Arkansas’ own Trail of Tearsâ€, i.e. the crimes of the
Oligarchs and their enablers.
Where to begin? The Arkansas Friendship Coalition. No friends in this coalition, all money
launderers. Listed below are some of the
principals: their traitorous conduct will be detailed later.
The Rev. Steve Copley, Archie Schaffer, Randy Wilbourn, Rita
Sklar, Neal Sealy, Tommy Fish, Graham Catlett, Mark Stodola, Stacy Sells, Skip
Rutherford, Alan Leveritt, Wendell Griffin, Jim Miranda, John DiPippa, Warren
Stephens.
The AFC is an open-borders, cheap labor, and amnesty organization
dedicated to the genocide of middleclass Americans and in this case middleclass
Arkansans.
The enablers of the AFC begin and end with a rogue Arkansas
state government. Illegal immigration is
their prize in the battle between the
citizens and the Oligarchs/politicians/bureaucrats/political parties/religion.
Note the big players, i.e. Tyson’s , Walton’s, Stephen’s,
the Catholic Church, never offer up their ill-gotten lucre to pay for the
carnage heaped upon our society by the illegal Mexican and OTM invaders. The
corporate elite puppeteers simply pull the strings of their political
subordinates when need arises. Governor Mike Beebe and Attorney General Dustin McDaniel and insider Moril Harriman
pull the unconstitutional strings. A feckless Ark. State Legislature, ensconced in
the protection racket, never question the Oligarchs authority—some out of fear,
some devoid of ethics/morality, and some (I fear the majority) seeking acceptance from the Oligarchs’ trough
and climbing the murky political/economic rope.
The principals: Gov.
Mike Beebe…an attorney, 20+ yrs in the legislature, 4 yrs as Attorney General,
2 yrs as Governor. Never has he taken a
public Constitutional position on a substantive issue, e.g. the illegal Mexican
invasion. The Governor’s non-positions are designed to
convey the idea that he cannot act. Unfortunately many Arkansans fall for this
bromide. Beebe says “It is a federal responsibilityâ€, his position
is partially true, Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution. I must remind the Governor that we are the United States of America and not the
United State of Amerika…and he therefore has the obligation to secure our
sovereignty by enforcing U.S. Federal law 8USC.
Beebe’s stated position in no way absolves him from enforcing
immediately the aforementioned laws. Beebe would have us believe that he does
not have the legal authority to enforce USC 8. Are we to understand by refusing
to secure Arkansas’ sovereign border, he has no problem continuing to allow illegals
to overrun our citizenry? In this regard, Beebe was quoted in the same piece “we
need stronger enforcement of the Federal laws that our taxpayers pay the
federal government to upholdâ€. Gov. Beebe, since you are the elected leader of
Arkansas why don’t you lead in enforcing federal laws? The United States Code Title 8…gives the
authority to arrest illegal aliens to â€all other law enforcement whose duty it
is to enforce criminal lawâ€. Http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/ts
Arkansas has also authorized
enforcement of Federal Immigration Laws.
http://www.arkansasleg.state.ar.us./acts/2005/public/act907.pdf
All this information and more means there is NO BAR TO
ENFORCEMENT OF IMMIGRATION LAW BY STATE & LOCAL AUTHORITIES. The Dept of Justice believes state &
local police are entitled to act when they believe Federal immigration laws are
being violated.
Some of Beebe’s more
profoundly absurd utterances…â€legal is legal, illegal is illegal, and we’re
going to have to find out what is legalâ€.
He goes on to say “the State has all kinds of laws dealing with
immigrationâ€â€¦name them Governor, and why aren’t you enforcing them? He also said “I took an oath the U.S. &
Ark. Constitutionâ€â€¦when will you begin? “I’m
not going to increase taxes to do the Fed’s jobâ€. Arkansas has a billion dollar surplus. “I did not know about Act 907â€â€¦.Act 907 bars
contractors from doing business with the state who hire illegals. Beebe was
A.G. at the time and he says he did not know about 907. “police depts. & sheriffs & INS/ICE
should be arresting those hiring illegalsâ€â€¦.Governor, why don’t you command
them to do so?
4/8/8 Beebe was asked if Ark. Should pass a law such as Okla.’s
strict immigration law? Beebe stated,
“there are current
criminal violation in state law that address that issue†. Gov. state them and
why are they not being enforced? He said “there’s already a state prohibition
against illegal aliens receiving certain benefits, such as Medicaidâ€. Illegals receive all state services on
demand, no questions asked.
Gov. Michael Beebe can only be described as an arrogant
hired-gun for corporatist elitists.
Headline: Arkansas Democrat-Gazette 5/20/08
Beebe quote “While I oppose illegal immigration, I cannot support
this initiative†(Initiative proposes to eliminate state benefits to illegal
aliens not mandated by the Fed). Beebe
says “all of these proposals, major provisions are already covered by Federal
or state laws, and the proposal will create bigger government and cost
Arkansans moneyâ€. Another nonsensical
statement by the governor.
If these provisions are already covered, how would it create
a bigger government and cost Arkansans money?
When, where and how often have they been enforced and what has been the
outcome?
In this same article the Democrat printed a study released
last year by the Urban Institute, funded
by Arkansas’ Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, reported that “aliens and their
children have a small, but positive net fiscal impact on the state budget†. The study found that the state spent $237
million in 2004 (that’s 4 yrs ago), on education, health services and prison
services for aliens, but took in $257 million in tax revenue from the same
population.â€
There are literally hundreds of other services not counted
in the Rockefeller study. The
Rockefeller Foundation in 2006 determined that more than ½ Hispanics are here
illegally. “The state’s manufacturing wage bill would have been as much as $95
million higher in 2004 if the same output were to be maintained without illegal
workersâ€.
According to a published report in Judicial Watch 5/6/08,
over 60% of HUD properties are occupied by illegals. La Raza (the Hispanic race organization) $1.3
million from HUD this year to conduct “comprehensive housing counseling†for
Hispanics (whether they are in the country legally or not).
In this same report, it is stated that the new law (FHA
Housing Stabilization & Homeownership Retention Act of 2008) includes $100
million for the National Council of La Raza, which has raked in millions of
taxpayers’ dollars over the year.
So much for the criminal burden placed on middleclass
Americans by the corruption of government at all levels.
It is more than apparent that Gov. Beebe has no intention of
stopping the bleeding that is caused by the illegal Mexican and OTM
invasion. He along with the rest of state government have thrown
their considerable legislative, judicial, law enforcement powers into the abyss known as the
open-border, cheap labor cartels at any cost. Beebe has continually posed his
position as one of “economicsâ€. Even as
Attorney General he skated and dodged with outright lies, doublespeak, obfuscation,
when he knows and you know it is a rule of law issue.
Citizens don’t let this foil of the Tyson’s, the Walton’s,
the Stephen’s, et al make you believe he can’t stop this genocide.
October 3, 2005, then Gov. Mike Huckabee accompanied by
Robert Trevino, past president of LULAC, flew in the state’s airplane to Mexico
City for a meeting with then president Vicente Fox. The purpose of that trip
was to inaugurate plans for the construction of a Mexican Consulate in Little
Rock, Arkansas. Ultimately the Mexican
Consulate was formally opened in March, 2007. During the interim 2005-2007 a
number of illegal acts took place.
Huckabee violated Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution,
which states in part no State shall, without the consent of Congress, enter
into Any Agreement or Compact with another State or with a foreign power. The Arkansas state legislature was not aware
of Huckabee’s activities as far as I know the first elected representative to
find out about the Consulate plans was a state senator from Hot Springs who
made known his feelings.
A private investigator was hired shortly after the
revelation and it was determined that Andres Chao and another Mexican lawyer
were officing in a state owned building, using state employees for secretarial
work. Huckabee or one of his minions charged the Mexican government $1.00 for
the offices and secretaries. Further
investigations revealed that an Arkansas Consortium had agreed to pay the
expenses incurred by the Consulate for 3 years, with an option for 3 more.
I was told if I wanted written records I would have to
journey to Little Rock and pick up requested documents at Trevino’s
office. Trevino was appointed head of
Ark. Rehab. Services. Qualifications? Trevino presented the FOI documents to me
and my attorney, but before that he
redacted the names of the Consortium. I
have been unable to determine what the names were on the redaction. Ask yourselves what groups or entities would
pay 3 years of expenses for a foreign national government and how they would
benefit.
The Mexican Consulate serves as a clearinghouse for illegal
Mexicans to be distributed to the criminal workforce, i.e. Walton’s, Tyson’s,
Simmons, Ark. General Contractors, etc.
The Consulate also serves as a distributors of false documentation, the
Matricular Consular card which banks, and other federal & state entities
regularly accept. A citizen, the rule of law occupies no position in this
criminal quest for ill gained moneys—simply put, follow the money.
Former Little Rock Mayor Dailey, while in office, awarded
$50,000 taxpayers’ dollars to the
Consulate and as Huckabee was coming to the end of his term, he withdrew
$10,000 taxpayer dollars out of the emergency fund and gave it to the Mexican
Consulate. Needless to say, there are numerous highly questionable activities
that went on and is ongoing.
During the time that we were investigating the criminal acts
surrounding the implementation of the Mexican Consulate, I had 3 conversations
about the aforementioned with then Attorney General Mike Beebe. During the first conversation with Beebe I
suggested to him that as the chief law enforcement agent for the state, he
institute legal action against Gov. Huckabee on a number of levels, but of
course Article 1, Section 10 was the focal issue. Beebe responded with hyperbole and
ultimately stated that he only represented state agencies.
My second conversation with Beebe, I asked for a meeting
with he and the governor to discuss these apparent violations of the law…he
said he would speak to the governor. He
himself, was running as hard as he could for governor at that time and in his
typically cowardly persona he was not about to tick off the governor, the
poultry federation, and the Ark. General Contractors who were making millions
off illegals while middleclass Arkansans are subsidizing the whole of corporate
criminality.
My third and final conversation with Beebe: He said he would take it to the state
police. What a great idea, Huckabee appointed
the head of the state police. Did Beebe
ever carry out his suggestion? The
answer is NO.
Beebe was quoted in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Tuesday
May 20, 2008…â€While I oppose illegal immigrationâ€. Governor, when, where, and how? It is patently obvious you have sold out
middleclass Arkansans to the Tyson’s, Walton’s, Stephen’s, and the rest of the
Arkansas Friendship Coalition—the criminals hiring, transporting and abetting
illegal aliens. A clear genocidal act
against the middleclass by you and your administration.

Headline: Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Friday May 23, 2008….â€State’s
colleges warned about in-state tuitionâ€.
The two biggest violators in granting in-state benefits are
the U of A Fayetteville and UCA at Conway.
The governor’s mandate is indeed curious. The 2005 legislature
defeated HB 1525 which would have awarded scholarships to illegals and other
benefits. USC President Lu Hardin came
forth with the brilliant statement “however, the governor’s mandate….is a
reasonable request and the Univ. of Central Arkansas is immediately changing
our application to reflect that.†Hardin
goes on to say that “they will not make the policy retroactiveâ€. Why not Mr. Hardin? Is the illegal funding so dear to you that
you will continue to break the law?
Enter U of A president B. Alan Sugg, who said in a statement
“the University of Arkansas system have not knowingly violated state and
federal lawâ€. He goes on to say “this
is a complex issue that is not unique to Arkansasâ€. The issue is not complex; it is a matter of
adhering to Arkansas mandates and U.S. Law.
Both Sugg & Hardin are either ignorant of the most basic of laws or
liars. Both should be terminated from
their positions immediately. Gentlemen,
acquaint with yourselves with 8 USDC, spec ifically with Section 1325, 1324a,
& 1324c.
The article states the “Dept. of Higher Education lacks
direct governing authority over the state’s institutions of higher educationâ€. Another vivid, sordid example of state
institutions with no accounting authority running amuck. I will name others in this piece.
Next comes newly elected Attorney General Dustin
McDaniel. A majority of voters elected
McDaniel to this office and in short order McDaniel signed on to be Hillary
Clinton’s co-chair in Arkansas. It
seems that this is more than a conflict and he is using taxpayer money to
project his political profile to snag a job in D.C. should Hillary become
president. …but maybe not. The
campaigning using taxpayer money is not ethical, but since when has ethics
entered into the mix in Arkansas, particularly with the pathetic so-called “ethics
committeeâ€.
Further investigation identifies McDaniel’s office as being
in the Tower Building owned by 46 yr old Graham Catlett and his law partner
Little Rock mayor Mark Stodola. To be fair, the past 2 Attorneys General Beebe and Pryor have occupied offices in
Catlett’s building. A number of questions
arise. Why is a Constitutional Arkansas office
holder housed in a private building?
2. What monetary arrangements with reference to rent have
been made? And who makes the
payments? Why would Arkansas’ chief law
enforcement agent, i.e. McDaniel, occupy close quarters with the state’s
largest attorney firm dealing with legal & illegal immigration and at the
same time supporting amnesty, cheap labor, and open borders?
Harkening back to the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, donors
directly associated include Graham Catlett’s name. He is also a major donor to Dustin McDaniel’s
campaign. Graham Catlett=$4,000,
Catlett/Stodola=$4,000, Catlett, inc=$4,000, Meredith Catlett=$6,000, and Catlett
Tower Partnership=$4,000. Donors directly associated with the Arkansas
Friendship Coalition have contributed $36,300.Some of the most notorious open
borders advocates are Archie Schaffer (bagman for Tyson’s Foods), Don Tyson,
John Tyson, Alltel, etc. Sources: Dustin
McDaniel Campaign Filing Reports.
What is the attraction that Graham Catlett and friends have
with D. McDaniel, put another way, is McDaniel being influenced, coerced, or in
any way acting unethically?
Headline: Arkansas Democrat-Gazette…Sat. 5/24/2008.
Regarding Gov. Mike Beebe’s ultimatum that university
officials change their policies to ensure they’re asking prospective students
whether they’re legal residents of the
U.S. University system president B. Alan
Sugg said “the UA system wasn’t trying to flout the law previously when it
failed to ask for evidence of legal residency to determine who’s eligible to
pay in-state tuition. Sugg is openly admitting he was aware of the law and
chose to violate the law with impunity.
Note there is absolutely no oversight over the Dept. of Education and
its ancillary departments. The Dept of
Education can only be described as an out-of-control money laundering operation.
UCA president Lu Hardin stated “there’s no plan to check the applications of
current studentsâ€â€¦.why not, Mr. Hardin?
That statement reeks with arrogance and reminds me of the woman who said
she’s just a little bit pregnant.
ASU president Les Wyatt stated his university had always
complied with the law. He also stated
that he tried to pass legislation in 2005 that would have granted in-state
tuition benefits to illegal aliens. Note that all these benevolent individuals
who support expansion of welfare programs to illegals are in the taxpayer
trough.
Dan Hurley, Director of State Relations at the American
Association of State Colleges & Universities, said “the national debate on
the issue has intensified over the past yearâ€.
He goes on to say “ it makes economic sense these individuals, they are
not going back to their home country. They’re staying in Arkansas.†Hurley speaks like a true Marxist…how many
sponges like Hurley do you think there are in the Dept. of Education who are
living off the producers, i.e. those of us who are keeping these Marxist
parasites in diapers?

Arkansas State Capitol
3rd Day of “The Mexican government, along with
officials from Arkansas, Kansas, Mississippi and Oklahoma, three-day meeting Tuesday
at the state Capitol about the Plaza Comunitaria program. The program, free to participants (who paid for
their transportation, lodging, meals, etc?),
offers immigrants access to Web sites and instructional videos to obtain
Mexican diplomas for elementary and middle school educationsâ€. (Also called Distance Education Training).
“The conference took place in one
(witnesses say 2 rooms, 1 English, 1 Spanish) of the meeting rooms typically
reserved for state House committee meetings. A list of reserved rooms at the
Capitol showed it being held under the name of Andre Guerrero, the name of an
employee at the Arkansas Department of Education. “ (source AP)
Reports from concerned citizens regarding
secret meetings affecting their taxes, sovereignty and rule of law.
1.
Sharon Stark…educator and computer
expert & Secure Arkansas
I met up with Bill and
Randall (Secure Arkansas) on the Capitol steps a little after eleven am.
We went into the ground floor area of the rotunda where we met up with Kenny
(Keeparkansaslegal.com). There were three video cams available to us as
we started checking out where we could be most effective. Room 149 was
the main one being used for the conference.
My main aim was to
identify the conference name. It was not posted on the door, per the
usual.
Next was to film and/or
identify the conference attendees. They had name tags hanging around
their necks but when they came out for errands the tags were turned backwards.
Rep. (R) Sid
Rosenbaum, Little Rock had his office next to Room 149. I caught the eyes
of one of the 149 attendees and tried to open Sid’s door. 149
attendee unlocked the door, I said I was Sharon Stark with our Born Free
system of education, and had an appointment with Rep. Rosenbaum. Was
he in Room 149. She could not understand what I was saying. (If it
were truly an education conference, as Executive Director of Born Free, I
should have been invited as I am on several lists and the governor’s
office has called us for help several times.)
We continued to try to
find out WHO had the room, asking people who walked by which included the
Special Events Coordinator. Talked with a contractor who was fixing a
door and needed to do some jack hammering. He asked me it would
bother our meeting. Said it wasn’t my meeting, he would have to knock on
door. He was told they would break for lunch at 12:30. Now we could
get our pics. 12:30 came and they decided to eat lunch in.
Since Kenny and I both
had to get to work, Kenny put his camera lens up against the class door which
Randall and Bill took more discrete positions. Suddenly the door opened
and a woman dressed in a green print outfit came out waving her arms and
screaming at Kenny. I ran over, stupidly, to try to protect Kenny.
She was screaming how
there could be no photographs. I pulled out my copy of the US Constitution,
she asked if I had read the Bible, if I was a Christian, etc. My gut
feeling say, get out, NOW.
So I left Kenny, Bill
and Randall to pick up the pieces.
Hopefully enough video
was taken that we can identify the name tags, names and organization.

2.
Kenny Wallis….Keep
Arkansas Legal & Secure Arkansas
I got to the Capitol around 10:30am there were about a dozen
or so people in room 272 and about 20 or so in room 149. I realized that I
couldn’t sneak into 272 and that’s when I got the call from Bill. I didn’t have
the equipment to really sneak into a room so I waited for Bill. Bill showed up
around noon and gave me a better camera in the Capitol Rotunda. Apparently,
when we were meeting, we were spotted by the Mexican Consulate Officer, who was
walking around all over the Capitol.
I walked to room 149
and tried to enter when I realized the door was locked! A lady came and openned
the door when the Mexican Consulate Guy came and shut the door. I then asked
him what was going on, he said they were having a secret meeting. I then told
him I didn’t know he could do that. He then answered a call on his cellphone
and such ignored me.
I realized I wasn’t
going to get in with Bill’s camera, I went back to Bill. We then decided to
film the group as they left for lunch. We had two cameras for if the group left
to the main entrance and 1 camera if they left for the side exit. We learned
from a Capitol official that the meeting would not leave for lunch. Sharon and
I both had to get to work so I made the suggestion that we at least film the
group from outside the glass door. That’s when the fun really started.
The group rushed out and began screaming at me. Led by
a Puerto Rican Lady. Then Sharon and some other supporters rushed in.
Sharon pulled out the U.S Constitution and asked if they had read the
Consistution. Puerto Rican Lady then asked if Sharon had read the Bible. (Just
as that was happening Peggy Hill, a Beebe appointee, came by and called Bill by
name and wanted to know what he was doing there and witnessed the start of the
incidence, but quickly left the scene. Al Gonzales told the screamers to go
back into the room and Reather protected those being attacked) The Capitol police never came to their aid.
Eventually the argument died down. Puerto Rican Lady later
apologized but claimed it was wrong to film people in public. We explained that
there are cameras all over the Capitol Building. I later interviewed 2 of the
non-profit people at the meeting. They claimed the meeting was for programs
paid for by the Mexican Government (proof?) and that it was used to help
educate illegals in the US.
I explained that the
Mexican Government is corrupt and that they shouldn’t work with them. I also
stated that if there’s nothing wrong with the programs, the people should have
access to the meeting. There was some construction work that interrupted a lot
of the conversation. I then left for work. That’s pretty much a summary of what
happened. I have some things to do with my house, but I should be able to
upload the video by Saturday.
3. Rep.
Rick Green
Was told that the Dept of Education had nothing to do with
the meetings. It was the work of Andre
Guerrero (Where did he get that kind of authority?) a unit leader, Deputy Commissioner
to Assess English Language Learners.
(ESL) working for the Dept. of Ed.
He was also told by Kathy Bradshaw (Sec. of State Daniels
office) that Jeannie Burlsworth made a ruckus and a custodian and Capitol
police had to be called. Luckily Bill
had it all on camera…an outright lie.
Wednesday May 7, 2007
Secure Arkansas Jeannie Burlsworth met with Bill Reather
They saw KARK, KHTV and the Democrat-Gazette being denied
coverage of the event.
The Capitol police were obvious in their presence both days.
Jeannie was asking questions and basically getting the
runaround from several individuals.
Andres Chao was also in attendance
Burlsworth made the point that the Capitol was public
property and after being interviewed went to the Secretary of State’s office to
be told he was not in. She was trying to
explain her position and thoughts to two secretaries, one being Kathy
Bradshaw. About that time what looked
like a custodian asked Ms Bradshaw if knew that Reather was videoing the
conversation at which time she erupted.
Reather then said he would leave the room, at that point Capitol Police
were called and Burlsworth & Reather left the building.
There is much more to come including videos of most
everything that happened. Have not
received detailed reports in writing from Jeannie or Bill. Kenny’s video and Randall’s have not be
received either….so this makes for a preliminary report, but at least gives us
the sides of citizens not allowed into secret meetings which obviously were
sanctioned by the Arkansas government.
