,
  • Fox
    News cable television didn’t have enough room in its studio to include
    Republican candidate Ron Paul in a debate between the Republican
    candidates it televised,
  • Republicans
    hope Hillary wins,
  • McCain
    is the only Republican who can win in November, and everyone, even
    Democrats, respects his history as a POW,
  • Rudy
    Giuliani’s strategy to skip the first few primaries and focus on Florida
    was a bad one,
  • Oprah
    Winfrey supports Barack Obama, and not just because he’s African-American,
  • Arnold
    Schwarzenegger supports John McCain, but his wife supports Barack Obama,
  • Robert
    DeNiro supports Barack Obama because Obama makes him “believe,”
  • Ron
    Paul raised a record amount of money one day a couple of months ago,
  • large
    majorities of Latinos support Hillary Clinton,
  • Mitt
    Romney unhiply riffed on “Who Let the Dogs Out,” and
  • the
    top vote-getting position for an American presidential candidate this year
    is to be for “change.”

But you didn’t know that the
only clear front-runner in the race to be our next president proposed, in the
last session of congress, a bi-national health care system to be devised by
insurance companies. To be devised by insurance companies, for crying
out loud.

Eight years of George W. Bush, Karl
Rove, and the Wall Street Journal’s “GOP stalwart,” Jack Abramoff, have left the Republican Party in such a tattered mess
that its future is in doubt. But (and you’ll know this if you are a
well-informed voter), anti-Bush Republicans are supporting…John McCain!

I don’t know. Maybe we’re too stupid
to have a democracy.

Oh, and, by the way, all you Barack
Obama supporters—before you start feeling all superior: while no one can deny
how exceedingly important it is to elect a president who supports
change—especially one that has the ability to make Robert DeNiro believe—there
may be one characteristic Senator Obama possesses even more salient, if you can
imagine, than the incidental fact of his father’s skin color: Barack Obama
co-sponsored John McCain’s health care for Mexico legislation
